I stood looking at this dump. This old battered bungalow that would be our home for a while, my father already inside neck need in a bottle of whiskey. My brother organizing the little things we had with us, "Come on Sam don't you wanna come pick you're room?" He asked me I didn't want to answer, I didn't care to pick my room, I didn't want to be here, I wanted to anywhere but here. "You the new neighbors?" A voice asked I turned to the source of the voice and saw a beautiful girl. She was my age in a little blue dress with white lace in places, her hair fairly short with a blue bow in her hair and her face adorable. She had a pair of blue leggings hugging her close, a black cardigan over her with a little blue backpack with some multicoloured owls all over it and some tattered black converses, she stood on the path between our house and the next looking rather curious. "Yeah, who are you?" Becket asked "My name's y/n, I live next door" she smiled "hi" she waved to me "Hi" I blushed waving to her too trying to fix my hair a little "Hi, I'm Becket that's Samuel" he laughs hitting my back a little "Pleasure to meet you" she smiled widely looking at me a little I couldn't help the blush flooding my cheeks undoubtedly turning them bright red she giggled a little as she looked at me "Y/N!" A voice yelled from the house nextdoor "I best go, I'll see you around" she smiled waving and heading inside her own house "Shut your mouth Sam you'll catch flies" Becket laughed "ladies don't like when you stare" "I wasn't staring" I argue even if it came out more like a whine "Sam, your bright red, your mouth was hung open like a fish and you could just get thought hi without stuttering" he laughs "somebody's got a crush on the new neighbor girl" he laughs taking stuff inside "I don't have a crush! I've seen her once I literally can't have a crush on her yet" I argue taking most of my stuff inside looking at all three bedrooms each with a bed, a chest of draws and a lamp, my dad was passed out in the biggest at the front of the house so I went to look in one of the bedrooms trying to decide if I wanted it, looking at the fairly new black bedframe with a cosy mattress, and a window that looked to the next house as I was stood looking around I saw the light in the window nextdoor flick on and that girl went in the room it was clearly her bedroom as she stood brushing her hair and fixing her bow "I take it you want this room?" Becket smirked "Ahh! God dam it you made me jump... Uhhh yeah guess I'll have this room" I shrug looking at the stuff in it trying to avoid the window "nice uhh layout for my stuff" I lied "Yeah? Layout sammy... Nothing to do with the view?" He smirked looking at the window "Shut up and get out my room" I told him pushing him out and starting to sort my stuff "Fine just don't let caught being a perv" he laughs.

I stood in the garden tinkering with my dad's old car trying to get the thing to run, but nothing as of yet "Hi? Sammy right?" A voice asks making me jump a little I came out from having my head boarder line burried in the bonnet to see the girl from nextdoor y/n stood by the gate with her bag Be her normal shoes in her little bow same as ever in some black leggings with blue denim shorts and a little battered t shirt with cats on it and some books in her hand, I had seen her around since we moved in but I hadn't really ever got the courage to speak to her "Uhh hi, yeah that's me" I blushed rubbing my neck nervously "I wanted to ask, when will I be seeing you in school?" She asks coming into the garden "Oohh... I uhh I don't really go to school, I'm kinda... Home schooled I guess" I blushed nervous having her so close to me as she stood looking at me and the car "Oh I see" she says "same I was rather hoping I'd have someone to walk with" she says sounding a little disheartened "I'm sorry, if you like I don't mind walking with you some nights when it's dark and all" I offered "Thank you" she giggled "but it's quite alright, don't worry about me" she smiled "Here" she smiled getting a bit of paper from her books and writing something with a little pen handing it to me it "incase I need you to walk me home" she smiled before she gave me a little wave and went home.

I laid in bed listening to my dad shout and complain about everything and nothing. I didn't want to listen. I wanted a distraction more then anything else in the world, I grabbed the little folded peice of paper from my table looking at it 'y/n' in her sweet little hand writing with her number along the bottom, I wish I could call her or send her a message but I didn't have a phone I didn't want to tell her, but at the same time I felt bad she gave me her number and maybe she was waiting for a message from me but I couldn't ever send one, I studied every cruve of the name and phone number for hours noticing the ink marks in letters or numbers where she had let the pen lingure, I noticed the paper was clearly a work sheet of some kind so I turned it over it looked like some kinda homework assignment

It was beautiful it was obvious from the handwriting and the fact her name was on the top that she had written this. My heart was a flutter at her beautiful words, and in a way I felt the same as her. The paper had a sweet scent the smell lingured on the paper and in the ink of popcorn, strawberries, the sweet smell of fresh sheets, with a little of hairspray and daisies. I felt in love with that scent, and I think I was kinda... Falling in love with her.

I sat on the steps of the portch, the light by the door flickering, attracting s few bugs to hover around it in the light. The cold air whistling past as the air began to chill as night grew closer. The sound of my dad shouting and breaking things, my brother went out even though my dad ordered him not to. So I sat on the steps in the cold with my comic books "Hi" a voice smiled I looked up and saw y/n in a little yellow sundress and her little denim jacket and her backpack "Ohh hi y/n" I smiled "You didn't message me" she said sadly "I know I uhh... I've been meaning to tell you I uhh I don't have a phone" I told her "Ohh, that's alright" she smiled sitting next to me "what are you reading?" She asks "Oh the new phantom halo" I told her "he has to save these planets from this invading war obsessed creatures on this big-" I began "sorry..." "No it's sweet" she smiled "who's that?" She asked pointing at my comic book "Ohh that's felicity may, phantom halos kinda love interest" "Like Lois lane?" She asks "Umm more like cat woman, they fight and they're kinda into each other it's complicated" I laughed "It sounds cool, you'll have to let me borrow a couple some day" she smiled "Yeah sure" I blushed "Becket!!!" Screamed from inside

"What was that?" she asks

"that's my dad" I sighed "He's drunk"

"Ohh sam" she says sadly reassuringly putting her hand on my shoulder pulling me so I rested my head on her shoulder, I wasn't going to stop her she was so cosy and soft I could her scent so strong especially her sweet perfume "It's okay," she says hugging me tightly wrapping both her arms around me I smile widely not wanting to waste an opportunity wrapping my arms around her too cuddling her tightly, she warmed me up so much inside an out. "My dad does that too," she says

"he does?" I asked "Ohh y/n... if you want when your dad does that you can go sit in the car, I put a lot of my comics back there so you can sit and read and stuff while he's drunk... I do" I offer

"Thats sweet of you" she smiled

"Y/N!" he yelled from her house

"I'll see you sammy" she smiled giving me a little wave as she ran off home

"See you y/n" I blushed, as soon as my dad had passed out I went inside laying on my bed cuddling my pillow imaging it was her.

I stop tinkering with my car for a while trying to get it to run when-

"Hi" a voice smiled making me jump hitting my head on the bonnet

"Owww" I yelled moving out and seeing y/n

"Ohh sam I'm so sorry," she says

"No, No it's okay," I told her "Are you okay?" I asked

"I'm okay, I wanted to come to visit" she smiled "I have something for you"

"for me?" I asked excitedly

"I found it in the basement, it still works." she smiled getting something out her bag "at least until you get the radio working in your car," she says handing me a little pocket radio she turned it on it playing some sweet tunes

"Aww y/n you don't have to give me this," I told her

"I want to," she smiled "so we can listen to music when we read comics"

"Thank you so much y/n" I smiled taking the radio and giving her cheek a kiss

"Your welcome" she smiled giving me a little wave as she went home blowing me a little kiss as she went.

I sat in the back of my car with my torch with my comic books, my dad was drunk again and Becket out with his girlfriend so I was hiding back her. I jumped a little as the radio on my dashboard began playing a sweet tune I was confused but I saw y/n stood in a little dress

"Hi" she smiled

"Hi" I smiled

"Can I stay here? my dads drunk" she says

"yeah... my dad too, come on you can stay here with me" I smiled and she got in the back seat with me

"What are you reading?" she asks

"Another phantom halo" I tell her

"Ohh can I read?" she asks

"sure" I smiled letting her see my comic, we sat reading for a while till she tugged on my "You okay?" I asked her and she smiled giving my lips a kiss I was in shock as she pulled away "whoa..."

"sorry" she blushed

"What are you sorry for?" I asked

"I shouldn't have-" she began but I kissed her back

"I've been wanting to kiss you ever since I met you," I told her

"Aww... best make up for lost time then" she smiled pulling me closer an kissing me again.

I’ll try not to try to write about every single detail but here’s the weekend as shortly as I can manage it which is probably still gonna be pretttty long x)

Ok so I travelled to Budapest on Thursday afternoon, picked up my sister there and we went to Vienna together where Anna picked us up from the train station. We went back to our hostel together which was in a pretty faraway place and it’s a very... uh... minimalist place x) No but seriously it was 11 euros a night so it was crazy cheap and even though it also looked cheap it wasn’t That terrible.

Our assigned beds were already taken so we went on to find new ones but the room we picked first had this weird guy in it who got almost naked as soon as we arrived and was generally very creepy so we changed rooms again and we ended up with this one guy from the Caribbean who was pretty cool and so we had our place.

On Friday at around eleven we met with the one and only Ines ^^ and she treated us to coffee and cakes at Café Diglas which was _heavenly_ ^^ We also talked about so much stuff from TV shows to politics, it was the best I think just the four of us could single-handedly solve the world’s problems.

AND SHE GAVE US CHRISTMAS PRESENTS?!?!?!? IT’S A BATH BOMB AND A BUBBLE BATH LIKE OMG?!?!?! FROM LUSH AS WELL!!

We had to say goodbye to her cause she had some stuff to take care of so she couldn’t come with us :(( But she did lead us to Lush which I think was a form of revenge cause I spent like all my money there x) That place smells AMAZING.

Thennnn we went back to the accommodation and went to the venue at arouuuunnnd 5PM. Luckily there were only 40 people there (I know this cause some girls were giving out numbers so the order of getting inside was fair but I think that quickly went tits up anyways, nice try, girl with the number 2 on her hand).

Giules and Jonny came a bit later cause their train got cancelled and Sara arrived even later than that cause she even got lost in the meantime x) We were already being let inside when she found us, like, literally three metres from the door, it was kinda cool from the outside but it was probably less cool for her x)

Inside we could still be front row from the side which was fine by me cause I could lean on the very very edge of the stage but then a girl in a wheelchair and her friends asked us to give them space so we did. Which was fine but I had nowhere to lean and well... uh I’m feeling it, let’s say it that way.

The first opening act were The Airways, they were kinda cool but not enough to make me forget that we were about to see NOTHING BUT THIIIIEEEEVVVES and the second band was The Xcerts who were kinda cheesy for my likin but alright. AND THEN. THEN THE SPECIAL BOYS ARRIVED.

Oh man... contrary to how I usually do it I won’t write about every single detail in every single song (I’ll write an umm “professional” review for my blog anyways) but oh my god they were amazing. I umm, actually can’t talk so much about like... the band as a whole... cause umm... I may have been like completely transfixed by Conor so... I think the others did well, I mean the guitars sounded nice, drums were on point, Joe’s hair is still great, Dom is still a handsome motherfucker from what I could see but I mean... fucking... Conor... that guy is holy shittt...

He was on top of his game the whole way through. Like... I never like to criticise singers for skipping difficult notes or taking songs a bit lower cause these guys are doing gig after gig with only a few resting days and their voices have to survive the whole tour which is usually months-long so it’s understandable but Conor was just powering through the whole thing like the frikken champion he is.

I’m Not Made By Design was an AWESOME start and I loved all the new songs, obviously, but the highlight for me was of course Soda and I just have to say... like, it’s a special kind of feeling to scream “I don’t wanna be myself, it’s making me so unwell” with a room full of people and the band I adore. Also in my review for Broken Machine I said that on the album I was kind of expecting Conor to change from falsetto to ~full voice and sing the chorus like that at the end but I was okay with him not doing it, and it’s still true but he did it at the show and holy shit it’s just as beautiful as I thought it would be.

I was kinda bummed out that they changed Hanging to Hostage, like I love Hostage but Hanging is my new bae so :[[ oh well. Drawing Pins was so cool to hear as well as Trip Switch ♥♥ Excuse Me surprised me cause I didn’t remember they were playing it but ofc it’s a single so...

I think we did well as an audience, at one point Conor couldn’t say what he wanted to say cause we kept chanting and cheering, and he got all giddy and emotional, it was really cute ^^ There were some bants after Hell, Yeah where he kinda messed up and then Dom told him something and then Conor was like “what a cunt, Dom just asked me “was that an artistic key change?” cause I fucked it up” x)

He played Free Fallin’ as well which was cute af cause beforehand he was like “I’m gonna play one of my favourite songs... it’s not one of ours cause that’d be really self-conceited” or sg like that. He’s so tinnnnnyyy I still don’t know how he can make those noises, geez.

Overall the crowd was amazing, I thought we were loud and enthusiastic, the middle of the masses were more than happy to oblige when Conor asked them to open up the pit (the girl next to me looked at me so alarmed I was like “no, no, I’m not gonna do it, you’re fine, I don’t like moshpits either” and she just laughed like “oh ok I don’t want to do it either” x))

My voice was fucking gone by the third song, jesus, I had to like, clear my throat after every song and then consciously adjust my vocal cords so my cheering doesn’t come out as Morgan Freeman yelping. And at one point I just stopped singing melodies and it was like the same note on every syllable, it was fun, my throat fucking hurts you guys x)

And then Particles happened (Conor sang the whole bRIDGE I’M DEAD) and Amsterdam too and then the show was donezo.

We said goodbye to Giules and the others and went back to the place and well, we went to bed... :[ The next day my sister left in the morning for a work thing so it was just Anna and I ^^ We went to Haydn, which is an English cinema, and watched Thor which was hilarious and really cool. The whole cinema was cool, there were all these posters around and like, all this old movie stuff like camcorders and projectors, it was very atmospheric.

And thennnnn after another break we went to meet up with Giules & Co. again and by this time I was fucking _exhausted_ and in so much pain but I still wanted to spend some more time with them so we went out for coffees and pastry which was very nice, we had a little chat, and then we went back to the hostel. I wish I had a normal body instead of a garbage one so I didn’t have to think about how much more I can take and what my limits are even when I’m planning to have a good time but oh well.

Then today morning Anna and I left our tiny bed buggy hostel and I got on a train then I came home. And now I’m sad. Agnes by Glass Animals came on shuffle on the train and I was ugly crying under my scarf, it was pretty disgusting. And tomorrow of course it’s back to work time. Oh boy. Two more weeks until winter break that’s all I have to survive.

I wish I could say, and I can because it’s true, that this weekend and luckily many of the memories similar to these that I have could help me like, through these tough times but as we were hanging out with Ines, and Giules and the others, and I spent like the whole weekend with Anna, it’s just making me that much sadder that the people I’m with at work are so different than me, and how much I just don’t fit in here.

Anyway I won’t lament on this any longer but it stings a little still.

So this weekend was GREAT, I only wish Ines could’ve been with us the whole time ♥♥ Well, next time she will because next time we’re seeing Editors together in April :3 

Now let me try to fix the audio on my new laptop and listen to Soda and cry a lot. Maybe it’s not working because it wants to keep me from crying to sad songs x)

Yuki's Story Chapter 80 - Yuki's Final Party

Chapter 81 A week before the last day party, Eru is at her gameroom after school, and sees Yuki and Minoru coming. Yuki: Hey Eru! Eru: Hey Yuki and Minoru. Minoru: I see that you are playing with dices. Eru: Umm, yes. She stacks them to stand and touch to see it fall. Yuki sees Rin and Ren playing Kirby. Rin: Go grab the fire ones. Ren: I will need them. Shirou comes in and sees Rin. Shirou: Hi Rin! Rin: Hey Shirou! Shirou: Mind if I join? Rin: No problem! Me and Ren are co-oping so you can watch for now. Shirou: Ok. He walks to them while Eru pokes the dice again to see it fall. Yuki: Want to play Mortal Kombat or Splatoon? Minoru: I pick Splatoon. Yuki: Ok. Yuki and Minoru left Eru's desk. After Eru pokes another sets of dices, she sees her friends hanging out with each other. She feels alone. Eru stands up and thinks if she wants to hang with them, but she's in charge of the gameroom. Eru: I don't want to be shy. She walks to Yuki and Minoru. Eru: Guys. Minoru: Yes, Eru? Eru: ...May I play one round with you both? Yuki: Yes! Just pick up the controller. It's the three of us now! Eru: Thanks! They all played games, and after gameroom ended, Eru sees people leaving, and Rin is about to leave. Rin: Did you have fun playing with Yuki and Minoru? Eru: Yes. Rin: Cool. Are you excited for next friday? The party before summer break. Eru: I do want to join. Rin: Good! You don't want to miss anything there! It's our last summer party in school! I will be with Shirou, Yuki and Minoru are doing something special to each other, and Retasu is going with Takahashi. Eru: I see. They both walk out from the room, and walk together. Rin: Not to be nosy, but do you have someone you love? Eru: Umm, no. I don't. Rin: It's fine. I'm not judging you. Eru smiles. Rin: We got exams first, and I'm gonna spend time studying during the weekend! Eru: Me to. Rin: Do you have summer plans coming up? Eru: I'm going to Kanto Region next week and visit Akihabara. Rin: I heard they have great stuffs there. Eru sees her ride from the window, and proceeds to run. Rin sees her running. Rin: Uhh? Eru? Eru exited the building, and heads to her ride. Rin sees her going in. Rin: She seems excited, I guess. Next Wednesday during lunch, Yuki and Minoru are having lunch at the top roof. Minoru: In the party, we will sign our names on a secret wall with many senior couples. Yuki: Yep! It will be the best party we ever had in this school. Minoru: Yeah. So who's in charge of the party since you won't be the announcer? Yuki: Two girls. Lia and Kyanna. Minoru: Oh yeah, they know how to throw a party. Yuki: I let them to take over so that I will have a bit more time in the party. Minoru: That's a good idea. Yuki: Not only that, but we are gonna do cool things over the summer. Minoru: Our last summer break was very fun! It was nice spending with you and our friends. Yuki: Absolutely. Minoru: Remember we did a reenactment last year when you came to see my drawings and asked me out? Yuki: That's what we wanted something like that to happen from two years ago, and we recorded last year to see the possibilites if we met earlier. Minoru: Yeah. Are we gonna do something special together besides the secret wall? Yuki: Umm, I'll think of something before Friday. Minoru: All right. Later after school, Minoru walks with Ayano and they left school. Ayano: I can't wait for the party! It sounds like a cool event! Minoru: It is. You will be happy to see cool stuffs our friends are gonna show. Ayano: Nice! With Yuki around, I bet she always does something very cool there! Minoru: We know Yuki. She always having a blast. Ayano: Yep. I think without Team Phase around, nothing can ruin it. Minoru: The party will enjoy itself than with them around. That's what Yuki said. Ayano: Sounds funny! In the beginning of Friday, Eru wakes up and stops the alarm from her phone. Eru: (yawns) The party is today. She gets up and wears her normal outfit. As soon Eru is by the livingroom, her butler sees her with her normal outfit. Butler: Eru, are you supposed to wear school uniform? Eru: I heard you can wear anything on the party this year. Butler: All right. And are you fine without a dress? Eru: It's just an average party. Butler: It's a party you will be going as a senior. Eru's parents came to the room. Father: Good morning Eru! Eru: Hi Mom and Dad. Mother: Eru, I think you should wear something fancy if the party allows any clothes. Eru: Umm, okay. Near the school property, Minoru and Ayano are walking. Minoru is wearing a cheap tuxedo and Ayano wears her normal outfit. Ayano: I can't wait to go in! Minoru: Me to. Is Sakura coming? Ayano: Yeah. She's gonna come with Rin. Minoru: Cool. As they entered, they see Yuki with Red cocktail with red shorts. Minoru: Wow! Awesome! Yuki: Hey Minoru. This is my first dress, and I got it shortly and feels very comfortable, including a red short shorts inside. Minoru: Cool! Ayano: Your first dress? Yuki: I don't like dresses, but this one is my only exception. Minoru: I see. Yuki: And you in your tuxedo, you look very cute with it. It makes you look nice. Minoru: Thanks, Yuki. Yuki: Shall we go in? Minoru: Yeah! Yuki: You first. Ayano sees Yuki and Minoru walking. She then sees Rin and Sakura on her left. Ayano: Hi Rin and Sakura! Sakura: Ayano! Rin wears a frilly dress while Sakura wears her normal outfit. Ayano: Hey Sakura! We are gonna do a lot of great things today! Sakura: Yep! Let's run to the back of the school! Ayano: Okay! They both ran off. Rin sees then running. Rin: Wow. She sees Eru's car coming in and Eru got off. Rin: Hey Eru. Nice dress! Eru: Umm, thanks. Butler: You can call me when the party is over. Eru: Okay. The butler drives and left. Rin: Eru, remember we had fun on last year's party? Eru: Yes. Rin: It's a senior, so we gotta do a lot of activities. You should get to show the peers your talents. Eru: What talents? Rin: We got arcades hooked up outside, and you are great at video games. Eru: The arcades from school? Rin: Yeah. Eru: That's good. I would like to play, but I wanna meet friends too. Rin: Sounds good. At the back of the school, we see speakers and hear music. Tables and foods and drinks are in the area. Kyanna and Lia are at the stage. Kyanna: I got a surprise for Yuki and Minoru. They want to stay longer here than anyone else. Lia: What is it? Kyanna: Just something special. I hear they want to sign their love on the secret wall from the rooftop, and since Yuki is really well known and is a good friend of mines, I want to do something that helps out their relationship. Lia: That's a good one. What exactly? Kyanna: I'll save it until near the end. Lia: All right. Should I help? Kyanna: I was gonna ask, so yes. Lia: Awesome. They grab their microphones. Kyanna: Welcome to Fujiwara's Summer Party! We got many drinks and snacks at the food table! Lia: And we got a lot of activities here! You guys will enjoy anything in the party! Yuki talks with her peers. Yuki: This summer, I plan plenty of adventures to do. It will be fun. Boy1: Cool! You rock! Boy2: I like your dress! Boy3: What about parks? Yuki: I plan to go to few cities in this country. I want to go to Akihabara and Tokyo Disneyland. I know I will be going to Kyoto later on to visit my family's temple. Boy4: Sounds like a lot of cool stuff! Girl1: Hey boy, are you gonna be with her on those trips? Minoru: Pretty much some of it. I also have few trips planned already. Boy1: We got ours planned too. Rin and Eru went to the food area to get drinks. Rin: I got my favorite drink. Eru: Me to. Rin sees Retasu coming. Rin: There is Retasu! I'll be right back in a little bit. Rin runs to Retasu. Retasu: Hi Rin! Rin: Hey Retasu. Retasu: Did you see Yuki? Rin: I didn't see her, but I bet she's here already. I saw Minoru's sister. Retasu: All right. They both walk and sees Yuki hanging with her fans. Retasu: I never saw Yuki wore a dress before. Rin: Although it's just a very simple red dress. Nothing frilly, and yet, I bet her fans finds her hot. Retasu: Pretty much. Rin: I'm gonna ask. Rin walks to Yuki. Yuki: Hey Rin. Rin: Hey Yuki. When did you get that dress? Yuki: I got it from few weeks ago. It just looks easy and simple, so I got that and red shorts underneath. Rin: Of course, you would pick something that simple, for your taste. Yuki: It was easy to get. Minoru: What do you think of mine? Rin: Looks pretty cute. A while later, Retasu sees Takahashi coming. Retasu: Hi! Takahashi: Hello, Retasu. Retasu: Do you want to get a drink with me? Takahashi: Yes! Meanwhile, Eru is looking at the arcades. Rin sees Eru looking at them and walks to her. Rin: Eru, did they just bring it? Eru: I saw them bring it. It's not plugged yet. Rin: I see. Did you see Shirou? The blue hair guy? Eru: No. Rin: Me and Shirou, Yuki and Minoru, Retasu and Takahashi, and few couples are going to the roof to sign love signatures on a secret wall. Eru: Ok. Rin: It would take several minutes. I'm sure you would want to find someone to hang with. Eru: No thanks. I don't need a boyfriend. Rin: I meant spending time with someone. It doesn't have to be romantic. Speaking of it, why aren't you into romance? Eru: I don't want to be in love with someone because relationships is a big work for me, and I feel it's very complicated. I prefer being single. I just want to have friends because I think it's easier for me. Rin: Sounds fine. Sorry for asking you that. Eru: It's fine. I do love video games. Rin: There's that. Go play the arcades while we are up. Eru: Okay. A while later, the friends are at the roof. Kyanna and Leo are at the secret wall, signing their names in a drawn heart. Kyanna: There we go! We're there! Leo: Nice! Kyanna: Your turn, Yuki! Yuki: All right. They left while Yuki and Minoru go to the wall. Yuki: Here's a marker for you. You draw better than me. Minoru: Thanks. He grabs the marker, draws a heart, puts stick figures of Yuki and Minoru, hugging. He adds action Yuki stick figure and himself as a drawer. They both sign their names inside it. Yuki: You made it really good. Minoru: I know. Let me take a pic of it. He uses his phone and takes a picture of it. Yuki: Now we get to keep that photo. Minoru: And I bet this one will be the best one on this wall in our book. Yuki: Definately! They walk out. Rin and Shirou sign theirs. Shirou: This is neat! Rin: It does! I love you! Shirou: Me to. Retasu and Takahashi gets to sign it. Retasu: Forever, we will be together. Takahashi: Yes. I just added musical notes around the heart. Retasu: I like it. Yuki and Minoru are at the gym, being empty. Yuki: Remember two years ago, we were both here when a party was here? Minoru: Yes. We were both trying to interact, but it didn't happen. It was our second party. Yuki: Our first party was from 2014. I attend, but I didn't see you. Minoru: I was pretty lonely. I actually didn't attend. I only had one or two friends. Leon and Oka was a little later when we became friends. Yuki: Hmm. I know you were under some issues with teachers who were against you back then, but why didn't you attend your freshmen summer party? Minoru: I thought many people thought I was weird because the teachers I had was giving me a hard time. My classmates think I was the only weird person in class, and I thought at the time, I wasn't gonna enjoy the school because I was afraid of getting worse things. Yuki: Sounds like an interesting story. I know some non popular kids I met are kinda in the same story, and I would like to make them smile. Minoru: You seem pretty noble because you want to entertain a lot of people. You seem pretty nice as a popular person. What made you be a noble person? Yuki: I want to spend time with people who enjoys having fun, and I want them to smile with me. I was willing to help them out against bullies and I hear some stories about unpopular people being the butt of everyone's jokes, even though they may not deserve it. Minoru: Were you one of them in the past? Yuki: As of matter of fact, I had people who were against me or my friends. However, I dealt with them myself, and those problems get solved eventually. Minoru: Cool. Remember you told me back at my aunt's house that you dreamed that the party from two years ago, that you saw what happened if we met in the party? Yuki: Yes. Everyone was happy for us. I'm not psychic, but I think the peers would be happy if I announce my love for anybody, like you. Minoru: I'm glad your fans understand. Again, how are a lot of them respectful to our relationship from the beginning? Yuki: I helped some of these guys with their problems. I hang with them, and made sure they get the respect. I don't want to act popular like the bratty ones. I want to work legitimately to meet a lot of kids here. Minoru: Sounds like that's a good reason. Yuki starts to blush. Yuki: Well...I remember seeing you around prior to the 2015 summer party. I'm glad we made things better for you. You are able to have more friends, and you smile more often here. Minoru: I am glad you are willing to help me for almost two years. I wouldn't know what it would be like if I haven't met you, but I'm glad we did. Yuki: Yeah. I learned a lot of many things because of you. You seem pretty helpful too. Minoru starts blushing. Minoru: Hehe. I...I'm happy that we stayed together. Yuki: Same here. I do love doing cool things and all, but it's even greatful with you around. Minoru: I love to see you do those activities. That's why I think you're the coolest girlfriend. Yuki: And you are the amazing boyfriend. They both start kissing while holding each other. After several second kiss, Yuki and Minoru let go of each other. Yuki: Wow. It brings me joy. Minoru: Me to. Want to go back to the party? Yuki: You bet. They start going back to the party. Meanwhile, Eru is playing an arcade with Leon. Oka: Wow. Eru is doing pretty good. Leon: I didn't know you had such a great skills. Eru: Well, thanks. Leon: I wonder where is Yuki and Minoru. Oka: Probably they have something to do. They both see Yuki and Minoru coming. Yuki: Hey friends. Some of her fans comes up to her to talk. Boy1: You're gonna play some games? Yuki: Yes. This is a party, so we must have fun! Yuki walks to Eru. Yuki: Eru, you want to play against each other in the arcade? Eru: Umm, yes. Yuki: Guys! I'm gonna play against Eru Hibika. She's pretty good at video games. Boy2: Hello, Eru! Girl1: You're from the game room for after school. Eru: I am the manager. Minoru: Let's watch. Yuki and Eru are playing capcom fighting games. Yuki: Three characters? Eru: Yes. During the game, Yuki beats Eru on the first round, Eru beats Yuki on the second round, and on the third round, Eru beats Yuki. Eru: Wow! Yuki: GG. I seem to won a lot, but Eru deeply studies the mechanics. Kyanna: Cool! Eru: Thanks, Yuki. Minoru: The match was amazing. Yuki: Yeah. We see montages of Yuki playing along with her friends, including Rin, Retasu, Takahashi, Shirou, Eru, Leon, and Oka. They do several activities in the entire party. Later, the party is about to be over, and Kyanna and Lia are on the stage. Kyanna turns on the microphone. Kyanna: We sure are having fun on this party. Sadly, it is almost over, and this is both of our last summer party here. Lia: We're seniors, and we want to make sure you guys are having a good time before we leave. Kyanna: Get some goods on the tables, and say goodbye to your friends before leaving. Eru walks to Yuki. Eru: Yuki. Yuki: Eru? Eru: I want to say thanks. Our match. Yuki smiles. Yuki: No problem. Maybe we can see each other a bit during summer. Eru: Yeah. I gotta go. Minoru: Take care. Eru nods, and ran off. Minoru: This is the best party we have. Yuki: So far. Don't forget a senior year party before our graduation. Minoru: Yeah. I'm looking forward to it by spring. I am gonna be sad by the time it comes, because I will miss this place. Yuki: I see your point. It is our last year, so we gotta enjoy every bit of our year as much as we can. Minoru: You're right. Lia walks to them. Lia: Hey Yuki and Minoru. Yuki: Hey Lia. Lia: After everyone leaves from the party, me and Kyanna have something for you both. It's gonna be by the courtyard, but go when the party is gone. Minoru: Is it a surprise? Lia: You bet. She runs off. Yuki: I wonder what that is about. Minoru: We will just have to wait and see. Later when almost everyone left the party, Ayano and Shirou are left. Ayano talks to Minoru. Ayano: Minoru, what are you gonna tell me? Minoru: Me and Yuki got arranged something after the party, and I'm gonna come home later. Ayano: Oh. All right. See you at home then. Shirou talks to Yuki: Yuki:...Don't forget to have enough watermelon seeds to pop the ballons from far. That's how to win the ballon game the next time you play it. Shirou: Sure. I'll be going to Rin's place. See you next time. Yuki: All right. Bye. Both Yuki and Minoru went to the running courtyard, and sees the table. Kyanna and Lia are there. Lia: Hey guys! Minoru: Wait! You both prepared a special date here for us? Kyanna: Well, we wanted to. It's a private one. I cooked some foreign food for you both. Lia: And I set up the table and chairs. Kyanna: I also got my small portable player here. Yuki: Nice! Looks good. Minoru: Thanks, girls. Kyanna: No problem. You both like anime music? Yuki: We do. Kyanna: I'll just play it here while you both have fun. Lia: We got cleaning up to do. Kyanna: Enjoy! They both left. Yuki: Wow. I didn't even think they will arrange our date here, but all I said is to spend time longer. Minoru: I guess they care about our relationship. Yuki: You're right. They both eat. Yuki: They taste great. Minoru: I sometimes eat foreign food. Yuki: At times, I do. Minoru: Yes. I think your gym mates are pretty nice to us. Yuki: They are. I've been with them for pretty long. Minoru: That's cool. They continue to talk while having a date.

“Hello!! Ah, I’m sorry if I caught you off guard! I have a message for you! There’s someone that wants to meet you at the port. ...You don’t know how to get there? Come with me, I’ll show you the way. Have you been here before? No? ...Oh, you’re from the same place as Chika! Then you’re new to like, everything, right? Cool! Then I can teach you some things real quick if you’d like!

“I’ve been all over the place because of my work. I’m a messenger! Why don’t I tell you about some of the places I’ve been? You must be interested to know how people live around the world, like houses and buildings and stuff like that. Hmm, but where do I start...do you know any place names, yet? A few? Why don’t you say them, and I’ll tell you what I know about them!

“Edengraith... okay! It’s a more northern place, but I’ve been there a few times. Most of the main island is covered in really thick forest, so most things there are built with wood because it’s the easiest to gather. Though, stones are mined in the northern regions and transported around the island to build walls and such. It’s really important for them to have walls around their communities so that forest fires can’t get in! Fires and wild animals, probably. Their settlements are usually constructed in long rows, with a wall all the way around, then about 100 meters of forest cleared around the wall, just to make sure fires won’t blow over. Here, I can use the back of your message, lemme draw it out...

“Kinda like that! Though, in places where richer people are, they build their houses entirely out of stone, so they don’t really need a wall, but most of them still do. Also, in the center of the island is where the earth magician’s tribe is, and I heard that they build their houses right in the trees! Tree houses! Wouldn’t it be cool to live in one of those? Ok, now gimme another name!

“Sennian? Yeah! It’s a pretty big continent, so depending where you are, they do things a little differently based on resources. Most commonly in the south they use brick and clay, but farther north all the buildings are mostly stone and wood, kinda like Edengraith. Oh, and in the really far north, I hear, they actually build their buildings directly into the hills and mountains! I wanna go see them someday, but... I don’t like the cold at all. Anyways, places there don’t really have a set pattern for settlements, they mostly just build around the geography of the land. One thing most places do have in common, though, is that they will almost always have a town square! Also, a lot of the older cities will have walls around them, but since most of Sennian is pretty stable nowadays, they’re mostly for decoration rather than defense. Here, I’ll doodle one...

“Ta-da! Also, people in some places in the north-central areas are able to make glass for use in windows! So if you’re ever in an area in Sennian where they have glass windows, then you’ll know there’s a skilled craftsman nearby! ...Eh? Almost everyone where you’re from has glass windows? Are you all rich? ...Never mind, let’s hear another name now!

“Fejheldan, it’s okay, you almost had it! In the mountain areas, they usually build things from limestone and clay, but everywhere else tends to rely on wood. Though I hear in the south, they use metals in a lot of structures too. The tallest building in the world is in the country of Halys, and apparently it’s made of a lot of metal! That must’ve been a lot of work... Anyways, in the western half of the continent, they build stuff around the typography of the land similar to Sennian, while in the east, everything tends to follow in a circle or semi-circle shape, with all the important buildings in the middle or at the “top”. Here, like this...

“They also really like walls in the mountainous areas; literally every settlement has a wall, and you have to go through gate guards in order to get in! Luckily, I can fly, so I never have to worry about that when I go to those places, haha! One last thing, in Fejheldan, they really like building their buildings as high up as possible! A lot of cities are at the top of mountains! Ok, next one!

“Ataupiskan, yup, you said it right! In the south, everything is really open air because it gets so warm there, and in some places their homes are built with nothing but a wood structure with paper walls! Paper! I’d be afraid of my walls blowing away! Though, the more north and east you go, they build a lot of things with bricks and clay because the weather is more violent. They like building their settlements in crescent shapes with long roads, but with a short, straight main road with all the important stuff on it. Lemme draw that one, it’s a little confusing to explain...

“There you go! In the center regions, a lot of buildings are a mixture of wood, plaster, and clay. A lot of people there are very superstitious, so every home always has a place by the door to put special charms that help protect the household! Also, in that area, they follow the land’s shape with their settlements as well. In the north, most stuff is made of brick and wood, but they import stones from the mountains for the important buildings. All their towns are built in grids... maybe so they don’t have to worry so much about mapping everything! Haha! Here, I’ll draw that for good measure...

“Ok, there’s that. There’s one more continent left, that’s Keshrian! That’s where I spend most of my time. Since a lot of the continent is desert and can get really hot, a lot of places are built out of mud, clay, or plaster so that the heat doesn’t get trapped inside. Though in the northwest, there’s actually a big jungle, so people build things out of wood and leaves and other brush. They build houses right into hills in the south, too! The shape of the settlements is, well... it really depends how big the place is. The city I spend most of my time in, Shivna, was originally planned on a grid, with all the important buildings in the middle, but... as the city expanded, they just kinda started adding on wherever? So there’s crescents, long roads, short roads, wavy roads... it gets confusing the farther to the outskirts you go! Umm...

“...I tried. Oh, one more detail: In my country of Al-Sharid, it’s important that all houses have at least one window that faces to the east, as a tribute to the guardian of the sun! She has many devout followers there.

“...Oh, you’d also like to know about the tropical islands? Well, I don’t go to them very often, but most of them I’ve seen build all of their homes really close to the coast, though a few places that get really big waves sometimes will build more places in high elevations. Everything is wood and thatch, and almost always open air due to the heat. A funny detail is that most of these places will build their homes all the exact same, so in order to tell their homes apart they have to hang a unique ornament from their roofs so they don’t accidentally walk into the wrong house! That’d be embarrassing! Haha!

"...and Visktul? I’ve never been there, it’s way too cold!!! But, I have heard that they build directly into the sides of cliffs, because there’s a lot of weird creatures that will attack the flat settlements... though in those flat settlements they build houses out of ice sometimes! 

“Goodness, I said I was gonna make this quick, didn’t I? I get carried away so easily... I need to hurry up and deliver the rest of these messages, or else Queen Ajri will scold me again for taking too long! Ah! Well, I hope this was all helpful to you, anyways!
