#umg merch team I hate you

Girl I feel you, I literally contacted Umg to cancel my order cause I was like “eff this I’m just gonna get it at target cause it’s been MONTHS” only for them to write back and say my order had been shipped🙃 they never sent me a notice about it.

I hate them. I ordered from Walmart for the vinyl because it was out of stock for forever but yeah they’re very much pulling the same thing. Umg merch team is garbage

Okay one thing I want to talk about in regards to umg merch discourse is that Post Malone is signed to Republic Records and he does not use UMG merch. I kinda always thought there was a clause in contracts that you had to use their merch team because both the Jonas Brothers and Ariana Grande are signed to Republic and I’ve heard horror stories similar to ours from their fans regarding merch. Anyway, all this is so say I’m not sure why more artists don’t use a different merch option if they can? Especially when all your fans fucking hate your current merch team? Because Post’s merch slaps and the quality is significantly better.
