New Ways of Turning into Stone, Chapter 6
A/N Where does the time go? I lugged my laptop 7,000km round trip with the sole intention of working on this fic, but that apparently didn’t happen. For those who found the last chapter hard to bear, I apologize in advance. I am not quite finished being cruel. With that said, trigger warning for character death, childhood disease, suicide ideation. The chapter title is Sleeping in the Clouds.
The first five chapters are available on my AO3 page.
Five Months Later
A persistent mechanical bleating lifted Claire from the indeterminate depths of medicated sleep. The emergency contact number she provided to all her patients was programmed to forward to her mobile, where a particularly aggravating ringtone ensured she would never miss a call. Even at one am on a Tuesday night.
Fumbling for the device, she glanced at the unfamiliar number before answering.
“Doctor Beauchamp speaking.” Her voice was gritty and rough. She reached for a half-filled tumbler of water while waiting for the caller to identify themselves. Over the line she could make out muted traffic noise, and perhaps a distant foghorn, but no-one spoke.
“Hello?” she inquired, torn between concern that a patient needed her and frustration that she might have been woken by a misdialed number.
“If you’re one of my patients, you need to talk to me so that I can help you.”
There was an intake of breath, a weepy sniffle, and then the click of the call being terminated. A prickle of gooseflesh washed over her. She couldn’t say exactly how, but she knew who had called, and that he needed her.
One of the grim perks of her job was that she had backdoor access to reverse look-up for telephone numbers, in cases where there was a threat of self-harm or harm to others. As Claire hastily donned socks and grabbed a winter coat, she waited on hold for the PSAP operator to provide an address.
“We’re in luck, Doctor Beauchamp. It wasna a mobile number. In fact, tis a telephone booth. Gote Lane, in Queensferry. Down near the... umm, next tae the bridge.”
Without so much as a thank you, she hung up and frantically punched the app for an Uber.
Fifteen nail biting minutes and an excessive tip later, she stood in front of an empty phone booth. Predictably, the directory had been torn out, leaving only a thin metal cord and car-key graffiti inside the cramped interior. But on top of the phone itself she found a familiar ecru business card, her name and credentials embossed in black font.
“Damn it, Jamie,” she muttered to herself, palming the card.
If he’d hung up and started walking towards the bridge, she might be able to catch him if she ran all out, but something called her towards the nearby shore instead.
The tide was out, leaving a narrow strip of beach and sharp, slimy rocks exposed to the heavy air. Her nostrils were assaulted by the briny vegetative rot of the retreating sea.
On a weathered bench facing the river, encircled by a cone of foggy streetlight, sat a man, his eyes trained on the smudgy lights of the Queensferry bridge hovering high above. Even bundled in a heavy black jacket and watch cap, she would recognize his long limbs and the set of his shoulders anywhere. She let out a long breath of relief.
She approached the bench cautiously, not certain if her presence would be welcome. Instead of turning to greet her footsteps, Jamie addressed the bridge.
“Maggie passed t’day. I called ‘cause I wanted ye tae know, but then I couldna find the words tae tell ye.” Despite his refusal to look at her, his words were calm and without a hint of the bitterness she’d expected.
“Oh, Jamie. I’m so terribly sorry. I didn’t know her well, but she was a very special little girl who loved you dearly.”
He nodded in acknowledgement of her words, but didn’t reply. She shifted uncomfortably from one foot to the other, suddenly aware that she was still wearing her pajamas, her hair doubtless a veritable cumulus of tangled curls.
“Is there anything I can do?” she asked. “I still have some contacts at the hospital, I could...” she broke off, knowing it was ridiculous to offer professional assistance when she’d been the one to sever their relationship.
“Would ye, if it’s no’ too much tae ask, would ye mind jus’ sittin’ here with me fer a bit?”
He finally turned to look at her, and she could see the spider web of red veins that surrounded his irises, testimony to his heartbreak. His mouth, usually such an accurate barometer of his mood, was strangely inert. She nodded, unable to deny him such a simple request.
It was the time of night when the daytime symphony of the city broke into its component parts, every passing car, every lapping wave a single instrument singing its own plaintive song. They sat in silence for long enough that she could feel the damp creeping up the legs of her pajamas.
“Maggie loved tae cross that bridge,” Jamie said at last. “She’d lower her window, rain or shine, and stick her wee arm out, sayin’ it felt like she was flyin’.”
Claire smiled at the image, trying to picture the little girl with the giant imagination.
“What colour was her hair, Jamie?” she asked. “Was it red, like yours?”
“Nah, dark, like Jenny’s and our Da. But wi’ curls like mine and my Ma’s. A little like yours, actually, Sassenach. That is, before the chemo took it away.”
She grimaced, not knowing what topic to choose that wouldn’t lead Jamie on a path directly back to his grief.
“She fought sae hard,” he continued before she could attempt another distraction, “but the cancer wouldna let her win.” Tears were rolling down his cheeks, glinting in the sodium light like stars, but he didn’t seem to notice or care. “She was the best person I knew. Sounds strange tae say of a wee lass, but she truly was. An’ it made me a better person tae love her. What the fuck am I gonna do now?”
Jamie was looking straight at her, as though he truly expected her to offer useful guidance. All her training, her professional distance, fell away in the face of one broken man. She swallowed, searching for words that weren’t a platitude.
“You’re going to go on living, because she can’t. Because your happiness, when you are ready to feel it again, will be a gift to her memory.”
Jamie sniffed, then wiped his sleeve across his face. He placed his hand on the bench between them. Without allowing herself to think, Claire reached for it, finding his skin surprisingly warm. There was an agonizing fermata, when all the instruments held their breath, and then he turned his palm upwards to meet her own. Beneath the fog the river slipped by, blending endlessly into the sea.
"Look, Jamie, I know it’s not the right time, but I want to tell you that I’m sorry. For the way I treated you, and ended things, and...”
“Nay, Sassenach, it’s me who should apologize. I had no right tae throw my diagnosis at ye like some kinda weapon. An’ when I think of how I heedlessly brought up yer becoming a mother. I, of all people. Weel, suffice it tae say I’ve spent many an hour regretin’ my words an’ actions.”
She squeezed his hand, wordlessly declaring them equal in remorse.
“How have ye been?” he inquired, peering at her as though trying to read her state of mind on the planes of her face. She chuckled, looking away when the intensity of his gaze became too much.
“About the same, I suppose. Better some days than others. Geillis has started ordering my lunches for me, so I no longer have any excuse not to eat.” Jamie nodded, seemingly pleased with this news.
“And you? Are you still seeing Dr. Rafferty? I... uhh, I know his office requested your file.”
In fact, Giles Rafferty had called her the week after her confrontation with Jamie, wondering why his new patient’s record of treatment contained no more than his biographical details and the time and date of each of his appointments. She told him the same thing she’d told Geillis when she asked the same question in significantly cruder terms: that her weekly interactions with Jamie had never led to a professional diagnosis or a recommended course of treatment.
“Aye. He’s a good man, although tragically immune tae my charms. Unlike some.”
“Don’t flatter yourself, Fraser,” she warned, although his rakish grin warmed her from the inside out.
“I’ll be darkening his doorway wi’ some frequency, after t’day,” he continued with a return to solemnity.
And yet you called me, Claire wanted to say, but didn’t. When his beloved niece had slipped away, hers had been the number he had dialed, despite everything. The very idea made her thoughts flit about like fireflies.
“I missed ye, Sassenach,” he confessed quietly after a time.
“I missed you too, Jamie.”
They sat together through the thin hours of the night, talking, sharing memories of Maggie, but mostly in silent companionship. As dawn brightened the eastern sky, the fog began to lift, revealing an overcast sky. The lights of the bridge blinked out, and the city’s music began anew. Claire wished futilely that day would never break, knowing that it would bring them both the pain of two very different kinds of goodbye.
Her hand, when Jamie finally let it go, felt strange, as though it had been separated from its source. She tucked it quickly into her pocket.
“I.. errr, I need tae be goin’,” Jamie said by way of apology. “Ian and Jenn will be needin’ me.”
“Yes, of course. I’ll just, um, call myself an Uber.”
They were both standing, neither seemingly knowing how to part.
Jamie opened his mouth, paused, shook his head in frustration, then looked away. Her traitorous hand escaped her pocket and found its way to his chest.
“I’ll be thinking of you. All of you. If there’s anything, anything at all..”
“How long until your no’ my doctor anymore? Ethically speakin’.” He was looking at her in a way that made the fireflies whirlpool about.
“What?” she asked to buy herself some time to breath.
“Before I go an’ face everything that is wrong about t’day, I want tae ken, how long must I wait before I can kiss ye again wi’out riskin’ yer reputation?”
“There’s no written timetable,” she stalled. “It’s a question of a doctor exerting undue influence or the exploitation of the patient’s trust, and there’s really...”
“Those rules are meant tae protect the patient, aye? So I should be allowed tae waive them, no’?”
“Jamie...”
“Fine, let me rephrase my question. Doctor Claire Beauchamp, when can I, James Fraser, ask ye tae look upon me as a potential suitor and no’ a former patient? Six months? A year? Two years?”
“You really are the most infuriatingly stubborn man,” she huffed.
“Aye, I ken. Sae, two years? Do we have an agreement, Sassenach?”
“Fine, yes, two years, but Jamie, I don’t expect you to...”
A finger was placed across her lips, silencing her protests.
“Two years are naught if I can kiss ye again once they have passed. Until then, Claire, please take care of yerself.”
She stood by the bench long after Jamie was gone, staring out across the river. A flock of geese flew by in formation, broad wings nearly touching the surface of the water as it reflected the steel gray clouds above. She thought of little Maggie, and her birdhouse surrounded by clouds. A sob wrestled its way up her throat, surprising in its urgency. And then, she allowed herself to cry.

Into The Night
Pairing: Kai x Reader
Warning: Smut
Word Count: 5k
Summary: You never expected to fall for the escort your friend ordered for you.
"It's a very reputable place." Jisoo smiles at you. "Very discreet. I think it would be a good place for you to go." She finishes.
You stare at her with your mouth wide open as you try to comprehend what she had just said to you.
"Bitch." You scoff. "Are you trying to tell me to go to a whore house to get laid?" You ask.
"I mean, you're not the first person to do it. It's not a big deal." She says, shrugging her shoulders. "The guys are hot." She smirks, wiggling her eyebrows.
You can't help but think about it for a minute. You really did need a good fuck, your vibrator can only do so much. "Fine." You say, crossing your arms. "But your ass is coming with me." You smirk, watching her face drop at what you had just said.
"But.. I.. " she stutters.
"No excuses, I fuck a sex worker, you fuck a sex worker. That's the deal." You laugh. You knew she would never do something like that, meaning you'd be off the hook.
"Fine." She says. "Lets go. Now." She says, ushering you towards the door. "Now or never."
"How about never?" You nervously giggle.
"Or now works too. Let's go bitch." She finishes, dragging you out the front door of your apartment to a cafe down the street, to get the process started.
Little did you know this was going to be the best, but also worst experience of your life.
**
Kai smiles as he says goodbye to his latest client, leaving her to relish in the orgasms he had given her, making her scream out his name. He knew he was good at what he did, that's all he was ever told he was good at, so why not make a career out of it.
Women had always told him he was a great fuck, he had a handsome face but that would only take him so far. The words they told him always stuck with him, replaying over and over in his head.
"You're a great fuck but thats it."
"I could never date you. You're not good enough for me."
It was always the same, with every woman that he met. They were always only interested in him because of his face, or his body. They never cared to get to know him or his likes and dislikes, only how many times could they cum because of him.
Eventually he said fuck it and gave up on trying to pursue a relationship with women. He began working for an escort company, where he quickly climbed the ladder, becoming the most popular male escort. He made great money, but lived a lonely life despite being with different women. It wasn't the sex that was important to him, it was the connection, the love two people shared. That's what he craved, but he knew he wasn't enough.
Kai's mind wanders back to just after he graduated from high-school. He had a date with a girl he had loved for the last four years and had tried time and time again to muster up the courage to ask her on a date.
"J-jennie, would you like to have dinner with me?" He asks, his fingers twiddling between each other.
She smiled at him, but it wasn't genuine, more pitty.
"Um sure." She half smiles. "I'll meet you at the restaurant." She says, walking away to her friends. Kai thought his heart was going to explode out from his chest.
He was so happy.
He wasn't your typical guy, he was shy. He was very quiet and often gave off the vibe of being an asshole, but in all honesty, you just needed to get to know him first but no one ever gave him that chance.
His date with Jennie went well, the conversation lagged a few times but it had ended with him railing her in the back of his car.
His muscles flex, the sweat glistening as he props himself up while he thrusts in and out of her, making her scream.
It was the best night of his life and he thought about her everyday, until he saw her making out with some guy at a party a few days later. All eyes had been on him when he walked into the party, his arrival commencing the whispering between people and the staring.
"W-what? I thought.. we.." he stutters, lost for words.
She laughed. And laughed. "Look." She giggles. "You give top notch dick, but you're an asshole. You're not boyfriend material." She spits.
Kai hangs his head low as he walks out of the party, heartbroken for the first time but not the last.
He didn't let that one instance ruin his views on relationships and women, no, that came after the same thing happened in college. He had met Mina and she was so beautiful, smart and interesting. He was smitten with her, and when she agreed to go on a date with him, he was over the moon excited.
"Would you like to get a coffee with me?" He whispers to her, only looking her in the eye once.
"Sure. Sounds great." She smiles.
He told himself he wouldn't sleep with her on the first date. Coffee seems innocent enough, but alas, it ended with him ramming into her from behind in an alleyway behind the coffee shop.
"I had a great time." She smiles, as she adjusts her skirt. "See ya." She finishes, walking away, leaving him standing there slightly confused.
Kai saw her often, mostly in the middle of the night when she called him and asked him to come fuck her. Whenever he asked to walk her to class or meet up for dinner, she was always busy or unavailable. And if they ever did meet up at her apartment during the day, she always had an excuse as to why he couldn't stay.
"That was great." She sighs, rolling over onto her back. Kai rolls over, wrapping his arm around her waist, only laying there for a second before she wiggles out-of his embrace and stands at the edge of the bed.
"What?" He asks, raising an eyebrow.
"I've got a lot to do. You gotta go." She says, getting dressed and rushing him out of her apartment.
He wanders around downtown for a bit, trying to think of why she kicked him out so quickly, why she never wants to spend time with him. He's lost in his thoughts until he sees Mina, just down the street walking with her friend.
With a smile on his face he walks up to her to greet her.
"Hey you." He smiles.
She doesn't smile back. Instead, she scoffs, her friend giving him a weird, uncomfortable look.
"Um." Mina starts, but Kai gets the point.
"Gotcha." He mumbles, turning around to walk away and that's when he hears her.
"Who is that?" Her friend asks, laughing.
"The most amazing dick I've ever had." Mina raves. "But like that's all he's good for." She laughs. "He's so awkward. Could you imagine keeping that as your boyfriend? Talk about being embarrassed all the time." Mina laughs. "And he's studying accounting. How lame. He'd make better money fucking women for a living." She finishes.
A tear rolls down Kai's cheek as he now vows to himself to never try for a relationship again. Women wanted some good, dominating cock? Then that's what he would give them, that's all that he would give them.
**
"Make sure he has brown hair." Jisoo laughs. The two of you sit in a cafe, on your phones choosing an escort for each other. You picked one for her, someone who seemed to fit her type just right, a man named Baekhyun.
You were nervous about who she chose for you, but you trusted her, mostly. You knew she wouldn't screw you over.
"Okay done. Meet him in an hour at the Into The Night hotel." She laughs.
"Seriously? Fuck." You laugh nervously.
Forty five minutes later you're standing outside the hotel, taking a deep breath. You're the one who needs to get the hotel room and he will knock on the door. You know, this is fine, its simple, its just a fuck. With a stranger. It's fine.
"A room with a king size bed." You whisper to the front desk clerk who looks at you weirdly as you sweat slightly.
"Room 5372. Here's your key. Enjoy your stay.. with no bags." He says.
"Someone will be coming to ask for my room number. Make sure you tell him." You say, clearing your throat.
"Of course." He says, looking back to his computer.
**
You sit on the edge of the bed, your fingers twiddling as you wait for the much anticipated knock on the door. And when it came, your heart jumped from your chest.
Your palms were sweaty as you gripped the door knob, taking a few very deep breaths before you pulled the door open revealing an extremely handsome man. His hair was messy and dark, his shirt unbuttoned just enough for you to see his chest, the muscles in his arms protruding from his long sleeve shirt.
You go back and sit on the bed, watching him walk in, the bulge in his pants very noticeable. Your breath hitches as your eyes stare at it, unable to look away from it.
"Hi." He says, his voice deep and rugged. "I'm Kai." He smiles.
"Um hi, I'm.. um.. Ayn." You stutter.
"Ayn." He says, a smirk on his face. "How would you like me, Ayn?" He asks.
"What's your last name?" You ask, your nerves have now fully taken over. "Mines YLN."
"Kim." He says, cocking his head to the side.
"Nice, nice. Are you hungry? I'm starving. I'm going to order room service." You say, jolting yourself up and heading to the phone.
"Wait you're serious?" He asks.
"Very. I never joke about food." You say.
"Uh. A burger?" He says, slightly confused about what was currently happening. But he hadn't had dinner and was kind of hungry, so why not?
"Hi, i'd like two cheeseburgers with fries and two cokes." You accidently yell into the phone. "Sorry." You whisper, hanging up. "Like twenty minutes you tell him, slowly walking back towards the bed.
He nods his head.
"So.. good times?" You ask, referring to the name of the hotel, a small smile on your face.
"Yeah, I mean, it's meant for good times, so why not. I thought it was clever when I named it." He smiles.
"You named it? Do you own the company?" You ask, genuinely shocked.
"I do." Kai laughs. "I founded Knight Industries a few years ago and built it up." He says, beginning to unbutton his shirt.
"Umm." You say nervously, thinking of how else you could stall. Honestly, you wanted to see what was under his shirt but you knew where it was going to lead you weren't sure about the stranger thing.
Knock
Knock
"Room service." A voice chimes from outside your door.
"I better.. get that." You half smile, quickly walking to the door. You open it and a cart is pushed into your room. The man looks confused when he sees Kai standing there, both of you fully clothed.
"Uh, enjoy." He says, walking out but not before giving Kai a questioning look.
**
Over the next hour you and Kai talk about one thing, well you talk about one thing and that thing is food. You went on and on while Kai actually sat there and smiled at you as you described to him your favorite dish to make at home.
"It's so easy to make but tastes amazing. You have to taste it to believe it." You laugh.
You also talked about what your dream vacation would be.
"And that's why my absolute dream vacation would be a good tour of Europe. You would get everything." You groan, just thinking about the food made you want to drool everywhere."
"You can't forget the wine though." Kai laughs.
"No never, can never forget that." You smile.
Beep
Beep.
Your phone alarm beeps, telling you your two hours is up. You give Kai a smile before gathering your belongings.
"Thanks for this. I had a great time." You smile before leaving the room, leaving him there to respond to no one.
"Thank you." He whispers.
Kai tries to make sense of what just happened over the last two hours he had spent with you. When he talked you actually listened, you genuinely seemed interested in what he was saying and enjoyed talking to him. Something he had never had, no one ever wanted him, just his cock.
**
"Wow." Jisoo says, a tired smile plastered on her face, her hair a mess as she limps towards you outside the hotel. "You don't look like you just got fucked." She pouts.
"But you do." You respond. "I didn't. We talked. And it was really nice." You say, shyly.
"It wasn't a date Ayn. You were supposed to get laid!" She yells, a little too loudly.
"Next time. I will. Promise." You say.
"You're going to have a next time?" She asks, surprised.
"Would that be weird to request him again?" You ask.
Before she could answer a very handsome man ran out of the hotel, yelling her name.
"Jisoo! You forgot this." He smiles at her, his hair disheveled. He slyly hands her a pair of panties, giving her a wink before running back into the hotel.
"That's Baekhyun." She breathes. "I think I love him." She finishes. The two of you laugh before linking arms and walking back to your apartment, completely missing the man you'd spent time with watching you walk away from him.
That night you laid in your bed, staring at the request on your phone to meet up with him again. You wanted to see him again, whether you did anything or just talked but did he want to see you was the question.
You left it alone for the next week, thinking and debating about it everyday. You had the request filled out, but for whatever reason you couldn't bring yourself to press send.
You felt stupid. You probably weren't even his type, this is what he did for a living, of course he was nice to you, you paid for it. However, he was supposed to fuck you, not spend two hours eating and talking with you.
After a week you finally pressed that send button, and you confirmed your meeting for tomorrow, making sure to add to meet at a park at sunset. You wondered if he would actually show up.
**
The next night you sat on the park bench, your bag with a surprise beside you, as you waited for him to show up. The littlest part of you felt like he wasn't going to show up. So when I looked over and saw him walking towards you, your heart skipped a beat.
He sat down next to you, a smile on his face as he looked at you. "Hi." He says.
"Hi." You reply, your nerves coming back.
"We never got around to your favorite food last time." You say, waiting for him to begin talking.
"Fried chicken." He laughs. "My mom used to make it when I was little, and it's just kind of stuck now." He says, his hands placed on his lap. "She got the recipe when she was in America for a bit."
"Have you traveled much?" You ask.
He looked at you like you were crazy when you asked him that, but you really and truly wanted to know more about him.
"Japan a few times, China and America once, but that was years ago. I've always wanted to go back." He tells you. "Have you been anywhere?" He asks.
"No I've never traveled anywhere. I've always wanted to though." You smile.
"I think you'd like Japan. Amazing food." He laughs.
"Anywhere that has good food has my vote." You smile. "Speaking of food, I brought this for you." You say, pulling out the container of food you made for him. "I really wanted you to try it." You laugh.
"I-.. wow." He says, looking shocked. Your eyes meet as he remains speechless at your kind gesture.
Before you knew what was happening, Kai had leaned over and pressed his plump lips to yours, wrapping his hand around the back of your head to deepen the kiss.
When he pulls away you smile, standing up, your face covered in blush. "We'll have to meet up again so I can refill the container." You smile, walking away, hoping he uses the number you left on the top of the lid.
**
3 days. It took him 3 days to text you. After the second day you had completely given up hope on him messaging you, but that was typical of your fashion, never giving enough time to anyone.
You had woken up early in the morning for work and saw a text from a number you didn't recognize, thanking you for the food and how delicious it was.
You texted all day after that, about everything. He asked you on a date for that weekend, 8pm on Saturday. You told him you'd love too, and when Saturday rolled around you were terrified.
Your doorbell rang right at 8pm, and your heart fluttered as you walked towards the door, your heel clicking on the floor. You glanced at yourself in the mirror one more time, satisfied enough with how your makeup and hair turned out, you smoothed down your tight dress before answering the door.
"Hi." Kai smiles, looking you up and down. "You look amazing."
"Thank you." You whisper, looking at him in his suit, his hair slicked back. He looked so good. You almost said fuck it and dragged him into your apartment, but you have a little self control, for now.
On the drive to the restaurant you couldn't keep your eyes off him. The way he slouched in his seat, his legs spread with one hand on the steering wheel, the other one placed on your thigh. You could feel your pussy throbbing as you pressed your legs together, trying to keep yourself together.
"Are you okay?" He asks, his eyebrow raised, glancing over to you.
"Yep, all good." You say.
You knew he didn't buy it. His cologne, how his skin glowed under the moonlight, his plump lips, it was all getting to you and fast.
**
At the restaurant you sat across from him, throwing back your third glass of wine as Kai watched you in amusement. "Are you sure you're okay?" He asks, his chin resting on his hands.
"Mhmm." You say, gaining a little bit of confidence. You raise your leg under the table, gently caressing his leg with your foot, up and down a few times before you slide off your shoe and work your way up to his thigh.
Your eyes locked as you moved your foot, you could see his face change, his eyes become darker.
Every Time you rubbed his leg, you could feel your lips sliding together, reminding you of just how wet you truly were.
"I'm so wet." You whisper, sticking your hand under the table, sliding it over your pussy before popping it in your mouth to suck off your juice.
Kai's eyes went black. Right before he could say anything, the waiter came, placing your food in front of the both of you.
"Anything else I can get for you?" He asks, Kai looks at you, you bite your lip, looking slightly needy.
"Yeah, can we get this to go please." Kai says, his eyes never leaving yours. A smile spreads across your face as the waiter looks confused but takes your plates away anyways.
A few minutes later he returns with your food and your bill. Kai pays quickly before placing his hand on the small of your back to guide you out.
"Are you sure?" He asks, sliding into the driver's seat, starting the car.
"I want you to fuck me." You moan. Kai groans as he races down the street. "Now." You whisper.
He turns down an alley, parking in the dark between two buildings, making sure you were out of camera view.
"Out." He growls.
You open the door, step outside and walk to the front of the car. You watch as Kai walks around to the front of the car, unbuckling his belt and pulling it through the loops. His hand rests on your cheek as he leans in, pressing his lips to yours. He backs you up, leaning you against the car and laying you down on the hood of the car.
He breaks the kiss and stands up. "Hands." He demands.
You give him your hands, he puts them together and wraps his belt around them tightly. "Put them above your head." He demands. You do as you're told, your pussy dripping as you wait for what he plans to do next.
He brings his hand up to your neck, dragging his finger down your collarbone, past your breasts, down your stomach, stopping halfway down your thighs at the hem of your dress.
"Spread your legs." He says, his voice deep and demanding. You do your best to spread your legs, causing your dress to ride up, exposing your red lace panties.
Kai lifts your dress more, looking at your panties and smirking. He grabs onto them, moving them to the side, giving him a great view of your lips.
"Oh my god." You cry, your pussy needing to be touched.
"Quiet baby girl." He moans as he leans his body on yours. His one hand reaches in-between your thighs, moving between your lips before his thumb grazes over your throbbing clit while he inserts two fingers inside you, slowly. His body rests on yours as he pumps his fingers in and out of you, his other hand covering your mouth to muffle the sound of your moans.
Kai whispers in your ear as you mumble your muffled cries. "That's a good girl."
As he continues to pump his fingers into you, he moves his thumb in a circle on your clit, making your arch your back. You try to cry out, but his hand catches most of the whimpers as he removes his fingers from inside you, and focuses just on rubbing your clit.
Your eyes roll to the back of your head as you try to squeeze your legs together, your orgasm threatening to burst.
"Cum." He growls, sending you right over the edge, your body shaking as you ride through your high.
Kai removes his hand from your mouth while staring at you before licking his fingers with a smirk on his face. You slide down the car onto your knees, lifting up your hands so he can untie you.
You're a bit shaky as you pull down his pants and boxers, letting his cock spring free.
Your mouth waters as you stare at the thick, juicy, veiny cock standing straight in front of you. You wrap your hand around the shaft, pumping it a few times before Kai grabs the back of your head, forcing his cock into your mouth, making you choke.
"Mhmm." He moans. "Choke on that cock."
He lets you come up for air, just for a second before he shoves his cock back in your mouth and down your throat. Your eyes water as he thrusts in and out a few times before fully pulling out and standing you up. He pushes you down on your stomach against the hood of the car, making you spread your legs with his foot.
"Ready?" He asks, but doesn't wait for an answer. Instead he grips onto your hips and slams his cock inside of you, stretching you out and giving you no time to adjust to his size. "Such a tight pussy." He groans, his hands holding onto you tighter as your hands are laid out above your head, red marks from the belt very visible but you didn't care.
Kai never slowed his pace, he fucked you hard and he fucked you good.
"Shit shit." You cry out as he hits your g spot with every thrust. "P..please don't stop." You cry. You can hear him grunting behind you, making you clench yourself around his cock.
"Don't stop that." He groans, his fingertip digging into your hips. "Shit." He moans. "I'm gonna..cum." he finishes, pulling out to cum on your ass. "Fuck." He sighs, as he pumps himself a few more times, making sure he rides his high for as long as he can.
"That was.." he begins.
"Great." You finish, pulling down your dress. You smile at him as he zips up his pants. "Will you come home with me?" You ask, a little nervous he might say no.
"I'd love too." He smiles, opening the car door for you. You slide in, and he closes it before running to the drivers side and backing out of the alley way. His arm rests on your thigh for the entire drive back to your apartment, making the butterflies in your stomach flutter.
**
The next morning you wake up to feel a hand wrapped around your stomach with a face buried into your neck. You smile as you remember he came home with you last night, and you smile even harder as you feel his large friend poking you in the ass.
With a smirk on your face you wiggle your ass against his boner, making his groan. "Tease." He mumbles as he nuzzles his face further to your neck.
"You can always just slip it in. Cum in my pussy." You whisper, making him raise his head. He reaches down, lifting your leg to go over his, opening you up slightly before he pulls down his boxers, letting his friend free. You arch your back as he guides himself inside of you, slowly thrusting in and out. He hand reaches up and under your shirt, cupping your breast before twiddling your nipples as he pumps his hips.
"Fuck." You moan as his hand leaves your breasts and moves up to wrap around your throat. His large hands squeeze your neck as he thrusts into you harshly.
"Rub your clit." He says, demanding you to do so. You reach between your legs and begin playing with the throbbing bud, rubbing it in circles, your pussy tightening around his cock.
"Good girl." He breathes into your ear, his head tightening again around your neck.
"I'm.. gonna.." you cry.
"Cum." He demands, breathing the word heavily into your ear. Shivers send down your spine as you orgasm takes over, making you cry out, loudly.
Kai grunts a few times before spilling his juices inside of you. "Fuck." He sighs, milking himself for everything.
He pulls himself out of you and rolls out of bed, pulling his pants on.
"What are you doing?" You ask, confused.
"I thought you were going to ask me to leave." He says, shrugging his shoulders.
"Actually." You pause. "I was going to see if you wanted to come to the store with me. I was going to make you some food." You say, sitting up in your bed. "But if you want to go.." you pause.
"I don't want to go..it's just i'm always asked to leave after." He says. "No one asks me to stay."
"I'm asking you to stay. Spend the day with me?" You ask.
The smile on his face could light up an entire city, the two of you so happy in that moment, but little did you know, things wouldn't be so happy in the future.
**
Things with you and Kai were great for the first couple of months until the two of you had gotten more serious than either of you had expected in such a short amount of time.
It had only been nine months but you knew with everything you had in your soul that you loved this man more than anything. And you knew he loved you back, but you just couldn't get past his work.
You knew he didn't love the women he was with, you knew it was only a job but you hated it. You hated that while you thought about him, his dick was inside someone else, making someone else cum, making another woman feel good. And that was the cause of your fights, 99% of the time.
"Here we go again." Kai sighs, as he grabs a drink from the kitchen. "It's always the same thing." He yells.
"Yes it is! Why can't you just stop. Stop fucking other women." You yell.
"It's my job! I founded the company. I built it up from nothing. I can't just walk away from that Ayn. You're asking me to give up alot." He says.
You take a deep breath. "You know you are so much more than your dick right? You're so special, the way you make people feel is indescribable. But if you only listen to the voices in your head from your past, they will always win. And if you keep doing that, then I won't ever be enough for you. So, when you decide that you’re more than just a sex object, you call me, because you are more than that business. And your business may be booming but baby, you’re dying, I can see that and I hate that you can't. I am trying to fight for more than just us. I'm trying to fight for our future. Either you want or you don't. So let me know."
With slow steps you walk away, hoping he stops you.
You close the door hoping he stops you.
You walk all the way to your car.
You waited for him to stop you.
But he never came.

The crowd of humans started to mumbled as they looked at Steven, making him clear his throat loudly, getting the attention of everyone "tell me who is in charge here?" He said loudly.
There was a moment of mumbling before someone was pushed forward towards Steven, letting him see that it was a short human male with balding dark-brown hair and pinkish skin, and was wearing an weird outfit that seen different then everyone else "h-hello um... Steven was it?" He spoke nervously while sweating "I'm am Dewey. The mayor of b-beach city" he announced.
Steven looked at him, slightly unimpressed as he didn't seem like much of an leader but that wasn't important "tell me, are all those other humans your servant?" He asked Dewey.
"S-servants? No o-of course not" Dewey announced "e-everyone is f-free to do whatever they w-want as long as they don't b-break the rules" he explained to Steven who had looked around before nodding.
"Is there anyone else in charge that I can talk too" Steven said loudly feeling as though he wasn't making any progress talking to this human.
A moment pass before a short elderly woman with brown skin and wafer-gray hair done up in a large bun had walk out of the crowd, ignoring a few of the humans that was calling out to her as she walked towards Dewey and Steven "my name is Nanefua but everyone just call me granny and you can speak to me young man" she told Steven "tell me, are you here to attack earth?" Nanefua asked him suddenly, making everyone go quiet
Steven looked at her and saw nothing close to a threat but at least she didn't seem scared and if she was, she was doing a good job at hiding it "I'm not here to attack earth... In fact I want to stay here" Steven announced, shocking everyone as their was a large amount of mumbling coming from the crowd of humans.
"Why do you want to stay here?" Nanefua asked Steven.
"I'm sure you can tell but I look nothing like my counterpart" Steven said making Nanefua look towards spinel and pearl before looking back and Steven "that is because I'm an hybrid, even though I'm an gem I am also a human just like you and everyone else" he explained.
"Tell me why should we let you stay here?" Nanefua asked making Steven laugh.
Steven laughed at her boldness before he looked at her "because even though I want to stay here, I don't have any problems blowing this planet up" he told her, hearing a couple of yells from the group of humans behind them, while Nanefua looked like she started to think about what to say next.
"If we do let you live here in exchange for not blowing up the planet... How can we trust that aren't you lying and not going to blow up the earth, once you get bored with it?" Nanefua asked him, making everyone agree with her.
Steven looked at her then behind her at the other humans, seeing their scared faces before he sigh and shook his head "listen, everyone. I had no intentions of hurting anyone on this planet as long as no one had tried to hurt me first" he said loudly "I still have no interest in blowing up this planet nor making anyone become my servant. I truly want to stay here on earth and coexist with you all. I want to know what it like to live among other humans, you have my word that I will not harm anyone nor this planet as long as no one tries to harm me and my gems first, if you understand that then we can live in peace with each other. And exchange for letting me stay here I'm also willing to help around anyway I can, though I don't know what I can do exactly but help none the less" Steven said honestly, seeing some looks of relief on their face but was still on edge.
"Well young man, everyone here is friendly and will not hurt you nor your friends" Nanefua told Steven honestly, making him nod
"Then I have absolutely no reason to start any trouble with anyone" Steven told her honestly
Nanefua and Steven stared at each other for a moment before someone came from the crowd, Steven saw it was a tall bald man with a darker complexion and a mustache that frames his very large and bright smile
The man walked beside Nanefua, towering over her as he looked at Steven "hello, it seem like you are going to be staying here. I'm Harold but everyone knows me as Mr. Smiley" he said keeping his large smile "let me be the first to welcome you to beach city" he told him, making the corner of Steven lips move upward slightly.
"Heh... Thank you" Steven said as he realized that he was actually nervous about how everything was going to play out as he could only guess that not everyone was going to be so welcoming, he looked back at Nanefua seeing that she had turned around towards the crowd of humans who stayed looking, ready for anything
"It seem Steven is not going to hurt anyone, plus he is going to be staying here at beach city, so please welcome him" Nanefua announced as there was a mumbling across the crowd, she turned around and motion for Steven to come here.
Steven was hesitant as he looked at her but jumped as he felt someone touch his back, he looked over and saw his Pearl was behind him with a soft smile before she nodded to him, making him nod as well and slowly walked towards nanefua, he stopped once he was besides her looking at everyone.
The humans and Steven stare at each other in silenced which made Steven heart race a little bit, someone slowly came from the crowd letting Steven look at her as she was short and heavyset, with fair skin and curly shoulder-length blonde hair "h-hi, I'm Sadie" she smiled towards him
"Hello, I'm Steven" Steven smiled to her before spinel suddenly jumped in between them, making everyone jump from shock.
"HI I'M SPINEL" spinel waved towards them cheerfully "I'm Steven best friend!" She told them while Pearl walked beside Steven and smiled with a slight bow of her head.
"H-hello. My name is Pearl" Pearl spoke softly as she smiled to them.
"Such lovely friends you have Steven" Nanefua laughed while Steven chuckled softly and pet spinel head.
"Heh yeah, they are great" Steven said making spinel and Pearl smile happily as the praise, while everyone slowly started to warm up to Steven as they watched how acted with Pearl and spinel, Steven looked at Nanefua before clearing his throat "Nanefua is there anywhere I could stay, like an unused living quarters" he asked her, making everyone go quiet.
"...there is that old house just on under the cliff but it not in the best condition, it pretty tore down" Mr. Smiley said making Steven nod.
"That is fine... Can someone show me where it is" Steven asked aloud.
"Umm... I wouldn't mind" Sadie announced making Steven smile softly and nod.
"Thank you Sadie" Steven told her, seeing her nod and started to walk away from the crowd of human while Steven, spinel, and Pearl had followed behind her.
The four walked to the side of a mountain and under it, Steven saw that there was a small house at the base of it "I guessing that is the living quarter" he asked Sadie.
"Yeah, it a little far from everyone else but got a great view of the ocean" Sadie told him "also it is called a house" she explained making Steven nod, the group made their way to the house and walked up to the stair, which had immediately let everyone know that the house was a bit old because every step they took up the stairs made the stairs creak as if it was going to give out at any moment, the group followed Sadie to the door as she opened it and walked inside.
The gems took in what they saw as everything was wore down from old age and dust "oh my..." Pearl said quietly, feeling dirty just being inside the 'house' as the human girl called it.
"whoa, talk about a mess!" Spinel yelled while laughing madly, jumping up and down hoping to break though the floor.
"Yeah um... Sorry about the mess but no one has been for a long time" Sadie said feeling a bit embarrassed about showing Steven this ran down house "b-but if you can get it fixed up and running then it'll look great" she explained to them.
Steven looked around and chuckled softly "seem like I got my work cut out for me" he said planning to fix the ran down house up.
The sound of the stairs creaking had caused everyone to turn around before hearing a group of whispers, Steven was the first one to speak up "whoever you are, quit hiding. I not going to hurt you" he called out as he was met with silence before three teens slowly came to view.
A teenager dark brown hair, and light brown-coral skin, he wore a pair of black glasses, an overly large red button-up shirt with unbuttoned cuffs, a white shirt with a yellow lightning bolt design, dark blue slim-fit pant, and cyan and blue sneakers with white soles.
Next was a pale young man, with platinum blond hair styled into a point, ice-blue eyes, and a long, angular face. He wore a grayish-blue hoodie over a light gray undershirt, orange phat pants, and bright sea-foam green tennis shoes
Finally a brown skin girl that wore large gold hoop earrings, a pale cream-colored shirt, a dark brown leather jacket with a beige fur-trimmed collar, long pink pants, and mint-colored flats.
The girl gave a small wave "hi, Steven was it?" She asked him while the group looked at them.
"Yes, I'm Steven" Steven answered her "who are you?"
"I'm jenny pizza" the girl smile at him.
"I'm buck" the teen with the glasses said simply
"And I'm sour cream" the last guy told him
"What are y'all doing here" Sadie asked them confused.
"Well we just wanted to see the outta space dude and his friends for ourselves" sour cream said making Steven raise a brow at that but nodded as he was indeed from space.
"Well it nice to meet you as well" Steven told them making them smile.
"Yes humans, it is a pleasure to meet you" Pearl smile.
Spinel waved "hello, I'm spinel!" She smiled making herself known
"So are you really not going to blow up our planet?" Jenny asked him making Steven shake his head.
"I already said as long as no one hurt me or my gems then I have no reason" Steven asked her, seeing that she became slightly relieved.
"Awesome" buck said simply with a small smile.
"Oh guys what if we take Steven to our secret spot" sour cream said making the two look at him while the gems because confused.
"Sure, I see not harm in it" buck nodded "but we'll have to hurry up before it to late"
"Oh yeah, plus it'll be a good way to welcome Steven and his friends to earth" jenny smiled making the group nod before looking back at the group.
"Steven come with us, there somewhere we want to show you as a welcome to earth gift" buck said making Steven slowly nodded, not knowing what he was talking about.
"You want to come as well Sadie" sour cream asked making her shake her head.
"No thanks, I got to make sure lars is actually working plus I need to let mom know I'm okay" Sadie told them before looking at Steven with a smile "I have to go but it was nice to meet you Steven, Pearl, and spinel. Hopefully I can see you later" she said before she had left the group, waving bye as she headed back the city.
"Well it seem like it just us" Jenny said as she looked at buck and sour cream "come let's hurry up before it too late" she told them making them nodded.
"Yeah, let's go. Follow us dude" buck said as the group left the house slowly leaving Steven, Pearl, and spinel behind.
Steven and Pearl looked at each other before nodding and started to follow the humans. The walk was pretty long as the gems saw, smell, felt and heard things they never knew had existed before but had soon they had arrived to a large cliff that if Steven was correct about, it was directly above the 'house' Sadie shown him.
Steven was confused as to why the humans lead them here but Jenny spoke up "we made it in time, y'all come here" she smiled as her, buck, and sour cream was standing on the edge of the cliff, the gems looked at them and slowly went to the edge with the humans before their eyes widened.
The sky was bright orange and faded to a dark blue but what really gotten the gems attention, was the sparking ocean as it looked like an endless sea of thousands of sparking stars on the water, the group was speechless as they look at the water.
Tears slowly ran down Steven face before he felt a hand on his back, making him look back and saw his dad smiling at him while everyone else had disappeared "welcome to earth, Steven" his dad told him proudly "please, protect it" he said making Steven nod slowly
"Y-yeah" Steven agreed before looking back at the sea as he felt his dad hand disappear, he looked over and saw Pearl and spinel with tears forming while they was both smiling as they kept looking at the sea, he wiped his tears before he went in the middle of them and suddenly wrapped his arms around the both of them, making them let out a small squeak as they looked over at their Diamond and saw that he was smiling at them, making them smile as well "heh it seem like we going to be staying on earth for awhile" he told them.
Pearl and spinel smiled happily "of course my Diamond" Pearl nodded while spinel cheered happily at the news.
Each group watched in blissful silence as everyone was simply enjoying the view, a view that Steven would do everything he could to protect, he didn't know what the future held but he knew he could handle it as long as he had spinel and Pearl by his side

BLACKPINK and The first kiss
JISOO
It was too much for you.
The lights of passing cars illuminating her face, drawing the lines, shadowing the valleys, sharpening the edges - making her feel unreal, like the most beautiful of dreams. If you could, you would’ve stopped the time to watch the surreal painting of reds and yellows. No painter, no photographer, no poet could give Jisoo justice at that moment. Even if your eyes didn’t feel worthy of that, you watched her, careful as to not blink too often.
“(y/n).” You loved the way she said your name.
“Yes?”
“Why are you looking at me like this?” Her head bent to the side, mouth twisting into a sweet smile.
Embarrassed by her question you - with a heavy heart, mind you - dropped gaze. Your body turned towards the street where the cars continued passing each other.
“What do you mean? Isn’t that what I have eyes for? You know, looking?” Jisoo’s head dropped on your shoulder, something heavy resting behind the act of the gesture’s simplicity.
Minutes of verbal silence passed. Both the town and your mind were far from quiet though. Her hand sneaked in between your elbow and torso, then rested on your knee. Again, simple, but with a heavy undertone. One you didn’t know how to decipher. But then you realized that the position you’ve found yourself in was no ordinary one. The heaviness was right. It was the intimacy you shared with someone you dreamed of. A little worried, unsure what to think. Whether she meant the same as you did, or maybe needed a stable rock to rest on, you dared a question.
“Jisoo.” She hummed quietly, breath escaping through a small gap to tickle your neck. “What does it take from someone to be as beautiful as you?”
The weight of her head disappeared, and you looked to the side to watch her choke on saliva, half-laughing, half-covering her shock. She didn’t catch the undertone. Weird, considering the way most of your night together was built on double meanings.
“That was very sudden?” her hand patted your knee. “Why would you ask me something like that?”
“You asked me first.” At the statement, her eyes looked past you to signal contemplation. “That’s why I was looking at you before. But everyone tells you that, right?”
“Not so directly.” Now you had to snort in amusement. “I mean, not when we’re sitting so close to one another. And don’t laugh at me.”
“Sorry.” your hand went up to cover the grin, but it was the one resting on the same knee as Jisoo’s. She grabbed it before you could escape. “Jisoo?”
“I’ve been giving you signals all night. And then you start talking about others. It’s not what matters to me. What does, is that you’ve never told me I’m beautiful before.”
“Um- Well... I thought it was an obvious fact?” Oh, and don’t forget- “Signals?” Jisoo just nodded, her eyes away from you. “Signals, as in romantic ones?” Again, a nod. “Oh.”
“Yeah.” She finally dared to look back at you. “It’s not like you’re not obvious.”
“Of course.” Feeling incredibly foolish, you once again tried to break free from the hold of a hand, but Jisoo didn’t let you. Instead she pulled it to her chest. “Jisoo?”
The tip of her nose nudged yours, close as soon as you turned to face her. Jisoo’s dark eyes looked at the surprise on your face. She took you in, counted the seconds for a(n im)possible draw back, leaned forward to do the unthinkable. Softly, then with a little more confidence, awaiting the moment when you’d wake up. But who would want to wake up from a dream like that one?
JENNIE
“I’ve got to say - I wasn’t expecting that.”
Neither did you. When she first sent you a text saying how bored she was, you felt the need to save her from herself, and ended up almost instantly stepping out of your home. Just half an hour later you were under her apartment block, waiting in your car. Something about Jennie always made you want to make an effort, even just to see the smallest of smiles on her beautiful face.
“Do you mean that in a good way?” She pulled a huge teddy bear closer to her nose. It couldn’t smell good - you got it from a booth at a fair. Who knew how long he waited for your lucky shot?
“Of course!” Her big brown eyes watched you above the toy’s head. You couldn’t be sure, but you wished it was a smile she was trying to hide from you.
Still wary, because hey, who would outright say they didn’t enjoy a surprise that someone else has prepared for them, you sat back on your seat. Jennie’s eyes followed your profile. Having their attention all to yourself made you self-conscious, and you considered driving her home. You didn’t want the night to end, but you were unsure where else it could go. The possibility of disappointment loomed over your head. You were unsure what it was she expected out of your weird friendship, as well as what you wanted.
Then Jennie’s soft voice called your name. Unable to stop yourself at the sound of the most beautiful rendition of the word you’ve ever heard, you turned to look back at her.
“Yes?”
“What are you thinking about?” You, was what you wanted to say. Instead, you opted on the much safer, and much lamer “Life?”.
Jennie couldn’t hide the disappointment on her face, and you wondered - what did she expect you to say? Or maybe what did she want you to say? Now that’s what you usually tried to avoid, wondering whether the woman thought about things similar to you. Whether the crumbs your vivid imagination survived on kept her alive too.
“Do you take all your friends for evening dates at a fair?” Did she really say dates, or was it just your brain’s desire?
“Ha, you’d be the first one.”
You couldn’t help yourself, you had to look to the side, to check her reaction. How surprised you were, when Jennie’s lips landed on your upper lip. It was too short and much too sudden for you to register properly. As soon as it happened, it also ended. Jennie pulled back, obviously also surprised by the kiss. If your mind wasn’t completely blank, you’d have realized that her prime intent was to peck your cheek. Lost on options you’d have laughed nervously, then changed the subject. But your mind was empty, and you made no movement. You just stared at the woman you had the hugest of crushes on, awaiting her next words. Ones that would probably extinguish the fire building inside your body.
“Did I make you uncomfortable?”
She was supposed to turn you down, not ask things like that.
“N-no.”
“Oh, that’s good.” Jennie looked to the side, biting her lower lip in nervous excitement, or maybe to hide a big smile. “Would you want to do it properly now?”
“What?”
“You know - that or whatever.” Her cute inability to call kissing by its name finally broke the spell.
Suddenly full of emotions, you threw your head back from laughter. Jennie joined you, her lower lip vividly red from the hard bite. It didn’t last long, because now, confident of your feelings, you decided to strike back.
ROSÉ
She looked heavenly, propped on her shoulder, with face lighting up every now and then. The TV series you have found together was a good choice. Not only did it keep you entertained, it was also long enough to make a good excuse for your lack of physical activity the past few days. Nothing felt as pleasant as rejecting all social engagements for more time one-on-one with Chaeyoung. Her behavior told you that she had a similar approach to the situation.
“Oh, sorry.” the voice from her phone’s speaker was barely audible. “No, I really can’t. I’m already all set for the upcoming week.” as soon as she noticed you watching, her smile turned sinister. “Yeah. Bye.”
“Aren’t you a busy woman?”
“Oh, I have no time for myself because of the amount of arrangements I made!”
The two of you fell down on the bed, giggling conspirationally. Only calming down made it possible for you to press the play button. Chaeyoung’s head moved a little bit closer, to rest on yours. In between lines of dialogue and obnoxious noises, you could register her breathing. The sound of drawing air in and out was so close, the whistling it accompanied also reached your ears. Then, when she shook in place from laughter, you registered the smell of her shampoo, a lovely floral aroma.
“What? Don’t tell me that joke was not funny!”
Accidentally, as least you hoped so, Chaeyoung pushed you with much more strength than she expected. She ended up going so hard, your rolled off the bed and landed on the carpet face-down with a thud.
“Oh no! Sorry!” You heard the screech of springs as she crawled to the edge. “Are you okay?”
“Yeah.” but showed no sign of wanting to get up. “This rug is pretty comfy.”
Chaeyoung laughed after a moment of hesitation, her hand eventually landing on your butt with a clean sound. She clearly wanted you to return to her side.
“Get up!
Finally, you did as told. Got up first on your forearms and knees, only then did you look up. Good thing that you did, otherwise your and Chaeyoung’s heads would have collided. But because you you made the effort to look where you were moving towards- Let’s say there were worse thing than being just centimetres apart from someone.
Chaeyoung must’ve been stuck in her spot watching you. Perhaps unaware of your intentions to get up, perhaps too busy making sure that your mission ended a success. Seeing her face so close, you froze in your spot. Just as she did. Stuck, watching one another for a long awkward while.
Not gonna lie, your face felt hot after you realized. Even hotter when you noticed Chaeyoung didn’t lean back. She stayed in place, looking at you. Never made a motion back or forward. As if she was unsure herself where to escape from your presence. Maybe she didn’t want to necessarily escape? That thought made you feel like choking. Luckily, you managed to control yourself.
“Umm- Chaeyoung?”
“Yes?”
You hesitated. Was it right for you notice things out loud? Weren’t they about to scare her away from you, like a noise does to a frightened doe? The time stood in place. Dialogues in the background melted into nothingness of your empty head.
Just as you decided to speak again, this time jokingly to resolve all the tension, your puckered lips were taking a completely different way. Just a split second of them forming into a small “o” (that was meant to sound as a “wha”), and next thing you knew Chaeyoung’s plush mouth covered yours. Her eyes were closed, you saw it with your wide opened ones. She was really into the kiss. Not that you had any objections, you just never... Considered?
Her hand sneaked around your neck, to hold you close, while another one rested on your shoulder for support. Suddenly confident, because she wasn’t showing any signs of stopping, and it was the last thing you wanted from her, your hands also rested on her body. You couldn’t be sure which parts. After all, your eyes finally closed too, useless when a completely different sense took over.
LISA
➛ tw: slight jealousy (in case you do not appreciate people showing it)
It was 4:25 PM when Lisa placed her hands on the table and told you to “dish”. You knew, because you were just checking the hour on your phone, wondering whether she would even show up to your meeting. Ever since a week before there’s been a strange energy thing going on between your duo. Lisa was distant, you were unsure how to approach her, and it wasn’t until the day before that she has finally given you a date and time to see her.
“Well, hello to you too?”
Your surprised face made her take an awkward step back.
“Yes, hello.”
The clatter of cutlery filled the silence between you. For so long, you felt like paying the bill and leaving. But you couldn’t. Not when she was finally talking to you again.
“You can sit down?”
A little weirded out by her behavior, you decided to focus your strength on pulling a chair out. Lisa did take the offer to sit down, but she looked ready to escape any second, purse on her lap.
“Em- So what am I supposed to dish about?”
Lisa raised her head to look back at you, then turned it away. As if she was mad you even dared to ask her.
“I don’t know. Maybe, since when you and your cute neighbor are so close?”
“I met her like two times outside of our neighborhood by a total accident. Wouldn’t say we are close? But wait- How do you know about this?” The whole conversation was so out of character for Lisa, you felt as if you were dreaming.
“Jennie told me the first time. The second time I saw you.” Her fingers picked up a napkin to play with.
“And you’re mad at me for this? For having impromptu chats with a neighbor?”
She frowned at your words, her eyes turning distant to let you know she was processing. In the end, she dropped the now-torn napkin and stood up. The suddenness of her movement made you do the same.
“Honestly, Lisa, what’s going on with you?”
“I should go.” Without waiting, she walked away.
“What? You just came!”
Lost on options, you pulled a wallet out and dropped a bill on the table. You were in hurry, so waiting for a waiter was out of question.
“Lisa! Come on!” Only after a while you managed to catch up to her. “Talk to me. Tell me what’s wrong.”
She stopped at the feeling of your grip on her shoulder, but waited a longer moment to turn around. From her frown you could tell she was fighting herself.
“It’s dumb.” The look in her eyes spoke vulnerable. “Nothing to worry about.”
“It’s not dumb if it’s bothering you. Just tell me what I did wrong.”
Lisa dropped her gaze, fingers now playing with the edge of her skirt. Which she looked really great in, by the way.
“So, you’re not into that neighbor?”
“What?” You laughed. “I am not! What made you think so? Our two random conversations?”
“I told you it’s dumb.”
“Lisa, I told you it’s not. Were you jealous because I talked to someone else?”
The look of offended bewilderment visited her face, forcing her eyes into the shapes of perfect circles.
“Not just someone else! You called her cute yourself! How was I not supposed to feel bad? We were on three dates that I thought went pretty well, so I got worried you didn’t feel the same way I did.”
“I’m not a player.”
“I didn’t say you were. Just maybe not into me.”
“I AM into you.” You were almost laughing, until you remembered Jennie’s words from the day after your second date with Lisa.
Your best friend ridiculed you then for not kissing the girl you were so obsessed with. That you were thinking too much into trivial things. That kiss was the best feedback. Not heart emojis attached to a goodnight.
“Hey, did you think that because we didn’t kiss?”
“W-what?”
It wasn’t ideal. The feeling overtook you suddenly, without any proper warning. And just like that - you did it. Lisa stayed in place when you kissed her, frozen at first. It was a short moment, with too little material to build up the fire. The thought that maybe you were overstepping the boundaries came up, and you leant back. Lisa watched you, unsure herself what to do next. Still, her hand caught yours before the distance grew too much.
“You know, I usually wait a little longer before the first kiss. But I get it, you were just impatient for the end of our fourth date.” She didn’t smile back, instead flicking your forehead. “Oww!”

You tell Jennie and Jungkook how you feel.
Word Count: 10.4k
Pairing: Jungkook x You x Jennie
Genre: Fluff, Angst, Smutty smut smut
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7 | Part 8 | Part 9 | Part 10 | Part 11 | Part 12
“…I’m—excuse me, what?”
Jungkook sighed and squeezed his eyes shut. “Please don’t make me ask again.” You held back a giggle as you watched what looked to be Jungkook in actual physical pain at the thought of hanging out with Jennie. Rolling your eyes nonetheless, you took his hand and led him inside. The smell of sautéed onions and garlic greeted you at the entrance, immediately drawing your attention to the kitchen. Jennie’s back was turned to you, her slight hand struggling to manhandle a cast iron skillet.
“Back already? I was so sure I wouldn’t be seeing you tonight.” Jennie spoke aloud without turning around, probably assuming you were alone.
“Oh yeah? So I suppose you’re cooking for one then?” From your viewing angle, you could see Jennie smiling widely as she prepared what looked to be a feast.
“Ya caught me. Hungry?”
“Yeah, I could eat. We just worked up an appetite.” Jungkook draped his arms over your shoulders from behind and planted a kiss on your temple.
Jennie froze at the sound of his voice. It most definitely caught her off guard as she began dicing peppers. After a moment, she recommenced her dicing, replying curtly, “Fine. There should be enough for all of us.”
This time it was yours and Jungkook’s turn to freeze. Both of you had been expecting a snarkier response, protestation at the very least. You both looked at each other in genuine fear then back at the girl who was cutting vegetables a little too roughly.
“Umm…okay, well…I’m going to jump in the shower real quick and then I’ll be over to help you cook, okay?” Jennie simply hummed as you made your way to the bathroom. Jungkook followed you closely behind, unwilling to be left alone with his sworn enemy. You giggled, smoothing the weary lines on his forehead as he stared at you in disappointment. “Don’t worry, I’ll be quick!” You laughed as he sagged against the doorway, not happy that his theatrics hadn’t deterred you in the slightest. “I promise. Just don’t kill each other, okay? Now let me close the door.” Jungkook’s lip jutted out so adorably that you couldn’t help but lean in and kiss it. That was a mistake, however, because his hands quickly snaked around your waist and held you tightly to him, his lips kissing you back hungry. Jungkook was clearly ready for round two, but you had to be the voice of reason, no matter how delicious his lips felt on yours.
You patted his chest with your hands, signaling the end of your mini make out session. He detached himself from you with a groan then stepped back so you could close the door and turn on the shower faucet. Jungkook sighed at the sound of the water running from the other side of the door. He peaked his head around to see if Jennie was still busy chopping up vegetables. She was.
Jungkook paced around a bit, wondering if it would be weird for him to sit on your bed and wait for you to come out. He sighed again, deciding to just toughen up and face his ex-fiancée.
Jungkook dragged his feet into the kitchen and stood awkwardly in the middle. Jennie ignored his presence as she lowered a heavy pot full of water onto the burner. He cleared his throat, but the girl pretended not to know he was even there.
“Do you need help, or, whatever?” His voice was low and oozed with discomfort.
“Nope.” Jennie didn’t offer anything more, and it was clear she wasn’t going to make this easy for Jungkook in the slightest. The boy looked around, ultimately deciding to pull up a chair and watch her cook. He hadn’t, after all, spoken to her since she broke off their engagement.
“So…you live here now?”
“Mhm.”
Jungkook nodded thoughtfully, looking around at the apartment that was now obviously more occupied by extra bags, clothing and furniture. “Parents kicked you out for being a brat?”
Jennie rolled her eyes and slammed the knife down onto the cutting board. “You know we’re not obligated to speak to each other. I’m sure Y/N will be out any minute now.”
“No, I’m sorry…I’m just so used to going at it with you. It won’t happen again.” Jungkook hurried to get the words out in an attempt to calm the girl down who was already on edge at the first sign of his presence.
Jennie sighed and picked up the knife again, resuming her task at hand. “Oh, I see. You’re trying to play nice with me so Y/N doesn’t dump you for good. Is that it?”
Jungkook’s face hardened, his hands drumming on his knees. He was starting to find it exceedingly impossible, the thought of ever being nice to Jennie. “You know what? You were right. We don’t have to talk to each other.”
After a minute of Jennie’s rhythmic chopping being the only sounds filling the apartment apart from the shower running, she spoke in a soft yet melancholic tone that took Jungkook by surprise, “She wouldn’t, if that’s really what you’re afraid of. She,” Jennie sighed and closed her eyes before continuing, “she’s so in love with you…So you don’t have to feel the need to come in here and piss all over the place”
Jungkook blushed, unable to keep the big goofy smile off of his face. Although she was being as rude as always, he couldn’t help but feel giddy, not only at her ending comment, but at the fact that if Jennie of all people could admit you were head over heels for him, then maybe he really didn’t have anything to worry about after all.
“I just…” Jungkook struggled to find the right words to convey how he felt. After all of the grief you both went through, he didn’t want to be the cause of any more, even if that meant playing nice with someone he deeply disliked just to see you at ease. He just wasn’t sure how that was going to work with Jennie in the equation.
“Look, you don’t have to worry about me. I’m moving on.”
Jungkook’s eyes widened as he sank back into his chair. Jennie peaked at him from behind her shoulder then put her focus back on cooking with a wide grin. “You don’t have to look so relieved. Even if I decided not to, it’s not like we haven’t shared a bed before.” She chuckled darkly as Jungkook shifted uncomfortably where he sat.
“I thought we said we were never mentioning that again.”
“Mentioning what again?” You toweled your wet hair as you sat down on Jungkook’s lap, looking at him and waiting for a reply. His mouth struggled to form words, something Jennie found extremely funny.
“Uhh, um.” If Jungkook wasn’t sweating before while talking to Jennie, he definitely was now. “The engagement. It’s just awkward to talk about, so…” You wrinkled your nose and nodded in agreement.
“Yeah, I wouldn’t mind if we put that topic on the shelf… How are your parents dealing with the wedding being called off though? They must be pissed.”
“Not sure, actually. I’ve been avoiding the subject, and their phone calls for that matter. No doubt they’re pissed though.”
You snorted, turning to Jennie, “I don’t doubt it. Jennie’s pretty good at pissing parents off.” Jennie mimicked your snort and rolled her eyes, sliding noodles into the now boiling pot.
“It’s like a superpower or something.”
You all ate dinner together in a semi-awkward, semi-comfortable atmosphere, though you could only speak for yourself regarding the situation. You knew they were both making an effort to make you more comfortable by being civil, and you were grateful for that, but you couldn’t imagine how they felt having to pretend this was normal.
The conversation never lulled, however, all of you talking animatedly, though Jungkook and Jennie never directly spoke to each other.
After dinner, you and Jennie resumed your usual routine of picking a movie to watch and Jungkook settled comfortably beside you, willing to watch whatever you two wanted so long as he could keep his spot on the couch next to you. Though, you could tell he wasn’t much interested in what you chose to watch, seeing as how cutely playing with your fingers the whole time was much more fascinating for him.
The three of you ended up dozing off on the sofa, Jungkook’s head resting on your lap and your head resting on Jennie’s shoulder.
That was only the first of many naps taken on the couch, dinner and a movie becoming a ritual for the three of you. Dates spent out and about with Jungkook whenever both of you were free to do so slowly morphed into more domestic hangouts that almost always included your best friend.
At first, it was evident the whole ordeal was uncomfortable for them, and although you assured them you were okay keeping them separate, they insisted everything was fine, more than fine even, though you weren’t sure if they were trying to convince you or themselves. Nonetheless, you let the chips fall where they may and took each day one at a time.
Weeks went by in perfect harmony, though you could tell things were changing beneath the surface. Although Jennie had affirmed she was no longer in the business of winning your affections, you just never knew what to believe when it came to her. And it seemed, because of that, that she was more determined than ever to show you that you could take her word for it.
Each morning you awoke, Jennie was already out of bed, either secluded on the couch or out running errands. You almost started to miss the way she’d cling onto you whenever you had to get out of bed. You definitely missed the dreamy look on her face whenever you talked about things you liked. Now, she would simply nod along politely and respond accordingly, but you knew her heart was no longer in those conversations. She seemed much more guarded these days, and although there were no talks of going your separate ways, you knew this was her way of putting distance between you two so that she could move on properly. She couldn’t put up any physical walls in between you two, so she put up emotional ones. You knew it was what she needed, so you pretended things between you two weren’t different, but the fact of the matter was that they were, and you hated how much it bothered you. You refused to think about why that was, but deep down you knew it was because the thought of her not caring about you anymore terrified you. No matter how difficult you made it for her to get close to you in the beginning, she still persevered and loved you so much you couldn’t look away. It had been the most anyone had ever cared about you, ever.
Jennie was the only person, until then, to constantly look after you and care about everything you had to say, no matter how minute the detail. Although you felt like you couldn’t return her affections properly, and it would be better for her to be in love with someone else, it was still hard for you to accept that you might be losing someone important to you. It felt as if you were slowly losing a part of yourself, and each time you opened your eyes in the morning to find the bed empty, the tiny fear inside of you grew and grew.
Not all semblance of affection was gone, however. On the mornings that you had to open the shop and therefore had to climb out of bed before her, she’d readily wake up to get breakfast started while you showered, and that was something you came to cherish dearly. Although you’d never admit that her cooking was terrible, you still showered giddily at the thought of not having to do something for yourself for once. You aso ate whatever she put in front of you with gusto no matter what, because it seemed to encourage her to do more things she had never had the need for before.
On this particular morning, however, she decided to try her hand at making the coffee instead of leaving that particular task to you as always before. She had looked up a tutorial on how to make coffee while you were bathing, and as you stared at the lumpy grounds at the bottom of your cup very visible through brown liquid that was way too clear, you smiled fondly at your best friend who waited with expectant eyes for your first sip.
You placed your lips on the rim of the cup and gingerly took a taste while maintaining eye contact. You licked the grinds off of your teeth, “Mmm! Thanks Jen!” You shivered and place the cup back on the counter, “I really gotta go though or I’m gonna be late. I’ll see you later!” You rubbed the top of her head in the way she always hated but it only seemed to bring a smile to her sleepy face.
“Okay,” she called out to you as you put your shoes on by the door, “Don’t forget! We have that big bottle of grey goose with our names on it. We’re drinking tonight!”
You made a sound of disgust as you opened the front door, “I prefer dark liquor, but I suppose a screwdriver once in a while isn’t the end of the world.”
“That’s my girl.” Jennie smiled and waved you goodbye, resuming her morning routine while you set off towards the campus coffee shop to get your fix.
The rest of the day went by as normal with you operating on auto pilot as your thoughts drifted towards what Jungkook might be doing at the office. You chuckled to yourself while organizing suiting according to size and brand, picturing Jungkook staring at spreadsheets dumbfounded. Then you slightly gasped under your breath at the thought of what his thighs might look like in that suit you picked out for him while sitting at his desk all pensive. You shook your head, dissipating all thirst thoughts and instead shifting your focus towards Jennie at home and what she might be struggling with at the moment. You pictured her intensely reading the labels of your cleaning products and smiled widely, then shivered when thinking about what other internet ideas she might want to try out on you.
Eventually, your thoughts drifted away from the people who captivated your interest towards the inevitable worries for your future and what lied ahead now that school was over. As you spaced out while checking the sales for the day on the cash register, the familiar chime of the bell signaled another customer.
“Sorry, we’re already closed,” You began speaking absentmindedly while focused on the screen, “but I can make you an appointment for a fitting if you’d like—” You barely finished your sentence before looking up and realizing who you were speaking to.
You both stared at each other, you waiting for them to speak and them looking at you with that same bored expression. Some things never change.
“What are you doing here?” You closed the register and crossed your arms, drumming your fingers on your forearms.
“Is that how you speak to customers? No wonder this place is empty.”
You rolled your eyes and sighed, “I know you’re not here to buy anything.”
“Observant.” Jisoo smiled and placed her hand bag on the counter, surveying the room with a judgey sweep of her eyes before settling them on you. “I’m here to talk.”
“About? Surely there’s nothing left to say after you embarrassed me at the proposal dinner.”
The dainty brunette smiled, her eyes shining with humor, “Oh no, trust me, you didn’t need any help embarrassing yourself, that was all you,” she tucked some hair behind her ear and crossed her arms too, “I want to talk to you about Jungkook.”
Your expression became guarded but softened a bit, “Why? Is he okay?”
“Relax Cinderella, he’s fine. Well…for now, that is.”
“I don’t understand.” Your heartbeat quickened as a bad feeling settled at the pit of your stomach. You just knew you wouldn’t like the next words that were about to leave her mouth.
“Break up with Jungkook.” And there it was. Jisoo deadpanned, and although there wasn’t a single trace of humor in her tone or demeanor, you couldn’t help but cackle, making the girl’s eyebrow twitch at your audacity.
“Not a chance.” You busied yourself with the rest of the closing procedures, making sure she knew you didn’t care whether she stayed or went.
Jisoo sighed, “I’m serious, Y/N. You need to end things with him, whatever it is that you two have at this point.” You bristled at her backhanded statement. “Don’t you think you’ve already caused enough strain between him and his parents?”
“Jungkook is a grown man, he doesn’t need you to speak for him and he’s free to make his own decisions. Besides, it’s not like I’m the one that broke off the engagement, Jennie did of her own accord.”
“That’s not exactly true though, is it? We all know if you weren’t in the picture they would probably be married by now. Either way, you’re responsible for what’s happening with their families.” The longer Jisoo talked, the angrier you became. This was evident to the girl, so she decided to soften her tone and switch tactics. “We also know how much of a hopeless romantic Jungkook is. He’ll never let you go, no matter what. So you have to be the one to cut him loose or else he’ll never move on. And I mean really cut things off Y/N, or else he’ll never give up hope.”
You sighed and turned to her for the first time, “Jisoo, why are you here?”
“I told you—”
“No. Why are you here, telling me these things, getting involved in a relationship that has nothing to do with you?”
“Because if I don’t, no one else will, and someone has to be on Jungkook’s side.”
“What makes you think I’m not on his side?”
Jisoo shot you a look before picking her purse back up and draping it over her shoulder, “What makes you think you’ve done anything to prove you have his best interest at heart?” Your eyes widened and your cheeks flushed with indignance. “Look, I know you like him. And I know he is absolutely in love with you, for whatever reason that might be. But at the end of the day, family is more important than anything. Can you honestly justify him being on bad terms with his parents over an undefined relationship?” Jisoo watched your eyebrows furrow and your breath quicken, “Yeah, he talks to me about you two, big surprise.”
She made her way towards the entrance and paused to turn the “now open” sign around. “Then again, I don’t suppose you’d understand the notion of family loyalty.” Your eyes watered at her callous words. You were so tired of people thinking you incapable of such concepts simply because you grew up in the foster care system. “Just be the bigger person and make the choice he can’t seem to make. You know it’s only right.” And with that, she exited the shop and left you to mind the rest of your responsibilities.
You felt better the moment she left, but you were still on edge. As much as you tried to put the conversation out of your mind, you just couldn’t. You wanted to kill her for knowing such personal things about you and using them against you. As much as you tried to reason that she was Jungkook’s cousin, you were still livid about him sharing such intimate details about you and your relationship with someone as nasty as her. You huffed all the way home, refusing to invite Jungkook over for drinks like you said you would, as a sign of protest, though he’d never actually know that.
Should you breakup with Jungkook? You’d tried it before, but that only got him to tell you he loved you which only led to more sex. It was futile. And it didn’t help that your feelings for him were only growing since you met him, despite the massive hiccup with the engagement. But could there be some truth to Jisoo’s words? Were you ultimately thinking only of yourself by leaving Jungkook to handle the fallout of the breakup alone? When did relationships stop being fun and airy and turn into the equivalent of pulling teeth?
By the time you got home, your shoulders were slumped, and your expression was crest fallen. Jennie opened the door before you were done turning the key in the lock and instantly pouted, your bummed-out demeanor was already ruining her good mood.
“Bad day at work?” She pulled you in by the wrist and helped you take off your blazer.
“Not exactly. I just…had a rude customer.”
“Well, fuck ‘em. They don’t matter anymore. But you know what does matter?” Jennie twirled around the living room until she got to the bottle of alcohol sitting at the coffee table. You giggled as she picked it up and held it above her head like it was baby Simba. Your mood instantly lifted and your expression became sunnier. You tossed your belongings on the floor, took your shoes off and joined your best friend on the floor by the television as she carefully balanced the amount of vodka and orange juice she poured into your mickey mouse cup while jutting her tongue out with a furrowed brow.
You smiled as you took your cup from her hand, already able to smell the alcohol in it though it was inches from your nostrils. “So, how was your day? What’d you do?” You took a sip and grimaced as the fluid burned all the way down your esophagus to the pit of your stomach where it dissipated into a cloud of warmth that bloomed from the inside out.
Jennie also took a sip of her drink then squeezed her eyes shut with a squeal as her top knot drooped over her forehead. You chuckled, rolling your eyes at her inability to handle strong drinks but finding it endearing, nonetheless.
“It was great, actually! I got some cleaning done and then I went downtown to meet with an old friend who’s done some print shoots for Vogue. He said I could come down sometime and watch him work!” She continued gushing for some time and you couldn’t help but think back to the time you two first had a drink together and talked at her apartment. It was very reminiscent, except you clearly remembered having wine instead, and she also seemed much sadder back then. There was a fire behind Jennie’s words now that you couldn’t put your finger on, but it was nice to see your friend so alive and passionate for the first time.
As you downed the rest of your cup, you couldn’t help but wonder how easy your relationship with her might’ve turned out if you had decided to hit on Jennie at Yoongi’s party instead of befriending her. It’s not like it didn’t cross your mind. She was a pretty girl that shared your taste in music, what more did you need? As you stared at the bottom of your cup, you tried to think about why you friend zoned Jennie right away. Perhaps it was your experience dealing with straight girls going through a phase, perhaps you were just feeling a little antisocial that night, but either way, you couldn’t go back and change things. Maybe this was how it was always meant to be. The thought both comforted you and bothered you.
Jennie stopped talking long enough to pour you another drink, and though she made it exactly as she did the last one, you hardly tasted the alcohol, that’s how you knew you were already getting drunk.
You both decided that trash reality television would be the choice of entertainment for the night, and as she searched for the remote to turn up the volume, you put your phone on vibrate as several texts from Jungkook came through all at once.
Jennie turned the lights off and then came to sit by you. “So, where’s fuck boy? I thought you said you were inviting him.”
“Not anymore.” You answered curtly which had the girl’s eyebrows shooting up. Nonetheless, she didn’t press further as she sensed your tension on the matter. You felt petty as you sat there in the dark, ignoring your flashing phone screen. You knew he hadn’t sent his cousin to your job to aggravate you, but the whole thing upset you anyhow and you just wanted the freedom of one night to express your annoyance no matter how one sided it was.
After a while, however, Jennie rested her head on your shoulder and spoke barely above the television, “You wanna talk about it?”
You sighed, putting your second empty cup down and blinking the blur out of your eyes. Your fingers were tingling and a warm buzz spread throughout your body. “No, not really. Let’s keep talking about you though. I want to hear more about your photographer friend.” You slurred your words a little towards the end which had you both chuckling. You shoved her for snorting, and she toppled over onto the floor, spilling her drink in the process.
“Look what you did!” Jennie yelled while staring at the liquid spreading under the couch.
“What I did!?” You guffawed as you shakily got up to retrieve paper towels. When you returned, you stumbled over her to dab at the mess with a massive ball of napkins. You both laughed as she pushed you off of her and onto the floor. You laid there for a while, staring at the wiggly ceiling as she finished wiping up the floor.
You sat up when you heard her cuss under her breath. “What, what’s wrong?”
“It’s going to get sticky, there’s a lot of sugar in that juice. We should’ve poured some water first before wiping it up. And speaking of water, you should probably have some. All that sugar will give you a hangover.”
As she got up, you took her wrist and pulled her back down. She looked at you in confusion, then froze as she watched your head come closer to hers. Jennie sat there for a while, unable to breath as you brushed your nose against her cheek and smelled her hair. Coconut, as always.
“Y/N…” Her voice was shaky and low. You hummed in response, bringing your hand up to caress her face. All you could think about were the possibilities you were missing out on, all of the could’ve beens and the should’ve beens. Your hand cupped her cheek as you leaned your forehead onto hers. Jennie gulped, her fingers trembling over your palm.
“Fuck the water,” You whispered against her lips before crashing your mouth against hers in a heated kiss. She didn’t move at first, taking time in her inebriated stated to realize this was actually happening and that she wasn’t hallucinating. Slowly, her trembling fingers slid up to your face and into your hair before she reciprocated.
Jennie gasped on your mouth as you tugged on her strands and licked at her reddened lips. You blushed, listening to her tiny whimpers and muffled moans, knowing you were the cause for all of them. You tried to remember the few times you two had kissed in the past and wondered if this was the most tender of all times. It certainly felt much more romantic than you were used to being with her.
You detached yourself from Jennie’s puffy lips before kissing her cheek then dragging your lips down her jaw and onto the soft skin of her neck that was now breaking out in goosebumps. Her chest heaved, her hands hesitating on your shoulders.
You paused to move her hair off of her shoulder and tuck stray strands behind her ears, then began planting feather light kisses on her shoulder. She inhaled deeply and moved her head to the side to expose more of her neck for you to ravage with your sinful mouth. You nipped just under her jaw then nuzzled into the crook of her neck, inhaling deeply.
“Mmm. I love whatever it is you put in your hair. I don’t know if you know that but…I’m telling you now.” You giggled at yourself, able to hear how drunk you sounded but being able to do nothing about it.
“You’ve never told me that before,” Jennie was wistful for a second before perking up, “Tell me something else you’ve never told me before.”
“Hmm…” You paused and took another deep breath, sitting back to look at her. She looked back at you timidly, almost regretting her question, until you answered.
You took her hands in yours then brought them up to your face to kiss. “You’re the only person that’s ever cared about me this much and I love you for that.” Jennie stopped breathing for the second time, but you didn’t notice. You kissed her hands one more time before lacing your fingers through hers and standing up, bringing her with you.
You led her to the bedroom, sitting her down on the edge before climbing on top. You scooted towards the middle of the bed, smiling down at her lazily and tugging at her shirt sleeves. She sat up briefly to remove the top then laid back down. You stared down at her bra, recognizing it immediately.
“I remember helping you pick this one out.” Jennie blushed again, feeling shy under your scrutinizing gaze. “It’s pretty on you.” You blushed too, feeling out of your element. You weren’t used to being romantic, especially not with her. But if this was the kind of thing she needed, you’d be happy to oblige.
With nothing left to say, you leaned down and kissed her tenderly, placing your hands on her chest and feeling the delicate beading on your palms and the plush feel of her breasts against your fingertips. You were afraid it might feel wrong, to kiss your best friend and mean it, and not just because you were fighting or to even a score, although you were drunk yet again. But that couldn’t be helped, because you weren’t sure if you’d have the courage or even the desire to do this otherwise.
Your hands snaked around her torso before clumsily fumbling with her bra clasp. You both giggled while kissing since it was taking you way too long to get it off. Finally, you let her take over. She undid the bra quickly, letting the garment fall down her arms and onto the bed.
You blushed, looking at her bare breasts in the harsh light of your bedroom. Suddenly your mouth was dry, so you swallowed thickly, bringing a hand to her chest and resting your palm over her hardened nipple. You looked up at her face, and it took her a minute to rip her eyes away from your hand and meet yours. You leaned in and kissed her again, enjoying the feeling of how soft her lips felt against yours compared to how it felt when kissing Jungkook. The feeling of novelty wasn’t lost on you as you engaged in this tender experience with her. It all felt extremely intimate, so you hesitated more than usual.
With one last kiss on her lips, you lowered yourself in between her legs and took her nipple into your mouth, sucking at the bud then laving at it with your tongue. She let out a shaky breath and patted the top of your head. You closed your eyes, kneading her other boob with your freehand while gently tugging on her nipple with your teeth. She let out a low moan, shifting underneath you. You could tell she was getting worked up quickly, so you slowly kissed your way back up to her face to tease her a bit.
You noticed she was trembling slightly, and you smiled against her skin, finding it endearing that you could have such an effect on her. You kissed below her ear once more then her temple but suddenly stopped, feeling your lips moistened with salty fluid that could only mean one thing. You leaned back and noticed her crumbling expression, instantly panicking and wondering if you did something wrong.
Her bottom lip trembled as more tears spilled from the corners of her sparkling eyes.
“Hey, hey,” You cooed softly, brushing her hair out of her face then moving off of her to sit up on your elbow, “what’s the matter?”
“I…I just,” Jennie struggled to form the right words to say, to convey the mix of emotion she was feeling, “It’s just…” You waited patiently with a concerned expression but nodded along, not wanting to rush her. “It’s too hard.” She sniffled and sat up, “I’m getting over you Y/N. I mean, I was… I’ve been doing so good, because I was sure you’d never ever feel the same about me and…you just tell me you love me out of nowhere and--” A sob interrupted her, and your heart broke yet again. You hadn’t stopped to think about the fact that she might not want you to confuse her this way, and it made you feel awful. Jisoo was right, maybe you were self-involved.
“Fuck, Jennie, I’m so sorry. Fuck, I’m such an idiot.” You began sitting up from the bed, but her slight fingers clung onto the sleeves of your shirt, halting you from moving farther away from her. She threw her head back in an attempt to get the tears to stop flowing.
“You meant it, though? You love me?” She looked at you with wide teary eyes and you couldn’t help but chuckle faintly.
“Are you kidding me? Of course, I do. You’re all I have. You mean the world to me. How could you think you don’t?”
“Well,” Jennie smiled, wiping a stray tear from her face, “you’re not exactly the most expressive person.” You both chuckled lightheartedly.
“Yeah, well, I’m working on it.” You smiled, reaching for Jennie’s shirt and handing it to her. She looked down at the balled-up fabric in confusion.
“I don’t want to stop.” She looked up at you tentatively and you pursed your lips.
“But, you’re right though. Doing this is only going to make it harder for you to move on.”
“But if you love me then… why do I have to move on?” You smiled, finding her pouting to be the most adorable thing ever.
“Because, Jen, loving you doesn’t mean I’m in love with you.”
“Well, what’s the difference, anyway? Maybe loving me is just the first step towards being in love with me.” You giggled as she nuzzled up to you. You wrapped your arms around her and laid down together.
“The difference, is that only one of them leads to the kind of thing you’re looking for.” Jennie hummed against your chest, sliding her hands over your waist then under your top.
“And what do you think it is that I’m looking for?” Jennie’s hands slid upwards until they found the mounds on your chest, gently groping and kneading you above your bra. Your breath hitched in your throat.
“I…I’m not sure anymore.” You let out a shaky breath as her hand sneaked under your bra. Her fingers slid over your nipple and pinched it until it had you biting your lip for more. When she looked up at you to see your reaction, you lowered your head and kissed her, the heat from earlier returning tenfold.
You brought your hands to both sides of her face, holding her to you and closing your eyes to deepen the kiss.
“Does this mean you’re not moving on anymore?”
“Not if there’s a chance for us. Even the smallest chance. There’s no way I can move on then.”
You frowned, “That doesn’t seem fair to you Jen. I can’t promise you anything.”
“Well, I’m a big girl, and it’s not your decision to make, is it? Now stop talking, you’re ruining the mood.” You couldn’t help but crack a smile. She was as bossy as always. You finally started to feel like you two were the same as before.
“Yes ma’am.” You smiled against her lips then promptly removed your shirt. Her eyes raked over your body. You blushed as she pushed you down onto the bed to plant ravenous kisses all over you. She removed your bra with calculated dexterity, tossing the worn polyester to the ground and returned the favor enthusiastically.
She didn’t spend too much time focusing on your breasts, choosing instead to continue kissing her way down to your navel. Your stomach twitched when her hair tickled it softly, making her smile. She hooked her fingers over the waist band of your pants then gently tugged until they came off completely. She paused to stare at your barely covered cunt, much to your curiosity.
Her hands slid up your bare legs sensually, and this time it was her turn for her mouth to run dry. She tentatively licked her lips as her hands reached your underwear, rubbing the fabric with her thumb and looking up at you. You stared back with a quirked brow, letting her have complete control of the situation.
Jennie turned back to the apex of your legs, decidedly taking her time on teasing you. This was the first time she’d ever gotten you under her, and she didn’t want the moment to pass her by so quickly. She wanted you to be the one begging for her this time around.
Jennie ran a single finger up and down your slit, causing you to squirm underneath her. Given the amount of alcohol you consumed in such a short amount of time, you were hornier and needier than usual. You also noticed how much more vocal you are, barely registering the hissing sounds sliding from your lips as your own. When her thumb began circling your clit above the cotton fabric, you threw your head back and rolled your eyes into your head. You were already getting wet from the teasing. You’d be embarrassed if you weren’t so desperate for her touch.
She bunched up the fabric and held it against your slit, moving it up and down and causing an excess amount of friction down the center. Your core was now hot and wet, overly ready for her tongue and fingers, but she wasn’t ready to concede just yet, not when you looked so cute torturing your bottom lip like that.
“Fuck, Jennie, stop teasing me!” The girl grinned mischievously, shushing you with a finger upon her lips.
“I’m going to do what I want and you’re going to like it.”
You grinned, knowing full well how stubborn your friend could be when she wanted to be.
“Do you know how many times I’ve fantasized about this moment?” She inserted her finger into her mouth and swirled her tongue around it before pulling it out with a pop. She moved your underwear to the side and slowly rubbed her drenched finger in between your folds, letting a sigh out when she felt and saw how slick they were for her.
You sat up on your elbows to get a better look at what was happening, bucking your hips each time her finger came close to your entrance. The devilish smirk on her lips every time she jerked her hand out of the way fired you up, so you pushed her hand off of her and pounced on the girl, pinning her to the bed.
Jennie giggled, attempting to wriggle free but to no avail.
“You think it’s funny to tease me?” You nibbled on her ear then rested your head at the crook of her neck, feeling how warm she was as you tightened your grip on her wrists. Jennie shivered, knowing your tone of voice could only mean she was in for it now.
You moved both of her wrists to one hand, the other trailing down her figure until it reached her breasts. You pinched her engorged bud roughly, earning a couple mewls from the helpless girl underneath you.
But your hand didn’t stop there. Once it was done assaulting her perky breasts, it continued trailing down, bypassing her shorts and her underwear and sliding straight into her slick folds. She gasped, struggling against your tight hold on her. She’d expected you to tease her in return, so she wasn’t prepared at all when two of your fingers slid into her abruptly.
Jennie closed her eyes, widening her legs to give you better access to her most intimate parts. She writhed and moaned under you, much to your amusement. You bit your lip watching the way she abused hers in an attempt to not scream once you found her g spot.
“Y/N…Y/N…” Her body trembled, her walls quivering around your digits the more you assaulted the fleshy mound inside of her that drove her absolutely insane. You could tell how close she was, so you paused to remove the rest of her clothing. You didn’t want to miss the sight of her orgasm in its entirety.
Once she was completely naked, you wasted no time re-entering her and finding her g-spot again.
“Cumming already?” Your thumb slid upwards along her folds until it found her sensitive clit, circling tightly around it. “I can’t believe you’re going to cum this quickly when I haven’t even used my mouth on you yet.”
“Fuck you.” Jennie spat the words out at you in between moans with flushed cheeks and a sweaty chest. You chuckled, increasing the speed of your fingers pumping in and out of her to drive her over the edge.
Her tight pussy squeezed the life out of your fingers as she moaned extra loudly, her orgasm quickly approaching. The sight of her writhing under you had you flooding your own underwear. You wanted so badly to mark every inch of her smooth skin with your mouth, to make her see stars with your tongue.
“That’s it baby, c’mon.” You stared down between her legs, mesmerized by the way she was squirting for you just from your two fingers. Your tongue darted out and licked your lips at the sight of her drenched pussy, wondering what the fluid tasted like. The last time you had fingered her, you didn’t get to see her cum, and boy, did you deprive yourself. “Fuck, you’re so hot.” Jennie moaned in response, struggling to move your fingers away from her oversensitive core. You conceded, only to lean down and lick a thick stripe between her legs to taste what your tongue had missed out on. Her legs trembled and she fell backwards onto the bed, panting with exhaustion. You bit your lip, your mouth glistening with her arousal. She laid before you, naked, beautiful and spent. You smiled, hoping she was enjoying herself as much as you were.
You sat up on your knees, climbing over her to give her a kiss for being such a good girl for you, but when you got closer to her face, you realized her breathing was even, too even.
You must’ve underestimated how plastered she was, because apparently the orgasm was strong enough to put her to sleep immediately. You chuckled, settling for a kiss on the forehead before climbing off of her. You laid beside her, pulling the blanket up to cover you both as you nuzzled into her side with your arm draped over her mid-section.
You were still buzzed, but you weren’t tired for some reason, so you settled for listening to her breathing for a while, hoping the rhythmic sounds would lull you to sleep, and they probably would have, if it wasn’t for the sound of your front door opening and closing jolting you awake.
Your eyes widened and you sat up instantly, the bedsheets falling off of you to expose your naked chest at your intruder standing at the doorway. Jungkook’s irises darkened, trained on your hardened nipples. You stared back at him, unsure of what to say. He looked pissed, and rightfully so.
The last time you fucked Jennie, you did it to get back at him for keeping a huge secret from you, knowing it’d hurt him because it was with Jennie, of all people. But this time was different. You fucked her because you wanted to. Frankly, you weren’t sure which one was worse. You swallowed thickly, your eyes trained on each and every one of his movements.
He never broke eye contact with you, not when he removed his blazer and shoes, and definitely not when he removed his tie. His eyes flitted to Jennie sleeping beside you briefly before coming back to you. His jaw was tightened, his expression hardened. You’d never seen him so visibly mad before, and it sent a thrill down your spine. Still, his silence was deafening, but you weren’t sure if you preferred it to his yelling. Your eyes were glued to his, but there was a magnetic pull drawing you to his body, especially as his veiny hands undid the buttons of his dress shirt, one by one, to expose his taught muscles. His tense disposition only caused his muscles to flex harder, and it was making your head swim.
Once his shirt was off, he removed his belt roughly, tonguing the inside of his cheek in annoyance as he mulled over whatever it was that was going through his mind. His pants were barely hanging onto the dip of his hips when he held up shiny metal objects that jingled when they moved. You swallowed again, feeling grateful when he finally spoke.
“You left your keys in the door, again, if you’re wondering how I got in.”
“Oh…” It was all you could say. You weren’t sure if you should start to explain yourself, partly because it was obvious what was going on when he got here and also because suddenly the excuse about being mad at Jisoo seemed corny. It’s not like you were cheating on him exactly, but you knew this could still hurt him, and it made you feel guilty as hell.
Jungkook tossed the keys onto your desk with a loud clang. He sighed, frowning at your lack of words, so you cleared your throat to fill the silence, “I… um…sorry I didn’t text you back…”
“I can see you were busy.” You blushed, feeling judged with the way he quirked his brow. Suddenly, he continued removing his clothing, and it only just now dawned on you that he wasn’t leaving in rage. In fact, he was getting ready to stay.
Your mouth watered at the sight of him kicking his dress pants off, exposing his bulging thighs and standing in the light of your bedroom, eyes on you.
“Are you mad? You look mad.” You blurted out the words you were thinking, feeling relieved when you said them, then not so relieved when he didn’t answer you. He simply turned around to remove his watch and place it on your desk along with his keys and wallet. Then, he walked over to the light switch and turned the lights off before making his way over to you and climbed on the bed, taking purchase on the opposite side Jennie was on. He climbed under the sheets then turned to you and hugged you tightly, pulling your back flush against his hot chest.
“Mad? Nah…annoyed? Yes. Very much so. I hate when you ignore my texts.” He took a deep breath, both of his arms squeezing you for dear life. You felt comforted in his warm embrace, spooning in bed as you had done together many times before.
“Sorry. I was being petty because—”
“Jisoo. I know. Don’t worry, I talked to her already.”
You laid together in silence for a while. Your initial fears at his arrival dissipated into warm feelings of affection and relief. Suddenly the sleep that had eluded you found you, and you realized you hadn’t been able to sleep before because of all your thoughts about Jungkook.
You yawned and spoke sleepily, “I love you too, you know what right?”
Jungkook’s pensive demeanor cracked and made way for a small smile hidden in the disarray of your hair, “Yeah, I kinda figured that already.”
You chuckled, rolling your eyes in the darkness of your room. You looked towards Jennie again, wondering how it was possible for someone to be such a pretty sleeper. You yawned again, wanting to hold out on sleeping just yet to say one more thing.
“I wasn’t talking about me ignoring your texts.”
“I know…and you know that I’m the jealous type. But… I can’t waste my time getting mad at you over this, you’re just going to do whatever you want anyway.” Jungkook’s hand slid up your chest until it rested comfortably on your boob, giving it a squeeze. “Also, I know you love me, and I guess that’s enough for me for now.” Suddenly you were aware of his boner pressing up against your backside. “Plus I’ve already made up my mind to punish you in the morning.”
You sighed contently, closing your eyes and falling asleep in the arms of the man you loved, sleeping next to the woman you absolutely adored.
It was only a few hours later when you awoke. The room was still dark for the most part, but a few streams of light floated in through the blinds and illuminated spots in the hardwood floor with a dull purple glow. You were still very much in Jungkook’s embrace, and you were in no hurry to leave it.
Jennie had shifted over on her side sometime during the night to face you. You wondered if she had woken up long enough to notice Jungkook was sharing the bed with you both, and upon focusing on her face, you noticed she was indeed awake. It only took a few seconds for her eyes to meet yours. You shot her a dreamy smile that bordered on cocky, one that said, remember when I made you cum so hard you fell asleep? You wriggled your eyebrows, earning a smile and an eye roll from the girl.
You noticed her eyes fall from your gaze and journey downward, surveying your naked torso with Jungkook’s large hands wrapped around you. Her eyes got all the way down to the underwear that you still had on. She wondered if they were still moist from earlier when she was having her way with you briefly.
“Can’t sleep?” You whispered to her, not wanting to wake up Jungkook.
She shook her head, reaching out a tentative hand to run her fingers down your stomach to the waist band of your panties. “No. Now that I’m not drunk anymore, I want more.” The tips of her fingers slid just past the band, massaging the skin just underneath it and causing your lower stomach to twitch in response.
“You’re so needy.” You both chucked sleepily. Her hand slid down further, making slight contact with your lips and it made you lose humor instantly. You froze, wondering if Jungkook was awake yet or not, but you felt his even breath at the back of your neck which told you he was still sleeping like a kitten. You bit your lip, looking at the mischievous look on Jennie’s face. She can’t possibly be planning on doing what I think she’s doing.
“You’re kidding right?” Your voice hitched as her fingers pressed into your clit. Your legs were closed with Jungkook’s draped over yours, but she was still able to squeeze in between your folds and apply pressure to the right spot. Your walls instantly clenched, and you did everything you could not to buck to the rhythm of her touch and possibly wake up Jungkook. “Jennie…Jungkook’s right here, you’re insane.” You hissed quietly at her, but it wasn’t intimidating enough for her to stop
“Oh please, as if you two haven’t fucked while I was sleeping nearby.” Oh shit. “Yeah, I know about that. So, are you going to be a hypocrite? Or are you going to let me finger you like a little slut while your boyfriend’s wrapped around you?”
You licked your lips, words failing you. The thought shamefully excited you. Your silence was your admittance to feeling sorry that she knew about that, and it was also permission to punish you for it.
She slid a digit down along your folds and hummed with approval. Turns out, you were just as moist as she’d presumed.
Jennie carefully scooted closer so your faces were mere centimeters from each other. The new proximity allowed her finger to enter you comfortably from a new angle. You closed your eyes and sighed, reveling in the feeling of her being inside of you and massaging the dull ache that manifested itself when you were initially making out hours ago. You hadn’t had your release yet and you felt like you were so tightly wound that you could burst at any second. It would also explain why you were already flooding after a few thrusts of her finger inside you.
Jennie’s nipples hardened instantly, her own legs shifting for friction. She was so unbelievably turned on right now, not only because of the danger but also because she was finally getting to pleasure you like she’d always wanted to, and the way your body responded to her was making her head swim. Her fingers got greedy, swirling inside of you to make obscene noises with your leaking arousal. Your mouth hung open and your eyes glazed over. When she saw you were about to moan, she leaned in and pressed her lips onto yours, slipping her tongue into your mouth and swirling it around yours. You were forced to keep your mouth open while her finger slipped in and out of you, making increasingly embarrassing noises that had you blushing. You were definitely a little slut for her.
Your walls soon began squeezing her finger periodically, and your stomach began twitching. You shut your eyes, panting while feeling like you were going mad not being able to move or make a sound.
When you thought you might finally cum, your eyes shot open and Jennie’s finger inside you stilled as Jungkook growled by your ear.
“Are you getting her ready for me?” Jungkook’s groggy voice was impossibly deep, his sultry tone registering with the depths of your core. You blinked a few times in the dark, then looked at Jennie who was looking just past your shoulder.
“No, actually, I was getting her ready for my tongue.”
“Well, that’s too bad, it’s my turn to punish her.” Your eyes widened even more, realizing they were having a conversation about you while you were right there in between them about to cum.
“Fine. But I want to make her cum first.” Jennie’s voice was monotone and decided, resuming her finger’s movement. Your shallow breathing returned, a feeling of confusion, bewilderment and arousal intermingling inside your fuzzy mind.
Suddenly, Jungkook’s hand squeezed your breasts as his fingers began playing with your nipple. His other hand slid down the curve of your figure to your leg and hoisted one up, giving Jennie better access to your pussy and free reign over your entrance.
He pressed a kiss into the bottom of your ear and it had you shivering in anticipation, “Were you close to cumming, baby?” All you could do was nod, resuming your focus on Jennie’s fingers. She slid in a second one and began pumping them at a sweet languid pace that had you bucking your hips into her palm. Jungkook didn’t stop tending to you, peppering kisses down your neck and onto your shoulder. His hand on your leg groped your flesh and his boner pressed up against your back side, waiting impatiently for its turn inside of you.
Jungkook’s hand slid from your inner thigh to your clit suddenly, rubbing circles into the nub as Jennie worked her magic on your core. You began moaning uncontrollably and bucking your hips wildly, unable to reason how this could feel so so good.
“That’s it, baby.” Jungkook’s cooing in your ear was your undoing. You came all over Jennie’s fingers without abandon, leaning back into Jungkook’s hard body for support. You moved their hands away from you at the feeling of over stimulation, but Jungkook wasn’t letting you off the hook. He wasn’t one to let go of a grudge so easily, that was for sure.
Without warning, he hooked your leg over his arm and brought it further up, lining his now exposed penis up with your entrance and pushing in. You moaned loudly, feeling the girth of his cock entering you without resistance. You trembled and squeezed your eyes shut, feeling the entirety of his motion from being overly sensitive. Suddenly, Jennie’s fingers were at your mouth, waiting for entrance. You parted your lips, letting her digits in and sucking on them sensually, tasting yourself on every inch.
Jennie bit her lip, pleased with how good you were being for her. Her irises darkened, watching Jungkook enter you roughly. You kept your eyes on her, getting off on her watching Jungkook begin fucking you without mercy, taking all of his frustration out on your sopping wet cunt. Jungkook’s hands held you roughly as tight groans and hisses escaped his mouth. He loved the way it felt to fuck you after you’ve just orgasmed.
Suddenly, Jennie looked past your shoulder to the boy with a focused look on his face and bangs matted down on his sweaty forehead.
“I want her to eat me out while you fuck her.”
Jungkook barked a laugh, sneering as he pounded into you rather roughly, earning a cry from you. “Not a fucking chance.”
They spoke over your loud moans. Your fingers reached out to play with Jennie’s nipples while she continued watching you getting pounded into the mattress.
“You’re so greedy Jungkook.”
“Don’t fucking push it, I’ve been nice enough, haven’t I?” Jungkook’s eyes furrowed, focusing on how tight your walls felt around his throbbing member. He slowed his thrusts and changed his angle, bucking his hips into you sweetly. You both hissed at the feeling. He bit his lip at the sight of your sweaty body surrendering to the feeling of him being inside of you over and over again. You hadn’t been fucked like this in a while, and the stimulus from both your lovers in close proximity was making you want to cum again so soon. “Is my cock that good baby? You’re already squeezing the shit out of it and I’ve barely fucked you how I want to.” You couldn’t speak, not when you were so focused on your second orgasm that was bound to make you see stars, so you nodded and bit your lip. Not to mention, Jungkook was being extra vocal and it was a weakness of yours.
Jungkook looked at Jennie as you nodded, a smug smirk on his face. Her eyes were fiery, unable to believe his audacity, but also wanting to see you cum again.
“I’ll tell you what,” Jungkook moved his lips towards your ear but maintained his eyes on Jennie, “I’ll let you cum if you say my name. I’ll fuck your little pussy just how I know you like it.”
“Fuckkk, Jungkook!” You moaned his name as his fingers returned to your clit, his hips rocking into you with renewed intensity.
Jennie licked her lips, her eyes glazing over lustfully as she brought her finger down to her own clit to rub furious circles at the sight of you getting fucked like a bitch. She was unbelievably jealous but so turned on at the same time. Her own walls were drenched and closing around nothing, the feeling driving her crazy. She craved your expert mouth on her lips, both above and below, but she recognized that look on Jungkook’s face. He wasn’t prepared to share you any more than he had been already.
“Junkook, Jungkook, Jungkook!” The boy smiled cockily, loving the way his name spilled from your lips repeatedly. How could something sound so sweet and innocent yet inherently filthy at the same time? He wanted to show you how much you were his and only his with each thrust driving the point home every time he bottomed out inside of you.
“That’s it baby. Now, who do you love?” Jungkook whispered in your ear, but not low enough for Jennie not to hear.
“You. I love you. Please, I want to cum!” Jungkook chuckled deeply, speeding up his fingers on your clit while glancing at Jennie to make sure she heard.
“As you wish.” Jungkook’s hips bucked into yours relentlessly, shifting your body roughly atop the bed sheets, but he didn’t hear your moans, much to his confusion. He leaned over and realized it was because Jennie was kissing you, quivering from her own orgasm that she had quietly reached from her own fingers. The sight was enough for Jungkook to cum right then and there, so he was grateful when your orgasm came quickly, making your body go limp in his arms and drenching his reddened dick. Jungkook moaned, feeling pure ecstasy as he released his seed into you. Your pussy quivered, getting filled to the brim.
The three of you panted, laying on your backs in a heap of limbs. You continued kissing Jennie until her orgasm left her feeling weak again, all the while Jungkook rubbed circles into your skin while catching his breath. You were the last one to fall asleep, your head swimming with thoughts of what just happened. Above all, you felt more complete than you ever had, not having to sacrifice one love for another, at least for tonight. You knew your days were numbered, but nonetheless you sighed in contentment. You didn’t know what the morning would bring, after all. You just never knew with these two.

You smile gently down at him before carefully removing his hand from your sleeve and holding it instead. You can tell he’s apprehensive to enter the daycare center that looms over you both and crouch down to be eye level with him. “What’s wrong Kai?” You ask noticing his glossy eyes upon further inspection.
“I don’t want to go in.” His voice is soft, barely a whisper, and nearly gets lost amongst his sniffles.
“Aww bunny I’m sorry. I’d love to go home too but Mommy has to go to work.” You gently smooth down his hair and bring him into a tight hug. He nestles his head into your neck, his large round glasses cool against your skin. Gently rubbing his back you quietly shush him, holding him close until you no longer hear his sniffles. “I put a special surprise in your lunch you know. But you can only open it if you promise me to go inside and try to have fun.” Kai clutches onto you tighter before taking a big breath and pulling away.
“Okay.” He pouts and in response you kiss all over his face until he starts giggling.
“It was your daddy’s favorite.” You wink causing his distinct bunny grin to grow even wider.
“Can we see daddy later today?” Your heart wrenches a bit at the thought but you hid it behind a bright smile.
“Sure thing bun. Now come on, your new friends are waiting.”
The inside of the daycare center is bright, the walls splattered in color. One of them even has a forest scene with little animals scattered about it. Over the counter you can see and hear children running and screaming, which makes Kai clutch onto your hand even tighter. Picking him up, you place him on your hip so he can see over the barrier. “See they’re just playing. You have nothing to worry about.” Kai watches with pursed lips, carefully observing the children before him. His eyes grow wide and his mouth opens as he notices a little girl sitting against the wall by herself watching the other children play. When she looks his way after feeling his stare, he quickly turns his head and hides in your shoulder. “Maybe you should go say hi to her.” You suggest struggling to hide the giggle that your son may be developing a little crush.
Before you could tease him, a man with bright orange hair emerges from out of seemingly nowhere with two children hanging off his arms. “Hi I’m Hoseok.” He smiles before stretching out a hand. The child is still limply hanging off his arm and you wonder how strong this guy really must be since your arm gets sore just from holding up your straightener and curling iron. The man’s smile drops and only then do you realize you’ve been blankly staring at him.
“Oh I’m sorry.” You awkwardly laugh, grabbing onto his hand to shake it. “I’m Y/N, nice to meet you.”
“And what’s your name little man?” Kai worriedly looks at you with wide doe eyes.
“It’s okay to tell him your name. He’s not a stranger.” He looks at Hoseok again with pursed lips before mumbling out, “Kai.”
“Nice to meet you Kai.” Hoseok smiles before extending a hand towards your son who gingerly takes it. “I like your backpack. Do you like superheroes?” Kai nods eagerly and points towards his Iron Man backpack.
“He’s my favorite.”
“Well if you want to come inside we have some Iron Man toys you could play with.”
“Is that okay Mommy?” Kai asks turning back towards you. Nodding you set him down before kissing him once on the crown of his head and then once on each cheek.
“Be good for me today okay? I’ll be back in a bit to pick you up.” Kai eagerly nods before dashing behind the gate Hoseok had opened. You watch after him with sad eyes before he turns around and runs back. Gripping your legs in a tight embrace he mumbles out an I love you before dashing over to the toy box.
“So what time will you be here to pick him up?” Hoseok asks, stealing your attention away from your son.
“I get off at 5 so probably around 5:15 or so. Does that work for you?” Hoseok nods.
“Well I guess I’ll be on my way then. Thanks again Hoseok. Bye bun!” You wave before turning towards the door, dreading each step that takes you further from the light of your life.
When you get to your desk your coworkers are already sitting in the chairs across with cups of coffee in their hands. “One caramel macchiato for you.” Jennie smiles before handing over the cup. You smile gratefully and take a sip, glad to have something to energize you for the long say ahead. “How’s Kai?” Lisa asks.
“He’s good. He was a little upset at having to go to daycare at first, but after he found out there were Iron Man action figures he was excited.” You and the girls giggle.
“Do you have any pictures? It’s been a while since I’ve seen him since you’ve been so busy with the move and all.”
“Here’s what he wore today.” Handing over you phone Lisa and Jennie immediately coo.
“You put him in little overalls?”
“And a little striped long sleeve?”
“Aww look at his little glasses!”
“He picked it out himself actually.” You chime in.
“Really? Seems like an odd choice for a little boy.” Both Lisa and Jennie have confused looks on their faces.
“When we were packing for the move he.. um he saw a photo of his dad wearing the same outfit. He wanted to look like him on his big day.” Turning your laptop monitor around you show them your background photo. Jungkook is sitting on the floor of your first apartment clad in blue denim overalls and a black and white stripped shirt. Large circular glasses frame his face along with parted hair to show off his forehead. He’s grinning up at the camera, at you, his smile the exact same as your son. The girls eyes flicker from your phone to your desktop before resting back on you.
“Wow umm… I knew he looked like his dad but the resemblance is uncanny.” Lisa adds. It sounds like she’s trying to walk on egg shells.
“Yeah. Kai is basically a mini kookie.” Your eyes begin to water and you turn your head away not wanting to taint either image with your sadness. Jennie leans over you desk and gives your arm a comforting squeeze. “Sorry I just.. um seeing them both side by side but not together just.. reminds me that he’s not here.”
Jennie stands up and gives you a hug perching herself on the arm of your chair. “You don’t have to apologize for being sad. It’s okay to not be okay.”
“I just don’t like crying in front of people. Plus you were happy before-“
“It’s not your fault. You’re allowed to feel things other than happiness. You’ve been through a lot.” You smile gratefully when though it wavers a bit due to your mixed emotions. You don’t know what you would’ve done without Lisa and Jennie. If it wasn’t for them you don’t think you could’ve survived the heartbreak. For a while they were the only two you felt you could confide in.
You nearly sprint into the daycare after work, excited to see your little baby. With the move from your old house to new apartment you had taken a week off work, which allowed you to spend every day with him, you had forgotten how awful it felt to be apart. Throwing the door open you slow your jog into a walk and smile awkwardly at Hoseok who definitely saw you running towards the door. “Kai your mom is here.” He calls and your son squeals before running for the gate.
“Mommy! Mommy! I missed you.” He screams and your eyes start to water.
“Hi bunny.” You pick him up and carry him over the gate. He snuggles into your neck, arms wrapped tightly around you, while you hold him close. You kiss his head before turning back to Hoseok with Kai still in your arms. “Thank you for watching him. I hope he wasn’t much trouble.”
A heart shaped smile appears on Hoseok’s face and he looks at Kai fondly. “Nope. He was actually quite the little helper.” Your chest swells with pride and you can’t help but smile. That’s your boy. “Well, I’ll see you again tomorrow?”
“I’ll be here.” He smiles and waves before turning back towards the other children.
Carrying Kai to the car, you carefully put him in the seat and double check that all the buckles are secure. Then you back out of the parking lot and merge onto the highway,. “Mommy we’re still going to visit daddy right?” You had completely forgotten your promise and swallow hard after remembering the episode from earlier today.
“Yeah we can.” You look at him through the rearview mirror and he’s dancing in excitement.
“Good. I want to tell him about school today.”
“So you’ll tell daddy but not me?”
“I want to tell you both together. Like a family.” You swear you can hear your heart shatter and hit the floor like broken glass. You don’t say anything the rest of the drive to Jungkook, tears rolling down your face. When you pull into a parking spot you wipe your face hastily, trying to hide any remnants of your sadness. Stepping out of the car, you take a deep breath before walking around to Kai’s side and unbuckling him. He clutches tightly onto your hand, almost like he knows you’re not okay, and leads you the whole way. He has a skip in his step since he doesn’t truly understand the seriousness of the situation and you find yourself struggling to keep up with your heavy ones. You just want to go home, but you’re doing this for Kai, for him.
Almost too soon you’re standing in front of a headstone with Jeon Jungkook carved menacingly into it.
Kai sits down across from it and beckons you to join him, which you do so reluctantly. “Hi daddy!” He cheers before looking at you expectantly.
“Hey kookie.” You mumble plucking at the grass in front of you. Even though it’s been three years, coming back here reminds you of the day of his funeral. It makes you remember that he’s really gone and there’s no chance of him coming back. Kai doesn’t understand this though, he only thinks this is a place you go to when you want to feel close to someone you love. He doesn’t fully understand that he’ll never see his father in person.
“I went to school today. I met a girl there named Yoonji and she’s really nice. She’s quiet too and we just played Superheroes together. My teacher is nice. He said to call him Hobi. I think he wants to be mommy’s friend because he watched her leave this morning.” Before you can question Kai about Hoseok he continues one. “ Do you like my outfit? Mommy showed me a picture of you and I wanted to look like you. Mommy says we’re identical. Daddy won’t you come home soon? I miss you. Mommy misses you.” You don’t know how much more you can take of this. You’re not sure how much longer you can pretend that Jungkook is still there When you had the house you could pretend, you could hide amongst the memories decorating the house like paintings.
“Kai are you ready to go?” You ask. You’ve been sitting in silence for a few minutes now. He nods before taking your hand and “helping” you up. You’re about halfway back to your car before he lets go of your hand and dashes into the other direction. “Kai!” You yell chasing him down. His little legs move surprisingly fast and you only manage to catch up with him at Junkook’s headstone catching the last of his words to his father. “-come home. Mommy cries for you in her sleep.” Your throat constricts and you find it hard to breathe. You didn’t know you still did that. You especially didn’t know your son could hear it.
That night you find yourself struggling to sleep. After finding out you still cry over Jungkook you don’t want to subject your son to that anymore. You toss and turn for most of the night, falling asleep a little after 3 am.
Your alarm startles you at 6 am, and you sigh at the realization that you’ll have to get through a whole day on three hours of sleep. Groaning, you groggily get both yourself and Kai ready. It’s getting cold outside so you put him in jeans, a grey hoodie, and little timberlands. It’s definitely not as fashionable as yesterday but Kai’s happy so it doesn’t matter. Plus it only slightly screams Jungkook which makes it easier for you to bare.
Driving to the daycare center you both are quiet as Kai sleeps in his carseat and you simply just listen to the music playing on the radio. You’re only a few minutes away when So Far Away by Agust D comes on the radio. Out of shock you take your foot off the gas but quickly place it back on. The last time you heard this song was the day before the accident. You can almost hear Jungkook singing along to the song and hitting all the high notes, leaving you to rap Agust D’s parts. You can’t help but glance over to the passenger seat, the memory feeling all too real.
“Kai,” You gently shake him awake. “Bunny, it’s time to get up.” He groans and shifts away from you mumbling something incoherent. “Come on baby.” Unbuckling him, you cradle him to your chest and carry him inside the daycare. Again Hoseok is there with a bright smile on his face. He’s clearly a morning person.
“Morning.” He smiles. “Is he not a morning person?” Hoseok jokes gesturing towards Kai who has fallen back asleep in your arms.
“Yeah he takes after me.” Hoseok laughs before opening the gate. “You can lay him down in the nap area if you want. Seems like the little guy could use a bit more sleep.”
“Thanks.” Laying Kai down you give him a kiss on the forehead before walking back towards the front. “I’ll see you the same time as yesterday?”
“I’ll be here.”
That afternoon your long time friend Jimin comes to meet you for lunch. You had met him when you first met Jungkook back in your freshman year at University. They had been best friends since they’d moved to Seoul back in middle school and were practically inseparable. When you and Jungkook got together, the duo quickly became a trio and you all did everything together.
You laugh as you watch every head turn as Jimin walks through your office floor to get to your desk. Your office is situated in the back corner and you have to pass a lot of people to get to it. You know Jimin is quite attractive, but it never ceases to amaze you how he can turn every head in the room. Your computer dings just before you shut it off and it’s an Instant Message from Jennie.
Jennie: You didn’t tell me Jimin was coming today. I look like crap bdufrfr
You chuckle before shooting her a wink while she glares at you through your office window. Jimin finally makes it into your office and gives you a big hug. “Hi Jiminie.” He squeezes you tight before letting go.
“Hi. I’ve missed you.”
“I missed you too. Ive just been so busy with the move and finding a daycare for Kai. Speaking of which he keeps telling me he misses Uncle Jimin.” Jimin giggles, his eye smile making an appearance.
“Well Uncle Jimin misses him too. What daycare did you end up choosing by the way?”
“Oh there’s one about 15 minutes from here. It’s called Sunshine Daycare.”
“Oh! My friend Hoseok owns the place.” That would explain why he always looks so happy there. You both head out of the office and down towards the local ramen place.
“You’re really killing my self-esteem here Jiminie.” You tease.
“How so?”
“Do you not notice that literally everyone turns to look at you?” A bright blush graces his cheeks and he shyly smiles while running a hand through his hair.
“I try not to acknowledge it. It’s embarrassing.” He mumbles, toying with the hem of his suit jacket.
“Aww my little mochi. Embrace your looks bub, not everyone has the face of an angel.” You pinch his cheeks which makes him blush even harder.
“Shut up.” He laughs, shoving you away. You push him back in return and that begins a war. The whole way you’re walking to the ramen place you both try to push each other into things. Whether that be plants, fire hydrants, lamp posts, really anything mildly embarrassing to run into in public.
Walking into the restaurant, you’re plucking leaves off your pants with Jimin clinging onto you in laughter. You thought the game had ended when the restaurant was only a few feet away but Jimin decided to get the last laugh and push you into a nearby bush. You spend the next hour talking and chatting about anything and everything. You talk about Kai, work, friends, and finally romance, or lack thereof. “When was the last time you went out with friends?” Jimin asks. By the look on his face, he is growing concerned with your lack of a social life.
“I think maybe once in the past three years back when Kai was smaller. I just haven’t had the time. Plus I’m always exhausted when I come home and would much rather spend the night watching movies with him than have creepy old men hit on me all night.” Jimin sighs at your response.
“This weekend we’re going out. I’m sure Jennie or Lisa would be willing to watch him.”
“But I don’t want to.’ You whine.
“You don’t want to or you’re scared to? Look, I know it’s hard without Jungkook but it’s been three years. I’m not trying to pressure you into a relationship but I think it would help you to open up to someone new. Besides, Jungkook wouldn’t want you to become the sad cat lady.” You let Jimin’s words sink in before nodding. Maybe this will do you some good. Maybe meeting people who don’t know you’re a single, widowed mother will help you relax. You can pretend that you’re not missing a piece of you for a night.
“I guess I’ll go.” Jimin pulls you into a big hug and kisses your head.
“You won’t regret it.”
Four days later and you’re sitting at a booth in a club watching Jimin break a sweat on the dance floor. Being involved in dance his whole life, he fluidly moves to the beat and attracts a crowd within seconds. When he catches your gaze he smiles at you before gesturing for you to come over. Shaking your head you turn away and look back down at your drink. You don’t mean to be a buzzkill, it just doesn’t feel the same without Jungkook. Back in your college days, you, Jimin, and Kook would go to the club all the time. It was a great way for the boys to burn off their endless energy and it always let you loosen up. The only dance partner you’d ever had though was Jungkook and dancing with someone who’s not him feels wrong. He’s not physically here anymore but you still feel like you’re married to him. Even though you technically can never cheat on him, the thought of someone else touching you feels wrong. Maybe it’s also the fact that you have your wedding rings on a chain necklace that’s tied around your neck.
Across the way you feel someone staring and anxiously tug the rings back and forth in your hand. This was a bad idea, you shouldn’t have come. Glancing through the corner of your vision you can see an older guy stand up and make his way towards your booth. Maybe if you leave now you can make it to Jimin. The crowd around him however is too large and you’d rather be in sight in case anything happens than lost amongst a crowd of people. You chew your lip in nervousness and take your phone out of your clutch just in case. You’re most likely being overdramatic but without someone to come to your rescue you feel vulnerable. The man finally makes it to the front of your table and you can’t tell whether you feel more relieved or scared. “Hey sweetheart.” He smiles and you scrunch your nose. This mad had to be at least forty-five years old.
“Hi.” You fight the urge to smile politely knowing that if you do he’ll decide to sit with you. You try and appear as disinterested as possible and swirl your drink with your straw.
“What’s a pretty girl like you sitting all alone?” Could this guy be any less original?
“I’m not alone. My friend is getting a drink at the bar.”
“Well if she’s half as pretty as you, it’ll be a good night.”
“Yeah, Jimin is quite attractive. I’m sure he’d love to meet you.” You hope he can hear the sarcasm in the last part. The man’s eyes widen when he picks up that you’re with a guy.
“Jimin huh? How about you be with a real man and not some little boy.” Before you can even get a word out, someone slips into your booth and sits next to you, sliding their arm around your shoulders. You immediately tense and look over but relax when you realize it’s only Hoseok. He owns a daycare, he really can’t be that bad.
“A real man wouldn’t be hitting on girls in their twenties when they’re married.” Hoseok spits out and your eyes widen. He gives the older man a wry grin before pulling you closer. “Besides she’s already taken. I suggest you head home to your wife though, she’s probably looking for you.” The amount of dominance in Hoseok’s tone and expression makes you shiver and the creepy man slinks away. As soon as he’s gone Hoseok relaxes and takes his arm off of you. His gentle smile returns back onto his face and you’re left wondering how someone can have so much duality. “Sorry about that. Figured he probably wouldn’t leave you alone unless you were taken.” You can only nod in response, too stunned by the rapid change in demeanor.
The both of you fall silent and take each other in. His orange hair is parted in the middle and he’s wearing wearing all black. Tight pants show off his muscular thighs and the leather jacket he’s wearing gives him an edgier vibe. It’s a complete three-sixty from the man with messy hair and colorful sweaters who runs the daycare. You end up staring a little too long and look away blushing when he coughs. You’re not sure what’s gotten into you, maybe the alcohol has finally set in, but you feel quite warm and have butterflies in your stomach. You take a drink to busy yourself in the awkward silence before Hoseok speaks. “Do you want to go dance?”
“I uh-I’ve never danced with someone besides my husband.” Hoseok’s eyes widen and his cheeks turn red.
“Right! You’re married, my bad. I thought I hadn’t seen you wear a ring but I must’ve-“
“No no. My husband, he um… passed away a few years ago.” Again you pull at the rings and drag them across the chain.
“Oh. I’m sorry to hear that.”
“Yeah. He was actually Jimin’s best friend.”
“Oh, Jungkook. Yeah, after the accident I remember Jimin calling me and he stayed at my house for a week. From what I hear he was a great guy.” Maybe Jimin was right. Talking to someone about Jungkook who didn’t know him feels easier. Like they aren’t judging you based on what you say from their own experiences with him.
“He was. He’s just like Kai. They even look identical too. Sometimes I wonder if there’s even a little me in there at all.” You laugh humorlessly and Hoseok puts a hand on your shoulder.
“There is. I mean you’re both not morning people right?” His heart smile appears when you laugh and you can’t help but notice his little dimples.
“Yeah. Jungkook wished sleep didn’t exist, so I guess that does come from me.”
“Even if he doesn’t resemble you a lot, he really loves you. He talks about you all the time both to me and the other kids.”
“Really?”
“Yeah. Just the other day he was bragging about how good of a baker you are and how you are better than everyone else.” A blush lightly dusts your cheeks and you put your head in your hands.
“I’m not even that good.”
“Kai begs to differ. But if you want an honest opinion you can always bake me something.” You turn your head to glance up at him.
“Is this your way of getting free food?”
“When you put it like that it sounds bad.”
The next Monday you’re putting home-made cookies into a tin while getting Kai ready for school. Today he’s in a white shirt, denim jacket, black joggers, and a blue beanie. He had seen another picture of Jungkook last night while you were unpacking and wanted to look like him again. It still hurt you a little, but the pain was lesser because it was something that wasn’t directly related to Jungkook. Anyone could wear that outfit. But maybe it also had something to do with an orange haired daycare owner with a cute heart smile.
When you arrive at the daycare you’re already smiling, anticipating seeing him again. It’s been a long time since you’ve felt so giddy and a part of you feels guilty for your reason why. Jimin’s words from your lunch date ring in your head, “Jungkook wouldn’t want you to become the sad cat lady.” Jimin’s right. You shouldn’t feel guilty for developing a crush on someone. Jungkook will always be your first and greatest love, that will never change, but that doesn’t mean you can’t find another person to share your life with. You walk in confidently, a hand held in Kai’s with the tin in the other, and strut over to Hoseok. Now’s your chance, you can do this. Hoseok smiles when he sees you both from across the room and hurries over while your heart hammers in your chest. “I uh- brought you cookies. For that umm… honest opinion on my baking.” You smile shyly and practically shove the tin into his arms.
“Oh! I didn’t think you’d actually make me something. I guess that works out then since I got you this.” He slides an iced coffee over the gate towards you and you can’t help but smile. “I know you’re not a morning person, but I thought this might help.”
“You really didn’t have to.” You smile but take it anyways.
“I know. I wanted to.” He scratches the back of his neck, a blush painting itself across his cheeks.
“Thank you Hoseok.” Kai looks between you both confusedly.
“Mommy aren’t you going to give him a kiss?” Both yours and Hoseok’s faces flush red and you’re sure your eyes are as wide as saucers.
“Why would I do that bun?”
“You always give me a kiss on the cheek when you say thank you.” His eyes are filled with innocent wonder and you’re not sure what to do. You could make your move and kiss Hoseok on the cheek but what if he doesn’t like you? What if he was only getting you a coffee because he wants to be friends? Maybe you misinterpreted everything, you’ve been out of the game for a while.
“Umm… special boys get kisses.” Your voice is quiet, you’d much rather prefer to just run out of the daycare without answering Kai’s question. You turn back to Hoseok though and swear he’s almost frowning. “Not that you’re not special or anything but we don’t know each other and that’d be weird and I just-I have to go.” Giving Kai a kiss on his head, you carry him over the gate and then dash out with your coffee in your hand. “Thanks again! See you later.” You call over your shoulder.
“I’ll be here.” Is the last thing you hear.
That evening when you go to pick up Kai you’re bouncing your leg up and down in anticipation. The awkwardness from earlier has been replaying in your head all day and you can only hope Hoseok forgot about this morning. Hesitantly you walk towards the door, a complete contrast from this morning, and come face to face with Hoseok himself. He’s leaning against the counter munching on one of your cookies as Kai runs around with an Iron Man figurine. The other children are all gone and you check your watch. You came at the same time as always, where is everyone else? “Where is everyone?” You interrupt Hoseok mid chew and he quickly swallows the remnants in his mouth but crumbs still cling to the corners of his lips.
“They’ve been picked up already.” You nod and walk over towards him, snatching one of the few cookies left in the tin. Taking a bite you can’t help but groan. Maybe you really are a good baker.
“Weird that Kai’s the last one. Normally there’s still a few kids here when I come to get him.” Hoseok gives a sheepish smile.
“We actually closed at 3 today.”
“You did?! Hoseok I’m so sorry, I didn’t know.’ Your cheeks flush for what feels like the millionth time today as guilt washes over you. If only you hadn’t freaked out then he could’ve reminded you and wouldn’t be stuck here waiting.
“It’s alright. I don’t mind hanging out with Kai. He’s a pretty cool little dude.”
“You should’ve called me though. I could’ve come early to get him.”
“It’s alright. Besides you made me these cookies so we’re even.”
“I don’t think that’s how it works since you also bought me coffee this morning.”
“Well if you really want to be even you can make me another batch of cookies.”
“They’re that good huh?” You tease. Hoseok only smiles before dramatically taking another bite. Kai only just now seems to take notice of your presence and runs over to the gate. “Mommy, mommy! Will you play Iron Man with me and Hobi?”
“Bunny, we have to go. Hoseok is busy and we’ve overstayed our welcome. Come on, we can play Iron Man when we get home.” Kai’s eyes water and his lower lip starts to tremble. Oh no, he’s going to throw a fit. “Come on bunny it’s not that bad. Hoseok just has something to do and can’t play today. We’ll do it some other time okay?” He simply stares up at you with big doe eyes, quietly sniffling. Sighing, you scoop him up into your arms and cradle him into your chest. Rubbing his back, you quietly shush him as he clings onto you.
Turning back to Hoseok he rubs his eyes before mumbling, “Promise?” Hoseok only smiles and extends a pinky out towards your son.
“Promise.” He says when they link pinkies. Your heart swells at this small interaction and you’re so happy you don’t know what to do with yourself. The fact that him and Kai are getting along so well really pulls at your heart strings.
“We’ll see you tomorrow Hoseok. Any different closing time I should be aware of?”
“Nope.” You’re almost out the door before he calls out to you again. “Y/n?” You turn to face him. holding the door open with your hip. “Call me Hobi.”
That week Hobi brings you a coffee every morning and in return you bring him baked goods. It varies between cookies, muffins, or brownies, really whatever you have in your fridge. Hobi complains of you ruining his diet each morning, but if the chocolate crumbs on the sides of Kai’s mouth are anything to go by, he’s sharing your gooey creations with the children. You had both forgotten about the promise made to Kai earlier until Friday evening when he brings it up again. “Can we play Iron Man now mommy? I’ve been waiting all week.”
“If Hobi is okay with it.” Kai whips out his best puppy dog look in response and you can already see Hobi’s resolve crumbling, not that you thought he was going to say no in the first place.
“Sure thing little man.” He ruffles Kai’s hair before opening the gate for you to step into the child’s area. Kai immediately runs over to the toy box and takes out three Iron Man figures. He gives each of you one before taking off around the room running and jumping with his little figurine. Both you and Hobi look at one another and shrug before taking off after him and making all sorts of sound effects. At one point Hobi picks him up and jogs around while Kai pretends he’s flying. You’re all in fits of giggles before Kai turns to you.
“Hobi! Hobi, make mommy fly!”
“Bunny mommy’s probably too heav-“ Before you can finish your sentence you’re thrown over Hobi’s shoulder and he straightens out your legs so you’re almost in a plank position. You grip onto his shoulders in fear of falling and the room fills with Hobi and Kai’s giggles.
“Mommy you’re flying! Spread out your arms mommy!” Your grip on Hobi’s shoulders tightens and he chuckles.
“It’s okay. I’ve got you.” Carefully you stretch out your arms for a short moment to appease your son, before clutching back onto Hobi’s shoulders.
“Okay, I’d like to land now.” Hobi begins to lower you while slowing down but somehow you end up tangling your legs with his during your descent which sends you both sprawling onto the floor. You land with an oomph and somehow Hobi manages to catch himself by landing on his forearms. He hovers above you and you both just stare at one another, waiting for the other to make the first move.
“Are you okay?” Hobi asks lowly, his voice much raspier. His breath gently fans your face and you find yourself watching his mouth move. If you raise your head only a few inches your lips can meet his.
“Yeah, I’m okay. Are you?” His eyes trace your mouth movements and you can feel him inch closer centimeter by centimeter. Your eyes begin to flutter closed except a sudden weight on top of your chest makes you reopen them. You struggle to breath with both Hobi and Kai’s full weight on top of you. “Bunny,” You wheeze. “Mommy needs you to get off. I can’t really breathe right now.” Both boys scramble off of you and flop down onto the floor instead, panting softly. Pulling out your phone from your pocket you check the time and realize that it’s been an hour. “Oh Hobi I’m so sorry. I didn’t realize we’ve been here for an hour.” Standing up, you stick out a hand to help Hobi as well. He holds onto your hand though even after he’s standing making you flustered.
“No big deal. Besides I was wondering if maybe you both wanted to go out to eat or something? It is dinner time after all.” Kai bounces excitedly and clings onto your other hand.
“Can we? Please!” A fond smile on your face, you nod which makes both boys squeal. Why does it feel like you’ve taken on two toddlers? Kai hurriedly leads you both out the door and impatiently waits for Hobi to lock up. “Old people are slow.” He complains and you and Hobi both gasp, placing your hands over your hearts for dramatic effect.
“Are you calling me old? I’m only twenty-eight.” You cry which makes Kai giggle.
“And I’m only thirty!” Turning to Hobi you scrunch your nose.
“Oh. You really are old then.” His expression turns serious and you bolt down the street with Kai running besides you as Hobi chases you down. Your laughter bounces off the buildings surrounding you as you make your way to the Ramen place down the street. It doesn’t take long for Hobi to catch you, and he wraps his arms around both you and Kai, effectively bringing you both to a stop.
“Who’s the old one now?” He pants with a large smile.
“Still you old man. You can’t even run 20 feet down the block without getting winded.” Hobi shoots you a glare which just makes you laugh even harder. You’ve never been so glad that you’re always the young one in the friend group.
“You know, when I talk to Jimin about you he always mentions that you’re so sweet. Am I missing something?”
“You talk about me to Jimin?” You’re standing in the middle of the sidewalk and people huff as they walk around you. Normally you’d be embarrassed, but this is much more important. Hobi’s ears begin to turn red as he looks away bashfully.
“Sometimes. After the umm… night at the club.”
“Club? I want to go to a club!” You have to hand it to your son. Somehow he manages to always interrupt right before pivotal moments.
“One day bunny. One day.” You gently pat his head. “Now come on, I’m sure we’re all hungry.” The next hour and a half is spent at a small table in the corner of the ramen place laughing, chatting. It almost feels like you all have been together forever, like you’re almost a little family. The thought nearly makes you choke on your last mouthful of noodles and Hobi is by your side in a second, rubbing your back comfortingly. When the coughing subsides and you’re slowly sipping on your water he sits back down across from you.
“You okay?”
“Yeah I’m fine.” You’re really not fine. Guilt is eating its way through your chest leaving you bare once again. Your heart that was steadily growing warmer is now frozen and cold, barren of any love except for that for your son. You chide yourself mentally for thinking you could be a family. Jungkook should be here. Jungkook should be the one to complete your family. He’s the only one that can complete your family. It takes everything in you not to stand up and run away. Hoseok doesn’t deserve that after everything he’s done for you and Kai. When the check finally comes, you grab it before he can and hastily throw in some cash. “It’s nearly Kai’s bedtime. Thanks again Hoseok. See you on Monday.” You’re in such a hurry you miss the hurt flashing across Hoseok’s face.
“I’ll be there.” He whispers sadly.
The following Monday you arrive at the daycare with no treats in hand. Casually you walk inside even though your stomach is flooded with butterflies. Looking at Hoseok makes you feel guilty, both to him and Jungkook. Hoseok deserves someone better, someone who can give him their whole heart. Someone who can love him as much as you loved Jungkook. He deserves something other then secondhand love. Hoseok immediately runs over to the counter when he spots you and Kai, handing over a vanilla iced latte. He had learned your order after a couple tries of hit or miss. “Thanks Hoseok, you really didn’t need to.” You can’t find it in yourself to look at him, too afraid to catch the disappointment in his eyes. It’s better to end this now, for him only to hurt a little if at all, then let this turn into something he’ll regret. Giving Kai a kiss on the cheek you walk him to the open gate and wave goodbye as he runs towards Yoonji. “I’ll see you later Hoseok.”
Walking out the door you only hear, “I’ll be here.” You completely miss his small “call me Hobi” at the end.
That evening you send Jennie to pick up Kai from daycare, unable to see Hoseok again for the day. You’re so distraught that you only realize you’ve driven to the cemetery when you’re met by the sea of graves. You stare out into them for a few minutes before deciding you needed to talk to Jungkook. You’d never been here on your own, only coming when Kai wanted to, and it gives you an eerie vibe. It’s hard to accept that the love of your life lives here now. When you finally get to his headstone, you sit down across from it plucking at the grass. “Hey Kookie,” You sniffle. “Sorry Kai’s not here this time. It’s just me.” You can’t help but wait for a response and laugh humorlessly when you don’t receive one.
“Right. So anyways I wasn’t planning on coming but here I am. I don’t know what I’m doing anymore Kookie. I used to always have you when I was unsure of what direction to take but now that you… you’re gone I’m wandering aimlessly. I’ve lost my compass and the only thing I have left is the feeling of home. You’re my home, but I can’t reach you. Not for a while anyways. But what if I’m beginning to find a new home? Will you be disappointed in me? I wish you were here, that you could tell me what I’m doing wrong.” You sit in silence and look around waiting for an answer only to receive none. There’s no sudden gust of wind, no leaves falling from the nearby tree in a suspicious pattern, there’s just silence. Standing up you look at the grave before pressing a kiss to the headstone. “I love you Jungkook. No matter what happens you’ll always be my first love.” With that you walk back to your car and drive home to your son.
The next few weeks pass by, each one as dull and grey as the next. Hoseok continues to bring you a coffee every morning, even when you tell him each time he really doesn’t need to, and you’ve stopped bringing him treats. It feels too domestic now, too much like the family you and Jungkook dreamed of. Jimin stops by a month after you’ve stopped interacting with Hoseok in a more personal manner. He enters your office with a frown etched onto his face and closes the door behind him. Sitting down in the chair in front of you desk and crossing one leg over the other, he leans back in the chair. “Talk to me.”
“What?” You have a hunch at what he’s referencing but won’t admit it.
“Stop pretending you don’t know what I’m talking about. Tell me why you ghosted Hobi.” You gulp at hearing the endearing nickname, the memories of a few weeks ago resurfacing.
“We… we got too close.”
“Did he pressure you into anything?” Jimin’s eyebrows furrow and he begins to get out of his seat in anger but you quickly gesture for him to stay put.
“No. I guess I freaked myself out. We were hanging out, me, him, and Kai, one day after daycare and we played Iron Man and went out to eat and it felt too real. It felt like we could be a family and then I just kept thinking of Jungkook. We were supposed to be a family. It feels wrong to be a family with someone else. It feels like I’m cheating him out of our dream.” Jimin doesn’t say anything after your spell and just nods sympathetically.
“Jungkook dreamed of Kai having a family. I think under these circumstances he’d understand. When you were pregnant with Kai all he’d talk about is how he wanted you both to be happy and healthy.”
“But would he want us to be happy if not with him?” Jimin rolls his eyes and gives you a stern look.
“Stop trying to come up with excuses for your feelings. We both know Jungkook would want you both to be happy regardless of whether or not he was in the picture. The real issue is that you’ve started to develop feelings for Hoseok and you’re scared. Am I right?”
“No,” You grumble like a child that was just scolded. “I feel guilty. I can’t love him like he wants. Like he deserves. A part of me will always belong to Jungkook, a part of me is with him right now back at the cemetery. Hoseok deserves someone who can love him wholeheartedly. Someone who won’t always have the ache of losing a significant other.”
“This isn’t a matter of what he deserves Y/N. This is a matter of you wanting him and him wanting you but you’re too afraid to act on it. You’re using Jungkook as a scapegoat for not going for it and that’s something I know he wouldn’t want.” Putting your head in your hands, you catch the fall of tears. Jimin is right. Right about everything. You didn’t mean for it to turn out like this, it’s just easier to hide from your feelings. To pretend that they don’t exist because it protects you from any pain.
That night you march down to Sunshine Daycare as determined as ever. You’re not going to let yourself chicken out this time. Armed with a cake from a nearby bakery to make up for the lack of sugary treats, you march over to Hobi who is leaning against the counter. For the first time since you’ve met him, he doesn’t greet you with a smile and you can feel yourself deflating. You’ve turned the sunshine at Sunshine Daycare into a dull ray of sunlight obscured by clouds. “I um.. I brought you a treat.” Shyly you slide the package onto the counter and watch nervously as he inspects the contents. A smile breaks onto his face as he reads the message sprawled across in cursive icing.
“Bet you got some weird looks when you ordered that.”
“Yeah. Surprisingly getting, I’m sorry for being an umm… bootyhole piped onto a cake isn’t common.” He chuckles before stepping out from behind the counter. Glancing over to the kid area, it’s only just Kai again and you sigh. “Close early again?”
“Yeah.” He chuckles and you drag a hand across your face.
“I can’t do anything right. I can’t read schedules for the daycare, can’t confess my feelings, can’t-“
“Confess?” Hobi interrupts and your eyes widen in realization.
“Surprise?” You offer lamely. “I like you. Well actually I think I’m falling in love with you.” Rushing out the last part you wring your hands together in nervousness. Silence fills the daycare, even Kai stills, and you immediately begin backtracking. “I mean I understand if you don’t like me or want to date a widow. Not that I think you’re shallow enough to not want to date me solely because I’m a widow but I know I haven’t-"
“Y/N. I’m falling for you too.” The world seems to stop and you’re not really sure what to do. The last time you said I love you for the first time, you were already in a committed relationship. How do people do this when they’re not together?
“So what do we do now?”
“Well I was thinking of kissing you first, then asking you to be my girlfriend, and then taking you and Kai out to eat.”
“I could eat!” Kai chimes from behind the gate causing you both to laugh.
“He really has impeccable timing.”
“That he does. Hey aren’t you supposed to be kissing me by now?” Hobi’s heart smile reappears and you fight back the urge to stick your finger in one of his dimples.
“As you wish my love.” Gently Hobi cups both of your cheeks before pressing a gentle kiss to your lips. It’s not heated, it doesn’t ignite sparks, but it’s sweet and leaves you with the knowledge that it’ll be the first of many.

Shipping asks -- 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 14, 18, 19, 20, 22, 24, 25, 26, 30
1. What was your first OTP? I can't quite recall? Probably something from seaQuest DSV. That was the first time I was ever really obsessed with a show. First one I remember is Buffy/Spike.2. What is your current OTP? Toss up between McMolly, Sherlolly, Braime and Cablanca.4. What is/are your favorite trope(s)? Smol & tall tropes, "there was only one bed," secret relationships, AUs.5. What is/are your least favorite trope(s)? Omegaverse, I guess? And miscommunication between couples that leads to angst.6. Do you have a certain kind of ship you’re more attracted to? Not really. All of my ships are pretty different.8. Who is the most shippable person you can think of? Molly Hooper.10. Do characters have to have canon interactions for you to ship them? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA no. They don't even need to be in the same canon for me to ship it.11. What makes a great ship in your own opinion? Something fun. Like literally, if you find the ship fun to squee about/write about/art about, then it's a great ship.14. Has a fanbase ever made you ship or not ship something? Why? I was inclined to ship Jlock before I encountered That Acronym That Shall Not Be Named. I'll still write it for gifts for people, but I don't ship it.18. What is your favorite unpopular ship? If we're talking "unpopular in terms of content" then I'm the queen of the USS McMolly. If we're talking unpopular in fandoms? I ship Finn x Rey/Poe x Rey/Finn x Poe x Rey. I think you can see how hard it can be sometimes in the Star Wars fandom. I also ship Uhura x Gaila, Spuhura and Kirk/Carol in the Star Trek AOS fandom, which doesn't get as much love as Spirk or McKirk (both of which I also love).19. Do you prefer fluff, angst, or smut for your ships? Fluff above all else. 20. Do you prefer bigger fanbases or smaller ones? I don't have a preference? I get tons of comments for small fandom fics and very few for big fandom fics, and vice versa. There's a lot less rancor in smaller fandoms I've found, though.22. Do you have any ships that you ship, but would never want to see as canon? A lot of my Sherlock ships.24. What is your favorite canon ship? Flack/Angell. I will die for that ship. Sherlolly is second, and Braime is third.25. What are your favorite ships from a dead fandom? Flack/Angell is from CSI: NY, which I seem to be the only one adding content to at AO3 (which reminds me, I eventually need to get back to adding those). Umm...I really miss Willow/Tara and Angel/Cordelia from the Buffyverse, and pre-canon Spike/Buffy. I still love my various Bleach ships, and am kind of happy with the ending ships when it came to Ichigo and Rukia? I have other ships for both but I do ship Ichihime and RenRuki. And Caskett is always going to be love, along with Ryan/Jenny and Javier/Lanie. Um...Criminal Minds is over, right? I totally shipped Morgan/Prentiss. Oh! Other CSIverse ships! I was a diehard Nick/Catherine shipper for the OG series and I loved both Ryan/Calleigh and Delko/Calleigh on Miami. And Hagen/Calleigh was a thing until ::sobs:: THAT episode. Eureka! Zane/Jo all the way. Oh, back to CSI: NY, I loved Mac/Stella. ::heart eyes:: And Danny/Aiden. ::sobs again:: Um...House? Was a big Cameron/Chase fan. I probably have a ton more but those are the ones I loved most.26. What are your favorite shipping scenes? Soooooo god damn many. But I think my absolute faves are Flack & Angell's first onscreen kiss (and also the foreign language translation scene), Zane and Jo's second proposal scene, the entirety of the 100th episode of Castle, the "day of crime" between Sherlock and Molly, the hug between Finn and Poe when Finn comes to the rebel base and they talk about the jacket, Illyria killing the demon who killed Wesley and then becoming Fred again for him as he passed, and Spock talking about what it had been like to almost die in the volcano and Uhura and Kirk becoming emotional (as I ship both Spuhura and Spirk and could be convinced to ship them as an OT3 if you try a little).30. What are some of your favorite shipping blogs? @miz-joelys-sherlollilists, @miz-joelyskhanollyblog, @holidaysat221b, and probably a ton more, but those were the first ones I thought of.

Banter with Tash - Sera and Dorian
Hey all! For those Dragon Age fans out there, I had some brainwaves about my OC, Tash Adaar, the Child of Andraste. In addition to my requested fics, I’ll also be posting some little mini fics I wrote of Tash, kind of like little codex entries. Feel free to request more of Tash if you’re of a DA mindset, as well as any other characters. By the way, everything relating to Tash can now be found under the “tash adaar” tag, included down at the bottom. Anyway, for the first brainwave, more banter between Tash and some of the companions!
Very long post!
Sera
TASH: Hey, Sera?
SERA (irritably): What?
TASH: I get the feeling you don't like me very much. And I don't know why.
SERA: It's because... you're weird. And weird things usually get arrows.
TASH: Huh. I'll keep that in mind. Does it have something to do with me having horns? Because that's disappointing.
SERA: Wha? No! It's because you've got stupid magic!
TASH (offended; starting to cry): What? That's awful!
SERA: (confused noises)
TASH: I can't help that any more than I can having horns. You're AWFUL!
---------------------
TASH: Hey, Sera?
SERA: What?
TASH: I think I figured out why you don't like mages.
SERA: You know what people who try to figure me out get?
TASH: Let me guess. Ar-
SERA: Arrows!
TASH: (heavy sigh) I'm glad you mentioned the arrows. It's part of my point. I think you don't like mages because you're afraid that they'll turn into demons or something. Well, what if I told you I was scared of archers?
SERA: You what?
TASH: When my brother and I were with the Valo-Kas, a lot of archers would see us and assume we were Qunari. Well, the Qun-following kind. And they wouldn't talk to us - they'd just shoot. I used to get so scared every time I saw a stranger with a bow.
SERA: That's... that's shite.
TASH: Uh-huh. But my brother told me that while it was okay for me to be scared, I shouldn't give up hope that the next archer was a good person who wouldn't do that. And you know what? I met you!
SERA: Huh.
TASH: And even though you're an archer, and you play mean jokes, and you don't like me much, I think of you as a friend. So maybe you might make some new friends too!
SERA: You're mad. You know that, right?
TASH: (sighs) Sure. Probably.
---------------------------
SERA: Tashy.
TASH: Huh? Me? What?
SERA: You've got that thinkin' face on.
TASH: I have a "thinkin'" face?
SERA: Uh-huh. And you know what people who make that face at me get?
TASH (bored): Arrows.
SERA: So out with it.
TASH: Can I be a Red Jenny?
SERA: (bursts into maniacal laughter)
TASH (offended): Fine. Don't listen to my amazing idea.
SERA: (laughs even harder)
TASH: Fine. You don't get to hear it! Congratulations on ruining the lives of all the people everywhere.
SERA: (stops laughing abruptly, then loses it again)
----------------------------
SERA: Tashy?
TASH: You think I'm talking to you after what you did?
SERA: (giggles, murmurs "lizards") Come on! I want to hear your idea.
TASH: No.
SERA: Fine. You can be a Jenny.
TASH (suddenly bright): Yay! Okay. So, imagine this... we teach all the Jennies to read.
SERA: What? That's it?
TASH: Uh-huh.
SERA: Alright. Not a Jenny.
TASH: Wait-wait-wait-wait-wait! Wait. If the Jennies can read, not only can they steal the dirty secrets all the nobles write down, they can train the commoners. Mother Giselle told me that the Chantry sisters only teach the kids who are going to be clergy or Templars. But now, Jennies can teach everyone!
SERA: And how does that help?
TASH: Becau-u-u-se... if the commoners can read, they can learn and share ideas. Maybe a blacksmith like Harritt comes up with a new way of making a sword. He can write down his method, and soon a bunch of commoners can learn how to do it. They can make a guild, and then the nobles will have to pay them instead of forcing them to work! And then, with reading, there's no more commoners getting duped into serving nobles for their whole lives! We can make the commoners so powerful that the nobles will be real scared.
SERA: Hmmm.
TASH: So can I be a Jenny? Can I?
SERA: You're still mad. But I'll think about it.
TASH: Yay!
----------------------------------
TASH (singing softly): “Sera was never an agreeable girl...”
SERA: Hey! I told you, no more of that or it’s the lizards in your bedroll again!
TASH: But... it’s just so catchy!
SERA: Creepy song is creepy. Get it!
TASH (to the tune of “Sera Was Never”): I understand what you are saying to me/ but I can’t seem to help but sing this song/ Trust me-e-e I am trying to stop/ but the song just keeps going on and on.
====================
(When dying) TASH: Oh no, they got Sera! or TASH (insincerely): Oh, no... what a tragedy.
SERA: Other Weirdy's down! or SERA (irritated): Come on, Tashy!
===================
(At the Winter Palace) TASH: Hey, Sera?
SERA: What?
TASH: Why weren't you dancing with anyone? It's fun!
SERA: (scoffs) You like dancing with those gobshites? All Madam Fancyfoots and Lord Lacey-pants?
TASH: Why do I even ask?
-----------------------
TASH: I wish we could get back to the ball. I want to dance some more!
SERA: (giggles)
TASH: Okay... that was either a "no breeches" giggle or a "jar of bees" giggle. Either way, what did you do?!
Dorian DORIAN: Ataashi, may I ask you a question?
TASH (high-pitched): Ahhh!
DORIAN: ...Have I done something to offend?
TASH: ...Um. No? I'm so sorry! It's just... I don't meet many people from Tevinter. And I know you shouldn't believe everything you hear, but I've heard some very bad things.
DORIAN: I apologize, then. I shall refrain from disturbing you in the future.
TASH: No, Ser Pavus, I'm sorry. Please don't stop talking with me.
DORIAN: Perhaps later.
TASH: Aww....
-------------------------------------
DORIAN: You are Vashoth, yes, Ataashi?
TASH: Yes, I am. I'm surprised. Everybody always thinks I'm a Qunari.
VARRIC (if present): You... kind of are a Qunari, Dimples.
TASH: I'm not Qunari. Thank you.
DORIAN: Not a problem.
TASH: Was there anything else?
DORIAN: I was wondering that if you disapprove so much of Tevinter, what must you think of Par Vollen?
TASH: I don't exactly disapprove... I mean, I kind of do... But... Look, I'm not okay with slavery. And Tevinter has slaves. But so does Par Vollen. The whole Qun is a slavery thing.
DORIAN: Interesting. I know less than when I asked.
TASH: (sighs)
-------------------------------------
(After Last Resort of Good Men) TASH: Ser Pavus?
DORIAN: Yes?
TASH: May I ask you a very personal question?
DORIAN: ...You may ask, but I wouldn't get my hopes up for an answer.
TASH: Umm, why is it that in Tevinter, you aren't allowed to be with who you love?
DORIAN (surprised): Where did you hear a thing like that?
TASH: I... uh, I had heard some story about you... and your father..."
DORIAN (gruffly): Ah, I see. Well, I suppose that among the commoners, it matters less. But Tevinter nobles are expected to pass down their magic to children. I myself am the product of decades of careful breeding.
TASH: (to himself): Like Qunari...
TASH: Well, I hope you find it better here in the south. I think that my fathers would have liked you very much.
DORIAN: Your... fathers?
TASH: Mmm-hmmm.
-------------------------------------------------
(After the above) DORIAN: Ataashi, when you said 'fathers...'
TASH: What about it?
DORIAN: Er. You had...
TASH: Oh! Yes, I was raised by my father, a Tal-Vashoth, and his husband, a baker from Markham. My birth mother... she's dead, and I don't like to think about her. Sorry.
DORIAN: Oh. I apologize. You must miss her terribly.
TASH: Not particularly. She tried to take me back to the Qun when she saw I had magic.
DORIAN (shocked): Even knowing what they'd do to you?!
TASH (quietly): You see why I don't like to think about her? My papa, the baker, he told me that I shouldn't blame her too much. She was afraid, and I don't know how her life was. And he was a good man. Both my fathers were. They made me feel special, like I could be more than the monster my mother thought I was.
DORIAN: You aren't a monster, Tash. Your parents sound like very wise men.
TASH (chuckling): You never saw them trying to repair the roof.
DORIAN: Well, if it's any consolation, my mother is very much alive, and I don't like to think about her much, either.
TASH: It isn't, much. But thank you.
----------------------------------------
TASH: Dorian?
DORIAN: Hmmm?
TASH: You aren't mad at me for not learning necromancy, are you?
DORIAN: Perish the thought? Why should I be?
TASH: I don't know, maybe because Varric told me you were drinking last night? And I saw the look on your face when you saw me training with Commander Helaine?
VARRIC (if present): Thanks for ratting me out, Dimples.
DORIAN: I'm sure I don't know what you mean.
TASH (bursting): I'm sorry! I didn't mean to make you sad! Please don't stop teaching me!
DORIAN: Tash, please! Stop crying. You are perfectly at liberty to pursue whatever course of study you wish. And besides, there is nothing stopping us from having reasonable discussions about magic despite our differing specializations.
VIVIENNE (if present): My dear Lord Pavus, too many alchemists spoil the potion.
DORIAN: Regardless of your own preferences, I am always available should you wish to ask me a question.
TASH: Thank you, Dorian. That means a lot to me.
======================
(In battle:)
TASH: Dorian! He's been hurt! or TASH: Dorian, hold on!
DORIAN: Tash, no! or DORIAN: Ataashi needs some help over there!
==================== (At the Winter Palace)
DORIAN: Were you just dancing with one of the Council of Heralds?
TASH: Is that who that was? He was very nice.
DORIAN (incredulous): I meant the lady.
TASH: She was nice, too. Everybody's been so wonderful tonight!
DORIAN: Orlais. Cutthroat nobles vying for the throne. Any of this sound familiar?
------------------
TASH: Dorian, if there's time... will you dance with me?
DORIAN: (splutters) Excuse me?
TASH: I've been trying to dance with all my friends! But Cullen was too busy with his own friends, and Josie and her sister were too busy arguing. Leliana danced with me, but then she let Lady de Launcet cut in.
VARRIC (If present): Uh... those weren't friends Cullen was with, kid.
DORIAN: Well... I'd hate for you to waste a spot on your dance card with me.
TASH (disappointed): It's fine if you don't want to dance. I just thought... maybe you'd enjoy it...
DORIAN: (sighs) Very well. One dance, and you don't pester me about seeking out the nearest glass of wine.
TASH: Hmmm.... okay! Yay! (singsongy whisper) I get to dance with Dorian, I get to dance with Dorian...
DORIAN: (sighs heavily)

Thanks for the tag @discordiavonsin it’s just what I needed to forget about stats for a little bit :)
Put your music on shuffle and answer the questions about each artist.
Name of Artist: Panic! At The Disco
What genre are they ? um honestly who actually knows at this point.
How long have they been active ? since 2004 I believe
Have you ever heard them on the radio ? yeah high hopes still gets played every now and then around here
Have they released any new music within the last year or two ? Yeah, Pray for the Wicked! Love that album to death, I’ve decided “Hey look ma I made it” is going to be my graduation song when I finish uni at the end of the year!!
Do they have a male or female vocalist ? Male - Brendon Urie aka Beebop
Name of Artist: BTS
Would you recommend them ? Fuck yeah they’re my favourite band kids
What is your favourite lyric of theirs ? “The dawn right before the sun rises is darkest” I’m gonna get it tattooed when I save up enough money. I’ve wanted that as a tattoo for nearly 5 years now so I’m sure of my decision lmao just need money.
What are their album artworks like ? Pretty but never over the top which is nice. The last few album sets have made a pattern if you buy all 4 versions and line them up which I have to saw I am a big fan of.
If they stopped making music, would you be sad ? I would be absolutely devastated. They’re my favourite band! They said in an awards acceptance speech not too long ago that they were considering disbanding at the start of last year and I honest to god burst into tears right then and there. I’d be crushed.
If you didn’t know what they look like, based off their music, what you guess they looked like ? I’d just have a stereotypical picture of pretty idol boys in mind. Which isn’t far off tbh but they’re so much more than that too.
Name of Artist: Twenty One Pilots
How popular are they ? Depends on who you ask. They’ve had some very popular songs but people seem to forget about them when they’re not releasing new stuff?
Have you ever seen them perform live ? I’ve seen them twice actually! Which is surprising, because I live in Australia and not a lot of bands make the trip here very often, so I’m very glad I’ve got to see them as many times as I have. They have an incredible energy when live, Tyler commands the space and Josh is fucking awesome on drums irl too.
How did you find out about them ? I heard about them ages before I actually got into them, back in 2013 when my friend showed me this cover he was super obsessed with, and it was top’s cover of Can’t Help Falling in Love.
What is their sexuality, if known ? They’re both in relationships with women so I’ll say straight but who knows really.
Is their music easy to dance to ? Most of it is! They’ve got some really good beats in most of their songs, but also some of them are very slow and you just want to feel the music, not really dance.
Name of Artist: GOT7
What instrument is the most prominent in their music ? Umm they’re a kpop band so computer?? Idk how pop music is made.
Does your family listen to them ? Not at all, I’m the only one in my family who listens to kpop. They only listen when I make them lmao.
Are they still making music today ? Yes! They’re coming to Australia to promote their new album which is fucking awesome because kpop bands barely EVER come here. Like I thought American and British artists didn’t come here often, but it seems like they’re here every 2 weeks compared to kpop artists TT.TT
Would you want to meet them ? I would love to! I’ve been learning korean but I’m not very good, but they have 3 members who speak fluent english so I’m sure we could manage a chat
How represented is this artist in your saved music / collection ? All of their albums are spread over like 4 or 5 playlists lmao
Name of Artist: My Chemical Romance
When did you discover them ? I was very young, my mum is super into them and she used to play the black parade album all the time when I was a kid. I literally can’t remember when I heard them for the first time lmao.
How many albums do they have ? 4 :(
Which member of the band is closest to your ‘type’ / do you find the most attractive ? Frank Iero could punch me in the face and I’d thank him and tell him his tattoos look really nice that close.
Have they gone through any line-up changes ? Um, fuck Bob. Enough said.
Is their music more fun or serious ? The first 3 albums of theirs were very angsty and serious and like rock opera-y but Danger Days has very different vibes. More like, let’s make fun of how shit the world can be instead of wallowing in a pit of despair.
Name of Artist: Fall Out Boy
Is the type of music / genre they play something you would typically enjoy or is their sound different for you ? Yeah man, I’ve never left my emo phase and I love their sound even as it continues to evolve.
Based off of their sound, what would a human version of their music look like ? Hmm, depends which era you’re talking about. Early fob is emo Pete Wentz at his peak, but now their sound sort of reminds me of this instagram model I like, Vanja Jagnic.
Could you see yourself getting along with the members personally ? I feel like I would get along with them all very easily! I have it on good authority I’m a nice person, so hopefully that would carry through.
Did somebody recommend this band to you ? Does my mum count? She likes fall out boy too and used to play them when I was younger as well, so I guess she recommended them to me in a way.
Name of Artist: BLACKPINK
How many people are in this band/group ? 4
When did they start making music ? 2016, I didn’t realise it’s been so long already!
Do they have any well known songs, if so, which one(s) ? Umm not sure in western countries, maybe Jennie’s solo song? They’re pretty popular in Korea though.
Do you listen to this artist regularly ? My housemate is obsessed with them so yeah I do listen quite a bit.
How would you describe their music ? Pretty typical of kpop, they’re way more “edgy” than most girl groups though which I like. I’m not a fan of the cute/sexy/infant vibe that a lot of other girl groups have going on.
Name of Artist: Seventeen
If they use a stage name, what is their real name(s) ? Wow this is really the wrong band for this. Okay so, S.Coups is Seungcheol, Jeonghan goes by Jeonghan, Joshua has a korean name but Joshua is his birth name so idk if it counts (it’s Jisoo though), Jun is Junhwi, Hoshi is Soonyoung, Wonwoo is Wonwoo so that’s easy, Woozi is Jihoon, DK is Seokmin, Mingyu is just Mingyu, The8 is Minghao, Seungkwan is Seungkwan although people do call him MC Boo (not sure that counts as a stage name), Vernon also has a korean name but Vernon is his birth name (Hansol is the korean name though) and Dino is Chan. Phew.
Do they regularly make pop charts ? They do in korea! They’re mid range popular, but they’re steadily getting more popular each year.
Have you ever met them ? No, I wish lmao.
If they toured in your city, would you go see them ? I would! They did come to Australia, but I’m broke and couldn’t afford to go all the way to Melbourne to see them.
Name of Artist: Red Velvet
Are they known for anything else besides music? Not really sure, maybe being from one of the big 3 companies in Korea?
What is their nationality ? Korean!
Are they a guilty pleasure ? A bit yeah lmao, I don’t listen to all of their stuff because a lot of it is not my taste at all, but the songs of theirs I do listen to fall into the category of annoyingly catchy.
Which age group is this artist most popular with? My age and a bit younger I would say.
Has this artist ever toured in your country/state/city? Nah, SM artists don’t come here.
Name of Artist: Falling in Reverse
Do you think it’s necessary or important to know about their personal life to ‘understand’ their music ? I feel like some of their songs are directly related to things that have happened in Ronnie’s life, so yeah to a certain extent, but a lot of the time you can get it from the vibe of the song.
Have they ever gone on hiatus and did they return ? I’m not sure actually, I don’t follow them that closely.
What instruments do they use ? Guitar, drums, bass, vocals, synth/keys.
What city are they from ? Las Vegas
What are your experiences with fans of this artist? I don’t really know anyone who has them as their favourite band so I’m not really sure what die hard fans are like, but everyone I know who is a causal fan seems super chill.
I don’t really have that many people to tag lmao so I’ll just tag people in my activity recently @samanddean-winchesthair @unfade @blue-roses-and-red-rubbies @classylaughs have fun if y’all decide to do this!

Alla Prima: Chapter 12
Our two artsy lovers are back! ENJOY!
Previous Chapters:
Prologue Chapter 1 Chapter 2 Chapter 3 Chapter 4 Chapter 5 Chapter 6 Chapter 7 Chapter 8 Chapter 9 Chapter 10 Chapter 11
The ride to the gallery was a quiet one. Jamie’s fingers drummed rhythmically against the steering wheel. A nervous habit. A pale hand covered his own, squeezing his fingers gently.
“It’s going to be okay, Jamie.”
“Aye.” Monosyllables. It was all he could muster. The nerves in his stomach made his voice shake.
“Just breathe. Whatever happens, whatever doesn’t… Just know I will still love you.”
How can you be so sure about that?
***
The gallery wasn’t a large building, only meant to hold about 100 people. But Jamie found, as he entered, that it was definitely passed its occupancy limits.
“Jesus…”
Family, friends, work clients… All squeezed into the small space. Small clusters of people in oxfords and dresses dotted the space, chatting and laughing and drinking.
Jamie felt Claire’s presence before her heard her voice. “They’re all here for you, love.” Her hand slipped into his easily, offering all the support she could give.
Conversation paused as he entered the room--the man of the hour. Oh, god… Was he supposed to have a speech ready or something? Everyone looked so expectant.
“Ahem… Thank all of ye for coming. It means the world. Umm… I hope ye have a good time, and… umm… enjoy the drinks.”
How awkward. A smattering of claps followed his attempted speech. The dull hum of conversation reappeared, and all eyes averted from him.
“Oh, there's Lamb!” The tall, white-haired man wasn’t easy to miss. “I’m going to go say hello. You do the rounds, I’ll catch up!”
“Sasse--” But she was already gone, throwing her arms around her beloved uncle.
Great, now he was alone.
***
“...Just fantastic. You have such a vivid imagination. Well done.”
“Thank ye...sir.” Shit. Jamie had forgotten the man’s name. No matter. The man had already turned his back, leaving Jamie with a particularly good view of the bald spot on his head.
“Jamie!” The familiarity of the voice made Jamie sigh in relief. Turning toward the sound, Jamie found Willie swaggering toward him. A bit tipsy, but no worse for wear. “Jamie, lad! Jenny says ye have to bring yer girlfriend to meet her. Right now.”
“Well, as ye can see, she’s no with me right now.”
“She took one look at yer hideous paintings, and ran for the hills.” An elbow to the ribs told Jamie that was supposed to be a joke. He didn’t find it too funny. “I am proud of ye, Sawny.” Willie’s voice grew serious. “I always knew ye could do it. And here ye are.”
Jamie searched Willie’s eyes in search of jest, but all he found was stormy sincerity. “Thank ye, Willie. It means the world, coming from you.”
And they embraced, Jamie wrapping his arms tightly around the man that helped mold him into who he was.
***
It was hard to miss Claire as she sauntered toward him, a vision in green. Completely unaware of the attention she was garnering.
“I thought this was supposed to be my night,” Jamie teased as she sidled up next to him.
“What are you talking about? It is your night!”
“Then why are all eyes on ye?”
That earned him a small slap on the arm. “Oh, hush.”
“How’s Lamb?”
“Doing well. Just living life Lamb’s way.”
“Aye. And what other way is there?” They stood in silence for a moment, before Jamie remembered his brother’s words. “Oh, Jenny is here. She wants to meet ye.”
“Should I be frightened?”
“Verra.”
***
Jamie wasn’t accustomed to his sister being so...dressed up. She was a simple woman when it came to fashion. Jeans and a t-shirt suited her just fine, thank you very much. But she stood beside Ian, clad in a black dress and hair piled on top of her head, looking very much a socialite. That is, until Jamie noticed her shoes. Trainers encased her ever swelling feet, lending comfort to an uncomfortable situation.
That was the Jenny he knew.
“Brother!”
“Hi, Jenny.” Jamie reached out, and hugged her fiercely, careful of her large belly.
“All this, Jamie…” Her arms spread wide, motioning to the paintings on the walls. “It’s incredible. Yer incredible, brother.”
“Thank ye. Truly.” A small hand brushed his arm, reminding him he wasn’t alone. “Jenny. Ian. This is Claire. Claire. This is my sister Jenny, and her husband Ian.”
“It’s so nice to meet you finally!” Claire grasped Jenny’s hand, shaking it with nervous fervor. “Jamie has told me all about you two.”
“All good things, I hope,” Ian interjected.
“Oh, yes, yes. Of course. He is very fond of you two.”
“Weel, I would hope so.” Jenny rolled her eyes playfully. “He’s only known me his whole life!”
“Too true!” The two women chuckled. Awkwardly, but genuinely.
“We dinna want to keep ye,” Ian interrupted the women’s mirth. “I ken ye have many adoring fans to attend to.”
“Ha. Ha.”
“Plus, we have to relieve the baby sitter. Love ye, brother. We are all so proud of ye. Nice to meet ye, Claire.”
“You too.”
The couple watched as they walked away, in sync as only married people could be.
“They’re lovely, Jamie. You’ve got a wonderful family.”
“Aye. I’m a lucky one.”
“Well, how about you get me a drink, artist of mine?”
“Yer wish. My command.”
Jamie staggered through the throngs of people, nodding hello as he passed. He would be glad when he could leave; the large amount of attention made him uncomfortable. He found over the years that he was really truly himself in his own space.
“Excuse me. Pardon me. Hello. Ya alright? Excuse me.” God, there were entirely too many people in this room.
Jamie finally reached the far corner where the bar stood, thanking god he didn’t get lost in the congestion. “Two glasses of red, please. Thank ye.”
***
Claire wasn’t where he left her. She had wandered, as she was wont to do when boredom struck her. A blur of motion, that woman was.
“Claire!”
“Over here!” Her sharp voice entered his left ear, and he followed the sound.
He wished he hadn’t.
She stood stoically before one his paintings, examining it closely. Shit…
“Jamie, I… Is that me?”
There was no denying it. Although half of the face was covered in petals and blooms, the other half was obviously Claire. Wild, dark curls. Warm brown eyes. A small dimple in the chin. It was his personal favorite.
“Oh, um… Aye.”
“Why didn’t you tell me?” Her eyes shone, bright with unshed tears. Great. He had upset her.
“I… I was afraid, ken. That ye’d be mad, or… or… And, look! I’ve upset ye! Christ, Claire. I’m so sorry--”
“Upset me? You think I’m upset?”
“Yer crying.”
“Happy tears, love.” A smile broke on her face, spilling the small droplets down her cheeks. “I love it, Jamie.”
“Truly?” Unbelievable.
“Aye,” she teased. “It’s the greatest thing anyone has ever done for me…”
Jamie felt tears prick his own eyes. How did he ever get so lucky with this woman? He grasped her, wine forgotten, pulling her flush against him. “I love ye, Claire.”
“And I love you.”
He pressed his lips softly to hers. Chaste, but with a promise of more.
“Come on, dear. The evening isn’t over yet. We still have people to greet.”

Reincarnated Ten x Reader Chapter 1:
Flashbacks:
"This place is so big!" you said looking around.
"It's not that big Y/N" your boyfriend giggled.
"Where should we go first?" you said looking up at him.
"Umm you want to find somewhere to eat?" he looked down at you.
"Yes! We totally should!" you took your phone out of your pocket and look up places to eat.
"Hmmm what about Myeongdong Kyoja Main Store? or Ryunique? or maybe 케르반 Kervan Turkish Restaurant Seoul Statio?" you named 5 more places and your boyfriend laughed.
"Baby turn around there is food places right in front of you"
"Yeah but that's fast food" you scoffed.
"This is our first meal here. We can try more fancy places when we have more money"
"Fine but you have to pay" you laughed and ran toward a place.
"Wait what?" He giggled and ran after you.
-
You woke up crying. You keep repaying your memories over and over again.
"Our..first meal.." you said quietly. You can't help but remember the good times. It's been 5 months since you lost him. You graduate soon. Your baby is perfectly healthy and doing great but you still can't believe you'll be doing it alone.
"Why?.. Why me?... Why my family?.." you started crying harder. It was Monday and you have to go to school soon so, you got up and get dressed.
You through on a white t-shirt with some stretchy legging and some black flats. You looked at yourself in the mirror.
"My belly is getting so big" you smiled a weak smile.
You look at the clock. 7:30 am "Time to go, don't wanna be late"
You grab your keys and head out the door. You get in the car and start driving to the school.
You arrive and look at the time. 7:38 am "Right on time"
You get out of the car and grab your bag.
"Hey Y/N! Over here!" Someone yelled and you turned around. You see Lisa, Jisoo and Jennie waiting for you.
You go over to them. "Hey guys" you smiled.
"How are you feeling?" Jennie asks.
"I'm okay i guess" you shrug.
"Hey Y/N you speak spanish right?" Jisoo asks.
"Um yeah why?" you look at her.
"This guy said 'quiero estar contigo para siempre' to me. What does it mean?" she asks.
"It means he wants to be with you forever. Do you know this guy?" you looked her up and down.
"Yeah he's my best friend from childhood, Seokjin" she says blushing.
We all giggle then noticed it was time for class so, we headed our separate ways.
—————————
Class was over and you were getting quite hungry so, you texted the girls.
You: Hey guys wanna get lunch together?
Lisa🧠: Yes ofc
Jennie❤️: I'm still in class, can you guys wait like 5 minutes?
You and Lisa🧠: Yeah ofc
You: Jisoo?
Jisoo🍄: Seokjin and I are going out to lunch, sorry girls
We decided to meet up at 11:30 so that Jennie could finish class and we all could get changed.
You get to your car and notice that all the door were open. 'did i get robbed?' You look in the car and all your things are scattered around. You look around and see if anything was stolen.
"Where is it?" you say quietly. There was only one thing you were looking for, The necklace your boyfriend gave you. It was a silver necklace with a pendant of your boyfriend.
"Where is it!?" you are looking through everything. The necklace is nowhere to be found.
Flashback
You wake up to the smell of bacon cooking. "Honey?" You look around. He’s not there.
You get up and walk to the kitchen. You see your boyfriend jamming to music and cooking breakfast. You walk over to him and give him a back hug.
“Oh good morning sweetheart” He says a little startled.
“Mm good morning” You say laying you head on his back.
“I’m making eggs, bacon and toast, do you want some?” He asks turning down the music.
“Mmmm no I’m not hungry” You say.
“You sure?” He asks plating his food.
“Mhm” You smile.
“Oh babe I have a give for you since it’s out 1 year anniversary” He says turning off the stove. You let go of him and goes to his bag.
“I thought we weren’t doing gifts anymore” You look at him.
“I know but I got you something anyway…hmm Where is it?” He asks himself.
“Found it” He goes back over to you with a box in his hand.
He hands you the box and you open in. Inside is a note saying ‘I know you’re worried about my new job so this way you can keep me with you forever’
You take the note out and it reveals a beautiful necklace with a pendant. You pick it up and look at him. “Baby it’s so pretty”
“Open the pendant” He smiles.
Look back down at him and open it to see a picture of you and him when you first meet. You tear up a little. You smiles than hug him.
“Thank you” You say.
He kisses your head. “You’re so cute”
End of flashback
You bust out in tears. You can’t find the necklace anywhere.
“Miss are you okay?” A man’s voice comes out of nowhere and it reminds you on your boyfriend but, you don’t know why.

Easiest Person To Talk To: Hmmmm.... @kanebisexual is a very nice person and very easy to talk to I love them lmao
Also @graciefaace is super nice and I love them too, and also @the-languge-of-flowers is super duper cool and I love them as well (just assume I love everyone I tag after this lmao) @striderism theyre not a tg blog but I thought it was really easy to be myself messaging them even though Ive barely talked to them
Favourite Song:Uhhhhhm... idk maybe right now it’d be primadonna by marina and the diamonds because it reminds me of Shuu? you cannot convince me he doesnt listen to them or the canberries or that their music is not inspired by him despite the fact their music was written before tg was. It just fits him so well lmao
Grossest Memory: Umm... One time I had to clean tiny little baby poops out of a chipotle bathroom when I worked there it was really gross I gagged the whole time lmao
Hogwarts House: Ravenclaw
In Love: Omg theres so many people I’m “in love” with... First of all Tsukiyama Shuu, OBVIOUSLY, second, this girl I work with, Fallon... Shes such a babe omg shes so sweet and the other day she bumped into me kind of and only our hands touched and she was like “I just wanted to hold your hand <3″ and oH BOY DID I SWOON I DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO RESPOND LMAO also my friend Claudia <333 a while back we were hanging out and I was feeling really awkward bc they were all servers and talking about server stuff and I’m a cook and dont really know wtf theyre talking about but she went out of her way to include me and make me and honestly she really reminded me of Hide and I’d always had a crush on her but I fell head over heals for her right then and there lmao.... Theres also this girl I’d just met that honestly I barely know but she messaged me so casually and she was so sweet when she talked to me and made me feel so appreciated I got a lil bit of a crush on her lmao;; She said I was beautiful and I about died. And last but not least theres this guy I work with, Emiliano, and when he first started I had a crush on his cuz he was awkward like me and also lowkey really cute but them this fuckin dipshit manager kevin said some stupid shit to him that made him start looking down on me bc obviously this was his first restaurant job; he had no sense of urgency whatsoever and was completely unaware of his surroundings and after that hed always be side eyeing me through the shift which would really piss me off but it didnt take long for him to realize despite kevin talking shit that one time im good at my job and I work really hard. Especially when hed see kevin coming to me to ask quesions and learning from me bc hes new and didnt really understand the positions at first, and especially after I started training the new prep cooks and he over heard them complaining because “””””its just so much all at once”””””” which yea you have to do a lot all at once, but its not as hard as it seems at first, youll get the hang of it. No one expects you to be amazing at first, prep is just one of those things that every day you do it you find a better way to manage your time and improve. It just gets easier and easier. But yea anyway over time we got closer and closer and now I think I really like him??? Hes such a cutie omg and hes so funny... hes awkward and quiet but once he comes out of his shell hes so cute and funny and sweet... The other day after taking like 5 hits off my friends dab pen I noticed he looks at me a lot when Im not looking and tbh that made me so happy... I like him so much lmao;;
Im the type to get little crushes on a lot of people a lot but these are the people I currently like the most.... Also I love my family and all my friends and alcohol and thc
Jealous of People: Who have no problems controlling their anger. I have to constantly remind myself to calm down, and understand other people pov and that makes me so sad???
Killed Someone: Honestly is there anyone on this site who could honestly say they have? a very small number maybe lmao
Love at First Sight or Walk By Again: Well love is a really strong emotion. Personally, I think love at first site is total bullshit. You cant know someone based on their appearance. You gotta get to know them first.
Middle name: Alexis
Number of Siblings: 5! Jenny, Alana, Caitlin, Kailey, and Patrick, in order from oldest to youngest! I’m the youngest;;
One Wish: I wish I had a fairy godparent ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Person You Last Called: My sister Kailey. Shes always texting me to call her for some reason...
Question You Get Asked The Most: Probably what school I go to
Song You Last Sang: I think ‘Be Gay’ from Big Mouth? I’m bi but that song is my shit lmfao (I also recently rewatched Big Mouth bc its a great show lol all I’ve wanted to watch lately is F is for Family and Big Mouth but since I finished those all I’ve been watching is The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. which is HILARIOUS btw, if you havent watched it I highly recommend you do, it’s great and apparently Netflix just released some new episodes so!~)

PRIVATE // 8
Jennie moves in with you. You and Jungkook have a much needed talk.
Word Count: 6.7k
Pairing: Jungkook x You x Jennie
Genre: Smut, Angst, Some fluff if you squint
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7 | Part 8 | Part 9 | Part 10 | Part 11 | Part 12
Incessant pacing threatens to take center stage in the middle of your action-packed dream. You were driving a car down a steep hill, slowly losing control of the vehicle yet you weren’t in a panic, you were too focused on trying to find the eject button on the dashboard because, of course, the car was now a space ship.
Pat Pat Pat.
Your eyes crinkle then ease open as the morning light floods them, causing you to sigh and turn into your pillow.
Pat Pat Pat
You push your cotton-blend pillow case against your ear lobes to no avail, you’re already awake.
“Jennie, what the fuck.” You croak out as you try to remember what your dream was even about.
“Oh, sorry.” The anxious girl stops mid-step to regard you warily from the middle of the room. Once you sit up and stretch your arms out, she approaches the bed and places herself at the edge ever so gracefully.
You rub your eyes roughly with your fists then take another look at her. It was strange how both familiar and alien it felt to wake up with her like you used to.
“What time is it?” You yawn and turn your head to avoid the rude sunbeams assaulting your dilated pupils. The blinds were collapsed all the way, letting the entire world see into your bedroom.
“I don’t know, 7 AM… I think. I’m so glad you’re awake. I’m freaking out over here.”
You suddenly remembered the shocking news she delivered to you in person last night. Taking in the sight of her knotty hair, worn finger beds and heavy eyebags, you couldn’t help but have some sympathy for the poor girl.
You placed a firm hand on her shoulder after yawning one more time. “Relax. Being poor isn’t the end of the world. I’ll show you the ropes.” You were hoping your lighthearted remark would calm her down, but it only seemed to scare her more. “...I take it the full weight of the snap decision you made last night is hitting you now?” She nodded at you wordlessly with widened eyes. You sighed and climbed out of the bed, last night’s worries coming to fruition. You dragged your feet to the bathroom to wash your face and brush your teeth, then to the kitchen to get started on the coffee, making sure to make it extra strong. Jennie followed on your heels the entire time, watching everything you did like a hawk. You paused before pouring the fresh coffee into one of your chipped mugs, looking over at her with a smirk. You felt a little guilty for finding so much humor in this situation, but you couldn’t help it, the irony was just too good. You handed her the mug. “You know, Jennie, it’s okay if you want to take it back.” You offered her a smile which seemed to snap her out of her reverie.
“Why would I do that?”
“Well…you’re clearly not very happy with your decision, I just wanted you to know that it’s okay if—”
“Y/N, I feel like I can breathe for the first time in a long time. Yeah, I’m scared as hell but…I know it’s going to be okay, as long as you have my back. You do, don’t you?”
You cracked another smile and embraced her tightly, much to her surprise. She blushed as she buried her head in the crook of your neck, setting the mug on the counter to hold you properly with both arms. You began letting go to tell her you forgave her for everything, but she clung onto you for dear life, so you chuckled and held her for a few moments more.
As you swiped your palm across her backside in soothing strokes, you felt her jostle under your embrace and looked down to see if she had had enough of the hug only to find her leaning into your face. You swallowed thickly at her rapidly approaching lips mere centimeters away from your own. Your throat went dry as your mouth hung open. You froze in place, unsure of whether this was something you wanted or not. When you didn’t back away or let go of her, she inched in closer, humming and breathing deeply as she closed her eyes. You willed your mouth to swallow a second time, taking turns looking in between her long eyelashes strewn across her cheek bones and her puckered pout, paralyzed with indecision.
As if the universe had taken some kind of pity on you, three loud knocks on your front door jolted both of you out of what could’ve been, much to Jennie’s annoyance and your relief. You cleared your throat and tip toed towards the door, checking the blinds to see who could possibly be visiting at such an hour. When you dipped your finger in between the plastic shells and bent down for a closer look, you were able to make out Jungkook anxiously checking his watch on your doorstep with a bouquet of flowers in hand. Your heart squeezed at the site as you suddenly remembered it was only a few hours ago since you said goodbye right where he stood. You smiled down at yourself and backed away to open the door, but your fingers hesitated when turning the doorknob. Did he know about what Jennie did? Was that the only reason for the grand romantic gesture? You were starting to feel like the other woman who had to settle for only having a relationship whenever your boyfriend’s wife wasn’t available.
You sighed and opened the door. Jungkook’s head snapped up with the most dazzling smile that threatened to put the vibrant morning sun to shame. It was so heartwarming and full of joy that you couldn’t help but smile in return despite your initial look of concern.
He extended the flowers to you and you took them, but neither of you broke the ice for a few moments more. Eventually, Jungkook cleared his throat and began, “So…I know we just saw each other but I just had to tell you something important—”
“Jennie already told me the weddings off.”
Jungkook’s eyes widened. “O-Oh! Umm, okay…wait when did she tell you?”
“Last night, why?”
“She called you?”
“No, I came over. Guess we both had the same idea.” Jennie’s words came from right behind you as she rested her chin on your shoulder and snaked her arms around your waist. Jungkook’s expression turned sour at the site of his ex-fiancé hugging his girlfriend in matching oversized t-shirts.
You sniffed the flowers and gave him another shy smile. “These are really beautiful, seriously thank you. But um…you didn’t come here thinking we’d be back together just because the wedding is off, did you?” Jungkook’s mouth opened and closed in confusion. It was clear that was exactly what he thought. “Don’t get me wrong, I’m not exactly disappointed about the news, but what happens when your parents arrange the next marriage for you. And the next? Being your mistress isn’t exactly end goal for me, and frankly, you deserve better too, Jungkook. We all do.” You smiled at him again and backed up to begin closing the door, but he quickly leapt up the rest of the steps and caught the door before it could close. He sighed deeply and held the door wide open, ignoring Jennie’s piercing glare.
“No, I…I know. I just… Let me take you out. We can talk about everything and take things step by step. I at least owe you that much after everything I put you through,” Jungkook paused to tuck a stray curl behind your ear and caress your check with his index finger, leaving a blushing streak in its wake. You looked up into his warm eyes, feeling your iciness melt away. God, he was good, really good. His finger continued on its path down to your chin and tipped your head up, “And if you want nothing to do with me after that then you have my word, I’ll let you go. For good this time.” You felt a dagger piercing through your heart at his words. Although it was no different than what you’ve told him in the past, it felt different coming from him. Having him out of your life may be simpler, but it’d hurt so much, and you weren’t sure you were ready for that.
You nodded solemnly and offered him a weak smile. “How about tomorrow night?”
“Why not today?”
You smiled even bigger at his hopeful doe-eyed stare, but before you could respond, Jennie beat you to the punch. “We’re busy today, Jeon. Lots of stuff to do so if you could hurry and leave that would be great, you’re kind of holding us up.” Jennie’s bitchy attitude towards Jungkook had you rolling your eyes yet stifling a giggle.
You looked back at Jungkook and offered him an apologetic smile, “She’s right actually, we’ve got some stuff to do today but I’ll make sure I’m free tomorrow.”
Jungkook shot your friend a glare before looking back down at you and softening his expression. “Okay, I’ll pick you up tomorrow at eight.” Jungkook debated on going in for a goodbye kiss, but seeing as how Jennie was ready to pounce at any moment, he decided to go for your hand instead. Lifting it to his lips, he placed the softest of kisses on the back of your hand, brushing his lips against the thin soft skin before squeezing your hand then letting you go. If you weren’t blushing before, you definitely were now. You uttered a silent prayer as you watched him walk away, hoping to find the strength you’d need to say goodbye to him a second time if it came to that.
Jennie helped you close the door all too enthusiastically. When you turned your attention back to her, she awaited your elaboration to the days’ plans eagerly.
“Why don’t you get a shower now? I’ll make us some breakfast and then we can run some errands.”
“Errands such as…?
“Such as going to the campus’ admission’s office and then going into town to see who’s hiring. It’s summertime now, there’s bound to be a few places looking for seasonal employees at least. We can also see if there are any places for rent nearby that you can afford. There might be a few vacancies open now that graduation is over,” You spoke absentmindedly as you busied yourself getting all of the ingredients together to make chocolate chip pancakes, “Trust me, Jen, as soon as you get the hard parts out of the way you’ll feel less stressed out.”
Jennie hummed as you spoke, letting you know she was still listening as she got the shower started. Before she got in, she peeked her head into the kitchen again. “You know, I can think of a more immediate way to release my stress, if you catch my drift…” Your hand paused on the whisk immersed in the gooey batter and snapped your head in her direction. She quirked her eyebrow at you, making your face heat up for the second time that morning.
Attempting to dispel the sexual tension in the air, you scoffed, “Between you and Jungkook hitting on me constantly, solitary confinement doesn’t seem like such a bad endeavor.” You stuck your tongue out at Jennie in time to catch her eye roll. She slipped out of her oversized t-shirt and purposely dropped it on the floor for you to see on her way into the bathroom. You gulped at the flash of her naked body before quickly turning back towards your batter that had now turned soupy from whipping it too harshly for too long. You uttered another silent prayer, but this time, it was for your libido not to cost you a precious friendship.
By the end of the day, you had Jennie enrolled in photography classes for the Fall semester at a local community college as well as gotten her face to face meetings with the managers of a few boutiques downtown. You were both confident she’d get a call back or two once they sat down to review her resume later this week. It was overly decorated given all of the opportunities her family had thrown her way, so you were hoping none of them would give her the bullshit “overly qualified” excuse. You also both had time to stop by her apartment and get a few things of hers to bring back to your apartment.
House hunting on the other hand, did not go so well. There were quite a few places available to move into within the month, but Jennie refused to look at any of the ones downtown. She insisted she’d settle on one of the two in your neighborhood, but when she found the listings were for renting a single room in a house full of roommates, she all but ran out of each apartment in disgust.
You two had squabbled on the bus ride home, her insisting she couldn’t possibly share a house with anyone and you insisting she was being a stubborn brat seeing as how she had no issues sharing an apartment with you.
Nonetheless she settled the argument by promising to be more open minded about any other listings you two might see. Satisfied with her promise, you assured her she could stay with you as long as she needed to.
And as you both settled in later that night to watch a movie, you knew it wouldn’t be hard at all to live with Jennie for a while, seeing as how you were both painfully domestic. You both loved staying inside with something good to watch and a bowl of popcorn. You both loved sleeping in and you both shared the same level of cleanliness. She checked all of your perfect roommate boxes as far as you were concerned. Besides, as you looked her way while she scrolled through the Netflix movie recommendations, you couldn’t help but feel grateful for her presence. Despite the rocky turn your relationship had taken, you still missed her like hell, especially now that school was done so the only human contact you were getting was from your boss and your patronizing clients.
When Jennie finally settled on a movie, she ran to her belongings and came back with her nail polish stash. You were so happy for once in your life to have some girl time that it almost brought tears to your eyes. She made fun of you for it, but you couldn’t be bothered, holding out your hands for her to manicure as she scolded you for biting your nails, as always.
The movie was interesting, but you were both so tired from running around all day that you both nodded off on the couch without finishing the film. You awoke at three in the morning to find Jennie drooling on your lap. Nudging her awake, you led her to your room by the hand where you both slept until noon the next day in a warm embrace. But before you could both drift off into unconsciousness, Jennie called your name softly to see if you were still awake.
“Hey, Y/N?”
“Mm…yeah?” You hummed sleepily against your pillow.
“I really am sorry… about everything. You’ve always been so good to me, even now after everything that’s happened. I just want you to know that I don’t expect anything from you, and I’ll move on…I promise.”
You hummed along, partially responding from within your vivid dream, unable to understand what she was saying but only knowing that she was talking.
Your impending date with Jungkook had time moving by quickly, but only because you were so nervous about it. Your day at the suit shop had whizzed by and before you knew it, you were dissecting outfits in front of your mirror while Jennie gave either a hum of approval or groan of distaste. Your satin dress with lace detailing paired with a t-shirt underneath and knee-high boots had gotten the best reaction of all, a combination of eyebrows shooting up along with a high-pitched noise, so you decided to go with that one.
Although Jungkook had stressed you were meeting up to talk, you couldn’t help but feel as if you were going on your first date all over again. As you gingerly applied mascara from your old and dried out tube of product, you wondered if this was how mistresses felt once their boyfriends divorced their wives and took them out in public for the first time. Then you shook your head, knowing you shouldn’t be so dramatic. This thing with Jungkook was supposed to be fun and carefree after all, void of any labels and pressure. Somehow it had turned into everything but that.
“Honestly Jen, I’m surprised I haven’t heard any rude remarks or objections on your behalf. I was expecting at least a why are you wasting your time comment of some sort.” You thought your impression of her would at least earn a giggle, but she continued flipping through her June issue of Vogue as if she hadn’t heard you.
“I almost said something of the sort, but I meant what I said last night. So, I’m holding my tongue on the matter. Aren’t you proud of me?”
You had to take a moment to figure out what she was talking about. You recalled her faint words spoken softly in the darkness: I’ll move on, I promise. It dawned on you for the first time what she meant. You looked into your bedroom to see her sprawled out on her stomach, nonchalantly swinging her feet as she flipped through pages of glossy fashion spreads. You sighed and focused back on your now chunky eyelashes, cursing yourself for not buying any new makeup lately. You decided not to dwell too much on her words. Knowing Jennie, she’d just try to scheme her way into your favor some other way.
You put it all behind you as you read Jungkook’s text from your lit phone screen.
8:06 pm – Come out
You smiled and gave yourself one last look in the mirror, “Okay, I’m leaving now Jen. I’ll see you in an hour or two!”
You heard Jennie scoff as you opened the front door. “Knowing you two, I won’t wait up!” You rolled your eyes and closed the door behind you.
You noticed Jungkook immediately as he stood with his back towards you. He was wearing a striped henley tucked into tight black jeans. When he turned around, his eyes swept over your figure, eliciting a whistle from his puckered lips.
You smiled bashfully and rotated so he could get a full view. “Like what you see?” You curtsied goofily, something you always used to do whenever he’d make a big deal about your outfits.
Jungkook approached you and slid a hand around your waist while the other pulled on a loose curl. “Always.” He hummed and buried his nose in your hair, taking his time to revel in the scent of your hair care products he always loved so much.
You blushed but didn’t recoil from his touch. If anything, pulling back from his affections would be a learned behavior, since things like this had become second nature between you two. You looked up into his eyes, placing your hands on his pecks and letting your eyes trail south towards his mouth. Normally you’d kiss him by now, but you reminded yourself that you had to be all business tonight, so you cleared your throat instead and gently pushed him away.
“So, where to?”
“Well, I was going to take you to a nice restaurant, but I figured we’d go old school if this is potentially our last date.” He looked back at you and extended his hand. You took it hesitantly but walked side by side for a while, wondering where you were going. Soon, your university’s baseball stadium came into view and you smiled up at him.
“Are we…?”
“Yep. I know a way to get in when everything’s locked up. Though, we can still go somewhere else, since you’re wearing that.” Jungkook pulled on the spaghetti strap of your dress until it snapped against your shoulder”
“You know, if you’re nervous to play against me you don’t have to make excuses.”
This time it was Jungkook’s turn to roll his eyes. He chuckled and pulled on your hand until your body collided with his side. He took hold of you and squeezed tightly, whispering closely into your ear since he knew how ticklish it made you.
“What’s that now? Who’s nervous?” You laughed and squealed, trying to squirm your way out of his iron grasp. You two had reached the back entrance by now, and with a swift kick to the lock, the gate swung open. You stared at him in awe, wondering how he learned to do that.
Jungkook led you past the dugout and into the field. The blades of grass were emerald green with thin sections illuminated by the purple sunset as chunks disrupted the pretty sand and chalk outlines of the baseball diamond, no doubt evidence of the school’s willingness to save a penny wherever they could.
Jungkook walked up to the field and picked up a stray ball left on the pitcher’s mound. He took turns throwing it up and catching it before turning to you and lobbing it in your direction. You caught it then feigned a fast throw at the boy which had him wincing out of the way with his trained reflexes. When he realized you hadn’t thrown the ball at all, he shot you one of his scary looks that only meant one thing, you were dead meat.
You dropped the ball and giggled as you began hauling ass towards the bleachers. You picked up your dress so you could better hop the benches, but it was no use. Jungkook had quickly caught up to you taking two bleachers at a time and caught your wrist just as you made it to the middle of the stands. You squealed as he sat down and whirled you around by the hand, pulling you onto his lap with your back facing him.
“You think that’s funny?” Jungkook kept up his angry façade which only spurred you on further.
“Yeah, actually, I do!” Jungkook growled and took hold of both of your wrists with one hand, keeping them pinned at the small of your back. You tried to wriggle free, but it was no use. Still, you weren’t willing to relinquish control so easily, even while being in the most compromising position.
Jungkook tsked, disapproval heavy in his tone as he surveyed your backside. “Now, what am I going to do with you?”
“You’re going to let me go.”
“And why is that?”
“Because I said so?”
Jungkook tsked again as his other hand found your inner thigh. It slid up into your dress at a decrepit rate. “Not good enough.” You felt a tingle at his soft touch, a shiver wracking your body. It’d been so long since you two had been together that your body was actively craving his attention, willing to cave in at the slightest sign of arousal no matter how hard your mind objected. Your legs instinctively closed in on his hand to stop him from moving further. He stilled his hand on your mid-thigh then looked up towards you.
“Jungkook…we’re here to talk, remember?”
“I know, but do you know that? Given by how your thighs are rubbing my hand raw, I’d say we’re both feeling the same things right now.”
You blushed and halted your legs from moving, not realizing what you had been doing. Fuck. He was right. You were turned on as hell right now, and you knew he was too. If things were different, like they were before, you’d both be ripping each other’s clothes off by now. You gulped and looked up behind you. Jungkook’s dark gaze remained on your face, but you were able to make out the growing bulge in your peripheral that had your mouth watering already. Your mind raced to make a decision before the electrified moment between you two could slip between your fingers. Your breath grew shallow as your gazes continued to bore into each other, each of you remembering the fine details of your faces in vivid detail. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.
You faced forward and parted your thighs slightly to allow his hand to travel further up, biting your lip in anticipation. When his hand didn’t budge, you looked back at him, noticing the torn look that adorned his angelic features. After a moment, he let go of you completely so that you could sit up and off his lap. You reluctantly did so, giving him a questioning look. Jungkook slouched as he placed his elbows on his knees, leaning forward and staring out at the vast empty field.
“I never want you to regret being with me, not even a little. You’re on the fence about me, so hooking up is probably not a good idea,” Jungkook paused then looked over at you before continuing, his expression somber, “I also told you I loved you and you haven’t really responded, so I don’t want you to feel obligated to do anything with me out of pity.” Jungkook shot you a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes, “I’ll shut up now so you can have the floor to talk.”
You stared at Jungkook in awe. It wasn’t unlike him to be so gentlemanly with you, but you couldn’t find it in you to respond. You hadn’t even thought about his confession to you after discovering Jennie in your apartment two nights prior. You felt like the biggest asshole in the world not bothering to consider Jungkook’s feelings amidst all of this craziness. An unexpected sob threatened to make its way to the surface, so you turned away from him, trying to compose yourself. You couldn’t believe your eyes had the nerve to betray you at such a cruel moment, but the weight of everything was hitting you hard now. Between Jungkook calling this your last date, Jennie vowing to get over you, you finding out you’re the reason their engagement is broken and to top it off, the boy you had been pining over telling you he’s in love with you, you just couldn’t help the wave of emotions flowing through you.
“I—I’m so sorry, Jungkook, that I—” Your voice cracked and Jungkook immediately wrapped his arm around you, bringing you into his chest so you could let your tears flow privately. Once the initial sob left you, it was easy to quickly wipe away your silent tears and get it together, though you weren’t in a hurry to move away. Jungkook began tracing circles into your curly head of hair which soothed you entirely. He shushed you and cooed, assuring you that you didn’t have to apologize for not returning his feelings.
“No, that’s not it. I’m sorry that you’ve been waiting for me to respond appropriately. There’s just so much going on. But, fuck Jungkook, I really do miss you,” you sniffled and sat back up to face him, “I already forgave Jennie for everything, so there’s no reason I shouldn’t forgive you too. And if I’m being completely honest, you’re right. I told you I wanted to keep things casual, but I just didn’t want to admit that I was already catching feelings for you. So…when I found out about the engagement it really tore me up. But still,” You punched Jungkook in the arm and he keeled over dramatically while rubbing the spot of your assault, “you should’ve just been honest with me from the start. I wouldn’t have let myself get in so deep with you.” You sighed and shook your head.
Jungkook sat back up, smiling down at his lap. “It’s funny to me that you think you’re so in control. I do admit that complete transparency is always the best way to go, but we were already falling for each other since day one. There’s no stopping this gravy boat, baby.”
You burst into a fit of giggles. “Gravy boat? I can’t stand you.” You both chuckled, settling backwards into the bleachers to watch the last of the sun’s rays die out in the cloudless indigo sky.
“I really am sorry though, about everything.”
“I know.”
“And I’m sorry that I tried to coerce you into being my mistress. I just really didn’t want to lose you, but you’re right, we both deserve better than a not-so-secret affair.” You smiled, nodding as he spoke. You felt a weight lifted off of your shoulders now that you two were on the same page again. Still, you wondered what awaited you two after this. Would you both go your separate ways amicably; would you try and salvage your relationship? It was now pretty clear to the both of you that you had strong feelings for each other the likes of which surpassed anything casual, but was it really possible to turn back the clock and be together?
Once the sky was completely void of warm tones, you both turned to each other, unsure of what to say. You weren’t sure who leaned in first, but it wasn’t long before your lips were pressed up against each other. It was a short kiss to test the waters. When you parted and looked into each other’s eyes, silently confirming the spark you both still felt, you draped your arms around his neck and went in for another, more passionate kiss that took both of your breaths away. Jungkook was taken aback at the eagerness that clung at the edge of your unrelenting lips on his. His hands reached out and took hold of your waist as you climbed onto his lap without separating your lips. Hesitantly, he pulled away from you and looked up in bewilderment.
You sat back on his lap and looked at him in confusion for the second time.
“Y/N… are you sure this is okay? I mean…what does this mean? For us?”
“I don’t know, I haven’t gotten that far. All I know,” You grinded down on his bulge as you replied, staring at his lips hungrily while you did so, “Is that we both have strong feelings for each other, yet we can’t exactly be together. So essentially, not much has changed from before.” You smiled at him wickedly while he struggled to maintain his composure. His knuckles turned white as he gripped your hips in place. You could see a prominent vain popping out of his neck as he sat back, so you leaned in and began sucking on it. A slew of curses escaped the boy’s mouth, his hips involuntarily bucking into your clothed mound as he fought himself for control.
“So, what? We just go back to being friends with benefits?” You hummed in agreement, nipping the skin on the crook of his neck then laving at it with your wet tongue. He hissed and let out a groan which had your underwear flooding with arousal. His hands snaked into your hair and tugged roughly on the root of your strands, effectively yanking your head back and exposing your neck for his mouth to assault in turn. He talked in between kisses, trailing them hungrily down your neck as you broke out in goosebumps. “But we both know that we want more. Or else my almost getting married wouldn’t have been so painful for us.” Jungkook’s lips dragged on the surface of your flesh as he bit down on the exposed part of your shoulder. You whimpered and circled your hips onto his bulge once more.
“But your parents would never let us be together, especially not after everything that’s happened.” You closed your eyes and inhaled sharply as Jungkook’s hand left your waist in favor of flicking your hardened nipples that were now poking through the thin fabric of your clothing. You were both thankful in that moment that you decided to show up sans bra. “And until the day you decide it’s worth pissing them off just to be with me, I’m afraid this is the extent of what we have.” You grinded on his covered cock extra sweetly, drawing out another string of curses from the fucked-out boy.
“Fuck, Y/N, what are you doing to me?” He whined and threw his head back with his eyes crinkled shut in pure torture as his hands returned to your waist, but this time, he was helping them along in their relentless assault against his rock-hard member. When his head snapped back up, his irises were completely blown out. He took hold of your cheeks as his lips returned to yours ravenously. He led the kiss tongue first, and you opened your mouth in submission, letting him have his way with you. Every inch of you begged to have his touch set you ablaze as it had time and time again. Your hands clutched at his chest, bunching up the fabric of his shirt as your legs trembled from the stimulation of his jeans rubbing furiously on your thinly veiled sex.
Jungkook bit down on your bottom lip and dragged it out slowly, his hold on you still strong. Your grunts intermingled and disturbed the cool quiet night as you both lost yourselves in the rhythm of your hips grinding against each other.
When you licked a thick sloppy stripe up the side of his neck, Jungkook cursed one last time before beginning to desperately fumble with his belt buckle. You smiled down towards his crotch in anticipation, hiking your dress up to better spread your legs for him. Once he managed to free his member through the hole in his boxer briefs, you lifted yourself and hovered over his dick, pulling the thin fabric of your lacy underwear to the side to give him entry. Just as the tip of his penis was pushed up against your sopping wet entrance, you pulled your dress down around you to dissimulate as you sank slowly down onto him. You both let out rather loud moans, despite being in a very public setting. The only resistance his dick met was from how tightly wound your core had become as of late, despite being completely flooded for him. It was difficult to maintain your cool, since you both had been craving each other for so long.
You sat on his lap for a spell, enjoying the feeling of him bottoming out inside of you. When you put your focus back to Jungkook, you noticed how strands of his hair were now sticking to his forehead with the dew that was growing on the surface of his skin. His breathing was shallow, his gaze focused on the dip in your dress that concealed your sinful activities. You looked around for the first time and grew pleased to find that there wasn’t a single person or car out and about, and even if there was, you two weren’t easily seen given the positioning of the bleachers facing the field and not the street. Still, you loved the thrill of the danger of being caught in public with Jungkook. Your veins felt alight with adrenaline pumping through them.
Slowly and sensually, you began rocking your hips back and forth in the perfect rhythm that wouldn’t look too suspicious to any onlookers you may not have noticed. It was also the perfect rhythm to drive Jungkook absolutely wild. He bit his lip and threw his head back as his Adam’s apple bobbed up and down. His hands returned to your waist once more to halt your movements altogether.
“Fuck, I’m gonna bust if you keep going like that. Give me a minute.” You both chuckled breathlessly and resumed making out. But as your tongues began wickedly swirling around in between your mouths, Jungkook quickly grew hungry for more and began fucking up into you suddenly. His hands unabashedly palmed and kneaded your ass roughly under the fabric of your dress. Your kiss stifled your sharp moans as each thrust hit your g-spot perfectly, much to your surprise. Your legs instantly began trembling, but Jungkook was not willing to go easy on you. He held the back of your head to keep your moans muffed as you kissed while his other hand that laid on your bottom roughly bobbed you up and down his drenched shaft. You placed your hands on his shoulders, feeling your walls quickly tightening and releasing in succession as your orgasm threatened to hit.
Jungkook parted from your lips only to look up at you as your face contorted in pleasure. He was deliciously vocal whenever you weren’t kissing which made you want to cum for him that much quicker. Yet as his own moaning and groaning grew in frequency while you chased your high determinedly, he stopped you from moving yet again with a strong grip on your waste.
“Jungkook—” You leaned forward and whimpered into the crook of his neck as your core continued to spasm. He chuckled with a dark timbre, bringing his hands to your thighs and rubbing them softly.
“I want to enjoy this for a bit longer, can’t let you cum just yet.” Feeling merciful, he loosened his grip on your waist, allowing you to rock back and forth on his cock to bring stimulation back to your needy cunt. You resumed your moaning without siting back up, knowing full well what it does to Jungkook to hear you moan directly into his ear. The boy bit his bottom lip aggressively, losing himself in the sensations as he began bucking up into you again while closing his eyes and focusing on the sweet sounds entering his ear lobe.
“Yes, Jungkook…just like that.” You stuttered each time the tip of his head hit that sweet spot inside of you that made you see stars over and over again and made his hands grope your ass cheeks every time your voice became high-pitched. Jungkook began cursing again as your walls squeezed the life out of the head of his shaft. He involuntarily began cumming inside of you despite his best efforts. He panted, speeding up his assault on your g-spot while remaining at full mass to hear you moan again and again in the way that drove him absolutely mad.
“Yes, Jungkook, fuck, fuck!” You panted as a flood of release left your body and with it went all of the tension from the last few months. You felt his cum coating your walls as ribbons continued spurting out of him from over stimulation. Looking up at him in gratitude, you placed a sloppy tired kiss on his opened mouth then rested your head o his chest while you both caught your breaths. He held you close to him, rubbing your back soothingly while you listened to his erratic heartbeat slow down. After a minute, you lifted yourself to adjust your underwear and give him room to zip his pants back up.
“Fuck Y/N…” He buckled his belt thoughtfully. Even though you could easily choose to believe he was congratulating you on being the seductress he felt you were, you knew deep down he was referring to your convoluted relationship status. You wrapped your arms around his neck again and waited for his attention to be back on you again.
“I appreciate you wearing your heart on your sleeve for me. We might not have everything figured out just yet, but the last thing I want to do is hurt you or lose you completely. That’s a good start for us, right? Maybe we can figure this out as we go, as long as we promise not to hurt each other anymore.”
Jungkook smiled and nodded in agreement though he didn’t seem overjoyed. Pecking your lips and helping you up to your feet, Jungkook was pensive the entire way home as you both walked hand in hand with you supplying most of the conversation. When you reached your doorstep, neither of you wanted to be the one to let go first.
After your third kiss goodbye, Jungkook seemed tortured.
“What’s wrong?” You slid your arms from around him and backed up to get a better look at his face. The boy stuck his hands in his pockets and shut his eyes tightly with regret before deciding to just come out with what he was thinking.
“Can I come inside? To hang out with you…and Jennie?”
