It’s a tie between The Crows of Shibuya and A Matter of Contention.

Starting two chaptered fics... >_> I managed to complete one though!

do you have any fanfic or profit goals for the new year?

I’m keeping some of last year’s goals...

Fix up and finish Down the Royal Vaults (I’ve no idea?!?)

Complete Arc 1 of Crows (next month, yay!)

Add a chapter or two to Hello Sunshine.

Focus my attention on any of the ongoing fics rather than one shots.

best story of the year?

I am most pleased with Strange Obsessions. Originally it was supposed to be a full-fledged Yasuhara/Gene fic, but then things took for a serious turn... Looking back at it, leaving it somewhat ambiguous was the best choice after all. 

most popular story of the year?

Loosen Up was the most popular story by far. It got way more favs/reviews/alerts than what Crows received this year. o_O; The Greatest Nightmare was quite a hit too, ...and I wrote that thing in 15 minutes.

story of mine most under-appreciated by the universe, in my opinion:

In terms of effort and time vs quantity of favs/reviews/hits, I’d say Crows. It doesn’t get many reviews especially compared to the other similar-sized fics in the archive, but I expected it - Most people will want to read Naru/Mai, right? But Mai hardly appears in the first arc and the pairings are undisclosed. So... I’m happy with what I get.

most fun story to write:

A Matter of Contention was mostly fun. 

Some of the future scenes in The Crows of Shibuya were great to write.

story with the single sexiest moment:

Probably From the Depths to the Surface? 

It has naked ladies admiring female bodies.

most sweet story:

It’s a tie between Escape (Lin/Ayako) and From the Depths to the Surface (Masako/Chiaki).

...Incidentally, I ‘invented’ both ships in these fics, and no one else have written for those pairings either. O_o;

”holy crap, that’s wrong, even for you!” story:

Not a full story, but some scenes...

The beginning of In the Heat without context can be uhhhh ehhhh erm.

The gigantic misunderstanding in Loosen Up is almost cringe-worthy... but it had to be done.

story that shifted my own perceptions of the characters & most unintentionally telling story:

While writing Crows during Nanowrimo, I delved into Mai’s character without actually using her POV... and it was pretty damn interesting to write.

I also used this to contrast Mai and the boys in Loosen Up. She is freaking out about the situation and overthinking everything, but Yasuhara and Naru simply don’t get her emotional turmoil. XD;

hardest story to write:

I had a hard time with Mai’s chapters in Loosen Up...

biggest disappointment:

Not updating Down to the Royal Vaults or Hello Sunshine. >_>

biggest surprise:

Loosen Up’s popularity and people actually starting to like Naru/Yasuhara/Mai.

Much less, since I was completely stuck on The Ghost of Giffords Library for over half the year, I ended up not finishing my WIP for the Ghost Hunt prompt challenge, and I didn’t work on Sound of Pulling Heaven Down at all, even though I promised to finish it this year.  >___<;  I also wanted to update Desperate Measures for the twins’ birthday, but that didn’t happen either...  I SUCK.

Despite my struggles with it, I wrote a couple of my personal favorite chapters for The Ghost of Giffords Library this year!

YES!  I started cowriting a historical AU!  @__@  Holy shit, I still can’t believe it.

Work more on Speakeasy Spirits and The Ghost of Giffords Library.  Try to get at least one chapter of Sound of Pulling Heaven Down done.  Participate in the Ghost Hunt fandom exchange again?

The Ghost of Giffords Library.  The Twins+Mai friend date was so much fun to write!!!!

Speakeasy Spirits Chapter 4 had Gene in only a towel.  Lots of UST in that chapter.

most sweet story:

The Ghost of Giffords Library had a lot of sweet moments, but I’m gonna give this to Call of the Moor, which was designed to be cute throughout.

”holy crap, that’s wrong, even for you!” story:

HAHAHA.  Speakeasy Spirits starts with Naru murdering a guy, and the murders only increase from there.  >:)

story that shifted my own perceptions of the characters & most unintentionally telling story:

I really dug deep into Naru’s POV for Chapter 19 of The Ghost of Giffords Library.  I only got the idea for it early this year, and it surprised the hell out of me, but it felt so right.

hardest story to write:

Though I struggled so long with The Ghost of Giffords Library, that was mostly due to poor planning.  Speakeasy Spirits has been a unique challenge that I am still getting used to.

biggest disappointment:

Probably the fact that I didn’t finish my fic for the prompt challenge, since I actually wrote quite a bit for it and really like the idea.  It just...grew too big.  T_T  Maybe someday I’ll finish it...

biggest surprise:

Finding out who I was writing for in the fandom exchange.  Like OMG!

Relationship status: single it’s a long distance relationship with the one and only park minhyuk that even my sisters and mom knows about 

basically i was really hyper one day and my family was eating out. rocky is my phone wallpaper and I was like “hey mom you wanna see my boyfriend?” and now it’s a joke between my sisters and i xD

Favorite color: C ER U L EA N  BL UE. it has to be that shade.and coral.and yellow orange. and white. i liek those colors :D

Lipstick or chaptick: CHAPSTIKKK my lips get really dry and it really irritates me so i apply on a ton (my go to is either just basically vaseline or mango flavored burt’s bees yesss) PLUS 

story time: back in 4th grade, my lips were really dry (I was always picking at it and asking people if it was bleeding) and i would suck on them, leading me to have like a really itchy red patch below my lips and kljadflkadsf ew. I use chapstick/lip balm everyday or i’d die of irritation. Plus. I don’t understand lipstick. Like,,, what? How do you eat food without eating lipstick (and i guess smudging it too haha) 

Last song: ok technically it’s “Hellevator"- Stray Kids (uh follow my stray kids sideblog here bECAUSE FIRST EP TMRW GUYS) bUT I PUT SEVENTEEN’S “PINWHEEL” ON REPEAT FOR THREE HOURS STRAIGHT THIS MORNING. GO LISTEN TO IT AHHHHHHHHH

Last movie: pffft i haven’t watched a new movie in a long time. i wanna say Kite Runner because we watched clips in class but uh, yeah/ 

Top 3 shows: I don’t really watch shows either hahhaha MIRACULOUS LADYBUG, POKEMON, wait does Strong Woman Do Bong Soon count? I LOVE THAT DRAMA. idk i like my kid shows xD
