Reflection I don't quite remember when I started RPing, but I know I started on devART yearsssss ago, cringe ass days (only cause wow my writing sucked LOL). At some point I ended up migrating to tumblr in the 2012 ... 2013? Era??? And I've been here ever since LOL.

Do you have any writing routines? uhhh massive hiatus??/ LOL no but on serious note it usually is just inspiration striking or making time for it; if I end up making time for it, I tend to play brown noise in the BG while I write (or rain sounds) so i can focus. if i get lost in the sauce i just kinda. Do it.

What's your favorite part about writing? Character development!!!!!! My primary OCs I've had over the years have developed primarily through tumblr/writing/rp partners; Sylvie is one example, then my previous booboo which was Hideki, then my Bleach OC I brought over when I came onto tumblr

Three things you like about your writing:

I second Ash on dialogue cause Sylvie is fucking chatty as hell, so a lot of the personality comes out through how they talk + secondary gestures

I like my voice!! I usually try to write how I think + speak, and I like how it comes out in my writing

Um, I can't say I have any characters I've disliked in particular...? At least not for Genshin, for Bleach I can definitely say ... I didn't dislike anyone there in particular (not counting minor characters that just left weird tastes in my mouth), but I've warmed up a lot to some characters due to writers there.

Especially since a lot of them put a lot of love and thought into their portrayals; Kaname Tousen has a special place in my heart due to a writer in the Bleach RPC that passed years ago due to health circumstances. I didn't dislike Tousen in any way tbf, but she wrote him (alongside the Starrk she had a ship with) in such a way with heart and love that I grew to love him and ache for him.

Same case with Childe—I never disliked him don't get me wrong, I thought he was cool as heck from the beginning, but it's the RPC writers that I associate with him that make me point and remember the portrayals I've seen; I often warm up to characters due to the writers.

My question for you: Is there something you'd like to tell to your past self when you first started writing / getting into roleplaying?

thanks for the tag @somethingclevermahogony! i know you tagged me for this back in May, but better late than never, right?

to keep things simple today, i think i will just answer for my two fire casters, Ariel Sentera Alvedes and Jun Vyardes, who are very, very different people with some fun superficial similarities.

Question 1: Who in this world do you trust most, and why?

Ariel: Had you asked me this a couple months ago, I would've had a hard time answering because there were so many possibilities. Now, though, after everything I've lost? Myself. That's the only answer left.

Jun: Oh, my brother Tim, easily. Half-brother, technically, but who's keeping track? We weren't always so close, but now that we've worked things out, he's my best friend.

Question 2: What was your favorite place in the world when you were young?

Ariel: That depends; how young are we talking? As a small child, it was probably my mother's lap, as she taught me how to hold and play la guitarra. As a teenager, it was anywhere I could go on horseback.

Jun: Um. No, I don't. . . . Dad moved us around so much, I was never in one place long enough to develop a favorite one.

Question 3: What is your favorite memory?

Ariel: Oh, this one is easy. My dear Malva, she is an excellent horse. I have many wonderful memories from the time I spent training her, but the first time she let me ride her was magical.

Jun: Uhhh, fuck, I don't know. Maybe the first time I saw the priestesses of Vestia doing their firedancing show? It was incredible, the way they moved, skirts flowing around them, fire burning bright against the night sky, staves spinning hypnotically. [she laughs] It changed my life. Gave me the excuse I needed to leave Dad and finally grow some roots.

cranberry orange! one of the farms a county over has a market and they sell them there and they’re to die for (altho, i found a sour cherry scone recipe that i’ve perfected and my family loves them so they’re a close second now)

i’ve never been to london, but i’m gonna have to go with london. i went to la last october to present in an awards show for my organization and i lowkey was underwhelmed. i’m very much a gloom and rain kinda person, and it was too dry and sunny there. although, i did think the huge succulents were sick as fuck. but yeah definitely london. i’m planning to spend a semester abroad there in a few years for an illustration program

3- kissing in a forest or holding hands under the stars?

i’m afraid of forests because we have a lot of wildlife and i don’t want to get mauled by a bear don’t mind me holding hands under the stars :)

suit suit suIT SUIT suit. i love wearing suits. my chest doesn’t cooperate and my hips always hate them but god i do love suits.

i wanna say both. i used to say “yknow a dragon but in human form would be hot” then i got called dragon fucker for like two years so out of pure spite i’m going with vampires.

(this one’s a very specific reference so hear me out) “i’ve got to go pee on her”  used to disorient and confuse the speech of the person casted upon. it’s one of my favorite quotes from scott pilgrim vs. the world (my favorite movie ngl) when scott’s brain can’t figure out two different sentences and he just says that. it’s so good and just fuckin weird that i love it.

8- which carry on character would you go on a coffee date with if you could?

depends tbh! if we’re talking date date, then penny because i would wife penny in 0.5 seconds, but if we’re talking friends getting coffee then 10000000% baz because i’d talk activism and identities with him

9- favorite carry on quote?

“he told me we would be stars” (i don’t have my book on me so i could be getting the line wrong), but it hit so hard for me. like it’s clear how davy manipulated lucy so much that she fell into it and couldn’t crawl out. it’s such a powerful message of control from those who are charismatic enough to hold it, and how sometimes we aren’t weak enough to let go.

10- how excited are you for wayward son?

lemme paint this picture: i started hyperventilating in the hallway when i found out, and then cried an hour or two later when my friend texted me that he preordered me a signed copy. like. i’ve been pre-planning how to get home from college to come and pick it up (okok the 24th is also my dad’s birthday so i’m. um. “coming home to visit him”, of course) because i’m just SO EXCITED to read them again in a canon way :’)

HOW OFTEN DO YOU WRITE?

I’ve gotten kinda bad about writing here lately, but I do try to write at least one drabble a week for our challenges. Occasionally I will get in and work on one of my wips.

DO YOU HAVE A ROUTINE FOR WRITING?

Eh, a routine for every single time I write, no. If I’m coming up with a new idea, I will write down a bunch of ideas/timelines for it first, then start in on writing it. For the drabbles, the only thing I do is put the words in a doc, and if there is a theme for those words or not, then just write whatever comes to mind.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE KINKS/TROPES/PAIRING?

Kinks - For reading - I... have a lot of kinks, to be honest. I’m not even gonna go about posting them all here, cuz, yeah, it can be a lot. But, it also depends on my mood. What might be a kink today could be a “nah...” tomorrow if I’m having a rough day? So, we’ll just go with a basic BDSM kink and most that fall within that :P

As for writing? I dunno, I don’t write pwp really, so, I guess... Derek gets nice things? Does that count? :P

Tropes - Slavery AUs. Kidnapped AUs. Prostitute AUs. Uhhhh... basically tons of Hurt/Comfort, hehe. I have an angsty heart.

Yep, The Treehouse.  1.7k of Sterek growing and falling in love, told through the eyes of a treehouse.

Not counting the one I am a co-author with, it would be Morning After. It’s just a short 650 word fic dealing with the morning after Stiles and Derek first sleep together. It has blushing Derek which is always a plus!

Oh wow, yeah, a lot. I think I tend to tell more than show when I write, and I also tend to be choppy with my sentences? I have a hard time making things flow. I’m trying to work on it, but, it’s a lot easier said than done, that’s for sure.

Your unexpected ship: Uhhh, this is hard to answer. I have a lot of ships that started off as only brotps, or even a couple that have been notps and suddenly boom. I’m shipping them and loving them. I guess Stony was more unexpected (and I’m still blaming @xx-thedarklord-xx for that one :P).

1. What was your first fic and could you stand to reread it today?

Contrary to how much I bitch about it, that infamous Sailor Moon fanfiction is not my first fic. It so happens to be Random Fit of Inoue Orihime that is still uploaded on FFN to this day. It’s a oneshot, but no I wouldn’t be able to reread it. I was a petty child who cared too much about ships and annoying characters.

3. In your opinion, what’s your best fic?

Definitely Heart of Steel. Just because it’s my longest completed fic that is decently written.

5. Is there any fic that makes you super happy to reread and remember you wrote that?

Sometimes I go back just to reread Heart of Iron. It’s a little higher on the list than Heart of Steel just because it isn’t focused on ships, but rather Diana herself and developing some OCs who would become important later. And I thought the comparison between Diana and her father’s endeavors was pretty nice.

6. Is there any fic that makes you super embarrassed to reread and remember you wrote that?

Every single one that I wrote before 2013. Yes, this includes the (more than one) Sailor Moon ones and the two oneshots only uploaded on FFN.

11. Have you ever written a fic for a concept you know someone else has done before? How did it impact your writing process or feelings after posting?

Uhhh, I probably have? Not to sound egotistical, but usually if I know someone has already written it and I’ve read it but still decide to write it, it means I’ve convinced myself that I can write it better because I wasn’t satisfied with what was out there. If anything, I probably had an easier time writing it because I had spite to fuel me.

Though I can’t remember any specific examples. My ideas are usually… entirely different from what fandom likes to put out (who else do you know likes to destroy Diana in both body and soul? Okay, there’s one author on AO3).

12. Have you ever written a fic and decided never to publish it? Why?

Yes, the infamous Sailor Moon one that I always bitch about. At the time I thought it was pretty decent and the only reason why I never published was because I wanted to finish its sequel first. Too bad my desktop died and I lost half of what I had written for the sequel, losing motivation to keep writing, and just ended up letting the document sit somewhere in my hardrive for almost a decade.

To be honest, I don’t even know where it is anymore. My friend might still have a copy of it, but it’s not on my current computer.

Then there are the numerous WIPs sitting in my Google Drive…

14. What’s the biggest change in your taste between when you started in fandom and today?

I started off focusing on the action-heavy and pairing stories (coming from the Bleach and Inuyasha fandoms). It doesn’t mean I don’t fixate on them now. But I’m more keen on stories that have decent plot ideas and good characterization. Also with some character introspection craftily woven in.

What hasn’t changed is my obsession with hurting my favorite characters physically :P

19. If you had to pick one fic/scene/chapter of your work to describe your entire portfolio to a stranger, which would you pick?

Huh. Um, maybe the scene when Diana gets out of bed in the middle of the night and gets attacked in Act III.iv. of Heart of Steel? I think the psychological discomfort stands out compared to the physical injuries I usually write.

20. Have/Would you ever rewrite a fic? If yes, would you take the original down?

My LWA ones are so recent that I think they’re fine as they are. The other two are so bad that they aren’t worth the time. It’s the reason why I haven’t taken them off; they’re just there as silly little things I wrote a long time ago that showcases my writing progress after so long.

22. Has there ever been anyone who’s made you freak out because they read your work and followed/favorited/reviewed?

(I’m not sure if I should be tagging the users so they’ll be left untagged).

SilverSupa left a review and kudos on Heart of Steel and I had to refresh the page to convince myself this was real. I was also dead surprised when Hana liked smile for you a few weeks ago. They’re two of the titans in the LWA fandom whose writing choices are drastically different from mine. So I was surprised they even noticed my stories.

But really, practically anyone.

23. What’s the nicest review you’ve ever gotten?

25. What constructive criticism, however well-meaning, always makes you feel bad when you see it in a review?

Pretty much any constructive criticism because my self-confidence is that low.

Disparities or imbalances of certain elements that I use in my stories is a light one. I know I don’t give Akko the same treatment as Diana simply because she’s not as much of a fav, but I’ll acknowledge that Diana ends up with the brunt of the work for most of my writing despite Akko being the more impulsive one, as well as LWA’s main protagonist anyway. This I’m trying to fix in Heart of Titanium so maybe someone can let me know my progress once we get to it?

Characterization is the largest one. It always kills me when someone brings that up. Not just that characters are OOC, but if I’ve written OCs as bland and difficult to distinguish. Though the only reason why I get so upset is because I know they’re right and I’m the type of person who hates being wrong XD

It doesn’t mean I ignore these types of constructive criticism. If anything, I take it more into consideration. Better to get something than none at all XD

26. What aspect of your writing do you most enjoy to see praised?

Definitely characterization.

28. If you could only ever write for a single crossover or a single fandom again, which would you pick?

If I wanted a crossover, can I cheat and say that super colossal crossover between Frozen, Fate, Carmilla, and To aru that I can never write? Because that’d be amazing.

In all seriousness, probably the To aru fandom (specifically the Railgun side). It’s still ongoing so I have source material to keep me sated. I still have to write some Ace and Queen damn it. This is the fandom I’ll be jumping back into after LWA (if only Diana would let me gooooo).

30. Do you continue to write for a fandom after you’ve moved on or do you focus solely on the new one?

Focus solely on the new ones. I haven’t left the To aru or Fate fandoms so those don’t count. But I’m so detached from Carmilla, Sailor Moon, Bleach, Frozen, Inuyasha, and many others that I don’t think I’ll ever go back to them. The countless WIPs I have of those fandoms will never get finished.

31. Who’s the one character you’ve just never managed to get perfectly right?

In my opinion, all of them. I’m not even satisfied with Diana to be honest.

32. Who’s the one character who shines without you even trying?

This isn’t even a canon character, but my OC Daniel Reinhardt. In my quest to turn him from an asshole to a decent person, he somehow got the best character development in all of the “Mending Hearts” series. I end up trying a lot more for other characters (Diana included) and don’t get the same level of satisfaction in the end product that I do with Daniel.

35. Have you ever written a ship into a fic without meaning to?

Nah. Usually if the ship was meant to be, I would have planned it way before. The closest I think that can apply for this question was my early draft for Heart of Iron. It wasn’t supposed to be a multi-chapter story leading to an endgame Diakko later on, but just one decently-long fic focused on Diana. Then I decided to write Heart of Steel with Diakko so I had to somewhat hint at Diana having feelings for Akko in Heart of Iron.

38. Have you ever purposefully written something you know your readers would find uncomfortable/would not enjoy? If yes, why?

Surprisingly all the time. The main problem is because I just cannot NOT include OCs. The other is because of my idea choices.

Random Fit of Inoue Orihime is a oneshot that purposefully bashes Inoue Orihime. I even have a warning in the summary.

I’m With You is another oneshot crossover between Bleach and Detective Conan that hints at a possible Ran x Ichigo pairing that I know makes no sense. I wrote it because why not.

The ENTIRE “Mending Hearts” series is just me destroying Diana in more ways than one. Literally no other story besides possibly one author on AO3 goes to this extent. LWA seems like a pretty lighthearted fandom so I was skeptical about the reception.

But I’m the reader who wanted this. And since there were none that satisfied me, I said fuck it and wrote it anyway. Surprisingly, I got a way better reception than I thought I would.

41. If you cross-post your fics on multiple sites, do you have a favorite? Are there certain fics you would only post on certain site?

I personally like AO3 better because it gives you the option to leave kudos and easily see the stats for one story without going to the actual statistics page. It also lets you include strike throughs and add hyperlinks and images.

Random Fit of Inoue Orihime and I’m With You do not deserve to go on AO3. Those days are over.

@idunscrewedup and I have an AU Railgun idea we’re collaborating. I think once I get to that after LWA I’ll only post it on Tumblr, if I post it at all. It’s too heavy on OCs for me to bother putting it on FFN and AO3.

47. If someone you know in real life who isn’t involved in fandoms asked to read your work, would you let them? If yes, what would you recommend they read first?

I’d be too embarrassed lol. I get around this by saying “this is based heavily on a certain series so you’d have to watch/read it to understand some background first” so then they give up haha.

49. Has anyone in your life ever read your fanfic just because you wrote it?

Other than Bandit, @haveyouheardmymonalisa read the first few chapters of Heart of Iron and even watched LWA just for me. Even though the show is definitely not her cup of tea haha. Amazing friends.

And I guess most of my readers who have read my other works? I know @mikatchu found me through Dianakko week last year. Maybe some of my other readers did too?

50. Has writing fanfic had a significant impact on your life? Would you say it’s entirely positive?

I’ve met some amazing supporters since I got back into writing. Every review and/or comment brightens my day no matter for how short. I love you all~

It’s also a fun hobby to have. So instead of wasting my time sleeping or doing nothing, I end up practicing my fictional writing skills. The downside is that I prioritize writing over everything else…

Holy fuck this is a lot of words for a lot of questions. I hope you enjoy this out of context hullabaloo i had fun writing it at least.

       As a mysterious journey brought our heroes to the lakeside city of Thrushmoor, a man decided he wanted to know more. More about this strange band of adventurers, who were traipsing about this dour nation of Ustalav and righting some of its many wrongs. After an afternoon of asking about town, he easily discovered the name of their inn. (Appearances such as theirs are not easy to mistake, especially a young lady of drow descent and a woman with what only be described as a ‘mane’ of impossibly red hair). As luck would have it, it was those very same women he chanced upon.

       He introduced himself as a writer, and told them of his plea; they were understandably confused. (The purple-skinned elf coincidentally played the part of the shrinking violet, while her companion could not have been any more her foil if she tried). The wild, redheaded lass towered over them, and after a few more explanations, agreed to speak.

Nah, not really, though I’ve been called that for like, EVER. As long as I can remember, even… Huh… I wonder if little me ever knew.

*Her companion Cylerra walks over and leans down to whisper something in Sparrow’s ear. A look of realization blooms on her face as she listens.*

Oh dude easy question. First off I’m a druid do you know what a druid is yeah yeah you know what a druid is. So I’m one of those. Oh. You want a bit more than that? Uh. I’m pretty good with fire magic and… what else. Oh! Oh oh I know I don’t look it but I’m pretty good at making magical do-dad thingies.

*Sparrow waves Cylerra over again,  points to the small ornate clip nestled in her white hair, and grins.*

Well, if you asked me a month ago the answer’d be some kind of grey… but recently we all woke up with some sparkly ass silver eyes after a weird divine magic butterfly dream thing. I think it’s pretty neat, seeing as all of us match now and stuff.

Oh! Okay so imagine the reddest red you’ve ever seen. Ever. In your WHOLE entire life. Got it? Now…

*Sparrow hovers her thumb just a centimeter away from her index finger.*

Huh. Hmmm… now that i think about it, I suppose I got three different families.

*Sparrow begins to count on her fingers as she lists them off. She hesitates on the first finger, motioning with it several times before speaking.*

*Sparrow’s mood brightens as she turns to see Cylerra, who meekly waves back in response before returning to her book.*

I suppose you mean that wolf pack I just mentioned. Like I said before, I consider them family, which is probably going to confuse a few people. I guess I could explain a bit. They’re family because, well… they saved my life. It happened when I was little… and when I needed them most.

*Sparrow averts her gaze toward the floor, and absentmindedly begins tracing circles on the table.*

Afterwards, I was… really, really scared. I didn't want to be left, alone... So I. You know. Followed after them… I don’t remember for how long. Or how far. But then, one day… I was just. There. With the wolves. Sleeping. And eating. And Playing.

*Sparrow glances back up just as tears begin to well in her eyes. Her emotional display startled her, and she quickly wipes her face with a hand.*

Oh, wow. Jeez, what am I  doing? My friends don’t even know those details and I’m just spilling them all over your dumb stupid shitty fucking notebook… Sorry. I didn’t mean to call you and your notebook dumb. Oh, I didn’t call you dumb? Well. I was thinking it, so. Sorry about that too, I guess… So, uh. Pets, right? I think that’s like… part of being an adventurer, right? Like. If you are an adventurer and you go on adventures if you keep continuing to adventure, you are gonna hurt someone eventually. Punching or feeling wise, its bound to happen.

I have, yeah. Like, when I count it up, Ive definitely hunted plenty of animals and recently began killing a good chunk of undead, but they probably don’t fall under everyone’s ‘anyone’ category. I think it’s safe to say werewolves and cultists do though, so yeah. I have killed dudes before.

Well technically I can be basically whatever the heck i want, but I think you mean like, in a figurative way? Still though. Dude. I think it’s pretty obvious.

I’m told I say things I shouldn’t a whole bunch. Like basically every day all the time. ‘Sparrow no you can’t say that, no Sparrow that’s inappropriate, Sparrow stop you’re offending them.’

Zokar the tavern owner - damn I love that guy I kinda miss him. Grimsbarrow... Shit basically the entire town of Ravengro. That cool Crooked Kin circus we ran into. Cylerra storms out of the room, as Sparrow is left with a soot-covered face.*

i am . . . so easy to ship with , but first and foremost i am shit at plotting initially. so it’s good to just start stuff off in a general way. memes. memes memes memes always start with memes. COURT ME WOO ME MAKE AN EFFORT. naw but really memes. then we can move into discussions and figure out a dynamic. if there’s a spark , there it is.

How Many WIPS are you working on at the minute? Yes. Too many RIP

What is each WIP about? Uhhh let’s go with the. Top 5. 1 - Finding Magic: Runa and Laith are just two normal teenagers from a small village in a country named Galetha. Until one day, Laith gets a cryptic letter from his grandfather; he and Runa can’t quite decipher it, but know he’s trying to tell something important. So they, alongside Runa’s unicorn friend Falfain, Runa’s dog Fana, and a demon named Ephraim they picked up along the way, leave to find Laith’s grandfather and get some answers. 2 - Rainbow: It’ll be a Visual Novel. In the world of Rainbow, everyone has “soul marks”; they look like simple black tattoos. Whenever someone meets someone who’ll play a big role in their life, good or bad, the mark turns colorful, showing that you’ve just met someone important. Some people never meet the ones their marks mean - It might be authors who inspire them, or celebrities they look up to, and not every mark has a counterpart, though many do. In the VN itself, the player can choose one of six marks, each standing for a different character - And where the journey leads, well, that’s up to the player. Friendship, romance, or something truly supernatural...? 3 - Ira & Lupita: I’m still in the planning phase, but I have written some shorter fics with them. Ira and Lupita are shapechangers and girlfriends, and since the shapechangers in general are vaguely inspired by the World of Darkness Fera, the plot might be, too, but idk yet. 4 - Cyberpunk: This is like, the least planned of them. It’ll be Cyberpunk-esque, following a small group of rebels who’re trying to overthrow the government. 5 - Changes: Lyka used to be just a normal kid. Until a seemingly kind woman promised her and her little sister shelter and food, if only they’d come with her. What the woman hadn’t mentioned was that Lyka and Fia, alongside many other kids and teens, would be used for experiments, designed to strengthen humanity. But this wasn’t what Lyka had in mind, so she tries to escape...

Where are you in the WIP’s progress? Finding Magic - Working on the Second Draft, I gotta rewrite Chapter 3 but am either a) procrastinating or b) too busy with other stuff >-> Rainbow - I’ve gotten like 50k words down b u t I gotta redo some planning bc it has several routes/ends so. Eh. Ira & Lupita - Um, planning and writing small ficlets of it Cyberpunk - Planning Changes - It’s kinda... Dormant right now, but I’m about 20k words in.

Do you have a favourite line in the WIP? if so, where and what chapter and what is it? Just gonna go with Finding Magic, and aside from like almost all of Ephraim’s dialogue, I really like the very first line. Translated, it’s roughly: “A young grove wyvern flew past Runa’s window. It swerved in the breeze and landed on her window sill before it lifted off again and continued its way. She looked after it, watched as it found its way away from the village’s houses and towards the trees.”

Is there anything you wish you could change about how certain events have played out in your WIP? Hm... In Changes, there’s a character death that’s just. T_T.

Who is the worst OC in terms of things they’ve done? Hm... I like my villains to be the typical “heroes of their own story”, as in, they wouldn’t consider themselves villainous and many have understandable reasons - though not necessarily excuses. Since i don’t know enough about the government for the Cyberpunk WIP, I’ll go with Genevieve from Changes. For, y’know, causing the abduction of children and experimenting on them.

Who is considered a Hero/ main character and how did they get to this point? Finding Magic - Runa, Laith, Ephraim and Falfain all get POV chapters, though if I had to pick, I’d name Runa the #1 Main Character. She’s the one who convinces Laith to go look for his grandpa, she’s the one who knows Falfain, and she’s the one who decide to let Ephraim tag along. Rainbow - It’s you! Since you’re the player, and your decisions determine what happens. Ira & Lupita - Unsurprisingly, Ira and Lupita. Cyberpunk - Most of them don’t have names yet I’d put Avery as #1 main character though, since he’s the leader of the rebel group. His second in command is his datemate Jackie/Jordie. Changes - Lyka is the #1 Main Character, since she sets the escape in motion.

What happened to your villain to make them what they are now? Finding Magic - He genuinely thought he was doing good, that he was protecting everyone else. Cyberpunk - Not sure yet, but they probably do believe they’re making the world a better place Changes - Oof well. Genevieve’s firstborn child died of something that does occur in non-human animals, but is usually harmless in those. Her goal is to figure out how to splice animal DNA into humans so that in the future, those kinds of things are treatable.

Is there anything your OCs may want to change about themselves? Laith would love to be better at standing up for himself. At least his girlfriend has his back tho

Who was your first OC you ever created and do they still have a story? Oof, good question... A myriad of Pokémon Self-Inserts and Inserts of my friends, maybe. Or one of my many, many RPG characters... Maybe Fia, who I played in a Jurassic Park RP when I was 10 or 11?

What has been the biggest inspiration for your writing and/or your WIPs? Hm, I’m not sure, it varies depending on the day, my mood, etc. Most recently, it was reading Leigh Bardugo’s Grishaverse books, because I’d love to be able to touch someone the same way her books touched me.

Who is your least favourite OC in terms of things they’ve done? Oof, good question... I guess if they were real people... Genevieve, and whoever made the government the way it is in the Cyberpunk story, even though I don’t even know  that guy yet. But since they aren’t... I can’t hate my own OCs. No matter what they do, I cannot dislike them. I did hate Genevieve when I started Changes, but she’s changed quite a bit since then.

What is one piece of advice you would give Past You, if you were given the chance? Honestly, no idea.

Do any of your characters celebrate Pride? If so, how? I feel like Ira and Lupita might. Runa absolutely would if she lived in our world. Avery and Jackie/Jordie probably did, before they joined the rebel group, because well, they really shouldn’t run around huge crowds with many people who might recognize them.

Is celebrating Pride any different from celebrating ours? Well, the Cyberpunk story is set in the future, so I’m guessing for Avery and Jay it’s similar but slightly different, though I haven’t done enough worldbuilding yet to know how.

Do you prefer fanfiction or original fiction? No. I love both.

How long have you been writing seriously? Hm, define seriously. I’ve been trying since I was, like, 12, even if most of those stories are now banned to a folder called “Old Stories” and not looked at anymore. Changes with its 20k got started when I was 14ish, but has been dormant for half a decade now. I started writing fanfic somewhat regularly in uh... March 2019, and I’ve been more involved in my original fiction since NaNo ‘18. So, pick one of those dates.

What genres do you tend to stick to? Mostly Fantasy, but also some Sci-Fi, I guess?

How good would you say you are at being able to write Angst? Have you ever made someone cry? I’ve made myself cry, does that count?
