Throughout #BuddhistART, BODHIDHARMA is Dpicted as an ill-tempered, profusely-bearded, wide-eyed non-Chinese person. He is referred as "The #BlueEyedBARBARIAN" (Chinese: 碧眼胡; pinyin: Bìyǎnhú) in Chan texts. BODHIDHARMA's teachings and practice centered on #MEDITATION & the #LaṅkāvatāraSūtra.
