kinda pissed at the first 4 pjo graphic novels for how they got adapted. they completely gut every percabeth scene for understandable reasons but annabeth is so flat now its insane, plus some other changes that make me so angry.

theres no "you drool when you sleep", no mount saint helens kiss (PERCY IMMEDIATELY LEAVES OGYGIA WHEN HE WAKES UP AND CALYPSO IS THERE FOR LIKE 4 PANELS TOTAL AND SAYS NOTHING WHICH MAKES THEIR LATER DIALOGUE NOT EVEN MAKE SENSE-)

luke's transformation is pushed to the END of botl instead of while theyre still in the maze (BAD. BAD IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE FOR THE PROPHECY ANYMORE AND ALSO MAKES THE LATER DIALOGUE MAKE EVEN LESS SENSE), and annabeth's dad subplot is completely gone from titan's curse.

did you know that they completely get rid of the dam jokes. when percy asks about the dam snackbar it's because it's serious and urgent and not because he's making a joke to the employee.

in the lightning thief they don't have the medusa scene, the waterpark scene, crusty's waterbeds, they don't even kill off gabe as a consequence of no medusa. he's introduced and he's just. alive off screen i guess. AND THE ENDING WITH LUKE IS GONE ITS REPLACED WITH PERCY AND CHIRON TALKING ABOUT HOW THEY FIGURED OUT IT WAS LUKE.

i could continue. i have more things to say somehow. that bunk bed design keeps me up at night
