I agree with you about anime!! Hoyo didn't even finish the web manga, I don't think we need another 'forever WIP'...

I just read we can't control (watch me unfold) and I just LOVED all of it. The chemistry between the characters and all the scenarios that you created with both of them were just too good. Thank you for all of it and I would love it if you write something similar to it in the future.

Thanks so much! I have a little something in the works that I hope kind of falls in the same realm of genre, though with a very different AU background. Let’s hope someday I can finish something again.

First issue

It's just something so magnificent about it. The lines, the dialog, the twicinh and a bit ruff style of everything. It has so many wonderful siluets and poses of characters, I love how girls have this cute baby faces, especially Will and Irma

I think it's also have to do with the fact that that's you know - a biggining. We already know everything what will happen in future but us still so harwarming to look at how it all starts and ufolds.

So, the Piston Honda is a non-linear waveshaper and wavetable VCO. The non-linear thing is a big part of it’s character. (And sort of The Harvestman’s whole character as a company. All the po-mo jokes about discontinuity and “all-digital” modules. Honestly hilarious.) 

For me, the immediate thing is to be really uncomfortable about all that. Choosing waveforms from a table sort of screws up what limited notion of authorship there is to modular synthesis, as I think of it. But using it as an LFO to modulate frequency, it’s neat to think of it as a book of melodies. Or a deck of tarot cards. The Necronomicon. A book of dead names. You get the idea. Random voltages you might send through a quantizer. That could be pretty cool. It’s like pulling random numbers from a chart in the back of the Statistics text book. 

Running a sequence or stepped voltages from a sample & hold makes the transitions between sounds a little cleaner. 

Definitely thinking about picking up a Dixie II+ and a uFold as “training wheels”. My boring, basic, rationalist brain just prefers exercising that way.

Modular noodling with STO, A-110-1, uFold, A-184-1, Ripples, FUNCTION and some standard utilities. Externally sequenced at Analog Keys, which also generate the drum pattern on one track using sound locks. The modular signal is routed back to the Analog Keys where its processed by effects (chorus, delay and reverb). Recorded and gently mastered/normalized in Ableton Live. The rack itself is constantly changing.

Sniper Rifle Field Cover ("SRFC") is a part of M.U.B.S. (Modular Unloading Battle System) kit and designed to hold and carry long-barrel precision, sniper and other rifles in field conditions. Sniper Rifle Field Cover ("SRFC") can be used as mat for long-time sniper or practical shooter firing position. In the folded state cover is used for storing and carrying rifles providing protection from techical damage, mud and rain/snowfall. For this purpose "SRFC" has weapon fixation system inside the main compartment. On the inner surface of the cover there is "LC MOLLE Minus" system for attaching MOLLE-compatible pouches and equipment or additional fixation of the weapon. This system is lighter than classic MOLLE webbing and thus reducing overall weight of the "SRFC" For reliable weapon fixation there is a number of adjustable straps with side release ("fastex") buckles which can be attached anywhere to the “LC MOLLE Minus“ holes allowing to carry rifles of any type, length or configuration. These straps allow to comfortably transport weapons in the backpack style. Adjustment system of shoulder straps allows to fit "SRFC" on a soldiers and on top of the equipment (body armor, LBE). Shoulder straps have quick release system. In addition to direct weapons transportation functions "SRFC" is also designed for equipping long-term sniper vantage points (shooting position). For this purpose "SRFC" can be ufolded and converted into a comfortable mat. Sniper Rifle Field Cover ("SRFC") measurements in unfolded state - 128х102cm. Two layers of 1000D Cordura and 1cm thick P-Foam layer provide comfort, protection from cooling and moisture while staying in the position. Sniper Rifle Field Cover ("SRFC") can be easily, quickly and silently assembled with six side release ("fastex") buckles. Main material of the Sniper Rifle Field Cover ("SRFC") - 1000D Cordura.
