Hi, I am Sazda, one of the changemakers of EmpowHER Junior at Aksharaa School. After all our sessions, we had been preparing for the fundraising event. We had been waiting for this day for a very long time. We worked really hard for this day ever since day one. Although I couldn't attend all, or most of EmpowHER classes due to health reasons, I too had prepared and was very excited for this day. In my team I had Mahika didi, Shristy didi, Arpana and me.

We had planned to do a cookie stall and a thrift stall but sadly Mahika didi couldn't make it that day so we had to settle for just 1 stall, that was the thrift stall. Shristy didi stayed at the stall for most of the time, and whenever she needed a break I looked after our stall, I couldn't stay for most of the time because I had an Udhyam stall too. Apart from us, many other teams had worked hard, in order to achieve their goals. There were food stalls, drink stalls, which everyone seemed to like, my mom even bought things from many of our EmpowHER stalls in order to encourage us. 

Based on the experience from that day, I'd like to say that, we, as in our team, lacked a lot during that day, there could have definitely been places where we could have improved on to make our stall slightly better too. However, the day went by smoothly, people were willing to take a look at our stalls, and even bought things from us. Overall I'd like to say that the fundraiser had been an absolute success, looking at how much people bought from us and other teams as well.
