u kno i was already having a bad mental health day and now sitting in this meeting that's essentially just "hey we refuse to check our emails or our social media or even our text messages but it's YOUR fault we never know what's going on" is very much not helping

#my department does So Much Outreach for this group but it's like #we can only LEGALLY do so much without this group's leadership actually like #being intentional about knowing what's going on #and SHARING that information with the rest of the group #u might have to whitelist a couple email addresses or god forbid check the fucking facebook group every now and then #but no instead they just keep coming up with all the reasons WE'RE not doing enough #nicole i promise you more ppl would show up to events if they heard about them from you and not from the faceless company facebook account #like y'all are the ones they chose to represent them maybe like. do any work at all.#instead of offloading it all onto us and assuming that if ppl don't know about stuff it must be bc MY department isn't communicating #all my team DOES is communicate we are the COMMS TEAM #i think it might be a skill issue on your end guys #anyway #work tag
