Ive been going to the gym lately and oh boi do i have a new perspective watching wonho's gym vlogs......
#like yes im out of shape and muscles have greately degraded bc of my injury but holy shit#his first set on his leg day was squats and he did 40kg for his first rep. 80 for his second and FUCKINF 120 FOR HIS LAST-#A HUNDRED AND TWENTY#i did all my squats with just 5kgs and at the end i felt like passing the gates of hell....#he's doing the outer thigh exercise on the third level from LAST#BRO....#i alsk vaguely remember calculating the weights on his leg press and it came to like 300 something kg#u know how much i can do without getting crushed underneath that thing? FIVE KILOGRAMS.#single digits only for me </3#niki screaming into the void
