i'm so glad that i have outgrown my metal elitist phase, because now that i'm not limiting myself to only liking/consuming content that has to do w metal i am a lot happier. still a huge metalhead, i will always be, but since realising what a conceited asshole i was being by swearing up and down that death metal is the only music worth listening to i'm definitely less stressed out. also my friends are definitely a lot less annoyed with me now lol. this is a sign for all of you 16-18 year old metalheads who think you're better than everyone else to grow up and go outside like i did
