seriously HOW did you write Little Light? I reread it once a month and I’m consistently blown away by how much there is to unpack in just two chapters. I find something new every time: the way you wrote Simon becoming estranged from music & it returning to him in the end before S3 did? The weather metaphors of winter melting into spring and the days getting brighter as Simon gets better? I could ramble forever but it’s just SO GOOD 💜💜

tbh, I’m shocked by the response that fic got, i think it’s my most popular YR fic.

That fic was written during an especially dark, depressed winter for me with Noah Kahan’s Stick Season (We’ll All Be Here Forever) album on repeat. I think a lot of it was me heavily projecting my own struggles onto Simon and as a result it’s just a very honest work? idk I feel like sometimes I couldn’t really separate Simon’s feelings from my own haha but it was such an experience to write.

I had no storyline or plot in mind, I just started writing with the hope of creating something that would explore the ramifications of the video and I’ve gotten so many comments and asks since then about how touched ppl were by it and it’s all so 😭😭😭

Anyway, I’m So happy you liked it, like I’m genuinely so flattered and happy. In a weird way it’s nice to know that I can still make something of value even during a time I felt so low and alone? idk It was a very personal story and I love that you were struck by it 🫶

so where do i even begin with the zeta movement....

they are wildly anti para and anti kink. they do not consider zoosexuality a parasexuality. they HATE yaps and zoosadists and arospec zoos and will harass us or do their best to harass us out of any zoo spaces we could possibly inhabit. they dont even think zoosadists are zoos and will tell you that to your face .

they keep trying to assimilate zoosexual activism into lgbt activism and it. just doesnt fucking work. all it does is get normie lgbt people even more violent towards us. the ironic part about this is the zeta movement has a history of transphobia and ableism.

the zeta principles are from the 90s and are frankly kind of outdated. overall its an exclusionist assimilationist group that is a danger to all zoosexuals who do not fit their definition of what zoosexuality should be and mean.

thank you so much , this makes a lot of sense and i hope i didn’t make anyone think i stand for these things when i had the zeta symbol in my name! i was under the impression that zeta zoos were the opposite of all that, but honestly that makes sense considering ive seen some red flags of those things when browsing zeta communities.

He thinks he looks best in red, and it is very much his color, but it's also his only frame of reference for what he looks like given that he's almost always covered in blood (mostly his own). I think once he has a chance to go fancy clothes shopping in Baldur's Gate, he'll gravitate more toward greens & gold

38) What memory do they revisit the most often? 

He has so few of them, but he holds the memory of killing Alfira most tightly. He's so scared it'll happen again, and he feels like he needs to keep her memory close. It's a kind of responsibility/duty for him, not to forget.

Hello, how are you doing? I'm also making my own version of Genshin, I have two ideas for the Fatui: The first is that Fatui pretend they are good, but they do their dirty work in secret. The second is that the Fatuis and Tsaritsa think what they are doing is right, completely ignoring the consequences of their actions, as well as having someone more dangerous than them.

I’m doing fantastic! Also it’s so cool that you’re making your own version of Genshin as well!

Funnily enough to great minds think alike cause that’s what I was thinking of going for LOL, cause I feel like it’s way better than them being straight up blatantly evil, it just makes like no sense IMO

I absolutely adore how much thought you put into Mary. You keep her already very complex roots intact, but branch off in all these wonderful little intricacies that fit so well into her base that it's hard to not just... think of it as canon? Like everything you write just feels very "Mary".

I think my favorite part is honestly just all the tiny details. The little mundane things that bring her joy, the little lies she tells herself to make the big ones easier, the way she sees other people and why from those she hates to those she loves and everything in between, you make her so much of a tangibly complex person in all the little facets that are easy to overlook.

You've honestly brought such a sense of life to a character who was already one of my favorite rogues, and I adore every time I see you on my dash!

screaming crying throwing up i LOVE tiny details I go FERAL for tiny details I LOVE throwing in all these tiny little tells and movements and half-steps that she makes that give away her genuine feelings about things bc otherwise she's got herself on such lockdown 24-7. she operates on so much suspicion when it comes to feelings and what they're actually for, it's so so so good to know people are enjoying them and that they actually add something to threads/content beyond just making me kick my little feet in the air
