THE ESSENTIALS

Remi sat on Tierney’s couch crossed legs, her knees touching the other girl’s as she chewed nervously on her nails. She spent the last half hour replacing Tyson’s regular shampoo with very concentrated blue dye, praying she wouldn’t get caught mid-prank and screw it up. Tierney was standing guard outside (after graciously letting her in so she could pull her little revenge off), but she was still worried this would somehow blow up in her face. Pranks were just not her speed. She managed to pull off the first part of her plan without a hitch and Tyson had locked himself in the bathroom twenty-ish minutes later. So far, so good. “Do you think he’ll realize the dye is in there before it even touches his hair? He’ll know for sure it was me and I’ll never be allowed back again. Do you think I went too far? I definitely went too far, didn’t I? I should warn him,” she ranted, making a move to get off the couch.
