*nudges this towards you with a wordless apology in my eyes*
(The “AMPHIBIA” opening card shows, including the typical music, but then flickers and glitches with static that’s primarily orange and changes to show “AGAINST THE WORLDs” in the same font and color, but with the “s” at the end flickering in after a moment and in yellow instead of green like the rest of the title. The background remains similar as well, but now shows four figures standing beneath an archway rather than the CALAMITY TRIO fighting against an amphibian monster. The screen goes black as SPRIG speaks.)
SPRIG (echoing) No. Frogging. Way.
(Opening shots of Wartwood, showing the citizens minding their own business, then to the CALAMITY TRIO reuniting at the end of “The Hardest Thing” before showing SPRIG, POLLY, and IVY gasping as a bright light illuminates their faces.)
SPRIG, POLLY, AND IVY Whoaaaaa.
(IVY and MADDIE pack supplies in a part of the Plantar family’s secret catacombs.)
MADDIE What makes you think this expedition will be different? You’ve been at this for ten years and you still haven’t discovered anything new.
IVY I’ve got a good feeling about this time.
MADDIE You say that every time, Ives.
(The archway from the opening card shows, flashing from unlit, to pink, blue, and yellow, to a white background with four tiny black silhouettes against it. Back to the catacombs with IVY and MADDIE.)
IVY (holding a rolled-up piece of paper, presumably the map, above her head) Well, this time we have a map!
MADDIE Fair enough.
(The CALAMITY TRIO on Earth sit next to each other on a bench in front of DR. JAN’s museum, a big banner reading “CRYPTID WEEK” behind them.)
ANNE (hugging her friend with a smile) It’s great to have you back, Marce.
(The screen briefly shows what appears to be a working table with pieces of metal, computer chips, other computer parts, and blueprints with designs for various weapons strewn across its surface. A figure wearing a welding mask welds two pieces of metal together to form a long, silver, spear-like rod that looks suspiciously like DARCY’s scythe without the blade ignited. Back to the TRIO in front of the museum.)
MARCY Yeah. It’s… nice to be back.
(ANNE and SASHA sit in a mall, the former trying to comfort the blonde.)
SASHA (head in her hands) I just wish that all of this shit wasn’t so fucking complicated!
(POLLY and FROBO rocket through the sky towards something.)
POLLY SPRIG!!
(IVY and MADDIE, with a dark background, meet each other’s eyes. The screen goes black when IVY speaks.)
IVY Maddie, I…
(TERRI, DR. JAN, MR. X, and JENNY are shown, their faces with expressions ranging from worried, confused, shocked, or impassive, illuminated by the blue glow of a computer screen.)
TERRI Oh, they aren’t gonna like this.
(MARCY against a dark background, her face screwed up in a mix of anger and fear as she stares at something in front of her.)
MARCY LEAVE ME ALONE!
(The screen flashes through various, seemingly random shots of the CALAMITY TRIO, SPRIG, POLLY, IVY, and MADDIE, and a few others such as GRIME, LOGGLE, HOP POP, OLIVIA, YUNAN, SASHA and MARCY’s PARENTS, etc. It ends with POLLY and SPRIG sitting in the woods.)
POLLY What’s with the terrible puns all of a sudden?
SPRIG What, are they too punny for your liking?  (pauses) Okay, I see what you mean.
(More flashes of screenshots, this time ending with a black screen.)
SPRIG (echoing) Against the world, remember?
(A flash of a portal, glowing with pink, yellow, and blue energy. Back to black.)
ANNE (also echoing) Against the worlds.
(An orange eye opens, and a single chuckle from DARCY rings out before it fades to black one last time.)
ANNE Here we go again.
(Cue the cheap, flashy “WATCH NEW EPISODES OF AMPHIBIA AGAINST THE WORLDs, ONLY ON DISNEY” ending that pretty much every promo has.)

You still love her, don’t you?” Jess asks.            Liam looks at her, trying to conceal his emotions not wanting his biggest secret to slip from his lips: that he’s still very much in love with Riley.
“I have love for both Riley and Drake.” He answers in his kingly tone.
“That’s not what I asked you, silly. And don’t answer so officially, we are family after all.” She uses his words against him, causing a quick smile from him.
He takes a deep breath, “Yes, I am very much still in love with her. Though she is with my childhood friend.”
“Aren’t you married?” Jess bluntly states before her eyes widen, “I am so sorry.”
Liam chuckles, “No need. And it’s not been officially announced, but I am no longer married.”
“Oh. I didn’t know…” She trails off, feeling that she’s overstepped.
“Don’t worry, you didn’t know.” He gives her a small smile, “That’s why I came today. I thought maybe if I could speak to Riley and tell her we could be together now, she’d pick me this time.”
Jess is leaning close to Liam, their tones no louder than a whisper while sitting in the courtyard; attracting the eyes of many guests who walk pass them.
“You didn’t think to do this yesterday?” Jess questions.
He sighs, “It didn’t hit me until today, just how real this was. The whole thing, my divorce, their marriage, have you ever known you were perfect for someone but didn’t know the perfect way to tell them?”
Jess looks down to prevent Liam from seeing the tear form in her eyes, Blake, she discreetly wipes the tear before looking at him, “Yes, I know the feeling well.”
“Aunt Jess! Uncle Liam!” They turn and see the Leo and Katie’s twins running towards them.
“Care! Noah!” Jess shouts back at them playfully.
“Momma says she needs you Aunt Jess.” Caroline pulls on her hand to get her to come with them.
“Okay, okay, I’m coming!” She looks back towards Liam, “Tell her how you feel, that way there’s no what-ifs.”
Liam watches the trio walk back towards the manor. He takes a deep breath before deciding it was now or never and it was time the truth come out. Standing up, he takes another deep breath before walking into the manor, looking for Riley.
*                      *                      *                      *                      *
Drake storms into Applewood Manor, he’s a man on a mission, find his fiancé and his best friend. He can’t help but feel betrayed, all their friends know a shared secret while he is out of the loop.
So much for your wedding being your happiest day. He thinks sarcastically.
“Riley!” Drake hears his fiancé being called, looking back he sees that it is no other than Liam calling for her.
His face begins to twist in anger, each breath, each step, adding fuel to the fire that’s burning in his, dying to be released. He makes a beeline towards Liam, only to be stopped in his tracks when he sees Riley emerge from the crowded room, pulling Liam into a secluded hallway.
What. The. Fuck! He shouts in his head; his raw emotions are taking over like he’s watching his body react instead of controlling it.
“Care to explain this?” He practically shouts when he reacts the pair.
The pair jumps; startled by Drake’s appearance, “Drake!” Riley exclaims. “It’s bad luck to see the bride before the ceremony.”
“Let me escort you back upstairs,” Liam offers.
Drake jerks his arm away from Liam, who went to touch his elbow, “They also say it isn’t good luck when the bride is sneaking off to meet an ex-lover before the ceremony.”
“Drake, that ended, years ago.” Liam offers.
“I know about the divorce, Liam. That’s why you came.” Drake spits at him.
           Riley’s face softens, “Divorce?”
Drake watches her face make an expression she’s never made towards him, one of pure love, a look that only Liam has ever received, causing his heart to break.
Sighing, he looks down, “Yes, Madeleine and I have begun divorce proceedings.”
“Oh Liam,” she puts her hand on his cheek, stroking it with her thumb. Tears begin to fill her eyes, thinking back on everything that could’ve been.
Drake clears his throat, drawing Liam and Riley out of their own little world, reality finding them again. “So I guess this whole thing wasn’t over after all.”
“Drake, I can assure you…” Liam begins.
“Save it,” Drake interrupts, throwing his hand up to silence him.
“You may live in America, but I am still king here. You will not speak to me so candidly.” Liam snaps back.
“I will speak however I wish to the man who is in the center of such scandalous rumors involving my fiance!”
“Can we not do this here? Please?” Riley pleads, tears still filling her eyes.
“Why? Because you’d hate to be humiliated? Well guess what, I already am.” Drake snaps back.
“Drake, let’s take this into the office.” Liam says, trying to be as calm and kingly as possible.
“You’d like that wouldn’t you? So, everyone wouldn’t know what you’ve done!”
Bertrand quickly hurries over to the group where a small group is started to form. “I honestly think you all should excuse yourself and discuss it in private.”
Drake rolls his eyes but begins walking when he feels someone pushing on his back; it’s Olivia.
Her voice is low so only Drake can hear her as they all file into an office like room, “When I said torture, I didn’t mean public.”
Bertrand stands in the doorway, “There is a wedding in an hour, you have forty minutes to talk it out. Bastien will be waiting outside this door to be told if he’s cancelling the wedding or asking people to please wait for a few minutes.” He shuts the door behind him, leaving Riley, Liam, Drake and Olivia alone.
“Drake, please, I don’t know what you heard, but we can work this out. We’re getting married today.”
“I’m not so sure that we can, Ri.”
“Drake, honestly, how can you believe such scandalous lies? I’m sure whoever told you what you heard is clearly looking for a cheap front-page story.”
Olivia leans into a bookshelf, slowly sipping from her flask, waiting to see how it pans out but secretly hoping Drake doesn’t get too hurt. She knows that Drake typically masks his emotions with sarcasm but he can’t in this situation and that’s what is hurting her most of all.
“You said that you thought it was better that we got a fresh start in New York, away from the court and cameras.” Drake starts.
“It was, Drake, we’ve been so much happier since we moved.” Riley steps forward to grab Drake’s forearm but he pulls away sharply.
           “Tell me the real reason.”
           She pauses, “That is—”
Drake quickly interrupts her, “I cannot take another lie, tell me the truth. Or perhaps Liam could tell me himself.” His eyes shoot daggers at Liam as Liam remains stoic but to Drake, it comes off as smug.
There’s a long silence that falls onto the room, no one makes eye contact with another yet the pressure of the room is coming down on them.
“Look, I’m out of alcohol and can’t get more until we are allowed out. That being said, someone needs to speak up and own up.” Olivia chimes in, placing her flask on a shelf with an audible thud.
Riley and Liam finally make eye contact with each other, both trying to figure out which truth to tell. The thing is, telling the truth is effortless, but keeping up with lies requires a good memory and right now, every thought Riley has ever had is swirling around in her head.
“Why did we move to New York so quickly?” Drake asks again.
“Because I had slept with Liam up until after the visit to Valtoria.”
Drake’s heart breaks but he is determined to keep his composure, “Why…why’d you stop? It couldn’t have been because you felt guilty, that was months after we decided to be together.”
His words hang in the air, almost adding weight to the room, to the shoulders of all those present.
“I proposed to her later that night. She hadn’t told me about the two of you yet.” Liam adds, causing a burst of anger to cover Drake’s face.
“A proposal doesn’t warrant a move across the Atlantic. We could’ve moved to my family’s cabin or to Valtoria.” Drake says, basically spitting out the word ‘Valtoria’ as if it is poison.
The two guilty parties remain silent, taking turns staring at the floor and then at Drake.
“You should have told me, Ri. We could’ve worked it out so we didn’t have to go to America so abruptly, we could’ve done things right and not rushed.”
Tears fill her eyes; the shame of her next truth is almost too much on her for her to hold her head up. Her stomach is knotting up and her chest begins to constrict as the panic sets in.
“I had to go to America.” She pauses, wiping a tear as she feels Liam squeeze her hand behind her back so Drake doesn’t see the act of comfort.
This secret once destroyed Liam when he found out, but over time he came to realize it was the best decision for both of them.
“An abortion here would’ve made the front cover.” The words hit Drake like icy rain. Such a simple word, causing him more pain that he ever thought he could handle.
           “You were pregnant?”

next part in this storyline: There’s a rat | trouble with the AB. (problems with the AB were mentioned early on in nick & sonny’s storylines, so feel free to read this and this storyline for a refresher).
tw for suggestion of violence. general soa/mayans mc canon typical violence warning. and there is some shifting of pov as well, hopefully it works to accomplish the frenetic energy I was going for!

“…they had to have had a car. We drove for awhile, but there were no other tracks so we’re not sure where—”
Sonny cut Matty off abruptly. “So you’re telling me you have nothing,” he interrupted harshly.
Matty shut his mouth with a click and just shifted his weight, looking around almost uneasily. Chibs took a few step forward and clamped a warm hand on Sonny’s shoulder. It was firm and grounding and it succeeded in helping anchor Sonny. He felt like he was going to fly out of his skin from the cocktail of emotions coursing through his veins and the more time passed the more anxious he became.
“We’ll find her, brother. I promise. And we’ll kill all the bastards involved,” Chibs promised lowly with a grim look on his face. He pushed back any residual guilt from how he had been feeling ever since the last real conversation he’d had with her. This wasn’t the time. “Liv is going to be able to track her phone and we’ll go get her.”
Sonny pushed back from the table suddenly and slammed a hand down on it. His phone was still clutched tightly in his other hand and he was torturing himself by opening the picture of her tied to a chair. It had been a couple of hours since the text had come through and they knew almost nothing. After checking the cameras to see what direction she’d pulled out of the parlor parking lot, Matty and Razor had raced down the road. They’d found her car hastily parked on the side of the road not even a mile away and there were tire marks that indicated another car had been there. The working theory was that she’d been run off the road and taken in broad daylight and Sonny was still fuming that they had nothing else to go on.
Olivia had met them at the club house and even though Sonny had shown her the picture there was nothing much she could do because the cell phone had been switched off. Nick had gone to see Diego to see if maybe the warehouse looked familiar to him, he had been embroiled in a lot of city zoning recently, but there wasn’t much in the picture to go off of. It was a long shot, but it kept him from sitting around doing nothing. Sonny wished that he just knew more—who took her, what they wanted from him—anything to help put the pieces together and to get his fiancée home safe with him where she belonged. The conversation he’d had with Olivia about Noah had been brief, there would be time for that later, but Olivia already had a haunted look in her eye.
Everything was unraveling rapidly and he wasn’t sure how much more any of them could take just sitting around.
________
“I think we should give him a call, don’t you?” Ryan asked with a pasted on smile as he circled your chair.
You looked up at him defiantly, mouth still gagged with a wad of of fabric. You didn’t know how long you had been there, but you were willing to bet it had been a couple of hours. Your wrists ached from being tied to the arms of the chair, your mouth was dry from being gagged and your head felt tender over your left ear from what you assumed was the injury that had knocked you. It could be a lot worse, all things considered, and you were growing more and more wary the longer this dragged on.
“Let’s give him a call and see just how out of his mind he is with worry,” Ryan continued with a wider smile.
He turned your phone back on and even though you tried to ball your hands into fist he forced your fingers to straighten on your right hand. He pressed your thumb to the home button to unlock the phone and smirked at you as he straightened. There were at least two other men in the room, you couldn’t see behind you but it had been silent, and you eyed him uneasily as he dialed.
________
“We have to do something other than wait for Nick to see if Diego recognizes the—” Sonny’s phone ringing cut him off and he looked down at it almost blankly before hastening to answer. He made a sharp gesture to the other men in the room and Matty exited quickly to grab Olivia to see if they could trace the call.
“Hello Sonny,” a voice answered smoothly as Sonny answered.
“Who the fuck is this?” Sonny asked furiously. “Do you know who I am? Do you know what I can do? I’m going to—”
“Ah, ah,’ Ryan warned. “I’d hold your tongue if I were you, if you ever wanted your sweet girlfriend to suck your dick ever again. Would hate to have to cut hers out because you couldn’t help but run your mouth.”
Sonny fell silent, breathing hard through his nose as he ignored the flurry in the room around him as Olivia hurried to set up her equipment.
“Who are you and what do you want?” Sonny asked in a voice that barely contained his fury.
________
Ryan chuckled and your stomach turned as you weighed the possibility of his threat to Sonny. You fought the urge to shrink away from him, loathing the idea of showing any weakness, but you couldn’t fight the very real fear that was rising.
“You don’t recognize my voice?” Ryan was asking and his face twisted in a mask of false hurt. “You felt the need to step in and defend your little friend’s we—”
________
“Ryan,” Sonny interrupted, not needing to hear him toss around slurs. “This is bold, even for you. Tell me what you want so that we can end this charade.”
“I quite like it,” Ryan replied in an oily voice. “I do love suspense. I find that drama can really add some weight to a situation. Show that I’m serious.”
Sonny just breathed and waited for Ryan to go on. When he glanced up he caught the panicked expression on Olivia’s face, but he tried to ignore it and he averted his eyes.
“I thought you may want to hear your girlfriend’s voice. Remind you of the gravity of the situation so that when I give you my request tomorrow you’re…amenable…to comply,” Ryan continued in a smooth voice.
The hair on the back of Sonny’s neck stood up and he bit back the urge to threaten Ryan again. He was acutely aware of all of the decisions he had made recently in an attempt to box out the Aryan Brotherhood from the city. From defending Nick’s girl to the massage parlor to forcefully driving them out of the city limits to cook and sell their crank, Sonny had done everything he could to get their hate filled rhetoric far away. Now it was coming back to bite him in the ass in the worst possible way and he cursed the decisions that had led here.
________
“Sweetheart, do you have anything you want to say to your boyfriend?” Ryan asked. He made a gesture and one of the men in the room walked over and tugged the gag from your mouth abruptly.
“Fuck you,” you spat as best you could. Your voice was rough from disuse and dehydration, but there was no mistaking the defiant glint in your eye. Ryan just smiled at you and he drifted a little closer as he made another gesture to one of his men.
“That’s not very nice,” he chastised. “No, I was thinking something more romantic or desperate, either would have done. But I think maybe you and Sonny need some different motivation.”
Something caught your eye and you turned slightly to see the dull lighting in the room catch the edge of a knife. Bile rose in the back of your throat and even though you fought to keep your face impassive, judging by Ryan’s smirk he knew you were afraid.
“Let’s see if we can teach you two some manners,” Ryan started and one of the guards came up beside you to hold you down with rough hands.
“…manners.” Sonny strained to catch all of what Ryan was saying and his stomach was in knots.
“Well, Sonny, I’ve got to be going. I think there’s something your girlfriend may want to say first, though…” Ryan came through more clearly before there was a rustling.
It sounded like someone was struggling on the other end and Sonny strained again to listen. The line was quiet except for heavy breathing for a moment before a high pitched whine could be heard. The sound shifted abruptly to a grating scream that bit off into a gurgle and Sonny gripped the phone so tightly that he could feel it bruising his hand.
“Don’t! Don’t—Ryan, listen to me!” Sonny yelled into the line.
“Gotta go. Talk to you tomorrow,” Ryan said clearly before hanging up.
Sonny immediately tried to call back, but the call was denied before going straight to voicemail. He sat down heavily in his chair at the head of the table, dropping his phone to the table as he gripped both sides of his head tightly, tangling his fingers in his hair as he focused on keeping himself from flying apart.
“Who is it boss? What’d they say?” Chibs asked in a grave voice, coming up beside Sonny again.
“AB. Ryan. They’re torturing her and he said they’d call tomorrow with their demands. I don’t know what they want...but we have to find her and then I’m going to kill them all,” Sonny promised in a severe voice.
The door to the club house could be heard opening and Sonny sat back in his chair with a clenched fist, hoping Nick had something.

The True Kings Ch 4. “Welcome”
msA/N: So here is Chapter 4!! This is honestly probably the hardest chapter to actually get out. I have to warn you all I do NOT like the finish product of it but hey this is fanfiction not a published novel so....I tried (I really did try y’all like I rewrote this thing 3 times so if you notice a plot hole just send me a message so I can fix it) I am so thank for those who are giving my story a chance I promise everything really heats up after this!!
Rating: Mature (Nothing major just covering my bases because I honestly can’t remember what I put in this revision.
Summary: Boss decides Olivia’s fate- A surprise guest comes to the Five Kingdom Festival.
Word Count: 2000
Tumblr media
"Are you boss?" Olivia's voice shakes.
The masked man in his suit shakes his head no.
"Do I know who you are?" she asks as she see him hold out a black cotton bag for her to take.
He shakes his head yes.
The black cloth covers Olivia's head for a final time. There was only one reason she didn't fight, fight to her death, fight the masked man in his suit, it was the words she hard moments before he arrived.
"Let her go! Boss you gotta be joking you want me to let her go!"
"Of course I don't want you to let her go. You, you sorry excuse for an assassin won't be doing anything but getting the hell out of here....if you want a single cent that is . Get your insufficient crew and get the hell out of my house, out of my country before someone caches a whiff of you."
Olivia tries to focus on the turns, how many left how many right, going downhill then up, how long has this been 20 minutes 30? She wasn't sure. The car was speeding through the streets, screeching to a halt, the abrupt stops quick with no sign of yielding. She couldn't focus. Not being able to see made her concentration difficult but she didn't dare remove the bag. He was watching her, she knew that much.
"But the ransom Boss....I mean...I know she isn't that mistress but a duchess gots to be worth--"
"What is with you commoners and money. EVERYTHING IS NOT ABOUT MONEY. Last night was suppose to be my shot at power! Last night was suppose to be one of the greatest initiations the True Kings have ever seen and what do you do you piss all over that for money!"
Olivia could soon feel the sunlight touch her skin. She could feel the gravel underneath her feet. It wasn't until she heard the car speed behind her that she took the bag off her head. There, waiting for her was the Cordonian Palace, a place most  of her life felt so welcoming now made her uneasy and uncertain. She didn't have time to think about her uncertainties, her body was on autopilot walking carefully through the halls in and out of the secret passage ways she found years ago as a child. She din't zone back into consciousness until the warm water from her shower touched  her body.
"But you know as well as I do she's going to run screaming to the king---" "Yes I'm hoping on that. The king all ready thinks she orchestrated the assassination. She's the prime suspect! She doesn't know where she is she doesn't know who I am. Anything she says to him he wont believe..or at least his privy council wont and Voila there's my scapegoat for the mission you botched. Now get your shit and get out and I’ll throw in an extra thousand for you if your gone in the next 5 minutes"
She sits in front of her mirror just as she had the night before. But this time is different. Not really even looking at herself, she brushes her wet hair into her naturally tight bun on top of her head. the bruise near her eye gets extra concealer her lips receive her signature red gloss. It only takes a few minute for Olivia to see someone that resembles herself. But she stared too long and could feel the tears forming in her eyes. No time for that today is the Five Kingdom Festival and if everyone--Liam-- suspected her certainly she had to be here. Before walking out the room she looks one final time and smirks.
At least all I have is this little bruise... could have been much worse ....right?
The palace lawn is filled with decorations, games and food stands all around. Eyes were on Olivia in a matter of seconds, she walks past the whispers and stares to the first smile she saw.
"Olivia!"
Riley exclaims as she runs toward her, wrapping her arms around her. "I'm so glad you are ok." The embrace sent Olivia back a step. Her arms were warm around her welcoming and real. For a quick second Olivia responded rubbing Riley's back, but she felt the tears forming into her eyes, the lump rising in her throat and retreats.
"That was unnecessary." She manages to say as looks off to the side trying her best to dry her eyes. She straightens out the imaginary wrinkles in her dress and straightens her back. "But I'm glad to see you made it out ok as well Riley."
"Yeah no one was killed thank goodness, but I was really worried about you . No one heard from after last night." Riley catches Olivia's eyes "Where were you? Is everything ok?"
"I told you Olivia would be the last one to worry about." Liam's arm snakes around Olivia's shoulders he holds her tight unrelenting in his grip as he speaks to the two. "She is the toughest person I know." He smiles at her but it doesn't reach his eyes. Olivia can't be sure if he is happy to see that she is safe or questioning if she really did this to him.
"So where where you?" Riley asks again.
"Yeah Liv where were you last night?" Liam hand is even tighter on her shoulder.
"I... was in the back when the attacks started...I had my driver take me to a hotel nearby...I didn't have my phone. But I'm back now and I'm here to assist in any way I can."
"Your help will be most appreciative." Liam's grip loosens only slightly. "My Intel believes a noble hired the assassins the more cooperation we can get the better."
"Oh shoot! Drake! Put that thing down!" Riley turns towards Drake who is holding a bow and arrow. His left arm shakes a little at he tries to aim it. "I gotta go save him. Drake!  You were just shot Dammit your not superman put that thing down!"
Riley was off, leaving Liam and Olivia to watch her go.
"I saw the ring on her finger."
Liam takes in a deep breath his arm lowers to his side. "Yeah it seems Drake has been waiting to ask her to marry him just as long as I have."
"That is so....typical." she snorts sarcastically "Just have a near death experience...why not make a life long commitment to someone." Olivia scoffs as she watches Riley snatch the bow from Drakes hands, she scolds him for a moment before Drake silences her with a kiss. "Are you ok... I mean are you going to be ok with this Liam?" When he doesn't answer she looks up to see him starting at her. With the tip of his finger he grazes he bruise underneath her eye.
"Is there something you want to tell me Olivia?"
"No" She answers as she takes a step back. "Is there something you want to tell me Liam?" Liam opens his mouth to speak but quickly closes it.
"Well I'm off.. today has been a long day." Olivia turns on her heals and begins to walk away when Liam grabs her elbow.
"We need to talk---"
Before he can finish fireworks erupt from around the exits of the palace grounds. Everyone scrambles around, until they see him. A man in a suit and mask...the same man that gave Olivia the black bag, before letting her go.
"To all nobles! Last night one of our own, one of our True Kings made one of the most daring choices and attempted to kill your hoax of a king. I am here today to let you know that we, The True Kings, are going no where. We are not afraid of your crowned pretender..your substitute! And we will only relent when he either steps down form the thrown that that is inherently ours and bows to the true king or his head will sit on a pike outside of the palace gates. I ask you nobles, pure nobles, support us or you will surely suffer the same fate as that impostor!"
The guards rush to the stage before fireworks begin to shoot off again circling the stage and around the courtyard and as quickly as he appeared the masked man is gone.
"Your Highness!" Bastian reaches Liam  "We need to leave now!" Liam looks at Olivia before being pulled away, he grabs her hand so tightly only speaking one word. "Why?"
She tried to answer him, to tell him everything but she couldn't get the words out. The ground began to shake beneath her making her heady. Everyone began to run in fear trampling on top of each other. She could see Drake lift Riley and carry her into the palace. But she had no one. No one would save her. She could see it in his eyes Liam blamed her for it all. Now she couldn't breathe, her heart beating so fast it was burning a hole into her chest squeezing her lungs.  The ground wasn't shaking it was her, all her, her whole body quaking. There she stood in the middle of the courtyard reaching for something anything to hold her up, something to support her. Her body goes limp against a stone wall until she feels arms around her waist.
"I've got you Cherry." That was all she heard before she couldn't feel her feet on the ground anymore.
"I'm fine Issac...just take me to my room."
"Your not fine Liv ... and my rooms closer."
She cries into his suit jacket, right there in broad daylight for anyone to see. She screams all the words that come into her head: "Mick" "Boss" "wrong girl" "I was weak!" "I am weak" "They took me!" "Liam" "I Think I'm going to faint!"
She wakes out of the trance to the sound of the water shutting off in the next room. Issac opens the door.and seeing Issac come from the door.
"I thought maybe you would like to sit in the tub for a bit....rest yourself. I remember this used to help you when you... when you would have your panic attacks" He trails off and motions to the door. Issac runs his fingers through his black mane, something she knows he only does when things are too serious for him to handle. "Hey how about I go get you something to eat. Ok?" He makes his way to the door before allowing her to speak, but quickly stops before opening the door. "I'm sorry about what happened to you...we will um...we will figure this out." Then he goes leaving her on the bed alone.
The bath does help Olivia and by the time she is drying herself off she had formulated a strategy. She would find out who these True Kings were, herself, and prove to Liam she was innocent. She would find Mick and.... She goes into Issac's closet to look for a shirt to wear, finding only suits and lacy underwear in a variety of sizes and colors.
Issac was never one to be helpful in serious matters, in the years she had known him any conversation that teetered on the serious side Issac would leave the room like he was on fire. She figured telling him everything she said during her panic attack, as just ramblings of her confused mind, would be a relieve to him. Something he wouldn't have to deal with. She finds a black bag in the corner of the floor. figuring it was probably his gym cloths she opens it trying to find a t-shirt. She could handle this all on her own she just needed to find someone who knew something about the True Kings. And the she would----
In Olivia's hand held a mask...the mask. The mask of the man who gave her the bag to put over her head...the mask of the man who stood in front of most of Cordonia and promised Liam's head on a pike. The mask is fused to her hand and as she hears the door open she stands to her feet her body still naked mask still in hand.
Issac's smile is cocky seeing Olivia stand before him this way. He quickly shuts the door behind him.  But his grin disappears when he sees what she holds in her hand.
The mask.
'Olivia....I can explain."

How bout a rolivia prompt where their stuck in traffic and a cute love song comes on the radio and amanda starts singing to olivia
Wow. So this hella late but better late than never I guess, right? I am sorry this utter shit and I did try. Sorry for any error, it’s unedited.
Song: Beautiful Love- The Afters
Friday night. It was typical for traffic to be bumper to bumper on this warm summer night. The skyline bright and dark, the little stars that did outshine the city lights glimpse underneath them. She looked out her window watching young twenty-something walking down along the sidewalk in a group excited for their night to begin. She turned her head, her eyes tracing the jawline of girlfriend. Admiring the beauty that sat next to her, the brown locks that were held up with a clip. Olivia’s blazer long discarded, her lean arms exposed as she wore a sleeveless maroon top.
Amanda watched her tired girlfriend, frustrated clutching onto the steering wheel tight turning her knuckles white. She knew the brunette wanted nothing more than to be under the cool running shower, relaxing her. The silence had started to become too much for the blonde deciding it was now time to turn on the radio for some music to mask the silence. She smiled at the song that had just started to play.
Far away, I can feel your beating heartAll alone, beneath the crystal starsStaring into space, what a lonely faceI’ll try to find my place with youAmanda turned her fist into a ball and mimicked at the drums as it played from the song, up and down before turning to the older woman, taking her hand catching the woman’s attention. Her confused brown eyes were staring at the playful blue.
What a beautiful smileCan I stay for a whileOn this beautiful nightWe’ll make everything rightMy beautiful love
Olivia chucked as Amanda sang beautifully to her, taking her hand and bringing close to her heart as she leans close to her.
Larger than the moon, my love for youWorlds collide, as heaven pulls us throughThe secret of the world is written in the starsI’m carrying your heart in mine
What a beautiful smileCan I stay for a whileOn this beautiful nightWe’ll make everything rightMy beautiful love
Amanda leaned closer, her body halfway over the console that was between them. Her forehead was touching the older woman’s. Her heart was beating heavy when Olivia’s smiles spread across her face, the shyness that came from the other woman was the most adorable thing that Amanda swore she ever saw.
Maybe a greater thing will happenMaybe all will seeMaybe our love will catch like fireAs it burns through me
What a beautiful smileCan I stay for a whileOn this beautiful nightWe’ll make everything right
Olivia leaned to Amanda’s gentle touch as she brushed her brown lock behind her ear, still singing to her. The blue eyes never leaving hers. She felt every word that Amanda sang, every word were raw and real. Her eyes closed as Amanda’s lips capture hers.
Amanda pulled back, and her eyes stared at Olivia’s with fire. She wanted, no, she needed Olivia to feel and hear as she sang…
My beautiful love

“Dance with me!” “I wish we could stay like this forever.”“We’d make such a cute couple.”
Drake x Liam
Tumblr media
Liam looked around the ball, he felt overwhelmed once more again, women whisked him away to dance, to talk, to do anything, most of which he wished he could deny. He had no desire to spend his night with mind-numbing talk with these duchesses or nobles, he’d prefer to find himself seated at the bar with Drake, he felt like Drake with this line of thought and it made him smile to himself.
Drake meant the world to Liam, he yearned for him. His heart was accounted for, yet he spent his nights pretending to like these women around him. They were wonderful women with a lot to offer, but Liam simply didn’t want the offer, he wanted Drake. He moved his way through the ballroom, cordial smiles as he passed guest.
“Liam, do you have a moment?” Olivia interjected, she appeared suddenly in front of him, a smile pulled on her lips, her hand held out to him. “We could dance.” Liam would typically take up his friend on her offer, but tonight he wanted nothing more than to be with Drake, no offense to Lady Olivia of course.
“Lady Olivia,” Liam smiled, with a sidestep around her, he let his hand fall on her shoulder, taking not of the strapless red dress she wore, the flared out at the waist with a sweetheart neckline. It was stunning Liam thought to himself. “I would love to, but at the moment I am fetching a drink for the queen, can we strike up this conversation then? You look lovely, as usual.”
“Thank you. And of course, your highness.” Olivia nodded, with a forced smile becoming of her lips letting Liam glide past her towards the bar. She watched him out of the corner of her eye as he disappeared into a crowd of people, feeling alone. Liam knew that Olivia came to court to win his heart, not just to be queen. That was simply just a bonus for her, and he supposed her might pick her to be his wife, if she doesn’t care about his affair with Drake, arrangements were quite common after all. Liam moves fairly undetected spotting Drake leaned over the bar looking like he was arguing with the bartender. Liam chuckles to himself, and approached Drake from behind, letting the tips of his fingers graze the shoulder of Drake’s silver suit. Drake jumps slightly started for a moment, jerking his head to see who had invaded his personal space, the frown of annoyance quirked to a smile his rough exterior melted at the sight of his lover.
“The man of the hour.” Drake sighed. He scooped his shot off the bar shoot it back in a quick gulp and hiss at the burn in his throat before his attention went back to Liam. “What do you want?”
“To see you.” Liam shrugged, taking the seat next to Drake, lettings his hands fall into his lap as he read the menu laid on the table face up. “What do you suggest?”
“Liam, what do you want?” Drake asked expectantly, his body turned to Liam in one fluid motion a feather peaking out of the side his coat as Liam reaches over grabbing the loose feather. “Shut up. Don’t say anything.”
“You brought a mask?” Liam inquired with a smile.
“You asked me to bring two.” Drake shrugged, he pulls back the side of his suit revealing two beautifully stoned masks, accented with feathers and glitter. They looked less tacky and craft project than Liam was expecting, he didn’t expect Drake to make one by any stretch of the imagination, but he feared he didn’t loan Drake enough money for two decent masks. He prepared to ask Drake if he made them to poke fun at his friend, but was cut short by his friend himself. “I bought them.”
“How’d you know I was going to ask?” Liam wondered, his head cocked to the side with a half smile. Drake rolled his eyes, his hands dragged on his pants wiping off the crumbs from his snack before he grabbed the black mask and set it on the bar in front of him, delicately let the silver one fall next to it. “And you color coordinated.”
“Don’t you have nobles to impress? I’m sure Velour misses you.” Drake adds, a slight strain to his voice, he let her name, Velour, roll off his tongue bitterly. He’d be a liar if he said the thought of them burned a hole in his stomach that made him want to claim Liam as his own.
“Dance with me.” Liam declared, he takes the silver mask sitting on the bar twirling himself around so he’s stood behind Drake, positioned the mask over Drake’s features. He used his hand to smooth out the straps, delicately running the back of his hand against Drake’s cheek, the small gestured laced with affection.
“I don’t dance,” Drake muttered. Liam watched him from behind before his hands fell to softly massage Drake’s shoulders, his fingers moved across the fabric of his suit coat, as Drake instantaneously lets out a soft sigh of relief from his slightly parted lips. “Liam, what are you doing?”
Liam took the collar of Drake’s jacket gilded Drake out of the jacket before he draped it over the back of his’s chair. Liam leaned in to whisper in Drake’s ear, his breath warm against Drake’s skin, causing him to shiver under the touch of his lover. “When I put on that mask, I won’t be Liam anymore, I’ll be a random person in the crowd and so will you. No one will know it’s us.” Liam leaned over Drake picked up the remaining mask slid it onto his head leaning back in to whisper into Drake’s ear. “Come on.”
Drake doesn’t move, he crosses his arms leaning his head back the feather of his mask brushing against Liam’s cheek which made him giggle softly, swiping at the skin as a reflex. “I don’t want to ruin your reputation, Liam.”
Liam took his turn to roll his eyes, his hands move back to Drake’s shoulders, and moved his fingers back and further against button up. His hands moved easier against the fabric with the jacket now long since discarded as Liam leaned in again, pushing Drake’s head to the side placing a soft kiss to his neck. “I would lose it for you, Drake. Please, dance with me.”
Drake sighed. His shoulders fell before he let Liam take his hand in his own, this fingers laced together caused Liam to smile, enjoyed the warmth of holding the hand of someone whom he loved. Liam leads Drake towards the middle of the floor, where people waltzed around and slow danced with one another. Liam finds a mildly open stripe of floor before he pulled Drake to a stop
“You remember how to dance don’t you?” Liam questioned.
Drake nodded, he took Liam’s hand in his left hand and pulled Liam in close by his waist, his hand fell to rest on his lower back, Liam’s now pressed against Drake’s shoulder as he let his lover led their dance. Liam smiles as Drake moves them perfectly around their circle to the beat of the song, stepped in time with Liam to avoid stomping on one another’s feet.
Liam enjoyed dancing with Drake, as the song comes to an end, Liam prepared for the dip that finally came, Drake’s strong arms flexing as he dipped Liam down low, their eyes met as their heads tilt towards one another their lips forming into a kiss motion before Drake caught himself and pulled Liam back to his feet and pulled him in close, hip to hip, chest to chest. Liam felt Drake’s heartbeat up a storm inside his chest, Liam’s head resting on Drake’s shoulder now, his arms tangled around his neck.
“You didn’t kiss me,” Liam whispered into Drake’s ear.
Drake simply shrugged in response, “Didn’t seem appropriate.”
“I wish we could stay like this forever,” Liam responded, he purposely ignored Drake’s comment, unsure of what to make of it and he wasn’t sure if he wanted the truth behind it. “I feel so alive when I’m with you.”
“Sure,” Drake whispered back, a frown overtook his feature as his gaze landed a few of the noble ladies competing for his lover’s heart. Olivia, Madeline, Riley, and Hana. Although, he was positive Hana wasn’t competition in the slightest, her gaze stuck on Riley, the same face he’d recognize as the gaze he gave Liam before Liam finally kissed him on his eighteenth birthday, and the gaze he reserved for noble events where it wasn’t acceptable for him to be with Liam publicly. “You know, my mom thinks we’d make such a cute couple.”
Liam laughed a smile played on his features, gazing at his lover affectionately. “I love that. Your mom is a smart woman.”
“Two kids do that to you,” Drake replied.
“I think we’d make a cute couple, how about you?”
Drake stood still for a moment and pulled away from Liam. “You should get back to your responsibilities before, Olivia’s been prancing around looking for you.”
“Drake-”
“I need a breather.” With that Drake departed from Liam, he ripped the mask from his face and shoved it into a garbage before he stomped out the door, his head hung low. Liam felt sad, as he glanced around at the party, how could he blame Drake for being upset about that last comment? He’s the one who won’t be with Drake publicly, it wasn’t all that fair of him. Without a second thought, Liam made a run for the door to chase after Drake, he wouldn’t let him walk away yet again, not this time.
Look out for a smutty part 2 coming soon! PROMPTS FOUND HERE! PLEASE REQUEST ONE, I LOVE DOING THESE!
