Cabin 19, Tyche.

It looks normal but is built from blocks of stone with magic inscriptions written on them. If the blocks are dropped, they could explode or turn anyone within half a mile radius into trees. The cabin is four modules back-to-back with two on each side and has four entrances. The cabin also has a slanted roof and high ceilings. The cabin can be rearranged and moved as desired; this module can be as big or small as it needs to be. More campers can fit into the same amount of space as a regular cabin with more privacy and better accommodations. The interior has four main sitting rooms with two built-in cushioned benches that double as beds, in each, and storage space underneath for their clothes, armor, and weapons. There is also built-in, programmable furniture that can be collapsed, moved, and reshaped; with the snap of their fingers, the living area can be turned into a bedroom, gym, dining room, or military command center.

Dobra może i dzisiaj mam lekkie załamanie nerwowe ale będzie dobry dzień. Po pierwsze robię fasta przez 3 dni albo dłużej (zobaczymy jak wyjdzie) i idę się spotkać z moją przyjaciółką. Wiecie zakupki i te sprawy, kroków na pewno się narobi dużo. Cieszę się bo dawno się z nią nie widziałam. Poza tym zrobię trening jak wrócę i mam nadzieję, że rano obudzę się z mniejszą liczbą na wadze. Dodatkowo zrobiłam sobie notatkę nawyków nad którymi muszę popracować lub je wprowadzić. Dalej uczę się kombinować i oszukiwać rodzinę, aby nie sprawiać pozorów, że się głodzę, ćwiczę itd. Właśnie w tych nawykach zapisałam trochę tego i cały czas dodaję, gdy mi się przypomni o czymś.

Jeśli mama wciska mi słodycze to zabrać i ucieszyć się, aby nic nie podejrzewała. Jak wrócę do pokoju schowam je do woreczka, a następnie wyrzucę na przystanku do kosza

Zamiast bezcelowo leżeć w łóżku zajmij się czymś, co spala kalorie i nie myślisz wtedy o jedzeniu (sprzątanie, rysowanie itp.)

Zacznij mieć obsesję na punkcie czystości w pokoju. Jak przyniesiesz sobie jedzenie, którego nie dokończyłaś to wynieś je najszybciej żeby nie czuć jego zapachu i nie mieć ochoty na coś słodkiego/kalorycznego. Dodatkowo bardziej aesthetic się będziesz czuć i będziesz mieć większą motywację.

Zapisuj swoje kalorie w notatniku, bardziej je będziesz kontrolować

Codziennie w nocy ładuj zegarek, żeby na drugi dzień wiedzieć ile kalorii spaliłaś przez cały dzień

Podczas ćwiczeń puszczaj filmiki na youtubie, żeby nie było słychać, że ćwiczysz

Jak mama ci proponuje jedzenie na mieście odmów zwalając to na naukę, sprzątanie, umówienie się z kimś na granie albo po prostu lenistwo

Jeśli już dojdzie do jedzenia na mieście nie jedz nic tylko mieszaj to na talerzu, żeby wyglądało jakbyś coś zjadła

Woda z cytryną, zimne napoje cud
