Zenkichi doesn't know what it is about this man.

Is it that he seems particularly approachable? Maybe, maybe not. In fact, it might be unfair, and completely inaccurate, but Zenkichi can't help but feel like he gives off a bit of a clumsy, unreliable vibe. Certainly, he's not the kind of person he'd ever consider a threat, so what is it about him that's caught Zenkichi's attention...??

As Pubsec, you tend to get an eye for when someone is suspicious, or doing something they shouldn't be. He doesn't think that's the case here - or at least that's what his instincts are telling him, but it's... well. Interesting, he supposes, that something's set off his gut feeling. Now if only he could figure out what it was trying to tell him.

"Hmm? Oh- sorry to stare." Busted, Zenkichi thinks as he notices the man looking back up at him after a moment. "I've been spacing out a bit... it's been kind of a long day. You alright?"

honestly so far and im very excited to here more about you strikers au >:3

for me i guess it really all hinges on like what kinda game we get nexted cause im just kinda feel p5's story isn't done yet (and we'll get some 3rd game to kinda tie it together before p6)

but like if they go straight to p6 i will be happy but i'll also be like "wait hold on what about my boy(akechi)

i definitely agree that p5 likely has one more game in it since news about p6 is still pretty scant and there's loose ends that need tying (plus atlus is obviously all about making the most out of it lol)

my strikers au is pretty basic tho honestly!! it really is just me throwing yaldabaoth and goro into the mix, with the former having growth and the latter getting a chance to heal a bit. LARGELY it's focused on the yaldabaoth-sophia-akira dynamic though with the idea that they're a family - sophia created yaldabaoth (although she doesn't remember and he never knew) and yaldabaoth is akira's actual dad (he obviously knows and akira does too but yal doesn't know that akira knows and akira keeps thinking he might be wrong so it would be weird to being it up SO they both. awkwardly interact around it lol) essentially yal shows up with sophia when akira, ryuji, and morgana first end up back in the metaverse, and akira decides to trust them given the yal likely had a change of heart. as the game progresses, he learns about the human heart and why he had been wrong, culminating with him being a very stark contrast to emma by the final confrontation. he says behind in the metaverse when emma falls, acknowledging that he's akira's dad before the two of them part and he promises to be a better steward of the metaverse. i fully realize it doesn't work with the timelines but i really enjoy how much strikers focuses on bonds, family, and the place of a parent with their child. like. the themes were HANDMADE for me to do this, with sophia wondering what it's like to be a family and zenkichi struggling to connect with akane properly. when i replay it i'm definitely going to taking some more specific notes on it, but i just,,,have so much fun letting yal be a part of the team sjdhfgdfg
