Although this makes me think that magical individuals have stronger genes, Princess Leia most likely dont have any magic so maybe thats why hes so alike to his father?? His mom is magicless therefore her physical features didnt transfer onto him lol

Also I headcanon that Levan would be quite saddened that no features of him transferred to Malleus bcs I think he's Diaval of TWST and Diaval in the movie Maleficent thinks highly of himself—

Kingsroad: The Sword for the Crown

We assume that The Knight of Dawn was forgotten by history because we haven't heard about him until recently in Book 7: Part 5. But, what if that is not the case? What if his story was passed down orally? What if Princess Leah lived and that's how his story was told?

And it was right in front of us all along? Specifically in Rook's Endless Halloween card, as can be seen below.

I talked to Mumble, @irafuwas, about this and isn't the lyrics rather interesting and very reminiscent of the Knight of Dawn?

King of a Land, Knights that he led were capable, fact that Lilia is singing and telling this story to Malleus. The parallels with Lilia, who's also in history books. (Altered as we know now, in this case, it might apply to KOD as well since we don't know much about him yet.)

Rook never mentions his name, but as we don't know the King's name, we also do not know the Knight of Dawn's (please tell us soon twst devs). This song symbolizes the Knight of Dawn from his hardships to his contributions to his kingdom.

On a further note, look at the lyrics. Those lyrics can apply to the KOD but they can also apply to Silver.

Hear me out. There is a sword in RSA. What if that is the KOD sword? And the one who pulls it out is Silver?

There are many connections of the lyrics with Silver: he's KOD's son, Silver has the sword symbolism, and the title also is "Kingroad: The Sword for the Crown," It can have two meanings here. Silver, who is the prince of a fallen kingdom, but he's also The King's Sword. The Sword of the Crown (Malleus' Sword).

Additionally, Silver has fought in land, the dream squad has been traveling by air In the dream world and I wouldn't be surprised if we fight Malleus in the air if we have a fight with his dragon form. We might even fight in water in Octa dream chapter thus fulfilling the lyrics in this musical. (As if it is a prophecy, as if it was foretold, who else do we know that can "see" the future? 👀)

Let's also think about Silver as a character. The current struggle can be considered a King's road, trying to bring back Malleus to his senses. Also, Silver as the Sword for the Crown, does this not also remind you of Silver's determination? His embrace and renewed dedication to Malleus and Lilia. He wants to be a knight and he's more determined than ever to bring a smile back to Malleus' and Lilia's faces.

Now let's talk about Princess Leah and her role. It was never confirmed she died, but that she ran away when the castle was being invaded.

What if Princess Leah lived and helped founded the RSA and helped pass on the memories of her kingdom. After all, we don't know much about the curriculum of RSA nor do we know who they look up too. With the Inter-School SpellDrive possibly being in Book 8? We might just get some of the answers we seek.

Moreover, RSA seems to be a newer school especially since General Vanrouge never mentioned RSA. He mentioned NRC but not RSA. Knowing General Vanrouge? Who made fun of NRC's capabilities? Would he not have also made fun of RSA if it existed back then?

According to Book 5, Ambrose mentions that if they win the inter-school tournament in May, it would be their 100th victory. So the school is at least 100 years old.

This tournament is also in May, and do you know who else's birthday is in May? Silver's, the one who this musical has such great ties with. It also brings into thought, Silver was recently found and woken up, he's 17. What we know now from Lilia's dream world, the treaty with the humans was signed around the time Silver was found. All of this has some interesting timing. 👀

(maybe it took so long because of the treaty negotiations, because it takes time to found a school and their dorms, maybe Ambrose's ancestors plays a role since we saw those animals in part 5 of Book 7, but you have to admit; the timing is all suspicious, especially considering that the dark mirror has been picking students since only a hundred years ago. 👀)

If I extrapolate even more, we saw RSA students using wands like how the “Fairy Godmother” does. If the Fairy Godmother is an actual fae and a diurnal one at that, would that not be another connection?

We know KOD was blessed by a diurnal fae and we saw Silver was put to sleep by them too. Wouldn’t it be interesting if RSA was somehow connected to diurnal faes? Especially given the fact that Silver took part in the Fairy Gala If Event with said type of faes? An event where he wishes for all races to live in harmony?

This card is also interesting because we have Rook, Idia, and Malleus in it. Characters we have seen recently in Book 7 part 8. Who are talking about kings, knights, and history. Topics that have been emphasized in both gameplay lessons and in Book 7.

Geographically, Briar Valley is considered "North" in the twst world map. The king in the musical ruled a small northern country. Meleanor's castle could also apply here could it not? After it was taken over?

Recently, we have also seen an emphasis on music and dance and its importance. Giving us more clues to focus on this tidbit of lore. Importances in cards such as Ace's Endless Halloween Card, this Rook card, Malleus' Glorious Masquerade, Silver's Platinum Bday. (Events and characters who might/have play a important role in the future)

History being passed down orally usually has some ties with music and dance. Even now, in modern times, such methods are used. With the musical being one of the three greatest in the twst world? It will never be forgotten, so the Knight of Dawn will never be forgotten and will always be loved.

I can't wait until more lore is revealed. I feel many of our questions can be answered when we find out more about RSA, especially in terms of the Knight of Dawn and Princess Leah. I always find it amazing how cards and events from the past still gives us main story hints even now and how intricately laid out the entire twst lore is. It always has me in awe. 😊💞🥰

JP Book 7 spoilers (this was a random story that turned into more than the original plan)

They stopped in an abandoned building, pulling their hood down and staring up at the thorns covering it like serpents. They removed their cloak and stuck it on a tree, then tugged tightly on their armor and entered the abandoned home.

The thorns reached out and clawed at their armor as they stepped through the mess of vines, looking for the room they were searching for. The vines became thicker the deeper they went, having to draw their blade and carve a path through.

Finally the large doors were in front of them, pressing their hands on the old doors and taking a deep breath before pushing it open. There they stood, gazing into the space of the throne room, vines covering the floor as a cradle sat beside the two thrones.

They walked forward, stepping on the thorns as it scratched up their boots. They reached the thrones and kneeled down like a servant bowing to their rulers.

"Princess Meleanor and Prince Levan-" they looked towards the left throne. "Knight of Dawn and Queen Leia-" they looked towards the right throne.

"Your sons have become strong, independent men. They have achieved great things and brought peace between the humans and fae. Even though your time with them was cut far too short, know they are sons to be proud of."

They gazed at the left throne. "Lilia Vanrouge hatched your son and guided him to be a mighty king. He connected Malleus to humans and taught him how to understand his neighbor. I know you distaste for humans, but know Malleus has made beneficial bonds and grown to be greater because his human friends."

They gazed at the right throne. "Lilia Vanrouge raised your son despite knowing his identity. He raised him to kind-hearted and dedicated man. Though his crown is gone, he is a powerful knight, his strength is unmatchable and his loyalty unwavering."

Their eyes moved back and forth between the thrones. "I'm glad to have the chance to meet them and be called their friend."

They unzipped a pocket on the side of their leg and took out a picture. "I came here today to honor the man who gave your sons a chance at life by delivering a memory of them before he parted from this world."

They stood up and set the picture on the dust covered blanket in the cradle, showing an older Malleus, Silver and Sebek with white haired Lilia in the middle.

They stood before the thrones again and bowed, saying goodbye. They turned away and left the castle. They retreated their cloak and found a bat behind it. It looked at them and tilted its head at them.

Then a raven fought down and rested on the bench beside the bat, both looking at each other and back at them. Then a firefly, a dove and a blue bird sat down on the leafless tree, all staring at them before taking off together.

Really want to write a SilLot fic where a version of Silver who was raised by his biological parents accidentally got into some Time Slip Shenanigans™ and ended up at NRC, where he constantly ends up in petty fights with regular Silver for Lottie's attention.

Lottie is, ofc, super uncomfortable with the idea of two guys fighting over her and keeps trying to break them up, but only ends up making the matter worse because her only tactic to disperse fights like these is to act like a damsel in distress, which only ends up throwing more fuel into the fire

But it's like ,,So I met this random hellspawn and now she won't leave me alone" kind of friendship and she floats around him like an oversized mosquito and metaphorically sucks his blood by jokingly bullying him. But the second danger hits she will be the first one to step up and destroy everyone who is a threat to her little human friend. And when Humpty Du- ahem Hendrick tries to be a d1ck to Dawn..well oh boy, Lord have mercy cuz he won't hear the end of it if he even stays alive after the encounter with Satan's daughter. Also W wingman (or wingwoman) for the man with Princess Leia

The Promise in the Cradle (Silver x OC)

Hey everyone! 

This is the first of several excerpts I’m sharing of Vidaria’s overblot au, To the Shadows She Draws Near. Because book 7 is still going on (and progressing WAY differently than I expected), it might be a while before I can complete this story in full. But these dive a little deeper into Vidi’s backstory with this first one chronicling her first meeting with Silver! 

I shared this a while back when the most recent twst en update first went live on jp. But I’ve recently made a few changes so I’m sharing it again. No content warnings (yet) but you might feel a little sad for Silver and Vidaria at the end. 😭

As the royal squire announced their arrival, the princess kept her gaze to the ground. Following a few steps behind her father with the importance of this first meeting weighing heavily upon her young shoulders, akin to a thick velvet mantle. She stopped briefly and raised her eyes long enough to watch her father pay homage to the Knight of Dawn, who greeted him warmly. This land, after decades of war, had finally embraced peace, forging an alliance between humans and the fae of the Seelie court. Now with the birth of the Dawn Knight’s son, the time had come to solidify this alliance and assure peace between the humans and fae for generations to come. 

Upon her father’s command, the princess took a few steps forward and made a deep and respectful curtsey to the Dawn Knight and his fair queen. The feeling of countless pairs of onlooking eyes, both human and fae, tingled up her back. As approaching footsteps echoed around her, she kept her head lowered, nerves racing through her.

“At ease, child. Come closer.”

She briefly lifted her head, turning it to her father behind her. With a small kind, he urged her forward, silently encouraging her to approach the human king and queen - her future in laws. 

She laid her eyes upon the Dawn Knight for the first time, draped in shimmering white with hair blessed by sunlight. He exuded a regal presence similar to her father, but his eyes held a gentle warmth. This was her first encounter with any human and despite conflicting accounts, she sensed the goodness within him. As he took her hand, guiding her toward his queen sitting on her throne, her heart eased. The queen was a beautiful woman, fair haired with a similarly regal but gentle bearing. Around her neck was a striking ring, shaped like a crown with a radiant auroral gem in the center, hanging by a delicate gold chain. And in her arms rested a bundle in white silk – the precious newborn prince.

“Vidaria, such a lovely name,” Queen Leia rose and handed her baby to a waiting nursemaid who placed him back in his cradle. She knelt down next to Vidaria, kissing her cheek with genuine affection. “Lovely, but also strong. Perfectly befitting a future queen.”

Vidaria smiled, of course a kind human king would be wed to a kind human queen who guided her to the cradle where the infant prince lay. Her smile widened, he was asleep, though how anyone, human or fae, could be asleep on such a glorious and auspicious day was beyond her. Though she had to admit he was quite adorable, appearing no different from a baby fae save for his rounded little ears. Already bearing a resemblance to his parents with his tiny patch of golden hair upon his head. And hanging from his neck was a golden crown ring identical to the one worn by his mother and father. 

“Hello, little human prince,” she cooed. “I know you’re sleeping, but I’m very happy to meet you.”

With tender caution, Vidaria touched his hand and was surprised when the soft little grip encircled her finger. The prince began to open his eyes and their enchanting hue took Vidaria – the radiant color of the sky at dawn, inherited from his father. He focused his aurora gaze on Vidaria and she couldn’t help but wonder if he’d been aware of her presence even in his slumber. She moved her finger up and down, giggling at how he continued to hold onto it.

“How wonderful!” said the queen. “He’s already fond of you.”

Vidaria, lost in the moment, hesitated before responding. A warmth stirred within her, mingled with hope for the future. She spoke to her betrothed, her words filled with optimism.

"I hope we will be very happy together, little human prince.” As she said these words, a sweet little smile came to the infant's face, causing hers to widen as she asked, “Oh? Do you think so? Do you think we will be happy together?” 

“I’m certain you will, my dear,” Queen Leia gently tapped her shoulder to get her attention, removing the ring pendant from around her neck. “And now, with your father’s blessing, I bestow this gift.” 

Gently, she placed the pendant around Vidaria’s neck, explaining that the ring held a special magestone holding the power of three guardian fae sworn to protect the Dawn Knight and his family. And as she would soon join their family, it was only natural that she be bestowed this protection as well. 

“For the future queen of Bladevale,” she smiled. 

The ring sat perfectly at her heart and when Vidaria once again approached the prince’s cradle, their auroral magestones began to glow. The perfect symbol of the brighter path that lay ahead, not only for Vidaria and the little prince but also for their people. Sadly, little did she know, that reality would diverge from her joyful expectations. But at that moment, all Vidaria felt was the promise held in that cradle. Together, she and the little prince would forge a path toward lasting peace. And with this in mind, she believed their future marriage would be equally loving and joyous.

Diasomnia Dorm ~ Vidaria’s Room

The princess, now a young woman, stirred awake with great reluctance. Unwilling to return to reality and wishing to remain in her dreams for as long as she could. Even as she accepted the dream as being such, Vidaria’s eyes remained shut. Envisioning that day as if it were only hours ago. The ornate great hall, the kind faces of the Dawn Knight and his queen, and of course, the little human prince on whom so many had placed their hopes for the future. His sweet little face, his striking eyes, her original betrothed. 

Reality had indeed diverted from her hopes. Peace did not last and the Draconias had taken back Bladevale. The Dawn Knight and his queen had perished and it was presumed that the little prince had perished as well. And Vidaria’s crown ring, her precious betrothal gift, was lost in the chaos of the Draconia siege upon the Land of Mists. Now she lived as a political prisoner, forced to soon marry the Draconia crown prince to avoid any further bloodshed between the fae nations. Though Vidaria reconciled with her fate a long time ago, when her dreams reminded her so vividly of all she had lost, her heart couldn’t help but ache a little for what could have been in a perfect world. 

What kind of man would the little prince have become? No doubt he would be handsome like his father but would he be gentle like his mother? Would he be a warrior or a poet? Would he be scholarly or magically gifted? And would they indeed have grown to love each other and be happy as she had so dearly hoped? So many questions, so many possibilities, none of them she would ever know. 

A gentle knock mercifully pulled Vidaria away from her melancholy. “Good morning, Your Highness. Are you awake?”

The sound of Silver’s voice momentarily soothed the bittersweet sensation in her heart. Only his voice could have such an effect on her. Forcing herself to leave the comfort of her bed, Vidaria glanced over at the clock on her nightstand, realizing the limited time she had to prepare for the day. It was just as well. A long day of lessons followed by an afternoon riding in the forest with her clubmates was exactly what she needed to distract her from her darker emotions. And the emerging fancy in her heart that perhaps if the little prince had indeed survived, he would be just like her loyal Diasomnia retainer.

Warn you, this is my vision of how history and Silver would have been if humans had not lost the war

My Leia is a female gigachad sigma alpha so she would definitely teach him to stand up for his opinion and his thoughts, for this reason, he often opposes Henrik and often argues with him, which frightens Dawn, because he is afraid of what Henrik can do

Also I made a comic about the beginning of Goldie's story

Since he doesn't like Henrik's ideas about how to rule, he decides to find out the truth about the war, the reason why humans kill fairies

If people like my idea, then I think I’ll make a continuation, because I still have ideas, I only told @bluepatt about them ᕦ( ᐛ )ᕡ

back in the trenches... another book 7 rambles 😭😭

CRYING ABOUT THIS ACTUALLY.... DO YOU KNOW THE IMPLICATION OF THIS.... realistically, one of the first words of babies are referring to their mothers and the last "true parent" that held Silver was his mother, Princess Leia, but here baby Silver called out for his father, and Lilia didnt taught him that😭

Now these words might be calling out to Lilia now, but I'm also thinking since TWST is a world where babies can recall words or songs they heard even when theyre "not concious yet", I was thinking baby Silver heard this word when he was still with Dawn 😭😭😭 Imagine Dawn holding this baby and guiding him to speak his first words like "papa"... and thats like Dawn's last moment with Silver... AAAAA 😭😭😭😭

since this was still infant Silver, I was thinking this memory occured when Silver was adopted by Lilia only a week or months ago 😭✨ so its still possible that baby silver was reacting based on his past (which can potentially be baby Silver is remembering Dawn through Lilia in this scene)

The more I think about it; I don’t think Princess Leia dies to enemy troops. I think she escaped through the very tunnels that Lilia and co escaped.

And KOD knew about that path because he fell down there and fought Lilia.

I can imagine him and Leia making a plan for emergency in the future. And she used that path to escape.

She probably died to natural causes but she might have also played a role in founding RSA maybe 🤔 for sure I think she’s the one who made that poem about the king’s sword in Rook’s Halloween card.
