If I Was In Twisted Wonderland

Well I wouldn't be Yuu, I think I'd be way too stressed to make it past the first week. My persona is already a ghost so it feels only fitting that in Twst I'd be one of the NRC ghosts.

I'd work in the library, with at least just putting books back where they should be. When not working at the library, I'd help out with caring for the animals on campus. I don't want to do cleaning tasks nor cooking. That would tire me out, but I may be willing to help keep Crowley's office tidy.

I'd also like to say that during the Phantom Bride event, I did try to scold Eliza once I heard what she had done and got detained by her guards.

Aha hahaha CatMask! Earrings for CatMask! I will draw how that works if you do actually answer this. I can understand if you have no interest in giving it any since it's not human/humanoid.

Shadow being with some density. It's only limited to two expressions and it unable to make sound so a very hard to read its emotions. Only comes out of hiding when it acknowledges a mage of great magic. Barely anyone knows about it, but some say that offerings left at cat statues tend to disappear. It stays in hiding for its own safety, but if it chooses a mage to serve, it becomes fiercely protective of that mage. It's size varies by 2-4 ft head to tail depending on how much light is in contact with its body. It's cat body disguise stays a stagnant size of an ordinary house cat.

It's diet is unknown, but so far has been seen to eat cat food and match a cat's diet. So likely any earrings given to it wont be eaten.

the box was delivered by irene herself to the cat statue hidden under the dense bushes surrounding ramshackle dorm. it was a small simple white box with a black cat face stamped onto it, tied together with a dark green ribbon.

the catmask appeared as it looked at the box in curiosity. it bit on the ribbon and pulled, using its head to push the lid open.

inside the box was a pair of earrings that resembled a black cat sitting on a crescent moon, reaching for the star. it was made from a silver-ish metal, and coloured with resin.

there was another thing in the box, underneath the earrings. it was a white pleather choker with a silver cat charm attached to it. it was made loose around its neck so that the catmask wouldn't feel uncomfortable.

Aubbieeee, I failed to grab Masquerade Azul. (I blame the last chef event, I panicked over the idea of getting past chef cards.) So I figured maybe I’d just focus on getting SRs since I usually get the event SR in a ten pull but now Sebek’s avoiding me? Oh gosh he must have realized I’m not even interested in pulling for Malleus. (I only got 40 pulls in for Azul and I’m strictly free to play at the moment as there’s certain irl goals I want to hit before I feel I could finance responsibly into this game. This fail of a pull has made me possibly lose all desire to pull for SSRs and failing to get Sebek so far feels like the game is reading my goals and will punish me. It’s just like Pokemon and having to play mind games to capture a pokemon despite logically knowing the game is not linked to my brain.)

Have you been reading fan translations or anything like that for the Playful Land event? I haven’t, so I’m only getting little bits from tumblr. Though I think I will try to find the translations for it on the one wiki (i dont recall the exact url off the top of my head) once I think there’s been enough time for a translation to be released.

I’m imagining Bobo trying to resist the temptation of just letting go and having fun. Honest is trying to talk her up saying since there’s no progress of getting her home that she might as well have fun here. What point is there in stressing if she can’t do anything about it anyway? Then she breaks when Gideon offers her either his toy hammer or a matching toy hammer.

Oh have you still been thinking if Seria you’re crab-mer? Have you thought of them participating in the different twst events at all?

that aside!!! i never read fan translations because i prefer to keep as much of an event as possible away from me. IDK IF THAT MAKES SENSE and with teh masquerade event it was kinda unavoidable but the only reason im writing for honest is because i like fucking around with an unknown personality and the people love him already LMAO

honest okay i have thought about sereia in the masquerade event especially bc they'd be having such a blast with all the shiny accessories and those glass mobile thingys rook liked a lot. actually a think sereia and rook would bond a lot during that event!!!

Question regarding the royal dance event. When ya say to tell ya what outfits, how descriptive do you want? Like ballgown dress and tuxedo? Shark and shrimp onesies?

Do you want reference pictures or just a rough idea?

well, you can request either a ball gown or a suit, or even a fusion if you want to go all out ^^ then you pick the colour combinations and accessories to match the outfit!

CatMask Writing Options

I'm taking a lot longer than I thought I would to just to draw a Twst SSR card. I decided I want to draw Bobo in different Twst card styles to help push myself out of my comfort zone and it's definitely pushing me.

Bobo is one of my characters that I want to most try putting in Twisted Wonderland as yuu/mc. Envisioning characters in already existing fictional worlds has been a way for me to create my own characters and I do find it a fun exercise to try imagining certain ocs in certain fictional worlds.

One of these other ocs is CatMask by itself. As if I have CatMask with Milo, it would react very differently. With a young ward in its care, CatMask would focus mostly on keeping Milo safe and getting back to their world. With it having no ward, it'll find no reason to rush home and will instead curiously check out the world.

Yeah I'm imagining most of my ocs as taking the place of mc/yuu since none of the ones I choose can travel across worlds/dimensions themselves. My ocs that can travel so freely, I don't see a reason for them to go to Night Raven College exactly, unless it's the violent ones but I have no interest in writing my ocs attacking the college.

So I'm going to list here a few ideas I have for writing for CatMask.

-CatMask arriving in Twisted Wonderland via coffin ceremony and helping Grim become a student.

-CatMask following after Trey during the Wish Upon A Star event, using its own body to carry lit wishing stars.

-CatMask during the halloween events, but I'd like to experience those first before I write them. Reading the events on the wiki is one thing, getting to play the event is different enough that I rather wait.

-CatMask having fun during the A Firelit Sky event then hiding during the actual fireworks show? Another event I haven't experienced yet.

-CatMask tsum?? I'm not sure if I should give CatMask a tsum of itself...

-CatMask taking a liking to Trey and following him about much to his chagrin.

-Riddle using his unique magic on CatMask and everyone freaks out.

-How CatMask fights overblots.

-Crowley sends CatMask to deal with Azul's contracts. Basically how the Octavinelle book goes with CatMask as mc.

-Jamil invites Grim to Scarabia's dorm during winter break, not realizing Grim expects the invite to be extended to CatMask, which he can't easily lock in a bedroom. Basically how the Scarabia book goes with CatMask as mc.

-How CatMask reacts to the blot crystals.

-Malleus visits Ramshackle Ruins Dorm to find it being occupied by Grim and CatMask.

Then I also have some art ideas for CatMask. I will draw some pieces for some of the writing above, but this is stuff that won't really have much writing if any at all with it.

-CatMask getting its own Harveston Ribbon like Grim does.

-CatMask wearing ceremonial robes similar to Grim's.

-CatMask wearing some of the Diasomnia's dorm outfit bits (If CatMask were to be sorted into a proper dorm, I'd imagine it to be Diasomnia.)

-CatMask floating behind Azul while he's seated at his desk, Azul wanting to sign a contract.

If anyone wants to know how CatMask would react to their Yuusona/Mc-insert, feel free to send in an ask. I might contact you for more details about your mc-insert. Same goes for twst ocs.

Sending in questions about CatMask is also acceptable and may help me expand some lore for it.

I may have to just admit to myself to draw other stuff inbetween working on the SSR Bobo card I mentioned at the start of this post.

I tried to put in a poll but I reached the limit and can't run two polls at the same time... so I suppose comment or send in an ask of what you'd like to see first out of this potential CatMask stuff.

Would anyone want to be beta readers for any of my Twisted Wonderland fanfics?

Like help point out if any part sounds weird and if any of the characters don’t sound like themselves?

I’m guessing the best way to do this is to send a google doc link that has permission for those with the link to leave suggestions. I think if I do it that way, anyone viewing the doc will be anonymous so no gmail required and/or accidentally sharing personal gmail? I’d dm the link.

I wrote up an interaction of Cater doing the orange peel theory to Bobo, despite the two not dating. It was late and I had a headache when writing it, but I could feel like some parts were coming out awkward. I will be looking at it again before sharing, but I’d also appreciate a second pair of eyes that could look it over too. Tell me if I should word some parts differently and if any parts are unnatural.

While I could possibly have a family member look it over and/or a discord pal look at parts I’m worried about, I think it would be more effective to have a fellow Twst fan read it.
