Thanks December for your question. Here's my answer:

To give you an idea of where this is coming from. Last night I was with December (she's also in my small group) at our church's annual baptism service at Traverse City's beautiful West Bay. I looked across the circle we were in and another member of our small group was eating a salad.

Now understand. Its not that I don't like salad. I love how it looks and smells. I just hate how it tastes. I've always said that if you could take lettace and rub it on meat I could handle that. I just don't want it in my mouth. I don't have the superpower of eating vegetables.

Now to be fair to vegetables, here is the list that I do like:

Asparagus

Cooked peppers

Potatoes (work with me here)

Corn (back off my maize)

Sweet potato

Spinach

Cooked onions (raw white ones if they are on a Detroit coney)

Broccoli (just the trees) 

Carrots (only with hummus)

Mushrooms (I have not idea were these fit but I'm going with it) 

But I working on it. I don't know. I like to taste my food. Vegetables just don't really have much taste. 

What about you? Do you struggle with eating vegetables? What are ways for you to make them taste good?
