This is the official Dandy’s world: REJUVENATOR blog!

I originally hosted the comic on my page, but I thought it would make things look neater if the comic was in one place without the random posts In between!

This post is going to lay down the ground rules of the au as well as the general plot!

Firstly, for the general plot, it goes as follows;

Rejuvenator follows Shrimpo and Finn, curing the other toons which have all twisted since with the help of Dandy, his assistant and their supply of Richor.

The events of how Shrimpo and Finn meet are explained in the prologue, but I’ll explain it here as well.

Shrimpo was out scavenging when he runs into Finn, who appears to be normal- even after twisting. Shrimpo asks Finn how he’s back to normal and Finn leads him to Dandy, who was the one to cure him.

With the basic plot down, Ima set down the ground rules of the Au.

In rejuvenator canon, three years have passed since the twisted outbreak started.

All toons except Shrimpo , Finn and Dandy are twisteds as of now.

Radix- The original toons turned twisted- are the only type of twisteds that can talk- besides Glistens.

A person twists by ingesting ichor or overall getting into orifices like their eyes, open cuts and ears

As of now, There is only the prologue and three parts of the first chapter.

Order of events- things in brackets are things semi-related but more for figuring out timings (insert Glitterbox pre-twist timeline) -Glisten would've been attacked and killed by Boxten, but instinctually punched him in his sleep, saving himself but beginning Boxten's twist in the process -Gardenview closes until further notice -Glitterbox takes a break from each other, reconnected by Glisten soon after -(Boxten's ichor grows to cover half his face) -(Boxten rips Poppy's eyelashes out) -Boxten is left alone with Glisten for no time at all and manages to shatter part of his face before anyone else enters, and Glisten, unlike the first time, doesn't defend himself as he was conscious and procrastinated -Glitterbox takes a break from each other -(Boxten rips his key out) -Glisten tweaks the fuck out over his appearance and shatters his own face 10x more than before, exposing 1 ☝️ ichor eye -Glitterbox regroups with much reassuring, from Glisten, that he forgives Boxten -Boxten fucking dies [fully twists] -Glisten tweaks out once again and this time rips his stomach open very brutally, screaming and kicking the whole time, and when people came panicked to help him, which worked last time, he just moved to ripping his sleeves, scratching his arms, and scooping his ichory 'guts' in the break in his face [it felt like eating to him at the time] and more eyes began forming until he was knocked to sleep by his handler -(Boxten's handler dies to his toon as witnessed by Poppy's handler, says false goodbyes and love yous to a hallucination and dies content) -???

Why is he still an ichory mess? Wherever the ichor still shows up is permanent and stained into him unless it were to be bleached, and he refuses to let anyone change his shirt (he let his leggings and leg warmers get changed despite them being only dirty and not damaged + a more sensitive area on his body) Why wont he let anyone change his shirt? Boxten laid on it in the last cuddle they had before he became a creature beyond comprehension, and he doesn't wanna risk forgetting the metaphorical (memories they made) so he keeps the physical (shirt) as a back up Why are his hands tied? So he doesn't try that whole eating himself shit again, tied by his handler, told by his handler, dw Glisten doesn't mind, actively the opposite, he's comforted by it (both the knowledge he's stopped from injuring himself/others and the idea his handler cares about him enough, still, after he's become this thing, to not let him be hurt) And as a little nerd wanting-outfits-to-make-sense bonus, the extra ribbon spindly things normally tied as an extra under his normal bow are the ones now tied around his arms!!!!! When the hellfire happened he had his bows taken off so they're still clean

Heya guys, ymoved blogs (@garden-view-research-teams), this is a new blog you can actually send asks in.Well, This is kind of a new AU and Blog that polishes out the flaws and inconsistencies with the old AU that was shadowbanned and said blog will be deleted. What's the Survival! AU about? Basically the original Toons (aka the ones we play in-game) are slowly being twisted and taking the effects of the Ichor Operation as Dandy went missing right after. The Toon are separated in different teams as they face the other twisteds accidentally created by Dandy himself as they try to find out whatever happened.

Rules:

-Please start your ask either like "To (Toon)", or "To (Team)", and no "Can you hug me"s or "Can I give you cookies". (sorry-)

-Can ask about research and give info on twisteds -Yeah feel free to be silly and goofy I don't mind-

-No NSFW/Smut/Proship/Incest questions since the mod is a minor

TEAM BASIC

The first team made, Toodles isn't allowed to go on Runs often due to Rodger wanting to protect her, but when she is, Pebble has to go, too. Though if he goes wild, then Poppy and Boxten are alone or have to move to another team. With all of that aside, these guys know how to finish floors fast.

TEAM CLEANS O' JOY

These Toons know how to be prepared! Defending from twisteds and doing their jobs very well. They can get rather distracted at times…With that so, the team knows to support eachother and keep going no matter what!

TEAM BRIGHTS O' AQUATIC (My favorites-)

They're not the best…but not the worst too (if you don't count Shrimpo I guess). This team's compositions is just for Toons that aren't too well liked (minus Astro and Brightney, god pray that this team isn't going down). They CAN get the job done, just expect several problems on the way.

TEAM BAKES O' SILENCE

This team's…..well they're quite…"unique" to put it lightly. Despite Flutter's weird staring habit and Sprout being a bit wild at times, this team does try to work things out. Razzle and Dazzle may not agree on everything, even in dire situations, but they're better than Team Brights o' Aquatic anyway.

TEAM FANCY O' ELECTRONICS

Probably the only team with some self-preservation. Rodger started the whole "Search Teams" idea and recruited many of the others along the way. Watch out for Vee though, she can get a bit…crazy, along with the others

Dony was a Toon designed to teach others that it’s ok to have a hyperfixation or to act a little different! As long as you enjoy the geode in the rough you found, that’s what matters! She primarily stayed with autistic children and helped encourage them to be themselves.

She absolutely geeks out over Twisteds, and is often the one recording their data.

An absolute coward at heart. Can, and will, run for the hills.

Dony used to live at Floor 50 in a small nook. She recently made it up to Gardenview, however, and now lives in one of the spare rooms! She has yet to get any furniture, and is still just as antisocial, often hiding in her room.

Ever since in-blog events, she lives with the rest of her family! This includes Yella, Luxe, and the kids Bran and Buzz. Dony herself is the primary person who runs this blog, though!

RAMBLE TIME AGAIN FOR ALL WHO ENJOYED IT

Today's sacri- ...willing participants, Rodger, Toodles, Astro, and Dandy. (in this I'll be covering both my twisted and non-twisted theories and headcanons)

Rodger and Teagan were married for a few years and ended up adopting Toodles and, later, Shrimpo; Rodger sees both Toodles and Shrimpo as his biological kids despite the fact they share no blood bond. Rodger tends to be slightly pessimistic, thinking mainly logically, which usually brings him to the worst outcome in any given scenario.

Rodger, when twisted, becomes a research capsule because he allowed his research to control and destroy him to the point of obsession; when you pick up his capsule, he attacks out of blind rage about the fact somebody is trying to "steal" his research; however twisted Rodger is very good at listening, often if on a floor with Twisted Toodles, quietly listening to her ramble from within his capsule.

Toodles tends to cause chaos wherever she goes, she's around eight mentally and physically and has a constant stash of dangerous items on her; the reason she had these items is due to the fact she's often left unsupervised by the more mature toons within garden view; she spends lots of time with Pebbles and Shrimpo.

Shrimpo is the reason that Toodles has access to some of her more dangerous tools like sparklers, lighters, and home-made explosives.

Twisted Toodles had been an unfortunate accident, when she had first started twisting, Shrimpo from a small place of kindness within his heart took a bat to her to try and kill her to make sure she wouldn't end up suffering like the few twisteds he has seen; this didn't work unfortunately in the aspect of her being alive, however, since the blow took out the entirety of the front and most of the top of her head, she was left unaware of the actions she was doing, making things less painful for her yet more painful for those around her. Twisted Toodles often rambles nonsense to herself.

Astro isn't shy, he's simply very socially estranged and doesn't know how to start a conversation if you ask Astro about something he'll usually keep his answer short and sweet unless you ask about certain books, the solar system, or anything cozy related; Astro can ramble for hours on end about any given topic if he's motivated, although usually he's worn out from extraction work, or overworking himself to give others good dreams. Astro and Dandy are still fairly close after everything that's happened; despite what other toons tell Astro and push for him to do, his friendship barely wavers. He doesn't admit it, but he's usually pretty on edge around Dandy.

Twisted Astro is in a constant state of panic, he's constantly concerned about everything and everyone around him, often spacing out well he wanders looking for somebody; Astro had been pushed back into an ichor puddle by an at the time very pissed off Vee, she later came to realize her mistake, only once seeing the weeping, shivering figure of Twisted Astro on a floor.

Dandy, despite many of his actions and interactions with others is scared and mostly unaware of what he is doing to others, he is aware that he helped the ichor spread but, at the time of the events wasn't aware of the effects, by the time he had figured it out, it had been too late.

Dandy is, in simple terms, a manipulator even if he doesn't mean to be; his voice almost always holds a rather sharp edge to it when somebody contradicts him, and his fall from peak stardom to what Gardenveiw currently hurts him quite severely.

Twisted Dandy is born of several things, but not mainly of anger, Twisted dandy is born of fear as he watches the people who are supposed to be his friends ignore him, no matter what he offers them, he's scared of what will happen, wondering if his friends even know what they're doing to him, or if they know they're causing him physical pain.

What kind of want to explain how my dandy is world headcanon / AU kind of works?

There is a set number of toons. Which means there's only one twisted of a certain toon at a time. And usually the twisted one is not present in the group. Which basically means the regular group of 20 is always split by 10. (Ignoring dandy.) People can be untwisted but it's usually at the resulting loss of somebody else. Even if there is no obvious reason for it.

Rtight now the basic idea is that who they gain and who they lose is based on the same progression system as the shop. The shop requires that some toons are required first before getting another one. There is also the obvious progression with the prices. And this kind of follows that. Although I am ignoring twisted research to a degree.

The starting group is Shrimpo, Boxen, Tisha, Scraps, Toodles, Brightney, Cosmo, Astro, Finn, and Razzle and Dazzle. A bit chosen out of random and also what a basic person starts with when they play the game.

They're also is a little rule that "quitting a run" Is an actual thing you can do. They can ask dandy to go back down if there is enough tapes to give. At least a med kit's price in everyone's pockets. They're also is sort of this weird meta reason why they are even collecting icker. Since buying toons isn't really available in this non-game reality. Instead it's sort of a sustenance / healing thing? Basically they need it to "save" people, and to also just have something to eat. As in my headcanon it's some sort of matter creating goo.

Anyways the building is still practically abandoned with the toons sitting inside. Which is why they have to go out to grab this acre that seems to be in endless supply. Supplies are very hard to come by. Dandy is the only one who seems to get these supplies easily. As the others have to find them out on these supply elevator runs. At first they don't know why half of their friends are missing. At least until they meet their twisted companions on their supply runs.

Although this is where the line of continuity gets fuzzy. I haven't thought about all the ins and outs. Just that whenever they save somebody they also lose somebody. And sometimes they lose two people. It's kind of random at this point how the story plays out.

There is one story where goob finds his sister scraps. But by the time he calms her down and is able to save her, the elevator countdown has begun. He chooses to stay with his sister and be not saved together instead of rejoining with the group.

There is a basic tag of death with Toodles and Pebbles in my mind.

Razzle and Dazzle get left behind because they weren't useful enough.

Shrimpo vanishes one night because of a disagreement.

Astro panics when he witnesses twisted dandy.

Cosmo gets killed/twisted by sprout.

Boxen is the last one standing at some point.

Ect. I'll probably come up with more and I might find string them together into a sensible line of events. But for right now they're random ideas.

At least you guys can understand how my continuity of how a living part of this game would work. Anyways. This is probably a monster to read. Oh well.

My Dandy's World AU

THIS IS LIKE THE FULL EXPLANATION OR SOMETHING!!

AU i cannot stop posting abt :3

This AU follows the events of canon with slight deviations, such as:

Twisteds have specific stages!

Stage 1:

Indestinguishable from a wound or spill, you wouldn't even know something was wrong.

Stage 2:

Slightly less control of movement from time to time, may experience random shakes or jolts, but it's very sporatic.

Stage 3:

Weakened mental state, eyes MAY change. It's different for everyone, toons like Poppy, Boxten and Cosmo would be more subject to crying, someone like Shrimpo would be more subject to anger and lashing out.

Stage 4:

Physical changes

Example: If Cosmo twisted, stage 4 is around when his claw would grow. Toons who are exposed to less ichor/are stronger have less physical changes.

Stage 5:

Breakdowns, randomly crying or getting into fits. Usually panic attacks, lashing out, or sobbing. Toons with stronger mental states usually don't go through this stage!

Stage 6:

In between normal and fully infected, Toons in this state are very unpredictable and can snap if triggered. They also have less control over their strength, so Toons that are affectionate (such as Goob) may be more accidentally aggressive with their affection.

Stage 7:

Fully infected. Very prone to being aggressive, but in some cases can still be snapped out of it and even recognize loved ones. Usually they only recognize those closest to them. For example, Twisted Cosmo would recognize Sprout and Ginger, but not Boxten.

Stage 8:

Completely infected beyond repair/copy twisteds. Always aggresive. Very hard to tell them from stage 7. Stage 8 cannot be reversed.

Reversal of stages down to 5 is possible, Twisted Toons below stage eight can be calmed/tamed, but it takes a lot of effort. Stages cannot be stopped only delayed or reversed after stage 6 as low as 5. Physical changes are permanant. No one is really sure if toons can ever be fully healed or be mostly back to normal mentally. Brightney is mainly in charge of working with recovered Twisted Toons.

Copy twisteds!

Copy Twisteds are not actual Toons, but instead are 100% purely ichor. They are automatically stage 8 and cannot be changed from stage 8. Copy Twisteds only mimick a set roster of Toons and will only mimick a new toon if that Toon has been infected. Impossible to tell from real stage 7 Toons, which is why saving stage 7 toons is so hard. Very risky. Copy Twisteds cannot mimick mains or Dandy because uhh lore reasons. Copy Twisteds cannot be tamed.

Q&A with Toons!

Eventually I will make a place to ask Toons questions, for now, my asks aren't for that. There'll probably be an extra acc for this.

General info:

This AU focuses mainly on—well, the mains. Each story is told in a general one and each character gets focus and development. There will be deaths of course. This takes place during the current in-game events! :3

Toons can be revived in this AU as long as their remains of ichor are collected! They can be put back together (FNAF REF!??! Im sorry 😭) if brought to Dandy. If their puddle is left alone for too long, it dissolves or turns into an unreversable stage 8 toon, basically a copy twisted.

There are roles for toons generally but mainly going on runs, such as the grim reaper (collecting any dead toons ichor puddles so they can be brought back), supplier (brings extra supplies), extra food scout (self explanatory), and others! Brightney has a very special position of working with Twisteds and Cosmo and Sprout are mainly in the infirmary and help physically with Twisteds.

Each chapter is in comic form, may be some doodles/writing or non-canon comics.

Everything else I post (including DW) stuff is unrelated. Everything related to the AU will ALWAYS be labeled as such.

Im gonna rant because i need to talk about this

The Dandy's world event update fucking sucks

The event toons are just blatant copies of other toons

Ornaments are WAY too grindy

And the trinkets gained from the twisteds sucky suck ass

Rudie's trinket highlights every ornament every 10 seaconds in a big radius. It's okish but its still bad

Ginger's trinket gives 30 stamina when using an active abillity. This is so situational, and its so bad

Bobette's trinket is the best one, and it's not even super good, it refreshes your abillity cooldown when you enter the elevator. Its average and it's so situational, yet it is very useful.

Oh boy get ready for a long angry rant cause this one is my biggest problem with the update. So coals trinket... it reduces your stealth, stamina, and walk speed by 20% and you might be thinking, "Oh! Does it come with a really really good upside?" Haha! NO! IT DOESN'T! THATS IT! ITS WORSE THEN THE FUCKING BRICK! And i get the idea, "haha its a lump of coal, it symbolizes getting nothing for Christmas!" BUT LIKE, THE JOKE DOESNT WORK, BECAUSE COAL IS AN ACTUAL USEFUL TOON WHO IS NOT A "haha funny hardmode" TOON. IF THEY MADE COAL A TOON WORSE THEN SHRIMPO THEN THE TRINKET WOULD MAKE SENSE. BUT

NOOOOOOO

YOU GAVE A PURPOSELY BAD TRINKET TO A TOON WHO IS ACTUALLY USEFUL. WHAT'S THE POINT OF GIVING COAL A TRINKET IF IT ONLY SEVRES TO MAKE THE GAME HARDER!? SHRIMPO'S WORKS BECAUSE HE IS MENT TO BE A HARD MODE, IF YOU MADE COAL A SUPER HARD MODE THEN IT WOULD WORK, BUT YOU DIDN'T DO THAT!!!

Alright I've gotten that off my chest now lets contine

If you want an example on how grindy the Ornaments are here is some math my friend did:

He died at floor 14 during a solo run and got 155 Ornaments from it. To get everything from the event shop, (including skins) you need 7,900 (or 7,500) Ornaments. So if we assume 155 Ornaments is the average amount. Then that means you have to do a solo run 51 times to get everything. Which could take less or more depending on your rng and skill.

It is actually insane how grindy the Ornaments are and how almost nobody is talking about it. (This is outdated, ornaments are now given out more)

Hopefully Qwel learns from this and does a better job next time, cause this event was a absolute disaster

So grand reopening Happens after the events of the game, and basically most toons where already twisted or half dead by the point they were "rescued"

I would say:

Some twisted could be saved (Glisten for example, if you look at his design his face is partially broken, fixed from his twisted form)
