I went out to eat with a parent and my current partner, I picked the restaurant for the extremely small portions. I drink water only with food, tea or Mio. I have anxiety and can’t drink caffeine, besides the shit is really bad for you. I realized what I enjoy most is being able to order food and then having the power to not eat. I see others eat while I eat very slow, savor every bite, always leave a few bites or take the food home because I don’t waste food. I don’t purge.

My husband brought home food, I didn’t know he brought anything and it smelled so bad… when I realized it was food that smelled like that I was so embarrassed. I don’t recognize normal hunger cues I guess. I am forcing myself to eat some protein and hydrate before I work out with weights and the yoga ball. The dizziness scares me but I see results so clearly.. I just want to maintain. I can’t ever give into the hunger because I don’t know if I could stop again and get back control.

I got a new tiny mini bubblegum pink vinyl body con skirt today in the mail, it fits! I can’t wait to wear it with out with some big platforms. The hunger is nothing when I put on my skirt and heels get a look at myself in the mirror.
