I can’t promise updates every single week, but I’d rather start updating sooner than wait to build up a buffer. In other news, today is the 9 hour drive back home! I’m driving with an (unrelated to the first half of this post) awesome friend, listening to Adventure Zone, and seeing another part of Utah I’ve never seen before! As tiring as this job is, traveling from convention to convention.... I don’t think I’d trade it for the world. Though I DO wish I could rest more often, or at least do comics more then I do now. ^^ I’d love to update Gloomverse 3 times a week, but that’s pretty physically impossible without my Patreon doin better. It’s not a bad thing, it is what it is, you know? Like. I love my Patreon discord and my streams are super chill, and its still pretty dang successful, just not enough to rely on almost completely, so conventions come into play! Conventions just take so much more time, poster designs, travel, careful balancing of finances, buying merch, ect ect- there are some weeks I don’t draw comics at all, cuz I gotta get con stuff ready!

But- it’s also not a bad thing, conventions are fun and I meet so many friends along the way, and the amazing fans and readers who like what I do, meeting yall in person is the best thing. Like I love doing cons and I love doing Patreon, it’s just all a balance!

Moving to Colorado is going to be nice tho, I’ll have roommates so I won’t become TOO much of a hermit, and be able to save money, and I’d be living in one of the most beautiful places in the United States. I’m going skiing for the first time in my life this winter!! AHH that’s so cool! I’m very excited!

Before I move, I have a cruise in a few weeks too, and like I’ve barely been able to focus or remember that’s happening. Like I saved up to go on the first cruise of my life and I keep forgetting it’s gonna be at the end of this month! I even saved up for my mom to go. Everything just keeps happening, like boom boom! Right after one another.  After I move at the end of October, once my last con is done (Tuscon Comic Con!) I can’t really rest then either- gotta fly back home for Thanksgiving.

I do want a break, a lil one. December I have totally off of cons, but I’m flying up to Chicago to visit my grandma, I haven’t seen her in years. So it seems like I’ll be traveling every month up untilllllllll. Next July. Whew that sounds exhausting.

I gotta start cutting some cons out, but I also can’t, cuz finances. OH, and in between all this I’m trying to set up a kickstarter in February. Ah haha.

This is the busiest I’ve ever been in my life I tell u what.

Like I said I LOVE my life, I super duper do, but sometimes I want to just, stay at home for like a month. Get other sorts of work done. Or even like, not work on things for a lil while. Like, lay around, or do somethin else. Learn a buncha new songs on my ukulele, that sorta thing.

Anywho! I felt like rambling about my train of thought for the day.
