We need to talk about Turnchetta, the match made in heaven.

Let's talk in-text:

Musichetta has just lost both of her boys in one fell blow. Mademoiselle Turning #3 is already there mourning those lost. Musichetta becomes angry with her pessimistic attitude — after all, had it not been Memselle T3 who had turned her back on the rebellion in the first place? If she's near enough to be cleaning their literal blood, their metaphorical blood is also on her hands. Why hadn't she helped? Why hadn't anyone helped?

Mademoiselle Turning #3's hands find Musichetta's tear-covered cheeks and force eye-contact.

Why hadn't Musichetta done more to help?

Musichetta begins finding Mlle T3 when she's not working, just so she's not alone. They don't talk, Musichetta just sits there while Mlle T3 does her own work, but the silence is companionable, and eventually they do begin asking questions as they arise. Musichetta begins helping with some of the chores as she is able (it does seem awfully silly, sitting around with all of this work to be done), and as they work, talk turns philosophical, and eventually flirty, and eventually more.

Let's talk meta:

Musichetta exists only offscreen, Miss Turning #3 is named only in the credits, and LM fandom needs more wlw representation. It's nearly Les Mis Fem Fest.
