Kipeitä ajatuksia
Maailmassamme me tullaan jokainen kohtaamaan ja kokemaan kipeitä ajatuksia. Ne on ajatuksia, jotka ei tunnu mukavilta. Tällaiset ajatukset saavat meidät kulkemaan vähän vinossa. Jos niitä ajatuksia kertyy liikaa, niin ne kääntää koko ihmisen tällä tavalla vinoon. (vinossa kävelyä)
Mitkä ajatukset tekee sulle kipeää?
Joskus kipeät ajatukset johtuvat siitä, että muut ihmiset sanovat meille jotain tai tekevät jotain mikä meitä itseä ei miellytä. Kipeyttä syntyy siis muiden ihmisten toiminnasta.
Joskus kipeät ajatukset taas johtuvat siitä, että me itse ajattelemme itsestämme jotain, mikä tekee kipeää, kuten että ”en kelpaa”, tai ”en pärjää”, tai ”mitähän muut ihmiset nyt ajattelevat minusta?”, eli pelkäämme.
Sekin aiheuttaa meissä kipua, kun satutamme toista tai itseämme. Meissä on kaikissa järjestelmä nimeltä omatunto, joka muistuttaa meitä silloin kun teemme väärin. Omatunnon Samu Sirkka tulee istumaan olalle ja alkaa kuiskaamaan, että ”hei, et sä voi noin tehdä” tai ”nyt tuli mokattua”.
Tämä on elämää. Jokainen meistä mokaa joskus. Minusta tuntuu, että meidän elämäämme ei määritä kuitenkaan se, että ollaan mokattu. Ei se ole paha asia, että mokaa. Thomas Edison, joka keksi hehkulampun, yritti 1000 kertaa tehdä toimivan pelin, mutta mokasi joka kerta. Vasta tuhannen kerran jälkeen homma toimi, ja nyt maailmassa on enemmän valoa. Musiikissa sama juttu, virheiltä ei voi harjoittelussa välttyä, ja jos niitä pelkää, ei voi vapaasti improvisoida. Virheet ovat kasvussa välttämättömiä.
Virheet ovat elämää. Kukaan meistä ei varmaankaan halua tehdä virheitä, mutta se että niitä tulee, ei ole se ratkaiseva asia, vaan se, miten niihin virheisiin reagoi. Miten sä reagoit omiin virheisiisi? Jäätkö sä vatvomaan niitä? Annatko sen liimautua osaksi sun identiteettiäsi, että sä mokasit? Vai menetkö eteenpäin?
Jeesus tiedostaa ihmisen puuttellisuuden, eikä odota meiltä täydellisyyttä. Hän päinvastoin kutsuu joka päivä tuomaan ne virheemme hänen eteensä ja aloittamaan uudelleen puhtaalta pöydältä. Hän auttaa meitä hioutumaan, niin että ne virheet, joita kutsutaan rakkaudettomuudeksi, voitaisiin ikään kuin hiekkapaperilla kaunista puuesinettä työstäen pikku hiljaa saattaa pois meistä – ja rakkaudeksi. Hän on taivaan puuseppä, joka työstää meistä jokaista, jos annamme hänen tehdä sen.

Jeesus haluaa antaa sinulle vapauden kaikesta siitä, mikä sinua painaa, niistä kipeistä ajatuksista, mitkä sinussa velloo. Silloin tiedämme kenen yhteydessä olemme, Luojan, joka on meidät luonut elämään täyttä elämää. Se työ, minkä annat Jeesuksen sinussa tehdä, sen vaikutus kestää paitsi tässä pienemmässä tuomiossa, minkä meidän omat kipeät ajatuksemme meissä synnyttävät, myös siinä tuomiossa, joka tulee joskus kuoleman jälkeen, jossa kaikki meidän ajatuksemme punnitaan vaakakupissa. Jossa kaikki sun teot ja ajatukset ovat kirjoitettu talon kokoisin kirjaimin sinun eteesi. Jeesus tulee siihenkin ja rakastaa.
