Corresponde a la tradición del Tunal Grande, lo cual abarcó áreas de los actuales estados de San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas y del estado de Jalisco, el área de los Altos. Fue un punto importante de confluencia al encontrarse en una frontera natural, lo cual le permitía tener relaciones con grupos o sociedades del norte y occidente del país, así como con las culturas del Altiplano.

Miguel Angel Osorio Ramirez. 

Mi nombre es Miguel Angel Osorio Ramirez, nací el 21 de abril del 2000 en Marquetalia Caldas, a mis 5 años me gustaba dibujar a lo cual llamo la atención de psicólogos y docentes, a mis 6 años tuve un accidente de tránsito, me fracture la tibia y quede en mulatas durante algunos meses, no pude estudiar ya que si me llegaba a caer o tener un impacto muy fuerte el pie me podía quedar torcido, por lo tanto no asistí ese año a estudiar y lo perdí, a mis 7 años nos mudamos a Fresno Tolima con mis padres y un nuevo cambio de colegio me dio la oportunidad de conocer nuevas personas, crear nuevas amistades, nuevas experiencias y excelentes recuerdos en la etapa de mi niñez, a mis 13 años  conocí el mundo del ajedrez, me desarrolle muy bien jugando y comencé a tomar clases para mejorar mis habilidades, a mis 14 años me mude a Bogotá, por la inseguridad y mayor peligro en la ciudad me limité principalmente a ir de casa al colegio y viceversa, en el 2018 en el colegio gané el torneo de ajedrez, para el año 2019 comencé una tecnología en el Sena de Actividad Física, en el 2021 realice las practicas con la Casa Editorial El Tiempo y Printer Colombiana como empresa asociada, estas prácticas me brindo valiosos conocimientos y gracias a ello desarrolle habilidades que personalmente necesitaba mejorar, comencé a trabajar con pajarería, un emprendimiento con mi madre en el cual se hace corte, confección y diseño, haciendo pijamas, batolas, sublimando diseños personalizados y trabajando con las cosas de la confección, en el 2023 realice un diplomado en Actividad Física Un Promotor Para La Salud Laboral con la Universidad Nacional, actualmente en el 2024 estoy realizando con la UNIMINUTO la Licenciatura En Educación Física Recreación Y Deporte modalidad distancia, he disfrutado el tiempo que llevo estudiando y sé que vendrán experiencias que dejaran un aprendizaje y conocimiento para mejorar y fortalecer en el área y así brindar a los demás información valiosa y poder ayudar a los demás de las mejor forma.

Mi nombre es Fabian Ricardo palacios nací el 24 de diciembre de 1989 en la ciudad de Bogotá, tengo 34 años actualmente. A la edad de 5 años sufrí un accidente con un ciclista donde tuve fractura abierta de tibia y peroné lo cual me dejo enyesado alrededor de 6 meses, realice mi primaria en el barrio marruecos de la localidad de Tunjuelito, a los 11 años nos mudamos a la localidad de Usme, donde continúe con mis estudios de primaria, en el barrio el cual vivía era un poco pesado llevándome a tener malas amistades y tener actitudes pocos correctas y con valores. A la edad de 11 años nos volvimos a trasladar de barrio en el cual llegamos al tunal, donde realice el bachillerato en su totalidad gracias al cambio de vivienda deje esas malas amistades y volví a tener un enfoque correcto, cuando cursaba grado 9 lo perdí por saltar barda e irme a jugar billar, fu una experiencia la cual me ayudo a recapacitar, aunque él estudie no me gustaba casi, finalice mi bachillerato. Entre a la universidad a estudiar mecánica automotriz donde solo realice 3 semestre sin finalizar la carrera, conocí a la mama de mis hijos donde el primero de ellos nació en el 2013 y me dedique a trabajar como taxista durante 7 años aproximadamente, en el cual me canse y entre a estudiar un curso de panadería, pastelería y repostería, culminando dicho curso, pero con poca oferta laboral donde lograra cubrir mis gastos económicos.                                     

Compre un carro particular y lo vincule en las plataformas de Uber y demás para poder trabajar y estudiar, me inscribí al Sena en la carrera tecnológica de entrenamiento deportivo en el año 2017, las practicas las realice en compensar realizando pausas activas, las cuales me abrieron las puertas a mi actual trabajo, que es asesor en prevención por medio de proveedores para las ARL.        

 En el año 2019 nació mi hija, después en el 2022 abrieron un curso en el Sena de entrenamiento físico personalizado el cual me inscribí y lo finalicé, donde también me abrió mi campo laboral desempeñándome como entrenador personal.

PASE DE PECHO 

A la altura del pecho se lanza el balón, de frente y con la fuerza necesaria, se necesita que la espalda este recta y mirada al frente.

Con las rodillas ligeramente flexionadas, espalda recta y mirada al frente, lanzar el balón al suelo para realizar un rebote.

1.El movimiento tiene que ser coordinado, los dedos índice y pulgar son clave para el correcto lanzamiento.

2.Alcanza la altura de los ojos al subir los brazos para lanzar.

3.Manteniendo las muñecas relajadas y sueltas al liberar el balón hacia arriba.

4.Dejando que el balón salga por encima de la mano, manteniendo los dedos separados.

La defensa en zona nos dice que cada jugador defiende cada zona, cada jugador deberá respetar los principios defensivos, defendiendo al jugador con balón, sin balón y defender en el poste bajo, dos jugadores a línea y una línea de tres jugadores al exterior de la zona, puede estar enfocada en proteger a la zona con dos jugadores, dificulta mucho las penetraciones y puede ayudar a compensar la falta de centímetros de los defensores a la hora de coger rebotes.

Triangulo ofensivo Creado por winter y Jackson, se caracteriza por jugar con 3 jugadores en un lado del campo y 2 en el otro lado, logrando con esto que la ofensiva la ejecute todo el equipo en conjunto.

Okay okay I’m still kinda figuring out a lot of them and what their deal is (waugh) but I will yap about what I know :)

The one I have the most about is the Zora sage, his name is Tunal and he’s dark blue with hints of yellow. Also he’s seen by the whole domain as something of a screwup. The rest of his family is really successful and talented, like his brother is marrying the zora princess and his sister is an amazing architect, and then there’s Tunal. who’s currently failing guard training and seems to screw up everything he’s involved in.

When Zelda meets him he’s actually running away, but he can’t even do that right because monsters attack him and she has to save him. It turns out a lot of his problems stem from being seen as a screwup, and he just hasn’t found his niche, but then it turns out he’s the sage of water and... huh. Maybe he’s not useless after all.

Another one I have some stuff about is the sage of spirit(or whatever I go with). She’s an older Gerudo lady, has streaks of grey in her red hair, and seems like a real grouch. But she’s a good warrior, and cares about her people, even though it might not seem that way at first. She warms up to Zelda eventually, but it takes a while. I’m thinking her name might be Lieva.

There’s also a Sheikah girl who gives off unsettling vibes but she’s nice actually? She just says weird things sometimes. Talks about shadows and darkness and can be weirdly serious, but honestly little girls are just weird sometimes so it’s not all that surprising. She’s the sage of shadows. She still needs a name.

For the Goron sage (sage of fire) he’s sort of like... a skater. But the Goron equivalent. He’s all about the extreme sports, loves jumping off cliffs into lava, does whatever the Goron version of a kickflip is, all of that stuff. And sometimes he kinda... skirts his responsibilities in favor of all his cool tricks. He learns that he can’t constantly goof off, and becoming a sage is pretty good for him. I’m thinking his name is Ronyx.

Uhhh everyone else I... don’t have much about. Sages of forest and light I just neeed to think about a whole bunch more XD But there’s these guys at least!

The walls of their house are hung with photos of the four children and seven grandchildren who live in the American state of Texas. They last held two of the grandchildren in their arms when they were babies, and the others only know them via WhatsApp. The sons work in construction, the daughters in a snack bar. They have no papers, which makes it impossible for them to visit their parents in El Salvador. In addition to the 1.5 million to 2 million legal immigrants with a Salvadoran background, there are probably as many as 1 million undocumented immigrants from the Central American country living in the United States. This corresponds to a third of all Salvadorans. The remittances they transfer make up around a quarter of Salvador’s gross domestic product. The first wave of migration was triggered by the civil war between 1979 and 1992. Over a million Salvadorans fled the country at the time, half of them to the United States. After the war ended, people sought to escape from poverty and criminal gangs. Now, many young people immigrate lest they be imprisoned on suspicion of being gang members.

Sunak’s plan to make 18-year-olds do national service grabs attention on UK election trail (AP) All 18-year-olds in Britain will have to perform a year of mandatory military or civilian national service if the governing Conservative Party wins the July 4 national election, the party said Sunday. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak pledged to bring back a form of national service for the first time in more than 60 years, seeking to energize his election campaign after a faltering start. The U.K. introduced military conscription for men and some women during World War II, and imposed 18 months of mandatory military service for men between 1947 and 1960. Since then Britain has had an all-volunteer military whose size has steadily shrunk. Under the plan, a small minority of 18-year-olds—30,000 out of an estimated 700,000—would spend 12 months in the military, working in areas such as logistics or cyber defense. The rest would spend one weekend a month working for charities, community groups, or organizations such as hospitals, the police and the fire service.

But a significant number have not been able to, or have not wished to, resist the winds of change. Therefore, along with traditional tasks such as baking, crafts, sewing or growing vegetables, new trends such as sushi making, stargazing and renting rooms through digital platforms have been added to the monasteries’ activities. Some achieved excellence with their sweets, like the nuns of the order of Saint Clare of Belorado, whose chocolate products are on the menu of several Michelin-starred restaurants. A good example of diversification is the Carmelites of Granada, who noticed that their sweets barely sold during summer. The arrival of five nuns from the Philippines into the community emboldened them to start making sushi. Today, they are the sensation of the Andalusian city with a menu that includes chicken, noodles and sushi as the star dish. Elsewhere in Andalusia, in Seville, the Poor Clares have converted an unused part of their 16th century convent into a renovated and perfectly equipped accommodation that they rent on Airbnb—where it’s earned a rating of 4.75 stars out of 5. In terms of touristic offers, none can compare to what the Mercedarian monks of the Monastery of Our Lady of the Olivar, in the eastern town of Estercuel, offer. The low population density of the area makes their sky one of the clearest for stargazing. Despite work diversification initiatives like these, there is no confusion: “It is not about turning monasteries into SMEs [small businesses],” one monk says.

Some U.S. Weapons Stymied by Russian Jamming in Ukraine (NYT) Some American-made, precision-guided weapons supplied to Ukraine have proved ineffective on the battlefield, their accuracy badly diminished by Russian jamming efforts, according to Ukrainian commanders and a Ukrainian military research project. The projectiles performed well when first introduced to the battlefield, but lost effectiveness as Russian forces adapted their defenses, two confidential Ukrainian reports found. The problem prompted the Ukrainian military to stop using the weapons. Ukrainian commanders say some of the Western weapons supplied to them have failed them at the cost of lives. Russia has deployed electronic warfare systems around static targets such as headquarters and command centers that might be targets of Ukrainian precision weapons. The systems blast out so much interference that they drown out the GPS signal that guides artillery’s targeting software, said Thomas Withington, a specialist in electronic warfare.

China’s Recipe for Total Control: An Army of Eyes and Ears (NYT) The wall in the police station was covered in sheets of paper, one for every building in the sprawling Beijing apartment complex. Each sheet was further broken down by unit, with names, phone numbers and other information on the residents. Perhaps the most important detail, though, was how each unit was color-coded. Green meant trustworthy. Yellow, needing attention. Orange required “strict control.” A police officer inspected the wall. Then he leaned forward to mark a third-floor apartment in yellow. The residents in that unit changed often, and therefore were “high risk,” his note said. He would follow up on them later. “I’ve built a system to address hidden dangers in my jurisdiction,” the officer said, in a video by the local government that praised his work as a model of innovative policing. This is the kind of local governance that China’s top leader, Xi Jinping, wants: more visible, more invasive, always on the lookout for real or perceived threats. Officers patrol apartment buildings listening for feuding neighbors. Officials recruit retirees playing chess outdoors as extra eyes and ears. In the workplace, employers are required to appoint “safety consultants” who report regularly to the police.

Crews have given up hope of finding survivors under earth and rubble 6 to 8 meters (20 to 26 feet) deep. Relief crews were moving survivors to safer ground on Sunday as tons of unstable earth and tribal warfare, which is rife in the Papua New Guinea Highlands, threatened the rescue effort.

Ahead of another donor conference for Syria, humanitarian workers fear more aid cuts (AP) Living in a tent in rebel-held northwestern Syria, Rudaina al-Salim and her family struggle to find enough water for drinking and other basic needs such as cooking and washing. Their encampment north of the city of Idlib hasn’t seen any aid in six months. “We used to get food aid, hygiene items,” said the mother of four. “Now we haven’t had much in a while.” Al-Salim’s story is similar to that of many in this region of Syria, where most of the 5.1 million people have been internally displaced—sometimes more than once—in the country’s civil war, now in its 14th year, and rely on aid to survive. U.N. agencies and international humanitarian organizations have for years struggled with shrinking budgets, further worsened by the coronavirus pandemic and conflicts elsewhere. The wars in Ukraine and Sudan, and more recently Israel’s war with Hamas in the Gaza Strip are the focus of the world’s attention.

Zimbabwe authorities try to shore up the world’s newest currency (AP) The introduction of the world’s newest currency in April inspired a reggae artist to record a song praising the ZiG, or Zimbabwe Gold. The catchy tune, titled “Zig Mari,” received generous play on state television and radio. The musician, Ras Caleb, received a car and $2,000—ironically paid in greenbacks, not the new ZiGs—from a businessman with close ties to Zimbabwe’s ruling party and President Emmerson Mnangagwa; he said he wanted to reward an act he considered “patriotic.” Although money typically doesn’t require publicity, Zimbabwe’s sixth national currency in 15 years needs all the help it can get. Desperate to halt a money crisis underlining the country’s economic troubles, the government launched the gold-backed ZiG, the latest attempt to replace the Zimbabwe dollar, which had been battered by depreciation and often outright rejection by people unwilling to put their faith in it. Yet despite the charm offensive, the ZiG is facing public mistrust and structural barriers that have people still clamoring for U.S. dollars. Although the ZiG has largely held its value on the official market, it has tumbled on the black market, where $1 can be exchanged for up to 17 ZiGs. The government has responded by locking up currency dealers.
