Outings is hard! Way harder than dates! Most of mine are kind of neutral, but a bit ago I had a rocking one, and I was all "Go me!" and puffed up with pride over a silly outing in a silly game. SMH.

They are! Why are dates so easy and outings so haaaard?! Probably because dates are with just one other person, whereas outings have a whole bunch to keep happy... It would have been kind to give us more time for the outings--count some extra seconds per head. I’m also woefully out of practise because I’ve ignored outings altogether for years, but it’s kind of fun to have a newish challenge again. And it’s fun to see what wacky conglomeration of Sims will show up together!

Aha! That must be it! It’s a good thing I didn’t sell it because it probably has lucky powers or something. Leif did get a few promotions after digging it up after all...

Neat! Chalk up another one to “I had no idea.” I knew some of the wishes did something (I think I had one that gave a promotion?) but I thought bubbles like this were just mumbo jumbo. Now I want to wish some more to more read these clues!

He does! That wasn’t intentional, but now that you mention it, it’s appropriate. Poor guy is a bit of a third wheel, though the others would never deliberately make him feel left out. It’s just how it goes sometimes when you hang out around lovey dovey family people and you’re single.

I’m more inclined to blame Kiera, who sees a mortal enemy in anyone who so much as breathes without her permission.

Poor Monica.

Don’t feel too badly for her. She’s not much nicer than Kiera, and did some arguing and poking of her own to escalate things. It happened mostly on another community lot and I was so surprised by it (so far Monica has never acted really mean to anyone) I didn’t take any photos.

I vaguely remember reading something somewhere about Firefox and Xkit not getting along after a Firefox update. I don't remember who as talking about it. Are you using Firefox? Everything looks fine to me, but I use Chrome...

Nope, I’m on Chrome too. It was a tumblr issue, but it resolved itself pretty quickly--probably before you were online. Images weren’t all loading for a lot of people, and uploading them gave only errors. Just some slow servers, I guess. But it was fixed, as it always is. :) The end of the world cometh not yet.

Welcome to Al Simhara! This sub-world hates me, personally. Or maybe the game hates this world. Either way it's very beautiful and very Makes My Game Crash.

The good news/bad news for Elmo is he's a pro at disarming the new-to-him fire traps but also so, so bad at noticing them unless they're already on fire.

Stop the presses! Thornton Wolff voluntarily agreed to a pillow fight with Cuddles despite hating children! And he looks happy about it!

Meanwhile there are very few days were Toby isn't waking up with volatile teenage mood swings. It's a bit much with everyone grieving Poppo's death. Phyllis and Thornton would rather he be a prankster like Elmo.

Elmo finally spotted an assassin bug and caught it without being bitten. Insects just aren't spawning for some reason, and I'm afraid to turn off some of the workhorse NRaas mods to see if they're the problem.

Why not harvest some pomelos while waiting for assassin bugs to spawn?

Rowan can't get a break from the paparazzi. Who wants to be teased for woohooing with their first ever boyfriend for the first time?!

Also, the other paparazzo was at Rowan's the whole time except he was on the other side of the house... antagonizing a wild horse? He ended up passing out in the snow and these two strays watched him for hours.

Rowan was gifted a §6500 hot tub! That's life-changing money, baby!

Rowan threw a party for Snowflake Day! He invited (almost) everyone he knew, which totaled just seven people. It ended up being way too many people for Rowan's little cabin, and this red-headed guy in a newsboy cap crashed the party too.

Wait – is that Ian? Ian Nali? Who Rowan specifically did not invite?

Through some fun game glitching when I wasn't looking, they ended up being romantic interests again 🙄 Rowan had to break it to Ian that he was dating someone and Ian took it worse than last time.

What a thing to wish for first thing in the morning! But let's do it!

Rowan biked over to ask Catarina's permission to marry Sebastian since that's the "human" thing to do.

For someone who's only trait is "desperately trying to marry off her son" she didn't seem to understand what was happening at first.

Look at those puppy-dog eyes!

She gave her blessing!

Okay, okay. Everybody take their turn crying.

Sebastian arrived right after they finished up.
