Last night’s track training was actually not too painful, I would do it again 😉. 20 minutes warm up followed by 20min procrastinating, followed by an 8k tempo run 🏃‍♀️ at 4.50/km (38.45’). A comfortably hard session (I think the definition of a tempo run). Running with a couple of good friends was greatly appreciated!! #tuesdaytrackday #track #temporun (at Vári, Greece)
