“But if we look in our time.. the rumors got bigger and bigger, some changing the whole story, some forgetting good parts but it wasn't the full story.

Between the young ones, a challenge of doing the ancient ritual just to "try it" was really popular that 7 teens try it and were able to tell it since.. nothing happend, at all, making people believe it was fake and it was just some type of scary story until...

Another young lady, around college day, had a stupid dare of doing the ancient ritual even if people believe it was fake, as she did too but as she began.. she could feel how slowly the ritual started to actually work seeing the king, himself, of the hell all religiond fear.

It was truly scary seeing a demon goat monster coming through your floor with all the weird stuff it had to be on it for the ritual, eyes red looking through her asking what a normal demon would ask.. “What's your wish, young lady?” even thought the shook didn't let her speak at first.

It could sound stupid but she said nothing, it was only a stupid dare, she didn't needed anything which clearly leave a confused king of hell watching her.”

Frisk- Marie

Soul trait: determination, has a crack from past abuse. How its still that bright? She can't even explain it.

Age: 20, still in college.

The only human that had succeed in the ritual, after her.

She's studying to be a nurse specialized in pediatrics mostly. But looks like she has to worry about helping demons now...

In personality she's really quiet but she isn't going to lower her voice when someone is not getting what they deserve, a really strong attitude about justice. Almost no one knows the true good nature of Marie. She has avoid the religion since she left the house of her parents, she just doesn't like it.

Her left eye? She believes thats how she was born but... her mind blocked how a fatal mistake from her mother got her that way.

Can't deny who wouldn't be uncomfortable while sitting infront of a clearly working ritual that was a myth and a f*cking demon out of it?

Well, Marie was, she was more than scared because even if she accepted making the ritual, she WASN'T expecting to actually work! It was a myth!

“Aren't you wishing for something young lady?” the demon has just spoke.

—I.. uh.. no, I dont.. need anything right now.

The demon was as confused as she was, without counting the scared.

“Then why should do this ritual? Its a waste of my time.”

"A demon needs time???" She thought.

—Well, im sorry.. it was a challenge.

“A challenge? What challenge is to invoke the god of hell?”

"Wait what? God of hell?"

Okay, this was clearly weird and even more uncomfortable since Marie didn't believe in, well, religion to believe there's a heaven and a hell.

“why so silence now?” his voice was so deep and threatening that Marie had to close her eyes for some seconds or she may yell, yes, even after being there for a couple of minutes.

"Okay, go for it..."

—Is it.. is it true that you were created in hell?

He let out a big belly laugh that could move her apartment like a leave with the wind.

“That's clearly bullsh*t, young lady. We were forced to get in hell when we didn't do nothing.”

—Wait, really?

“Of course! We didn't do anything to deserve being there for so many years. It was all the fault of the "fathers" believing and making others believe we are the bad ones.”

For a quite small of time he looked down at her making her gulp.

“You don't believe that, do you?”

—I.. im not a fan of religion.. but the rumors about you guys are everywhere...

He huffs, clearly annoyed, about hearing those rumors... were all of them fake?

—That is.. fake?

“Of course they are fake young lady. Who can prove that wrong? No one because they dont know the full story as always.”

—I.. see..

Out of nowhere, the demon started talking how some angels, the most powerful ones were almost forced as them to send them to hell and not letting them leave by a curse when they didn't do anything, not even that witch.

—What were their names?

“The witch was Owen and... the demon, my son was Leviathan. Killed with no reason.”

That actually sounded sad.. for Marie, she couldn't understand his pain and either put on his shoes.

—Im.. sorry to hear that.. but, how I could make the ritual actually worked? Seven teenagers did it and failed.

He didn't answer really quickly, like, he was trying to find the words... weird.

“The only ones who had succeed were ambitious humans but with strong souls and desires. I wonder what your desire is...”

For a moment, Marie could feel how he was looking right through her soul.

“If you want me to go you have to make a wish-”

—I think I could free you.

“Excuse me?”

—There's.. the one who make the truce between monsters and humans, Asgore Dremmur. Maybe he could help with the curse!

Silence.

“What do you mean with truce?”

—Monsters and humans live peacefully in Ebott City now... since you can't leave, maybe you can come with me to see him? Even with a little help we can break the curse to set your friends free!

He let out a small chuckle.

“Even if its only me breaking the curse... I will do the necessary to set my people free. You know where he is...?”

He make a pause, wanting her name.

—Marie, my name is Marie.

“Nice to meet you, Marie. My name is Lucifer”

And he came out of the floor finally just to kiss the hand of Marie, who was surprised by that.

By that a young lady was outside looking for Asgore as she was the only one actually seeing Lucifer behind her looking around, for how long he hasn't seen the sun?

Well, Marie is more gladly to at least help a little after knowing the truth!

Sadly looks like Lucifer has to break the curse by himself but Asgore has his back in the aspect of people judging them, everything is going to be just fine, right?
