2022 has been a drab year, with the Ukraine invasion in February and the continued COVID-19 pandemic overshadowing the world. Let's hope 2023 will be much better and brighter. Took this photo on the road to Moreton-in-Marsh in the Cotswolds. Saw this lone tree in a wide open field whilst driving on one of the country roads criss-crossing the Cotswolds in the UK. It had just snowed overnight for the first time in years in the area and the entire landscape was covered with a thick layer of the white powder.
