An article of a chef visiting our brewery and holding pop-up dinner paired with our sake has been featured in Japanese culinary magazine, RYOURIOUKOKU (Cuisine Kingdom). The food by nomad chef NOBU, hosting “kermis” in Tokyo and around the country, was surely delicious, inspiring and exciting.

It is already the end of 2nd week of the year, but... Happy belated new year! This year will be an another exciting year for us, as we will continue exploring the journey of wild microorganisms and to introduce our sake to each one of you. We are also expecting guests from around the world as the Olympic & Paralympic Games will be held in Tokyo this summer.
