Bringing up these sketches from 6 years ago as a reminder of what Tryna almost was.
#it’s disgusting#old art#dryada was originally going to be so much different#was going to be sci-fi#the elves were going to be robotic#the plot involved the island being under threat of something idk because I never put much thought into that and idk where my notes are#all this character has in common with tryna is that they are both blonde elf women#their element isn’t even the same#tryna represents air but this character represents fire#man I was not okay in 2018#but funny enough 2018 was where I got the inspiration to design a character who looked like tryna#that design with the blonde hair with the huge ears and nose#seriously this story did not need to even have elves in the first place#I was just discovering my fascination for elves around that time#yet I didn’t apply any elvish mythos
