Wish I can show what I'm feeling but I can't...is only my fourth day working out and eating super healthy! And I'm loving it my kids are loving it! Best therapy no doubt. 😍😘😚 I don't think I'm losing weight yet but the feeling is priceless. Fells absolutely amazing to be back with my routine. Took about five months off.
