Getting back into "making music". I mean, I never exactly stopped, I should probably instead try getting back into "finishing music". Anyway here's an unfinished WIP, go figure 😩

#trying to remember to crosspost even WIPs from Twitter‚ not sure why I even still use twt as my main WIP platform lol #While working on this i really thought i was Doing Something #then after stepping back realized something about it feels a lil devoid of life #i dunno if it's cos it ended up kinda aping a particular type of sound with little to add #or cos the melodic parts cling to the 5th too much‚ a trick that can kinda feel like an empty platitude compositionally #take the root's sus2/maj7‚ noodle around those notes while moving the backing‚ cheap trick that CAN be used well but often lacks substance #WIP #original track
