The GZ is a big place and most ghosts are very private. So when humans could ask them if they’ve run into historical figures, family members, etc. in the afterlife, the ghosts either a) don't have the answer themselves or b) choose not to spill.

The most definitive answer anyone's gotten is when someone asked Phantom whether Elvis became a ghost or simply passed on. Phantom insisted “Elvis can’t possibly be a ghost. Not yet.” then winked and disappeared.
