when the female character everyone hated for misogynistic reasons actually is kind of a fundamentally flawed concept and the narrative genuinely would work better if they'd invested more in the female characters they already had rather than introducing a new one for superficial feminism points but still treating her like a prop to the male mains, just one with more lines this time. and then she still gets fridged anyway 😬
