This lady appears to be very upset and starts to “go off”. She was trying to leave before the police arrived. To the FA in the video I commend you, you handled the situation well all while not letting the Overhead bin stay open!! Mental instability is nothing to laugh at. Seeing something like this in life is beyond painful. Luckily it’s not the norm, but in NYC, I see more often than I care to count. And when does it hit?
