Oftentimes you wonder why things happen in life. It was meant to happen that way in order for you to then navigate to where you are now. I was able to get my exercises in yesterday - today I do my exercises again and then talk an hour walk.

In a way, I am kind of excited about this quarantine because it’s forced a slowdown but also ability to make the time to do little things that I used to make excuses for in the past. I feel better each day knowing that I’ve been able to stick to something and since we are in the house until May - that's my deadline / goal.

Back to timing, for me - I’ve always wondered what my purpose is in this lifetime. I’ve had to just trust that in time - I will be shown since I wasn’t born with a sense of purpose. I know that I have things that I have to offer to the world but what is it that I have been selected for in this lifetime to achieve and pursue - that’s the hardest part for me. 

The only thing I can do is trust... that in time.. it will come.
