#that being said i am a little bit seething at my current job#the place i applied to is a nonprofit with a relatively new pharmacy#and even then they offered me Significantly more payment than im currently making#like really? this place that runs on grants and goodwill is fucking outrunning a corporation that i KNOW has the money#to easily pay me three times what im currently making????#esp considering i basically run the place and everything is probably gonna fall apart without me#its like really?? im doing all this and youre paying me fucking pennies???#not even letting me take off time to go see my family for the holidays????#truly tue more i hear the more i fucking hate my job they dont respect me or my time or my effort
