ok, this has been burning a hole in my notes app and i’m just gonna send it out there:
Why (i think) the Finale was Like That:
to preface, if you liked the finale, good for you!! that’s totally valid and i’m not trying to bash that. but i know a lot of people were left wanting more, and i’m one of them. anyway, to my point:
as silly as it sounds, this show is not written for us.
we’re fans. the producers already know we’re gonna watch the show. they don’t need to convince us to give them our attention, they already have it. why waste time digging into random side characters in the larger Star Wars saga when the average person doesn’t even know who that is?
their real job is to convince outsiders to watch. to get hooked. to see an element they like, probably from the main movies, and tune in, even for one episode. if they can get them hooked with fennec or ventress or hell even rex, that’s a win for them.
the plot lines wrap up in such an unsatisfying way because honestly? they cant waste time focusing more on these characters than they have to. the people writing and designing the show might love them and want to include more meaningful resolutions, but that takes too long and costs too much money. you know what’s cheaper and will satisfy the average viewer? kill the mystery clones, cut off the “trauma hand”, and wrap it all up in a nice little “look, she’s joining the rebellion, guys!” moment because the more bland and broad the ending, the more people will understand it.
i mean, remember the Fives mention? Echo didn’t react, he didn’t even stutter, he literally moved the conversation along like they were talking about where to go for dinner like HELLO. we already know they cannot be bothered to show real important emotional scenes because that would take too much spotlight away from the whole star wars politics plot or whatever were supposed to care about. (honestly, who is watching bad batch for the og trilogy implications? woah tarkin and a couple other empire dudes are talking about project stardust definitely gimme more of that and not any meaningful connection between these characters i love)
it’s scummy, it sucks, it especially kills me that the story is basically lost to corporate greed but let’s be honest, this is Disney’s Star Wars. i could literally just leave it there. meaningful moments will always be sacrificed for shock value and character cameos because the random guy seeing an ad is only gonna watch the show if he thinks “oh cool, tarkin, i didn’t know he was in that show, maybe i should see what that’s about.”
and yes, i know, there absolutely is a ton of love and care poured into this show. i appreciate the effort that went into it. i’m just sad they didn’t have full creative freedom under Disney to give us the story we wanted.
but you know who won’t sacrifice story for money? you know who’s guaranteed to have the fans’ interests in mind? you know who does have full creative freedom and is equally pissed about bad show moments and want to do them better? FANFIC AUTHORS. Fan artists, theorists, even roleplay accounts and every other type of dedicated fandom blog is here for that shit and will reshape things however they want a million different ways because that’s the point. the show simply cannot give us what we want, but we can make it ourselves.
your support, your creativity, and your determination to give these characters what they deserve is how we can solve the problem.
i didn’t really mean to turn all “we’re all in this together” here lol but yknow what i really do mean that. i think supporting the community around you is the best option we have for truly enjoying all of this show’s potential.
tagging a few people cause i value your input!! and let’s be honest i’m probably leaving a few things out that you might be able to expand on: @the-bi-space-ace @inkstainedhandswithrings @phantom-of-the-501st
#once again no shade if you liked the finale#it was basically a happy ending!! that never happens in star wars!!#i was pretty happy with it right up until they killed off CX-2 and i started seeing all the loose ends they just cut off#sometimes literally lol#i’m sorry that was a really bad joke don’t kill me—#saturn sends thoughts#tbb spoilers#tbb s3#the bad batch spoilers

Wake up babe, new Splatoon OCs just dropped! These twins are a pair you won't wanna mess with.
Lotsa info under the cut!
Thinking of naming them the Twin Devils, after Souya and Nahoya Kawata. Thoughts?
-Trav's ink color is blue, Marx's is hot pink. They use purple when in battle together
-Marx wears the white inky rider(zipper undone usually, black undershirt) and punk whites along with fake contacts
-Trav wears the black inky rider(white undershirt), punk blacks and fake contacts
-Trav mains octobrush
-Marx mains Nautilus
-5'7
-He/they
-S+, their favorite mode is tower control
-Trav is Ace, he doesn't care for any relationships.
-Marx is Bi, a complete asshole in relationships and sees his s/o's as jewelry.
-All they truly care about is winning ranked battles
-quite good at destroying salmons
They always support eachother in battle, they don't even have to communicate, but Marx likes to talk just to mess with the opponents
Just about unstoppable when paired up, but they hate their teammates and often refuse to acknowledge them. It has happened that they've bullied their teammates out of a team so that they can play at their best
Don't do turf, just ranked
Private battles are often being challenged, and they only do 2v4s.
They haven't lost once.
------------------
They have lots of character design to go through, I literally just drew on a couple post it notes really quick and was like cool I love them
I really liked their hair, so I know I wanna keep that!

Well since Asriel isn't a boy he technically isn't straight so....
Guess Toriel and Chara are kinda correct?
Yup! Asriel ain't straight anymore. Asriel uses she/they on my blog now ^_^
Though I do wanna stress this without joking, I am being serious here: there legitimately isn't anything wrong with being straight. If you explore your gender and/or sexuality and come out of that cis and/or het then that's still awesome! I'm proud and happy for you to be comfortable and honest with yourself now matter what you are.
Like. There's still plenty of trans people who are straight. There's cis people who are gay or bi or pan or ace or whatever. Each and every one of them are still wonderful and not any lesser for not being both. We as a community NEED to be supportive and accepting of people, otherwise we could be otherizing and hurting our own. And even cishet people should be validated (especially if they experiment and self explore) because it both normalizes that exploration and because everyone deserves that for being who they are.
This is why I was kinda nervous with the Love is Love parody with Toriel, cause I was worried I was promoting this culture of mockery when it can alienate people from exploring themselves.
in the end I think the joke is fine, it does a lot of good of showing how "love is love!" Is such a fundamentally First step to our equality. It's more than just our love is equal -its that we need a world where stating it is equal sounds like common sense. We are not safe, we are ostracized and demonized. There is so much more progress we need before we can we are truly free and equal. Love is Love is not enough, and I hope my parody at least showed how it's a bit flawed.
Anyway sorry for the HUGE tangent here, I just wanted to be open about my thought process and concerns lmao.
But yeah tldr; asriel is a they/she gay trans on this comic and I love her so damn much. We are winning 💖

There’s a post on here saying that for as much ppl were making fun of blizzards diversity chart the lgbt community often uses a similar metric for the disclosure of the week. And while that post is messy I can’t disagree. Like i see it so often. Especially with identities that tend to be erased and not hyper visible.
But honestly I think truly the reason for this is because yt lgbt or really non black ppl general refuse to look about the ways black leftists and lgbts talk about oppression and intersectionality. I feel like non black folks view oppressed identities as like “who has the right to speak over others” instead of “who needs the most care in this moment.” They always wanna win at something.
And I think that’s why for instance when non-binary ace ppl bi ppl trans men, etc talk about the constant demonizing of their identities being a problem ppl are quick to tel them to shut up. That there are bigger issues etc, because in their mind less visible less queer and that’s… not how intersectionality was ever meant to work

that tiktok is really funny but sometimes it's sad like. you know the people who are like 'why does it matter what sexuality they are' are the ones who never had to struggle seeing themselves in a book or on screen
yea......yea :( like the video DID make me wheeze but it's only because i find it hard to take those arguments seriously anymore. you have to think about it on more than just one level? when people complain about representation for representation's sake i understand that but....a lot of times, being part of a marginalized community changes and complicates a character. stormlight wise, we see jasnah have a whole chapter where she went im ace and this is how it affects me in the society im in. bi shallan complicates her wok relationship with jasnah. it's not just adding a bunch of identities to win with leftist media or whatever like having characters that are different make a story more interesting
and of course we have to think about the reader cause it's starts getting really really disheartening esp in western culture where no one in media looks like you. like traditional fantasy protags are supposed to be blank slates and while they are not that anymore (and we are the better for it) a blank slate written by someone who doesn't understand nonwhite or lgbt experiences isn't going to be the same. and i mean. sometimes gay people want to see themselves represented in media and not have it entirely be about coming out or being sad or shit like sometimes it's good to see them in specifically fantasy (you know, the genre we explicitly use for escapism and exploration of real world issues thru metaphor). the way i see it and the way i believe sanderson sees it from specifically his jasnah wob and the one when he talked about the reshi king is that writing diverse characters isn't often about pandering, it's about exploring another lens of identity and seeing how it changes a dynamic or character. which is what you know. regular writers do every day. i truly didn't mean to go off when i specifically said i was mostly in this for the laffs but like.......man idk i almost feel like if people are still convinced gay fantasy characters are pandering im going to leave them to their white boy books and have a good time on my gay stormlight blog. @ op of the tiktok post: bro im SORRY ur notifications must be WILD rn
#this is messy and not well put together but truly. sometimes i think we should all go back to our gay stormlight blogs#but seriously the op of that post......i am truly sorry i didnt read all the notes but 300 notes right. rip#i hope ur not getting too much shit for it

We have a goal in our minds to eliminate racism and racial oppression. This is a marvelous goal. This cannot, however, be our only goal.
The queer community went through this fight before. The gays won. Only the gays won. The white gays at that. They won and they walked away leaving everyone else to fight for themselves. In the wake of this, bi, pan, ace, aro, trans, and many other queer identities now take all the impact that the whole community took.
This united front must not fall to the same fate. We must join all oppressed communities together and fight as one. That is the only way we will win and that is the only way we can achieve what we truly desire, justice.
So today I call to everyone not only to fight for black lives, but trans lives, native lives, Jewish lives, Muslim lives, queer lives, and everyone else facing this oppression. If we all come together, we will not lose.

I don’t know if I make it clear or not when I’m ranting, so for the sake of clarity, I just want to be clear on this.
I am 100% aware that often times, the queer content that we GET is the best that the creators involved can manage. That there are people hovering over the shoulders of every content creator of any major and mainstream production that is even trying to offer queer content and going “but does it HAVE to be that obvious? We have a bottom line to think about.”
I’m gonna take a common punching bag around here - considering the fact that fans had to demand that it be patched to allow gay male players to have equal content to all other pairings, and that there was a fight to keep the lesbian character a lesbian and not a bisexual option, I’m willing to believe that Gil’s story in Mass Effect Andromeda was a wound of triage - his story is so bad, his content so inconsequential to the overall narrative, because at least that allowed them to keep him in the game, or keep Suvi as a lesbian. He becomes bad representation, because the alternative is no representation.
As much as I argue for all bi LIs in BioWare games (in all games, truly), I at least understand where they’re coming from in saying that they want to have representation even if they’re disappointing people who aren’t happy with their choices. It’s not the argument I believe in, obviously, but I do get where it comes from.
It’s why I try to avoid actually targeting writers on the matter - even when it comes to Dorian, a character I’m highly critical of, I focus on the WRITING, not the WRITER (it’s a subtle distinction, I suppose, but it is there). And I’ll often just say “BioWare” instead of naming any singular writer on the subject - even when the head of the project is queer, even if they populate the people working on it (”it” in this context being any creative endeavor, we’re moving beyond BioWare in specific here), with queer people, the ones who hold the pursestrings, who finance things and make the final decisions on how much they’re willing to support them... They’re the ones going “but no, don’t do that!”
It’s a great idea to have a cast full of queer, where no one is straight. Actually GETTING that, though, is virtually impossible, ESPECIALLY if you’re just trying to establish yourself, but even when you’re a major name. Because yeah, you might be able to throw some weight around and argue in favor of things, but you’re still going to hit the wall. And you need to know when you’re going to hit the limit - when to pick your battles, give here today so you can fight there tomorrow.
I recognize that sometimes, the best they really can give is what comes off as half-hearted, barely there, blink and you’ll miss it, because it came down to that or nothing, and they wanted to at least TRY - maybe they could be the stepping stone that led to more.
I mean, I think that’s part of the reason why I honestly just took the Voltron thing in stride, calling it a net win, both the Adam thing and the fact that Shiro got paired up with a barely there character in the finale. Like I pointed out at the time, Shiro was arguably the main character of the series, and he got to end the show not just marrying another male character, but kissing him on screen, front and center. Additional elements notwithstanding... That was a big deal, not even just in a franchise marketed to kids, but in the action adventure genre as a whole. Gay characters aren’t THE LEAD in this genre. At most, they’re a plucky comic relief sidekick, and they certainly don’t get a front and center kiss.
And, as I said back at the time, it isn’t a race where there’s one path for the whole queer community, whatever letter of the alphabet soup you identify with. EACH letter has its own path and set of hurdles - it’s why I was kinda irritated with all the “THAT’S how you do it, Voltron” stuff that went around when Adventure Time ended with the Bubblegum/Marceline kiss, because this was their final episode, while Voltron did TRY to have the character out DURING THE COURSE OF THE SERIES, not in the final episode.
Like... Okay, understand that I’m going to generalize/broad stroke things here for simplicity’s sake, I remember the cheering on Tumblr when Korra ended with Korra and Asami holding hands - Tumblr lost its shit. To me, the reaction to things surrounding the Shiro thing made it come across as Tumblr seeing the equivalent of that Korra/Asami moment, and yet tearing it apart, because, hey, the lesbians had been able to get their foot in the door, isn’t that enough for “the gays”? Shouldn’t that now be the new baseline?
But there’s a difference in “for wlw” and “for mlm,” just as there’s a further difference in “for trans,” “for ace,” “for enby,” for whatever letter or groupings of letters under the queer umbrella you choose. And I’m not saying that it’s any easier for wlw on representation - usually, if lesbians have better “representation” in a given piece of media, it’s less “representation” as it is “fetishization for straight men.” (And let’s not even go near the can of worms that comes from that subject in regards to characters on shows targeted to kids...)
All I’m saying on this is that there is absolutely hurdles still to go for wlw representation, but the hurdles that pass there aren’t automatically passed for any other category under the umbrella.
And all of it comes down to how willing those always-conservative honchos will respond. Even the best intentioned of them will often come down to the concept “but what if this negatively impacts our profits?” Because you can’t keep producing if you can’t make money with it. Somewhere along the chain, you WILL run into the type of person who wants a justification for queer content, and isn’t satisfied with “because people are queer.” They’ll use any justification THEY can to prevent it, from “there’ll be censorship in major markets” (meaning anything from the global economy to just the midwestern area of the US) to “but we don’t want to make controversy” (and, since Disney still gets away with advertising “the first gay character” in their movies, I sadly see that one...), and whittle down what they’ll allow, then cut it down even further in the editing room after the fact.
And I recognize that the situation isn’t going to improve at any noticeable rate. No, not even when “the boomers” die off. Not unless we see a MASSIVE structural shift in society (and, for all my hopes of what kind of soul-searching people will do during and because of the quarantine, I’m not about to hold my breath). Mainstream content is, sadly, a kingdom of nepotism.
So, yeah... I fully understand that, if the representation ends up being bad, odds are, that’s because it got watered down in the name of just being able to make it into the final product. It’s probably at least nine-tenths of why the queer narratives I complain about in my “another angry queer rant” tag end up being repeated, instead of getting new ones, because those are considered the “palatable” queer narratives and perspectives.
It’s a massively complicated chain of complex push and pull dynamics that no single content creator or piece of media will ever fix. The realistic (and depressing) perspective is that, truthfully, this is all a fight that will outlast all of us, and our descendants for generations, because this is arguing the very power structure.
Like the saying goes, when a group has historically had all the power and privilege, other groups gaining equality feels like losing something.

solrika replied to your post “[[MOR] me, reading a vague post about a potential lesbian gathering:...”
As a bi girl it makes me really happy to see you, a lesbian, unhappy about us being excluded from the community. Sometimes it feels like there's no place for us at the table.
I just wanna be able to talk about my life without lying about my boyfriend.
(ok first off plz tell me if you’re not cool w/me posting this b/c i’ll delete it ASAP so your comments aren’t public like i’m not sure how #Discourse-y this is anymore but i understand not wanting to invite that to your blog)
it’s honestly infuriating? like there’s no reason for us to be making invisible divides, and like, i do respect that there are different prejudices associated with each identity (ex. bi girls being viewed as “having to pick a side” is something inherent to the bi identity, like that’s not something i’ve had to deal w/as a lesbian) but that isn’t something that needs to separate the groups. it doesn’t need to be a split between the two groups. we’re one community, we’re all wlw, we all need to support each other. like even ignoring the obvious reasons (as in: we all are women who are attracted to women in some way so what does it fucking matter if it’s only women or anything else in addition to women) we don’t need to be creating hate in our own damn community and antagonizing each other when that’s just doing nasty haters’ jobs for them
i mostly get mad when there’s the condescending “Well you’re not /really/ one of us” tone because it’s like?? yes?? you are?? stop hurting my friends because literally every wlw is my friend even the ones i haven’t met yet
and you should! you definitely should be able to talk about your life freely like jfc i need this idea of “well you’re not x enough for the community” to stop
#solrika#kf personal#if you aren't cool w/me publishing this let me know and i'll take it down#i know this is getting into discourse areas#but i HATE this i hate that we get caught up in 'well they're not gay enough'#BITCH i've dated one girl technically i'm not gay enough for anything yet but i'm still a lesbian#we get caught up in gate-keeping and wanting to keep the community 'pure' and it's like#ok who wins with that#really truly be honest#who wins with that mindset#no one's better than anyone else for being solely attracted to one gender and being 'pure' or whatever the nonsense rhetoric is#making anything 'lesbian exclusive' is nonsense#and god i still remember when that 'm/on/osexual privilege' crap was going around holy shit that was messy#we have a wide and varied community and it is Time to Be Okay with that#anyways that's my rant on gatekeeping for the evening#i'll go off about this literally any time#almost every queer woman i know who isn't me is bi i'm realizing#do i even know any other lesbians#where would i be w/o my bi friends#i'm realizing that my friends are either 1) str8 2) a gay man 3) ace or 4) bi#<<at school at least i mean

Good Stuff’s Best of 2017
WARNING: I’d like to thank everybody who was here for me when times were low. Thank you, take care out there, and enjoy.
Cartoons; the one thing that I will continuously watch until I go blind. 2017 was an emotional handful and an exhausting trudge, can’t deny that, and I’m counting down the best cartoons/animations I’ve seen and loved this year in no particular order. Only two rules, no sneak previews of future projects (sorry to Unikitty and Hideo Kojima). Here we go....
10. HANAZUKI: FULL OF TREASURES
This was a sleeper hit tbh. The fact all the episodes were free on Youtube blew my mind, but having a well structured story with a lovely cold space color palette, actually relatable characters, and a sinister undertones below its tender, colorful charm to be as a nice headliner to when Friendship is Magic came back in spring. It was an inviting start for the year, and with the guy behind Motorcity and Superjail taking the helm and having two more seasons being produced, Hanazuki is something I find is in good hands come 2018.
9. LITTLE WITCH ACADEMIA
Four long years. I waited FOUR long goddamn years...and fuck me was it worth it. A spectacle is what I can call Little Witch Academia. Almost every episode dazzled me with its stage made bravado and confidence that always made me say, “Okay. Let’s make it til’ the next week”. Even when things got serious, LWA knew how to have fun and make the most of its concept. There is a sense of predictability sometimes, but the series would still throw you some good curve balls to never lose your interest. What did lose my interest was Netflix’s sorry excuse of a dub. The movies: fine. But Netflix, try that again, with any other anime, and I will rip your nuts off.
8. Now I might be cheating here since it’s not a cartoon, but shit it might as well have been
CUPHEAD
The effort that went into this is phenomenal, beyond the many other games of the year no doubt. While not everything is animated, I could tell they were cutting corners in some areas, the frame BY frame animated enemies, bosses, and effects made this one of the most visually colorful and alive games to date, next to Mario Odyssey. Not only was this game a frustrating yet joyous romp to start and finish, but the music and art flawlessly channeled the essence of a time where the word “cartoon” was only starting to make good progress. My favorite character would have to be Satan King Dice, whom is an animated homage to great musician and composer Cab Calloway. His stache, his clothing, even his Cheshire grin captured the cool, jazzy vibe Calloway always provided in his performances. He and his fight was the highlight of Cuphead for me and I hope this game, if a sequel isn’t possible, is well remembered for its unexpected excellence in how a video game can look.
7. CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS/L-EGGO BATMAN
Faithful is what I can describe these two. Captain Underpants was just an awesome book to elementary schooler me, but to see a well animated, well written movie about a dude in his underwear was nothing short of a simple yet powerful masterpiece. As for Batman, this is one of the three truest DC and Batman movies around this time, and it has a gay undertone with Batman and the Joker’s relationship (how can you not pull that off, Suicide Squad?). While not a big fan of lego myself, The Lego Movie put my faith WB making another one equally as good, and they did not disappoint. It’s a shame it got snubbed at the Golden Globes, it deserves the award more than the Boss Baby. Plus it had a Superman that didn’t bore me while having a terrible CGI lip job that’s only made worse by his two way dick nose....
Justice League costed 300,000,000 dollars.............
6. DANGER & EGGS
To me, this series felt like one of the few steps forward the world took to make the LGBT+ community feel more welcome and inspired in public outlets; a small step, but progressive none the less. It is a colorful and lively action comedy, a first to be created by a transgender person, where you can see a non-binary character, a pride fest, diverse background characters of orientation and ethnicity, and it feels like they are a part of the world and not footnotes that states that you should respect queer, bi, ace, and so on based on a say so. It’s a show don’t tell type of series and it brightened my summer before I had to remind myself that college exists and is expecting me.
5. TANGLED: THE SERIES
*ring ring* “Hello?” Ye, Disney? How fucking dare you?
My hype for this was undoubtful. I love Tangled the movie, I consider it one of my favorite 2010 disney flics beside Wreck it Ralph and Moana. And when the art style was up for a preview for this (?), I just sat and waited until it finally premiered and damn. I never stopped loving it, but it is until episode 16 where the series starts to hit high note after high note with the direction it’s going for the story. The fact that this all takes place not long after the movie makes the thought where Eugene and Rapunzel finally get married feels all the more earned. It’s working its way to a happily ever after, I adore this show, and this makes me appreciate Frozen a bit more for how far that’s fallen in the world after its one year of fame. Seriously, Gigantic had to get chopped, but Olaf can still live? Give me a break, Disney.
“Sir, I understand your enthusiasm....but this is Domino’s.” Then I will have the 5.99 large with Salchicha and pepperoncini with a liter sprite on delivery.
4. MADE IN ABYSS
This was so beautiful, so awesome, and much better than...
I wasted my life and I cannot say that I will ever reclaim that time proactively again the Anime
Made in Abyss is like Hunter x Hunter except Gon’s more booksmart and Kilua’s a timid robot. The bond between Riko and Reg was a fucking dynamic and heartfelt where Riko’s helps build Reg up and Reg kept Riko and himself safe with his bodily arsenal. That and this series has the best world building where they not only give the low down on almost everything about the titular abyss, but the atmospheric environments and the designs of the inhabiting creatures made this a unique world to want to explore myself. It knew what to show, and knew what to share. When things got serious, I actually tensed up at the thought of shit truly going down; they knew how to soften the terror while maniacally instill fear in us for the safety of the traveling kids. I want to recommend this link to an awesome breakdown of how great Made in Abyss was. However, as it seems that a season two has gone down the abyss as well, and I’m afraid it can’t come back up.
3. LET’S BE HEROES!!
Is it safe to call this the M.U.G.E.N. of cartoons? Just an all up mashup of stuff I love in a Saturday morning? Campy, action, and laid back, this is something I can be sober or grab some kush and I would be enjoy the show just the same. They even have references you might not have ever heard of, but might like the search. OK KO’s a popcorn cartoon, it’s not for everybody, but it established itself well into the modern CN era when Adventure Time finally has to move on.
2. SAMURAI JACK
Getting this out of the way: episode 6 toiled the final season of Samurai Jack for me. Not gonna go into detail, but if that episode was remade, I would have been more satisfied looking back. However, that does not stop me from saying this is how a revival should be, this is how a reboot should work, THIS is how you can bring nostalgia back. Samurai Jack was great back then, but this season, wrapping up the loose plight of our boy trying to get back to the past and defeat the demon Aku, was satisfactory to many fans. Even those who’ve never heard or remember Jack could just enjoy this as a dynamic mini-series; it gives you context of what happened before without having to recap the original plot of it. For non fans, it’s mostly about an ageless samurai, longing to return to his own time, stuck in the future for over 50 years to the point of losing his honor and his mind. It’s a binge worthy 10 episode season, originally intended to be a movie, and aside from polar opinionated finale, this made Samurai Jack feel great to love again.
1. TRUE AND THE RAINBOW KINGDOM
This is a personal choice from me because 2017 was an honest to god terrible year for me; nothing but turmoil, season to season, and the struggle to cope with that despair in a way I felt actually could help. However, this small series here boosted my spirits because even with it being a show for little kids that I originally wanted to watch as a joke, the competent, enthusiastic spirit it had just moved me in a way that cartoons that I love for eons could only try to do on a whim. It’s not the best made cartoon, it’s not something I sincerely recommend to you all, but it helped me realize that the best thing about life is finding and seeking things that don’t just distract you from the hard and testing times reality puts on you, but gives you a moment of honest bliss and happiness that can influence your outlook on looking forward to better things because things like this, cartoons like this, CAN make you feel better.
*sniff* Which is why, the actual cartoon of the year....
1. is STEVEN U., BABY!
Just kidding, guys! You will NEVER win, Steven!
TEEN TITANS GO! WINS IT AGAIN, BABYYYY! ONCE AGAIN BABY (i don’t even like it no more...), YOUR NEW FAVORITE SHOW (i don’t even fucking like it no...) RISES TO THE TO-
But Steven Universe in Space, though. That’s when it’ll be great again.
