I’m not only a Runner but I’m a Coffee connoisseur also! You cannot beat the smell of coffee in the morning, it does wonders to one’s senses, just talking about coffee is well hmmmm, making me want a quoffie right now!

I came across a company called Truestart on the internet , this company promotes a PERFORMANCE Coffee. Yes, finally a coffee that could make me focus, and achieve my goals in 2016. Reading this online made me want to get in contact with the guys at TrueStart, I emailed the Team and asked them ever so kindly to send out some samples, so I could discover not only what the taste is like, but actually put Truestart to the test in the coming months, specifically around training and races! Obviously been attached to a awesome running club ‘Shildon Running Club’, I wanted my running community to benefit from this too, as we all love Coffee, and we all strive to push our limits when we run. I will hand these samples out when I’m training next, hopefully from this TrueStart can get some positive feedback from avid runners like myself, and you never know, we might get some outstanding results! I will keep everyone updated, ‘viva la coffee’.
