How do you show L O V E to your other half??? . . . This coming August, my husband and I will be married for two years. Yes I know it’s still a short while and it hardly makes us marriage experts but the amount of lessons we’ve learned up until now have been extremely difficult at times but definitely moments and lessons I will cherish for the rest of our lives!!! Do you remember every little detail about your wedding day??? ... I remember trying to just take in as much as I can, to remember every single moment of our special day. The night before our wedding I was so nervous and overwhelmed - so my husband and I prayed together and blessed our day and just focused on what was important - celebrating us. The next morning I woke up feeling like I was floating. I was calm and relaxed and was able to just enjoy our day for the glorious celebration that it was! When soon to be brides ask us what advice we can give them we always tell them to just try not to stress about things they can’t control on their wedding day. At that point you need to trust that everything you planned and arranged will happen exactly like it should and most likely won’t happen 100% like you planned - AND THAT’S OK!!! Rather than focusing on what isn’t going according to plan just take in every single moment and enjoy it for the incredible special moment it is. The day goes by so so quickly and I always felt like I didn’t want to look back one day knowing that I stressed about things that wasn’t in my control. Take in every moment, enjoy every single minute and just focus on what is important - the love that is being celebrated between you and your significant other!
