Ruperts relationships!:

Wally: Rupert loves wally as he does everybody else! Wally doesn't talk much so Rupert enjoys showing wally new things he found and trying to teach Wally about them.. altho Rupert being pretty clueless himself can end up feeding Wally some misinformation he made up.. with good intentions though!!

Barnaby: Rupert looks up to Barnaby!! metaphorically and literally!.. Rupert can be timid at times and he enjoys watching barnaby be so confident and outgoing even chasing Eddie around for fun and games. It's thought that maybe that's one of the reasons Rupert barks at Eddie through the shops windows every day!

Julie: Julie and Rupert are best friends!! Rupert would consider Felix and Julie as his very best friends! Julie always has enough energy too keep up with Rupert and Rupert with Julie! They often make up fun games together. Rupert and his willingness to do anything requested can get himself into a pickle when it comes to Julie! But nothing the team can't handle. There was a running joke in the show that entertained the idea of Julie purposefully/unpurposefully throughing an item and Rupert coming back with it in his mouth!

Frank: Rupert loves frank! (I just thought of a funny gag were Rupert licks Frank's face as a greeting and frank tiredly wipes away Ruperts slobber as frank takes a deep breath) frank doesn't dislike Rupert and he trys to be as patient as possible because he knows Rupert isn't trying to stir things up! Unlike a certain someone.. (barnaby)

Eddie: Eddie and Rupert are almost best friends! Rupert loves to follow Eddie around as he does his mail routine. Rupert may have fence aggression but that doesn't bother Eddie he's use to humming through Rupert barking through the shop window! Rupert is always as sweet as a puppy once the gate/door is open!

Poppy: Rupert and Poppy get along very well! Rupert loves coming over for tea although he may need some pillows stacked ontop of his chair! Rupert often wags his tail whilst talking to poppy about bugs and such.. often to a couple of worried clucks as he reminisces on his adventures with Julie

Sally: sally and Rupert aren't exactly best of friends as Rupert often sees how sally likes to pressure and ignore the shops time windows and stress Felix out! But Rupert still is as loyal as ever doing his best in all the plays he's asked to do. Sally can often get annoyed with how Rupert forgets his lines but he tries his best!

Howdy: Rupert can be oblivious to Howdys snide comments and how he pokes fun at the shop and them. Howdy isn't fond of how oblivious and curious Rupert is often Rupert messing something up or asking to may question. Rupert likes Howdy when he's not bothering Felix but howdy isn't to fond. At times Howdy and Rupert can get along.

Home: Rupert would often bring small rocks and trinckes to home placing them in homes flower beds. Rupert can't understand home but he liked to listen to home creaking alot often sitting on the front lawn and wagging his tail as he stared at home curious

Felix: ( @knifecatss oc ) Rupert and Felix are very close Rupert may not stand up for himself but he'll stand up for Felix if he feels the need to puff out his little chest he will! He is loyal to nobody more then Felix and tends to blindly follow his opinions/outlooks on a person/situation! He is often seen standing alongside Felix or playing with one of the other neighbors! He likes to follow Felix around the most out of anyone.
