Sadness very last day ever Allen Park Dollar show after 80 plus years. Stopped in next door for a great lunch. Back at the Triangle corner filling the belly with Chili Special and Triple Bacon Cheeseburger OMG fabulous. Ordered a Grilled Cheese Pita thick ooey gooey deliciousness. So delicious had to go try another they list on menu as Lamb Burger of I added a 2nd patty. I get the real deal from Joe the Old Hippie cook. Get this he chops up 4 slice of Gyro meat and blends with Hamburger oh Hell yeah it works. I do suggest a name change to Gyro Burger since many folks don't know or care for Lamb. We had Gyro Meat at home from GFS stopped on way home got Hamburger for a delicious dinner. She got a Chicken Sub spot on and Crinkle Cut Fries. New name was Dix2 no more new owners, great new menu and prices. Been a few years since Las visit such a great upgrade to this long time classic coney island across from Allen Park Dollar Show. She had a outstanding Triple Damn Cheeseburger and me a Double Damn Lamb Burger Wowed such fantastic flavor, only place Downriver plating this Burger up. Had a bowl of Chili and Soup spot on delicious. Really nice Gyro Topped Salad. Looking forward to working deep into the menu really soon.
