#beeblings#i have many thoughts on the events of yesterday and my desire to write about them is near zero but i should just for next time#i do think it was worthwhile for me just because i'm so disconnected from the wider ecology community and it's also interesting to observe#trends in monetization of ecology and commodification of nature culture#and i learned some great stuff that i'm gonna use to communicate about all this with randos!#and i met some cultural figureheads and said interesting things to them so that was useful. and i heard them say impactful things so hopefu#ly those statements sank into people other than me#and i introduced cool people to cool people so hopefully that goes well
