We bought down a load of timber today clearing a tree/hedge line in an overgrown garden for the new owners. Let's say my business name is "Treesafe" and I have trademarked that. There is an Instagram account @treesafe that has never posted a photo, followed anyone, or been followed in the 4 years I've been in business.I asked Instagram to take it down because it infringes on my trademark but they have refused because @treesafe hasn't 'used this term or phrase in connection with the sale or promotion of goods or services."Where can I take this from here?Edit: just to clarify, I don't need the username. I want the username. Especially since it isn't being used. I was hoping my trademark would help along with the fact that the account is inactive but that doesn't appear to be the case.
