So at Treacle we normally don’t carry Pink Gin, however our seasoned mixologist, @danielprestonjones has brought @beefeatergin Pink to @treacleedinburgh just for the month of February for the #stirringcities competition. Dan’s drink is inspired by the wild flora of Edinburgh. He actually went foraging himself for Gorze flowers, which are currently in bloom right now and flavour the air with a vanilla custard scent - isn’t nature amazing? - and he created his “Flower of The Mountain 🏔” drink. This drink is a twist on gin sour, and tastes like a custardy, lemony, strawberry 🍓 jelly - and comes with a lil strawb jelly as garnish. It’s amazing.
