sunset silhouette . I rarely post pics without a filter just because I think the filter usually enhances everything so it looks as beautiful as I thought it looked in real life! Sunday or Sunrise?! . I’m usually a night person and not a morning person AT ALL so there have been very few times I’ve woken up for sunrise... one of which was taking the boat out to watch the sunrise behind the #thomaspointlighthouse with my dad and Rory! Tuesday Bluesday . I’ve had such an amazing few months traveling - basically non stop - since I left my job & apartment in NYC where I lived for the past 7 years. I immediately went to explore the Pacific Northwest for 3 weeks, stopped through in Arkansas and then had just a few days to unpack and repack in Annapolis, Maryland - where my parents live - before I headed to Europe for 2.5 weeks. I had a blast running around Europe before stopping by Annapolis again for just 1 day to pick up my dog and head down to the DR for a week and a half. I had the most amazing time there going kitesurfing every day, swimming, tanning, eating fish tacos, and watching my friend win a kite competition! When I finally came back to the states, I decided I need to just chill for a little. I had SO much fun and absolutely LOVE traveling, but after all of that non-stop going, I’m excited to spend some time with my family, relax, catch up on writing my blog posts and book flights / start getting ready for my upcoming adventures in November, December & January!! .
