Под местной анестезией выполнена репозиция отломков и их фиксация с помощью стальной проволоки и композита. Зубы буду фиксированы в таком положении в течении 6 недель. __________________________________________________ 🇺🇸 The patient fell out of his bed and hit his face on the nightstand, fracturing the alveolar bone that support his teeth. After administering local anesthesia, the bone and teeth were manually repositioned and stabilized using stainless steel wire and dental composite. The wire will remain in place for approximately 6 weeks and the injured teeth will most likely need root canals. Выполнено удаление инородного тела, МОС пластинами и титановой сеткой. ______________________________________________ 🇺🇸 Patient 25 y/o presented with alleged history of worksite injury while working accidentally a foreign body penetrated the frontal bone neat the root of the nose.    Diagnosis: Penetrating injury of the glabellar region. Foreign body in a frontal sinus. Fracture of the frontal bone, nasal bridge. Bicoronal approach done, curretage of the frontal sinus, evacuation of hematoma open reduction and fixation of frontal bone with plates and screws, titanium mesh.
