When Transfagarasan gave us a lesson. The day we were traveling towards Trasfagarasan, the majestic mountain road connecting Transylvania with Walachia, the weather was not the best. Better, it was very nasty. Rain, fog and wind made us incapable of seeing a single inch of the famous landscape where the road crawls down from the mountain in several tight spirals (scroll my photo for itl). Saying that we were disappointed is very reductive. We had traveled hours, and yet, nothing of what we had expected was there, covered in a thick stormy fog. We moved along, continuing to the remaining 180 kilometers of the road. On the other side fo the mountain, the most unexpected beauty was awaiting for us. Suddenly, the blu sky apperead above the peaks while the sun was penetrating the mist with vigour, creating a perfect rainbow just on the street. Like a mistic portal, or the entrance passage for the transformation happening in our minds. The weather cleared, the temperature rose and the wind ceased. In front of us, a sunny day full of amazing discoveries. Transfagarasan taught to us a very simple essential, and beautiful lesson. That life can get miserable and disappoint you to the ground. But a lucid sky and some unthinkable beauties are expected just on the other side of the montuain, just do not stop moving. .
